Run for Our Sons

It's time again for the 3rd annual Run for Our Sons 5K Race and Family Run Day. The race will be on April 21st with the proceeds benefitting Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy, in Honor of Elliot and Henry Johnson. To register, go to www.parentprojectmd.org/unionville. If you register before April 1st, the cost is just $20 and $15 for students. Consider joining the Patton Gives Back team or form a team of your own!

Junior Team Tennis

C-MITES will hold Weekend Workshops on April 28 at Patton Middle School. Half-day classes are available for students in grades K-8. Drug Free PSA Contest

Students! Enter a statewide contest designed to find highly creative middle and high school students. The PA Drug Prevention Television/Radio Public Service Announcement (PSA) Contest will provide an opportunity for youth to send a positive message to their peers and communities that drugs and alcohol do not have to be part of their activities. Hits for Hackleburg

Tournament teams of both URA boys and girls teams adopted the town of Hackleburg, Alabama after it was hit hard by a tornado last spring. The teams started collecting pledges based on the number of hits they got during games in their tournament season. As the season wrapped up and the final tally was counted, the players raised $3,200. On November 6, Spencer Pellegrino travelled to Hackleburg to deliver the check personally on behalf of his teammates, which included Patton students Kyle Garvey, Brady Horne, Jimmy Fournier, Trevor Gardiner, Andy Cruse, Matt Mainwaring, Nick Raffety and Erik Cunningham. Historical Society Summer Program

The Chadds Ford Historical Society offers a summer program for young people 11 to 17 years of age. This program focuses on colonial history in southeastern Pennsylvania and meets primarily on Saturday afternoons from 1 to 4 pm.
