In: copious amounts of water, hot tea, herbal and fruit tisanes, (near) daily 90 minute HOT yoga at Sunstone Yoga.

Long story short, we used to have a mini-trampoline which my daughter (then a preschooler) used daily while watching tv. My son liked it too, but because it was cheap Chinese junk, we had numerous issues with stability, broken springs, ripped cover,.... and one day we just had to make it "disappear".

I was looking for some Biblical research to help me understand why forgiving someone who wrongs me actually frees me to be the person God has designed me to be. I know that bitterness, distrust, and failure to let go of a hurt is something we as humans like to hold on to, something that I have held on to, .....when my pride is hurt - rightly or wrongly- its hard to turn the other cheek.
