&lt;span style="line-height: 22px;"&gt;Haşlanmış pirincin üzerine önce 1/2 lt sütü dökülür.Kaynamaya başlayınca ateşin altı iyice kısılıp 45 dk. kadar süt ve pirinç özleşerek pişirilir. (Bu aşamada pirinç nişastasını iyice salarak sütün kıvamını yoğunlaştırıp helmeleşiyor.) 45 dk.sonra kalan 1/2 lt süt de ilave edilir,yine kısık ateşte 1/2 saat daha kaynatılır.Bu kez şeker de ilave edilip 10 dk.daha kaynatılır.Ocaktan alındıktan sonra vanilyası eklenir.Sıcakken kaselere paylaştırılır,oda ısısında soğuyunca üstleri süslenip buzdolabına bekletilir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Maş fasulyesini daha önce de duymuştum, ama hiç tatmamıştım. Pazarda görünce denemek için biraz aldım. İnternette araştırınca çok faydalı olduğunu ve Güneydoğu mutfağına özgü bir lezzet olduğunu öğrendim. Yarısından salata,yarısından yemeğini yaptım. Mercimekle kuru börülce arasında bir tadı olduğunu söyleyebilirim...&lt;br /&gt;

Maş fasulyesi bağırsak düzenleyici ve şeker düşürücüdür.&lt;br /&gt;
Şeker hastaları için gerekli olan B vitaminlerini içermektedir. Maş fasulyesinin içeriğinde bol protein ve lif bulunur. Maş fasulyesinin hücre yenileyici özelliği de vardır.&lt;br /&gt;

Maş fasulyesi yıkanır, tuzlu,bol suda 10-15 dakika haşlanır. (sık sık kontrol etmek gerek,çok çabuk pişiyor) Suyu süzülüp ince ince doğranan taze soğan,maydanoz,dereotu,közlenmiş biber,mor lahana ve kornişon turşuyla harmanlanır. Zeytinyağı ve limondan oluşan sos üzerine gezdirilir.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="background-color: #eeeeee; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Öncelikle şerbet hazırlanır. Kaynamaya başladıktan sonra limon suyu ilave edilip 5 dakika daha kaynatılır. Ocaktan alınıp soğumaya bırakılır. Hamur malzemeleri karıştırılarak yumuşak bir hamur yoğrulur. Ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalar yuvarlanarak şekil verilir. (Ben farklı zamanlarda yaptığım tatlılara bir seferinde yuvarlak, bir seferinde oval şekil verdim.Oval olanların ortalarına bıçakla bir kesik atarak lale şekli elde ettim) Şekil verilen tatlılar önce süte sonra haşhaşa bulanır.Önceden ısıtılmış 170 derece fırında pişirilir. Fırından çıkan tatlıların ilk sıcağı çıktıktan sonra üzerine soğumuş şerbet dökülür.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

2 adet sivri biber&lt;br /&gt;
5-6 diş sarımsak&lt;br /&gt;
tuz,karabiber&lt;br /&gt;
1 yemek kaşığı domates salçası&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Etler haşlanır. Patlıcan alacalı soyulup küp küp doğranır, 1 saat kadar tuzlu suda bekletilir. Süzülüp kızgın yağda hafifçe kızartılır. (ben philips airfryer da kızarttım) Fırın tepsisine patlıcanlar döşenir. Üzerine ince ince kıyılmış sarımsaklar, haşlanan etler, küp küp doğranan domatesler ve halka halka doğranan biberler yayılır. 1 bardak etsuyunda 1 yemek kaşığı salça ezilir. İçine tuz ve karabiber eklenir. Bu sos etli patlıcanın üzerine gezdirilir. Önceden ısıtılmış 200 derece fırında pişirilir. Tüm hamur malzemesi mikserle 3-4 dakika çırpılır.Hamur karışımı yağlanmış, unlanmış 26 cm çapındaki tart kalıbına dökülür ve kaşık yardımı ile düzeltilir.170 derece önceden ısıtılmış fırında yaklaşık 20 dakika pişirilir.İyice soğuduktan sonra kalıptan çıkarılır.Bu arada&amp;nbsp;krema malzemeleri (krem şanti ve vanilya hariç) muhallebi kıvamında&amp;nbsp;pişirilir. Pişen kremanın içine vanilya eklenerek mikserle iyice çırpılır.1/2 bardak süt ile 1/2 paket krem şanti çırpılır ve kremanın içine katarak 1-2 dakika daha çırpılır.&lt;br /&gt;
Krema&amp;nbsp;tartın&amp;nbsp;üstüne, tartın ortasını tamamen kapatacak şekilde yayılır.Meyveler&amp;nbsp;istenen şekilde dilimlenip kremanın üstüne yerleştirilir.&amp;nbsp;2 kaşık süzme bal, 1 yemek kaşığı ılık su ile karıştırılıp fırça yardımı ile meyvelerin üstüne sürülür. Böylece hem meyvelerin kararması önlenir hem de meyveler parlamış olur.&lt;br /&gt;

Fasulyeleri yıkanıp ayıklanır ve kırılır.Düdüklü tencerenin dibine piyaz şeklinde doğranan soğanları konur.Üzerine yağ, salçalar ilave edin. Domatesler kabukları soyulup küp&amp;nbsp;küp doğranır ve onlar da eklenir. Doğranmış sarımsaklar,şeker,tuz&amp;nbsp;ilave edip 1-1,5 su bardağı kadar su konun.&amp;nbsp;Hafifçe karıştırılır.&amp;nbsp;Tencerenin kapağı kapatır düdüklünün mandalı indirildikten sonra 15 dakika pişirilir.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;İki ayrı tencerede 1′er kutu krema ısıtılır, içine 200′er gr.lık çikolatalar (beyaz ve bitter)&amp;nbsp; kırılarak eklenir ve içinde erimesi sağlanır. Pasta tabanının her iki katından bir çay bardağı yardımıyla yuvarlak parçalar çıkarılır. Yuvarlak kek parçalarının üzerine dondurma topları yerleştirilir. Limon, karadut ve vanilyalı topların üzerine beyaz çikolata sosu, sütlü çikolata toplarının üzerine bitter çikolata sosu dökülür. Derin dondurucuda 2-3 saat bekletilir. Servisten önce üzerlerine meyveli ve çikolatalı sos gezdirilir.&lt;br /&gt;

250 gr şeker (büyük 1 su bardağı)&lt;/div&gt;

150 gr krema&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Şeker ve yumurtalar kar gibi olana kadar çırpılır.Sonra un ilave edilip karıştırılır.Kakaolu yapılacaksa renk verecek kadar kakao (~2-3 yemek kaşığı) eklenir.Ispanaklı yapılacaksa 7-8 ıspanak yaprağı robottan geçirilip kek hamuruna ilave edilir.Fırın tepsisine yağlı kağıt serilip hamur dökülür.Önceden ısıtılmış 180 derece fırında 15-20 dakika pişirilir.&lt;/div&gt;

Kremayı hazırlamak için sütün yarısı bir tencereye alınıp kaynatılır.Diğer yarısına şeker eklenip şeker eriyene kadar karıştırılır.Ardından nişasta eklenir.Tamamen karıştıktan sonra 2 yumurta sarısı ilave edilip iyice karıştıılır.Kaynayan sütün içine yavaş yavaş dökülür.(sütün kesilmemesi için hızlıca karıştırılır) Muhalebi kıvamına gelene kadar pişirilir.Ocaktan alındıktan sonra vanilya eklenir.Ilınana kadar karıştılır.Ayrı bir yerde krema çırpılır.Sertleştikten sonra ılınmış muhallebiye eklenir. (sıcakken eklenirse krema erir,istenen sonuç elde edilemez.) Krema eklendikten sonra 5 dakika mikserle çıpılır.&lt;/div&gt;

Tencereye lazanyaları haşlamak için su doldurun ve kaynatın. Kaynayan suya 1 yemek kaşığı tuz ve 1 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ eklenir. Daha sonra lazanyalar içine atılarak 7-8 dakika pişirilir.&amp;nbsp;Sudan çıkar çıkmaz lazanyalar tepsiye dizilir.&amp;nbsp; (ben bu aşamayı atlayıp lazanyaları doğrudan yağlanmış kare borcama dizdim)&lt;br /&gt;

Fırın kabı yağlanır. Bir kat lazanya dizilip üzerine hazırlanan sos ve peynirli harç yayılır.Lazanyalar bitene kadar aynı işleme devam edilir.&lt;br /&gt;

Öncelikle çikolatalı sos hazırlanıp soğumaya bırakılır.Krem şanti sütle çırpılarak hazırlanır.Pasta tabanın altı ve üstü meyve suyuyla ya da şekerli su ile ıslatılır.Pasta tabanın altına krem şantinin yarısı yayılır.Üzerine damla çikolata serpilir.Dilimlenen meyveler dizilir.Üst parça kapatılarak her yanı kalan krem şanti ile kaplanır. Üzerine soğumuş olan çikolata sosu dökülür.Arzuya göre süslenir.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 kg&amp;nbsp;kuşbaşı et (kuzu but kullandım)&lt;br /&gt;
l kahve fincanı sıvı yağ&lt;br /&gt;
l çorba kaşığı un&lt;br /&gt;
l bardak su&lt;br /&gt;
tuz,maydanoz, limon suyu ve arzuya göre sanmsak.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Unu tahta bir kaşıkla suda eritilir. Üzerine doğranmış maydanoz ve limon suyu ilave edilir. Et, yağ ve su ile yumuşayınca kadar pişirilir. (ben düdüklü tencerede 15-20 dakika pişirdim) Pişmiş et süzüldükten sonra üzerine hazırlanan sos ilave edilir. Kısık ateşte tahta kaşıkla sos krema haline gelinceye kadar pişirilir.
