Article Marketing Strategy - How to Write Article Effectively and Make Money

Writing an article doesn’t mean you have to create a 2500 words masterpiece but that doesn’t mean you can simply write some crap only fitted for animals (sorry). Most of internet users are average people with average writing and reading skills. Don’t try too hard to make your article grammatically flawless. You should keep your article simple and easy to understand but highly informative to your readers. Write your article as if you are speaking normally, so that it seems like you are communicating with your readers. If you want to write article effectively, it needs to be well organize, which consists an eye-catching title, introduction, body, conclusion and importantly, the resource box.

Title:
your title is the most important part in your article. Here is where you’ll grab your readers attention and make them want to click and read your article. Make sure your keyword phrases are in the title. For example, if your keyword phrases are “natural acne remedies”. That itself is a good title, but to make your title MORE effective, it should be something like “5 natural acne remedies that really work in two days”.

Introduction:
This is where you are going to tell your readers what you already told them in the title. Confused? Basically, you should write a brief description about your article that reflects from your title and what kind of information the readers will get.

Body:
In the body of the article, you will elaborate and explain all the information you promised to the readers in the title and in the introduction. If you are going to give the “5 tips”, provide your content with 5 paragraphs, explaining one tip per paragraph.

Conclusion:
Provide a summary from what you already tell your readers in the body of the article. Basically, provide a recap of all the information that you have given in the article body.

Resource Box:
This is where you will put one extra “key information” (which should be the most important tip that is not included in your article body) and lead your readers to visit your embed link (website, squeeze page, promotion, etc), offering them more info on the topic. Always prevent from rambling about all your great achievement. Seriously, no one really care. This isn’t about you and your ego, but this is about how it will benefit your readers. You should try to tap into your readers mind, so that they will perform an action that you want. For example, if your promotion provides a free ebook, free software, free trials, or any free stuff, mention that in your resource box. People love freebies and they will likely want to click your link.

A Simple Step by Step Article Marketing Strategy

I’m sure you have heard from anyone else about article marketing or even have your own article marketing strategy. If your method is working perfect for you, then that is great. If not, you really need to read my step by step article marketing strategy below.

Here's the Game Plan:

Step 1: Keyword research
Keyword research is the most crucial part of this game plan. Frankly speaking, you can simply make money online if you do your keyword research properly. To put it simple, the keywords game is identify, create and monetize.
Identify: you need to identify keywords or keyphrases that would bring you traffic. A great free tool to help you identify profitable keywords is the Google Adwords Keyword tool at https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
Another great free tool if you are using Firefox browser is SEO for Firefox plugin
Create: write unique article that can get you ranked for that certain keywords or keyphrases.
Monetize: implement a method to make money from the traffic that you receive (ie Adsense, affiliate programs, etc.)

Simple isn’t it? But why isn’t everyone making money with keywords? The answer is, most people didn’t know how to pick keywords that is worth their times and efforts.

Most of the make money online ‘guru’ will always tell you to put your keyword in quotes and check the number of results in Google to determine how competitive and difficult that keyword is. Sorry to bursts your bubbles, but how the hell is that method going to help you rank well in Google? Of course you can determine the search demand, but other than that, it won’t do a damn thing. It won’t even help you to analyze your competition. This is definitely the wrong way to do your keyword research for your article marketing strategy. What you really need to check is the strength of the sites in Google first page. Even if there’s a millions search for a certain keywords but the top 10 sites in the first page is weak (lots of low or zero pagerank), you can easily rank well for that keywords. This is the right method to really analyze your competition. Remember, your most important traffic source is an organic traffic which is from Search Engine (especially Google), which is why you need to fully understand how to do proper keyword research. Note:
An absolute reason why you will fail at this stage: Choosing the same keywords as everyone else and keywords that are above you skill level.

Step 2: Write an Article (Content Creation)
Write a highly optimized article for your selected niche keywords. Create a well-written article that will provide value to your readers. Put your keywords/keyphrases in the title, in the first paragraph (in the first sentence will be even better). Sprinkle your keywords a few times in the article body, don’t force it but instead let it appear naturally. Put another one in your last paragraph (in the last sentence will be even better). One more important thing is to put your keyword in bold at least once. Done? Good.

Step 3: Article Submission
Next on your article marketing strategy, you need to re-write your article and produce a unique version, optimizing the same keywords. Use synonyms to avoid duplicate content. Your keyword should be in the first sentence (an anchored text keyword linking back to your site).Your author bio or resource box below your article should also have link back to your site. This is how you get lots of one way backlinks, means more traffics- targeted traffic to boot. Submit the re-written article to GoArticles.com.

Step 4: Rinse and Repeat
This is the key step, rinse and repeat. Do this over and over again. Keep doing this once a week if you are too busy. Re-write more articles and submit to other article directories such as ezinearticles.com and searchwarp.com. You can also make a lens at Squidoo or a Hub at HubPage and link back to your site.

You can drive traffic to your site with adsense pages, squeeze pages or sales pages.
With this article marketing strategy, you will generate:
More backlinks = higher PageRank = more traffics = more sales/click = more money

You might also want to consider making a video to be uploaded. For instances, you can make a funny video or an informational video.

3. Google Adsense

PayPal is the most popular online payment on the internet. PayPal is your all-in-one payment solution. You can shop online using PayPal as a method of payment. You can also request, receive (this is my main focus) and send money internationally.
Below is my step by step guide to get your own PayPal account. OK, let’s get started:

Step 1
Go to PayPal website here or you can click PayPal banner above.

Click sign up

Step 2
Choose your country and your preferred language. (Note: If your country is not available in the list, you CAN NOT register with PayPal)
Next choose your account type by clicking "Get Started" on your account selection. I suggest you choose Premier Account if you are serious about making money online.

Step 3
Fill all your personal details and click "Agree and Create Account".
PayPal will send an Activation email to your email address.

Step 4
Open your email and check your inbox for email from PayPal. Click on the link provided to activate your account and it will take you to a page where you are prompted to enter the password you designated when you registered for the account.

Congratulations! Now you have your own PayPal account.

How to verify your PayPal account
It wasn't actually necessary to verify your PayPal account. But verified PayPal account has many benefits. Verified members no longer have limitation on the amount of money to receive or send to others. You can verify your account by adding your credit/debit card information. Here’s how to do it:

Step 1
Login to your PayPal account

Step 2
At your Account Overview screen, Go to Profile and click Add/Edit Card on the drop down menu

Step 3
Next fill in your credit card information (alternative: you can use your VISA debit card as well)
Fill in below information:
• Last 4 digits number on your credit card.
• Expiry date
• CCV code (CCV code is 3 digit numbers at the back of your credit card).
• Billing Address connected to your credit card.

Step 4
You will get a notification email from PayPal mentioning that you have successfully linked your Credit/Debit card.
Please wait 1-5 business days and PayPal will charge your Credit/Debit card USD1.95 (Don't worry, PayPal will refund this amount in your PayPal account once your account is verified).
Check your Credit/Debit card statement and get your PayPal code.
Your statement should look like this:

Example :PREAUTH SALE 5268PAYPAL-*EXPUSE DATED 12/12/09

(Note: 5268 is your PayPal code)

Step 5
After getting your Paypal code, login to your PayPal account, go to Profile and click "Add/Edit Credit Card" on the drop down menu
On the "Action" column, Click the option "Enter PayPal Code" and you will be taken to the page "Link and confirm your Debit or Credit Card"

Step 6
Type your 4 digits PayPal code in the provided box and click the submit button.

Congratulations! Now your PayPal account is verified.
