I remember listening to the powermove on a clock motherfucking radio! Not a digital clock radio either fool. You had a knob to change the time like a Rolodex! I remember recording Redmans Blow your mind with a voice note recorder off the above mentioned clock radio. I rocked that mini cassette for days!

So why has no one stolen Moms Hi-Fi yet? I thought you really loved hip hop?

These are all gone now. Thanks for your interest everybody, sorry I could not accommodate all your requests (5 total!)I wasted alot of them on various items around town and in my house. Anybody who did get some got a whole shit load though. You know who you are, enjoy. Sorry for not trimming them all but I made these while I was covering someones holiday at work. I ran the graphics department for a week and did them on the DL. I will make more next time I'm in there to cover any outstanding requests.

I have all kinds of stickers,logos and other non-sense featuring pictures from your favorite website. There are several types all printed on a high grade vinyl and laminated. Some matte laminate some glossy. I have no idea what to do with them so if you want some let me know. You know I'm a cheap bastard so they aint free! Offer me something, anything! A pack of zig zags, an old t-shirt, some weed, hash or 5 year old extacy pills. I might even have some t-shirts around here somewhere...

I had this concert on VHS back in the day.I have been looking for a download for a few years with no luck so I broke down and bought this. I bought it from cd universe for $18 or something like that. My original VHS copy was borrowed from a friend of a friend, it was rumoured to have come from a friend of his friend in detroit. I'm just uploading the rips now, so stay tuned!

I have a feeling I may have already posted this, if so I just wasted 100 minutes re-recording it. This is another "mixtape" I made with recordings of various radio shows. All content is either off the radio or the odd mixtape track. I was poor as hell back then and did'nt buy nothing. Almost every tape I own escaped retail establisments in the pockets of my "bugle boy" jeans! In later years my cargo/army pants and bubble goose were like shopping bags. I just realized that if I had grown up in this generation I never would have stolen tapes from record stores , I would have just downloaded mp3's like we all do these days.

This is regarding the DJ Grouch post of yesterday. The reader who contributed that was (DJS). Read his comment here. * "yep it was sent by me along with a few other stuff ya never posted up yet haha" (DJS)* He also sent me Tony Touch power cypher (50 Mc's) and a few others I belive. I never posted the Tony Touch as I think those power cypher tapes have been posted all over the immernet. I want to bring something fresh, there are so many mp3 blogs now something needs to set me apart from the masses. Blogging about college radio shows, hip hop and Toronto in the 90's is what everyone is doing isn't it? Niche market? I guess! With 4 faithful readers this shit is ignored by the masses. This site kinda caters to the real heads who are fed up with what they call hip hop these days. Anyways back on topic, I wish there were more readers like (DJS),Andyman187 AND FM416 . They contribute, post comments,give thoughts and ideas, write tracklists etc. Apologies to anyone I forgot, these are the names of the dudes who are posting comments so I remember them.
