Lots of interviews to come, but here are the highlights...<br /> <br /> <iframe width="480" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/W7L4VnQWgOs" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe><br /> <br /> <iframe width="480" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/hOzBLBH_H9Q" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>Olihttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06681884612626664490noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27744931.post-70792890861437870462012-01-08T01:00:00.000-08:002012-01-08T01:00:01.646-08:00Get your tickets for the indoor hockey finals day at Wembley Arena on Sunday, 29th January 2012. <a href="http://englandhockey.co.uk/page.asp?section=828&sectionTitle=Maxifuel+Super+Sixes+Finals">Click here</a> for the England Hockey website for more details.<br /> <br /> See a compilation of last year's event below...<br /> <br /> <iframe width="480" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/QSr7OCzQwCc" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>Olihttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06681884612626664490noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27744931.post-27606020280685872922012-01-07T01:55:00.000-08:002012-01-07T01:55:00.549-08:00The Maxifuel Super Sixes Finals Day will be taking place on Sunday 29th Jaunary 2012 at Wembley Arena, so here's a 'Top 5' from 2011...<br /> <br /> 1. The men's final between East Grinstead and Beeston was pure class, so many great players and I love that goal from Niall Stott (2'44") with his celebration. Something we don't get enough of in hockey.<br /> <br /> <iframe width="480" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/wiqNfY_wu64" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <br /> <br /> 2. An indoor World Cup took place in February 2011, staged in Poznan, Poland. Here's a compilation of some of the highlights...<br /> <br /> <iframe width="480" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/qS7iJdvUtS0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <br /> <br /> 3. The women's final was good at the Maxifuel Super Sixes Finals Day in 2011 with Bowdon Hightown beating Reading to the crown. <br /> <br /> <iframe width="480" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/_h97HGMR5pY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe><br /> <br /> 4. It'll be Bowdon Hightown's turn at this competition in 2012, but Leicester were there last year. Staged in France at Abbeville, this proved to be a very exciting tournement, with a certain Chloe Rogers bagging the top goal scorer title...<br /> <br /> <iframe width="480" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/WjmajVkV-Qk" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <br /> <br /> 5. Ashley Jackson, he's brilliant! Just look at him playing in these games. The England and Great Britain striker is on fine form. <br /> <br /> <iframe width="480" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/lLH9PLeL5aI" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>Olihttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06681884612626664490noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27744931.post-83479872994181440292012-01-03T01:00:00.000-08:002012-01-03T01:00:04.354-08:00Get your tickets for the indoor hockey finals day at Wembley Arena on Sunday, 29th January 2012. <a href="http://englandhockey.co.uk/page.asp?section=828&sectionTitle=Maxifuel+Super+Sixes+Finals">Click here</a> for the England Hockey website for more details.<br /> <br /> Here's why indoor hockey is such a great game to play...<br /> <br /> <iframe width="480" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/__PSNTXMu_s" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>Olihttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06681884612626664490noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27744931.post-70962764704498249872012-01-01T01:00:00.000-08:002012-01-01T01:00:07.997-08:00I have always loved this video since seeing it at the women's World Cup in Madrid back in 2006. <br /> <br /> I think it sums up hockey pretty well and is put together very well. Enjoy.<br /> <br /> <iframe width="480" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/w1bwKfPQ8eg" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>Olihttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06681884612626664490noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27744931.post-4896452630127164232011-12-31T10:33:00.000-08:002011-12-31T10:33:47.707-08:00Here is a Top 5 of videos connected with the Champions Trophy. The women's tournament starts in Rosario on 28th January 2012.<br /> <br /> 1. Although I didn't see it at the time, I duck every time for the drag flick straight on. This probably gives you an idea of what it is like to be Beth Storry in goal...<br /> <br /> <iframe width="480" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/C7czyydvToo" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe><br /> <br /> 2. It is always a great honour to speak with the best player in the world: Luciana Aymar was amazing in Nottingham. Here is some great action from Nottingham mixed with a stirring interview...<br /> <br /> <iframe width="480" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/c6r_ArS4mr8" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe><br /> <br /> And here is a link to some of her other goals...<br /> <br /> <iframe width="480" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/RknzSxC3_JU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe><br /> <br /> 3. A round-up of England's progress to the bronze medal at the Nottingham tournament in 2010. Featuring plenty of the top England players...<br /> <br /> <iframe width="480" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/2mx2aucT5YM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe><br /> <br /> 4. A royal visit to the Nottingham Champions Trophy tournament on the last day, July 2010, made for a very special close to the competition.<br /> <br /> <iframe width="480" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/Yty7jezXhko" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe><br /> <br /> 5.
