Dear Mr. Obama:

Were those
Muslims that were in America when the Pilgrims
first landed? Funny, I thought they were
Native American Indians.

Were those
Muslims that celebrated the first Thanksgiving
day? Sorry again, those were Pilgrims and
Native American Indians.

Can you
show me one Muslim signature on the United
States Constitution?

Declaration
of Independence ?

Bill of
Rights?

Didn't
think so.

Did
Muslims fight for this country's freedom from
England ? No.

Did
Muslims fight during the Civil War to free the
slaves in America ? No, they did
not. In fact, Muslims to this day are
still the largest traffickers in human
slavery.. Your own half brother, a devout
Muslim, still advocates slavery himself, even
though Muslims of Arabic descent refer to black
Muslims as "pug nosed slaves." Says a lot
of what the Muslim world really thinks of your
family's "rich Islamic heritage," doesn't it Mr.
Obama?

Where were
Muslims during the Civil Rights era of this
country? Not present.

There are
no pictures or media accounts of Muslims walking
side by side with Marti n Luther King, Jr. or
helping to advance the cause of Civil
Rights.

Where were
Muslims during this country's Woman's Suffrage
era? Again, not present. In fact,
devout Muslims demand that women are subservient
to men in the Islamic culture. So much so,
that often they are beaten for not wearing the
'hajib' or for talking to a man who is not a
direct family member or their husband.
Yep, the Muslims are all for women's rights,
aren't they?

Where were
Muslims during World War II? They were
aligned with Adolf Hitler. The Muslim
grand mufti himself met with Adolf Hitler,
reviewed the troops and accepted support from
the Nazi's in killing Jews.

Finally,
Mr. Obama, where were Muslims on Sept. 11th,
2001? If they weren't flying planes into
the World Trade Center , the Pentagon or a field
in Pennsylvania killing nearly 3,000 people on
our own soil, they were rejoicing in the Middle
East . No one can dispute the pictures
shown from all parts of the Muslim world
celebrating on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC and other
cable news networks that day. Strangely,
the very "moderate" Muslims who's asses you bent
over backwards to kiss in Cairo , Egypt on June
4th were stone cold silent post 9-11. To
many Americans, their silence has meant approval
for the acts of that day.

And THAT, Mr.
Obama, is the "rich heritage" Muslims have here
in America ..

Oh, I'm sorry, I
forgot to mention the Barbary Pirates.
They were Muslim.

And now we can
add November 5, 2009 - the slaughter of American
soldiers at Fort Hood by a Muslim major who is a
doctor and a psychiatrist who was supposed to be
counseling soldiers returning from battle in
Iraq and Afghanistan ..

That, Mr. Obama
is the "Muslim heritage" in America

The US Is No Longer the Land of the Free

Jonathan Turley is the Shapiro professor of public interest law at George Washington University.

Below is today's column in the Sunday Washington Post. The column addresses how the continued rollbacks on civil liberties in the United States conflicts with the view of the country as the land of the free. If we are going to adopt Chinese legal principles, we should at least have the integrity to adopt one Chinese proverb: "The beginning of wisdom is to call things by their right names." We seem as a country to be in denial as to the implications of these laws and policies. Whether we are viewed as a free country with authoritarian inclinations or an authoritarian nation with free aspirations (or some other hybrid definition), we are clearly not what we once were.

Every year, the State Department issues reports on individual rights in other countries, monitoring the passage of restrictive laws and regulations around the world. Iran, for example, has been criticized for denying fair public trials and limiting privacy, while Russia has been taken to task for undermining due process. Other countries have been condemned for the use of secret evidence and torture.

Even as we pass judgment on countries we consider unfree, Americans remain confident that any definition of a free nation must include their own - the land of free. Yet, the laws and practices of the land should shake that confidence. In the decade since Sept. 11, 2001, this country has comprehensively reduced civil liberties in the name of an expanded security state. The most recent example of this was the National Defense Authorization Act, signed Dec. 31, which allows for the indefinite detention of citizens. At what point does the reduction of individual rights in our country change how we define ourselves?

While each new national security power Washington has embraced was controversial when enacted, they are often discussed in isolation. But they don't operate in isolation. They form a mosaic of powers under which our country could be considered, at least in part, authoritarian. Americans often proclaim our nation as a symbol of freedom to the world while dismissing nations such as Cuba and China as categorically unfree. Yet, objectively, we may be only half right. Those countries do lack basic individual rights such as due process, placing them outside any reasonable definition of "free," but the United States now has much more in common with such regimes than anyone may like to admit.

These countries also have constitutions that purport to guarantee freedoms and rights. But their governments have broad discretion in denying those rights and few real avenues for challenges by citizens - precisely the problem with the new laws in this country.

The list of powers acquired by the U.S. government since 9/11 puts us in rather troubling company.

• Assassination of U.S. Citizens

President Obama has claimed, as President George W. Bush did before him, the right to order the killing of any citizen considered a terrorist or an abettor of terrorism. Last year, he approved the killing of U.S. citizen Anwar al-Awlaqi and another citizen under this claimed inherent authority. Last month, administration officials affirmed that power, stating that the president can order the assassination of any citizen whom he considers allied with terrorists. (Nations such as Nigeria, Iran and Syria have been routinely criticized for extrajudicial killings of enemies of the state.)

• Indefinite Detention

Under the law signed last month, terrorism suspects are to be held by the military; the president also has the authority to indefinitely detain citizens accused of terrorism. While Sen. Carl Levin insisted the bill followed existing law "whatever the law is," the Senate specifically rejected an amendment that would exempt citizens and the Administration has opposed efforts to challenge such authority in federal court. The Administration continues to claim the right to strip citizens of legal protections based on its sole discretion. (China recently codified a more limited detention law for its citizens, while countries such as Cambodia have been singled out by the United States for "prolonged detention.")

• Arbitrary Justice

The president now decides whether a person will receive a trial in the federal courts or in a military tribunal, a system that has been ridiculed around the world for lacking basic due process protections. Bush claimed this authority in 2001, and Obama has continued the practice. (Egypt and China have been denounced for maintaining separate military justice systems for selected defendants, including civilians.)

• Warrantless Searches

The president may now order warrantless surveillance, including a new capability to force companies and organizations to turn over information on citizens' finances, communications and associations. Bush acquired this sweeping power under the Patriot Act in 2001, and in 2011, Obama extended the power, including searches of everything from business documents to library records. The government can use "national security letters" to demand, without probable cause, that organizations turn over information on citizens - and order them not to reveal the disclosure to the affected party. (Saudi Arabia and Pakistan operate under laws that allow the government to engage in widespread discretionary surveillance.)

• Secret Evidence

The government now routinely uses secret evidence to detain individuals and employs secret evidence in federal and military courts. It also forces the dismissal of cases against the United States by simply filing declarations that the cases would make the government reveal classified information that would harm national security - a claim made in a variety of privacy lawsuits and largely accepted by federal judges without question. Even legal opinions, cited as the basis for the government's actions under the Bush and Obama administrations, have been classified. This allows the government to claim secret legal arguments to support secret proceedings using secret evidence. In addition, some cases never make it to court at all. The federal courts routinely deny constitutional challenges to policies and programs under a narrow definition of standing to bring a case.

• War Crimes

The world clamored for prosecutions of those responsible for waterboarding terrorism suspects during the Bush administration, but the Obama administration said in 2009 that it would not allow CIA employees to be investigated or prosecuted for such actions. This gutted not just treaty obligations but the Nuremberg principles of international law. When courts in countries such as Spain moved to investigate Bush officials for war crimes, the Obama administration reportedly urged foreign officials not to allow such cases to proceed, despite the fact that the United States has long claimed the same authority with regard to alleged war criminals in other countries. (Various nations have resisted investigations of officials accused of war crimes and torture. Some, such as Serbia and Chile, eventually relented to comply with international law; countries that have denied independent investigations include Iran, Syria and China.)

• Secret Court

The government has increased its use of the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, which has expanded its secret warrants to include individuals deemed to be aiding or abetting hostile foreign governments or organizations. In 2011, Obama renewed these powers, including allowing secret searches of individuals who are not part of an identifiable terrorist group. The administration has asserted the right to ignore congressional limits on such surveillance. (Pakistan places national security surveillance under the unchecked powers of the military or intelligence services.)

• Immunity From Judicial Review

Like the Bush administration, the Obama administration has successfully pushed for immunity for companies that assist in warrantless surveillance of citizens, blocking the ability of citizens to challenge the violation of privacy. (Similarly, China has maintained sweeping immunity claims both inside and outside the country and routinely blocks lawsuits against private companies.)

• Continual Monitoring of Citizens

The Obama administration has successfully defended its claim that it can use GPS devices to monitor every move of targeted citizens without securing any court order or review. It is not defending the power before the Supreme Court - a power described by Justice Anthony Kennedy as "Orwellian." (Saudi Arabia has installed massive public surveillance systems, while Cuba is notorious for active monitoring of selected citizens.)

• Extraordinary Renditions

The government now has the ability to transfer both citizens and noncitizens to another country under a system known as extraordinary rendition, which has been denounced as using other countries, such as Syria, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Pakistan, to torture suspects. The Obama administration says it is not continuing the abuses of this practice under Bush, but it insists on the unfettered right to order such transfers - including the possible transfer of U.S. citizens.

These new laws have come with an infusion of money into an expanded security system on the state and federal levels, including more public surveillance cameras, tens of thousands of security personnel and a massive expansion of a terrorist-chasing bureaucracy.Some politicians shrug and say these increased powers are merely a response to the times we live in. Thus, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) could declare in an interview last spring without objection that "free speech is a great idea, but we're in a war." Of course, terrorism will never "surrender" and end this particular "war."

Other politicians rationalize that, while such powers may exist, it really comes down to how they are used. This is a common response by liberals who cannot bring themselves to denounce Obama as they did Bush. Sen. Carl Levin (D-Mich.), for instance, has insisted that Congress is not making any decision on indefinite detention: "That is a decision which we leave where it belongs - in the executive branch."

And in a signing statement with the defense authorization bill, Obama said he does not intend to use the latest power to indefinitely imprison citizens. Yet, he still accepted the power as a sort of regretful autocrat.

An authoritarian nation is defined not just by the use of authoritarian powers, but by the ability to use them.

If a president can take away your freedom or your life on his own authority, all rights become little more than a discretionary grant subject to executive will.

The framers lived under autocratic rule and understood this danger better than we do. James Madison famously warned that we needed a system that did not depend on the good intentions or motivations of our rulers: "If men were angels, no government would be necessary."

Benjamin Franklin was more direct. In 1787, a Mrs. Powel confronted Franklin after the signing of the Constitution and asked, "Well, Doctor, what have we got - a republic or a monarchy?" His response was a bit chilling: "A republic, Madam, if you can keep it."

Since 9/11, we have created the very government the framers feared: a government with sweeping and largely unchecked powers resting on the hope that they will be used wisely.

The indefinite-detention provision in the defense authorization bill seemed to many civil libertarians like a betrayal by Obama. While the president had promised to veto the law over that provision, Levin, a sponsor of the bill, disclosed on the Senate floor that it was in fact the White House that approved the removal of any exception for citizens from detention.

Dishonesty from politicians is nothing new for Americans. The real question is whether we are lying to ourselves when we call this country the land of the free

Is Obama a Dictator waiting in the Wings??

It seems that with several caucuses and the General Election just around the corner Barrack Obama is pushing the limits of his authority in order to make the Republican Congress look like a bunch of turkeys. The only problem with that is that he’s the one coming out of the whole mess looking like a possible dictator in the wings.

It is the general consensus of both the Republicans and the Democrats that Obama’s non-recess recess appointments have violated the Constitution of the United States and therefore are illegal. Which in itself is kind of a joke since this Congress for the past three and a half years hasn’t given the Constitution any kind of reasonable thought, and in fact has basically shredded it like so much paper.

With the passage of the NDAA bill in Congress and Obama’s signature on it News Years Eve day, a number of questions are being asked about what his final intent may be? Some have stated that the inflammatory language within the bill allowing the U.S. Military to arrest and detain American citizens indefinitely without charges and without trial has been changed. Some argue that in point of fact the language has not been changed and the military still has the power under the authority of the President. Whatever the true facts are, it is my opinion that the next several months are going to become very interesting.

It has already become obvious to most conservative Americans that Obama feels that he is not subject to the rules of the Constitution and the authority of Congress. He has already made it clear that if he is not given what he wants from Congress he’ll take what he wants by executive order. Doesn’t that sound just a little bit like a dictator? His appointment of Richard Cordray to lead the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau while both the House and Senate were on the Christmas break is a classic example of this. Obama arguing that Congress was in recess and the Congress arguing that they weren’t since a recess is considered more than three days and both John Boehner and Harry Reid both followed the accepted practice of convening and then recessing the House and Senate on the second day of the Holiday break.

The questions now become ; did Obama break the law? And if he did does this constitute an impeachable offense? Will there be a move to impeach Obama before the elections, and if so what happens?

Interestingly a Georgia Judge had ruled that Obama cannot appear on the Georgia ballot for the Presidental elections until his shows the court his original birth certificate. Obama’s people are currently fighting to have this rulling over turned and under the ruling Obama doesn’t have to appear in court. Just his “original” birth certificate. My question is; if he has an original birth certificate showing that he does in fact qualify under Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution to hold the office of the Presidency, why doesn’t he just show the damned thing?

You think maybe it’s because he doesn’t have one and has been lying to the American people from the very beginning?

I once caught heat for making the statement that for all appearances Obama looked and acted like a African Dictator. As each day goes by this is becoming more and more what it looks like.

With the NDAA in place and the possibility of Obama having the authority to order the military to arrest and detain American Citizens indifinitely without out charges or trial it could be that countless Americans who have vocally objected to his administrations actions, myself included, could suddenly disapear in the night. Something that has happened in African Regimes.

With Obama’s actions, and apparent attitude toward America and the Constitution it would appear that there is a distinct possibility that something is about to go wonky.

If it does go wonky what will the American people do? Then again what will the American men and women of the military do?

Whatever does happen, it is a sure bet that the American people are about to be screwed and we won’t even be given the bennefit of a kiss or a reach around.

The Future of Things to Come???

Well, it’s the day after Christmas and it looks like my hopes for at least that one day have been dashed upon the rocks of stupidity. Christians going to church in Nigeria were murdered by Islamic bombs, and violence seems to have been the order of the day. Saddening and heart wrenching to say the least.

It also seems that what I and others had once predicted despite the government’s loud proclamation of helping to get a democratically elected government in Iraq is also coming true. The second the United State’s presence in Iraq ended, civil war would breakout. Only problem with this is that it’s not about freedom or liberty, it’s about power and who is going to wield it. And all of the sacrifices, the deaths of our young men and women, and the billions in Taxpayer dollars were nothing but a monumental waste. FOR WHAT??

Here at home our Congress has failed so miserably to understand and accept that the Constitution of the United States actually sets limits on what they can and can’t do and are destroying our economy, our standing in the international community, and ignoring the will of the people. In the meantime we have a President who’s very qualification to hold that office is at best questionable. Also, what he cannot get the Congress to pass as his will, he commands by Executive Order.

Since all of the above is true, it now becomes incumbent upon us as Americans to begin to rethink what 2012 is going to bring. And no, the end of the world is not going to happen. Even the Mayans are going; Huh?? With that little prediction hanging over our head it’s going to be paranoia like we’ve never seen before. And even if it were true, do you think that just maybe it might be a blessing?

I’m not a prophet, but I have a feeling that things are going to become very interesting. Obama could win another four years, the government and the economy could collapse, or worse a catastrophic natural disaster could happen, and we are going to be sitting there with our thumbs stuck in the darkest part of our anatomy wondering; “what happened?”

Am I afraid? No, I’m not afraid, I’m terrified. I’m terrified because I can see what is coming and I know that there is no way under the current circumstances I can protect my family. I’m also terrified because it seems that the one universal lesson that no one seems to have learned is that history repeats itself. Civilizations and societies rise and fall and have done so since the beginnings of time. Inevitably chaos and death follows and what was once gained is forever lost only to be replaced by something darker and less refined. This because the human animal will do whatever is necessary to survive.

With the failure of both the European and American economy countless numbers of people will die either from starvation or violence. Wars over religion will be fought and the tolerance that is so much a part of civilization will be lost. Nations all over the world will soon be isolated from one another and be left to reestablish whatever form of society they can in order to survive. The philosophies of great minds will no longer be heard or considered, and the sciences that lead humankind out of the darkness will cease to exist leaving humankind to slip back into the darkness of ignorance, fear, and superstition.

The question then becomes; how many centuries will it take for mankind to lift itself upward out of the mud huts and blood shed before we once again see the light of reason?

Pretty bleak picture isn’t it. Some would say; Nahhhh…ain’t gonna happen. You’re just an alarmist nut case and you haven’t got the slightest clue as to what you’re talking about!

Okay, if you say so, but consider the following:

• From any given point in America our food supply is a minimum of fourteen hundred miles away from us. Depending upon where you are at there is probably less then a week’s supply of food available to you.

• The life blood of American AND Europe is food and fuel, and that is transported over highways and roads to everyplace in the world. If fuel is unavailable then food becomes unavailable. When food becomes unavailable, then society will break down within three days minimum and people will begin to attack their neighbors in order to take what they have to feed their own families.

• The rule of law and moral codes will break down almost immediately because laws and morals mean nothing when it becomes a matter of survival.

• You would arm yourselves to protect what you have and would be willing to kill anyone and anything that would attempt to take what you have.

• Education ends immediately because when you are trying to survive there is no time to send your children to school, and if you tried you’d be marking yourselves and your children as targets.

Think about it! Right now, at this very point in our history we are faced with difficult choices. Choices that if we don’t make them we could very well see the future that I have outlined here.

Does it mean this will happen? No it doesn’t. But at the same time it is one of many possibilities. It has happened before in the history of our world. What makes you think it won’t happen again?

Now more than ever the planet finds itself in a position where it takes less than a minute for all of known civilization to go to war with one another.

Who will be the peace makers? Who will be the takers? Who is willing to stand up to the plate and say enough is enough?

Merry Christmas...whether you like it or not!!

With Christmas (yeah I said the word) being just days away I thought that for the moment I would not talk about the Liberal Socialist, Obama, and all of the crap that is happening in our country at the moment. I’ve even decided to not talk about how our Christian faith and beliefs are being attacked by our government and those who would see our nation become a country that no longer recognizes the basic principles upon which this country was founded. That of course being Christian principles.

In stead I am going to take the spirit of the Holiday as literally as I possibly can and wish everyone a Merry Christmas. Ok… maybe I am offending some people, but the way I figure it the whole idea was that Christmas represents two things. The Birth of Jesus Christ into a world that needed and still needs saving. And the idea that at least one day a year maybe we as humans can forget our differences and for a few brief hours live in harmony and peace with one another. Most likely impossible, but hey, I can always hope.

I suppose in the long run it doesn’t really change things, but somewhere in the back of my mind I have hope. I also believe in miracles, which makes me sort of a romantic when I’m not out trying to wake people up to what is happening in our country and around the world.

As a child I remember my parents driving me all over town to see the beautiful Christmas lights, the Luminarias, and the Nativity scenes that people always put out. I also remember the family gatherings and the good cheer. Some of that cheer was probably enjoyed a little too much by some of my family members, but that was ok. Simply because I knew that after the forth or fifth drink I could con an uncle or an aunt into letting me open at least one of my presents that was under the Beautifully White Flocked Christmas Tree, which the EPA has now declared unsafe. My Aunt Velma always had one with beautiful Pink ornaments.

It was a time of family gathering and remembering those who had gone before. Family that I had never met, but knew from stories that were told about them with love and most times a great deal of humor. And some were remembered with a sense of loss and the emptiness of them no longer being there to share the season with us.

As I grew older and began to understand that Christmas represented more than just beautiful Trees with presents under them, I also began to understand that Christmas represented the birth of Jesus Christ, and that it was this one individual that if allowed brought out the best in mankind. Especially at this time of year.

Those days are gone now, and I have watched as my children have grown and gone on to have families of their own and make their own Christmas traditions. But as I sit here writing this I have come to the realization that I still believe in Christmas Miracles, Jesus Christ, and most especially Santa Claus.

To all of you, everyone, no matter your faith or non-faith, traditions, or beliefs, I want to wish you and yours a very merry Christmas, and a Happy and Prosperous New Year.

Even in this day and age occasionally miracles still happen….Merry Christmas!

Hmmm . . . Reichstag . . . Congress?

Some one once told me; if a few good men see something going wrong and do nothing then they are just a guilty as those who did the wrong . . . or words to that effect. I’m just paraphrasing of course but you get the idea.

One of the many problems that I and many others have, is informational overload. We see and hear so much going on in our country and government that it is difficult at times to see the forest through the trees. Well, I’m beginning to see the forest. At least I believe I am.

I am now writing this not as a would be politician or a Republican or Democrat, I am writing this as an American. What I have to say concerns ALL of us as Americans regardless of political affiliations, politics, or religious background. No matter our races, color or creed.

Over the past three and a half years we have watched the quick and steady progress of the destabilization of America. We have watched as the Justice Department has refused to prosecute laws that bind the very fabric of our nation together. We have also watched as that very same Justice Department has taken part in covert and blatantly illegal operations. At the same time we have watched helplessly as a liberal Congress has passed laws which are a blatant violation of the Constitution of the United States and our Bill of Rights. We have also watched as our President has essentially taken it upon himself to rule our nation by Executive Order, circumventing the Constitution, Congress, and the American People.

In the past three months we have watched as our economy has steadily gone down hill to the point where at any minute the President will declare a “Bank Holiday” and our retirement funds, IRA’s, and savings accounts are raided “for the good of the Nation”. I encourage you to enjoy this Christmas, because I truly believe that this will be the last time you will be able to afford it or be allowed as Americans and as Christians to celebrate it.

The final straw on the American Peoples back was the passage of Senate Bill S. 1867, the National Defense Authorization Act. While on the surface this bill is nothing more than a budget and military upgrade bill, Subtitle E; Other Matters, Sec. 345 states the following.

(Sec. 345) Requires: (1) the Secretary to develop guidance for commanders of military installations inside the United States on planning to minimize the effects of disruption of services by a utility that sells natural gas, water, or electricity to such installation; (2) such commanders to develop appropriate action plans to minimize such effects; and (3) the CG to review actions taken and report to Congress on the guidance developed.

Why? Are they afraid that they will do something that will anger the American People so much that they will disrupt utilities and services to military installations in the United States?

Subtitle C: Intelligence Matters says this; (Sec. 923) Requires the Director of the Defense Information Systems Agency to implement a mechanism to publish and maintain on the public Internet specified information on and resources for the Ozone Widget Framework in order to permit individuals and companies to develop, integrate, and test analysis tools and applications for use by DOD and elements of the intelligence community. Requires such Director to encourage and foster the use of such Framework by the computer industry and commercial information technology vendors.

Bear in mind also that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has without authorization of Congress scrapped the “Fairness Doctrine” which in effect allows Major Service Providers such as AT&T, QWEST, and BELL to selectively allow access to certain websites, blogs, and politically oriented News sites. In light of what has been going on I have a feeling that if the government directs them in the interest of National Security, that’s exactly what, will happen.

Finally, while I personally have not been able to find the text on the internet as written into the bill, I have found that it was entitled Sec. 1031 and was written about by Representative Justin Amash (R) of the third District for Michigan. America is now a War Zone!!

Well it is finally happened. Senate Bill 1867 was passed with a resounding majority by the United States Senate. In essence, this means that the entire continental United States is now a war zone and by writing this blog I now run the risk of being declared a criminal and arrested by the American military, without benefit of charges, trial and can be held indefinitely.

Be afraid America. Be very afraid. In a previous blog I stated that this was the beginning of dictatorship. I pray that I am wrong but some how I don't think so. So if I disappear in the middle of the night and my political website goes down and my blog goes down, you'll know what happened.

Remember what America was, remember how it began. Most importantly, remember what freedom was. We are the last generation to know that freedom. As the years pass educate your children and your grandchildren as to what America was. Most importantly remind your children and your grandchildren the importance of freedom.

There comes a time in every man and woman's life when they must make a decision that will change their lives forever, this is such a time for me. While I may be running for United States Senate for the state of New Mexico, I realize that I represent something that this government does not want to see or hear. And that is the truth.

In the state of New Mexico June 5th is slated to be the primary election for this year's election cycle, between now and June 5th, I will be doing my level best to campaign for a free America and for a free New Mexico. I don't know how well I'll do but I will do the very best I can, considering.

Will I fight? I'll fight the best way I know how with words and with whatever actions I can. Bearing in mind of course that I'm a fat old man now, and not a youngster who could get out and carry a rifle if needs be or go face-to-face with an enemy that we can't even identify at this point. But I will do the best that I can given the circumstances.

I encourage all of American to get out and exercise your franchise as Americans and vote. Our forefathers saw to it that you, the people of these United States have the ability and the duty to see to it that America remains free. Failure to exercise that franchise will deliver you into the hands of those who would see this country destroyed.

I also encourage you as Americans to fight for what is right and believe in America and believe in the dream that our forefathers created for us, the Declaration of Independence the Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the United States. Do not let these ideas go by the wayside, but keep them alive for not only yourselves but for your descendents and their descendents.

I ask you to stand with me to see to it that this country remains free. I also ask you to stand with me and help me to achieve what apparently is the impossible dream. To get elected as Senator for the state of New Mexico. Because as a Senator from New Mexico. It is there that I can do the best work that I can for both my state and my country.

Over the past 3 1/2 years I have watched this country very carefully. What I've seen is frightening and at the very least, angering. Currently we have an administration and the Senate. that seems to have absolutely no regard for the Constitution of the United States or for the American people.

What frightens me about all of this is the fact that in the background. I am hearing noises from people who have seen pretty much the same things that I have seen. And they are not happy, so much so to the fact that some are actually talking of a new American Revolution.

As I was growing up I never once thought that America would come to the point that it has today. I believe in America. I believe in its people, and I believe that we have the ability to fix the mistakes that have been made by others. My only hope is that we as Americans can stand up and do this before it's too late.

Over the past year. During my campaign for the United States Senate for the state of New Mexico, I have heard from quite a few people about what needs to be fixed and how it could be fixed. As I listen to these people. I remember a time in my youth when America seemed like the greatest country in the world, and we did not have to worry about our government destroying our freedoms and violating the Constitution of the United States. Now it seems that that is all we worry about constantly.

I remember a time growing up when my hometown Alamogordo, New Mexico was a place full of excitement, full of the future where nothing seemed impossible. Yet at the same time there was a certain amount of country charm to my hometown. It was possible for children to play that didn’t have to worry about some sexual deviant trying to kidnap them, it was a place where you could walk away from your home and forget to lock your door and known that while you were gone, your neighbors would look out for you. You could be gone for two weeks and come home and find that everything was exactly the way you left it. It was also a time when the future seemed real and all of the stories from science fiction appeared to be possible.

We can no longer live in the past. That is an unfortunate fact. It seems now that our world is about to implode upon itself unless we do something to prevent it. On many different occasions I have stated that New Mexico for the first time in its history, has the ability and the wherewithal to lead the country and the nation into the future. On many different occasions I have been told that I'm nuts, yet at the same time I'm a little bit of a romantic. Because I see the possibilities I see what can be done and what should be done not only for my state, but for my country.

Over the last 50 years we have seen a government that suddenly no longer listens to the people and no longer represents the people take control and quite literally bend to the will of other countries. So much so in fact that the Constitution of the United States now resembles nothing more than a piece of shredded paper. It is incumbent upon us as Americans to force our elected legislatures to realize that they represent us and that we do not represent them.

The 2012 election. Is our last chance to see to it that things change for the better simply because we have no choice.

Isn't it interesting that we have a Democratic Senate and Congress who are on record as saying that their plan for the United States is to socialize it. I say to you that we cannot allow this to happen. America was founded on free choices, the ability to own property, the ability to see to it that we lived our lives pretty much the way we wanted to as long as it did not hurt others and did not violate the laws of the land. Now all of a sudden we have a political group and the government that has decided that they know what is best for us as Americans. They have decided that they will do everything within their power to take care of us as though we are children needing supervision constantly.

I asked the question; what changed in America that makes these people think that we need to be supervised? What changed in America that makes these people seem to think that we are nothing more than serfs and slaves to their will?

When our founding fathers wrote the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights. Somehow they knew that we would come to a point in our history where we would once again have to defend our freedom from our own government. We see this every day, most especially now that members of the United States Senate seemed intent on giving the president the power to activate the military in order to arrest American citizens anywhere in the world to include the United States of America itself. This frightens me. This frightens me so badly that I cannot help but wonder what the future brings for us. Will we be forced to undergo another civil war within this country?

As a human being, not as a senatorial candidate. I see a dark time in America. I see a time when it will become impossible to get food, electricity, the very basics of life. I see a time when United Nations treaties will be enforced by a government that has absolutely no right to enforce these treaties and force them upon the American people.

With my writing this blog, it would appear that I run a very serious risk of becoming an enemy of the state. Yet at the same time, I feel it necessary in some sort of feeble attempt to make the American people aware of what they are facing and what is coming. I never class myself as a hero and never will. I class myself as an American citizen who sees what's wrong and is doing his level best to educate the American people in the hope that they will one day wake up and see what is happening before it is too late. I love my country. I love everything about it, I understand what it takes to be an American. I understand that I have an obligation and a duty to participate in the political process. The Dictatorship is now beginning

It has just recently been brought to my attention that there is a move in the United States Senate that will ultimately lead to the beginning of a dictatorship within this country.

At this very moment there is a bill called S 1867, the National Defense Authorization Act Bill that will allow the United States President to order the United States Military to arrest any American citizen anywhere in the world including the United States and detain, hold without charges or trial any United States citizen.

What the fuck! If this is the case then why the hell don't they just give the American military redcoats, muskets, and white wigs and we'll start the whole process all over again. For what it's worth this just seems like a giant step backwards in American history. I find it incredible that the so-called Americans have lost sight of what America is, what it represents and what it stands for. The American people do not deserve this nor do they deserve representatives in Congress that seem to think that they are nothing but a bunch of babies that need to be taken care of.

What irritates the hell out of me is the fact that somewhere along the line people that were elected by the citizenry of the United States have suddenly developed a mindset that goes beyond all reason or understanding. I cannot help but wonder what the hell is going on.

As each day goes by it becomes more and more evident to me that we are at war even here at home. And apparently there are others that seem to think the same thing but that we as American citizens are the enemy.

All of a sudden those individuals that were elected by the American people have lost track of what America truly is. Instead they have become like self-seeking self centered money-grubbing individuals who seek nothing but power. They've lost sight of what America stands for that lost sight of the sacrifices that its people is made over the last 236 years. What's even more disgusting is that they stop listening to the American people.

America's about to enter into a new dark age one where we are no longer allowed to own weapons, allowed to own our own property, allowed to have a say in what is going on in our daily lives. We will no longer be allowed to be free to travel around the country as we will, to do is we will to make money to pursue the American dream because that dream is no more. Instead we will become serfs and slaves to a government that no longer is of the people and by the people working in order to maintain that government and any monies that we make will be taxed so heavily that we will have nothing left to feed ourselves and our families.

As an American citizen I can no longer stand by and tell you that if you participate things will change, that's a decision that you will have to make for yourself. But there will come a time when all of a sudden you will be forced to make a decision for yourself for your families for your children for your grandchildren. The 2012 elections may be the last free elections that this country has. It is imperative upon all of you whether you're Republican or Democrat or independent to exercise your franchise as Americans and go to the polls and see to it that the travesty that is unfolding before our very eyes is stopped.

With this bill it seems that the American government is now trying to subvert the American military, a military that traditionally has fought for the freedoms of this country, upheld the Constitution of the United States and stood for freedom around the world. As American citizens we must stand up, we must make a difference and we must make a difference now!

As an individual I personally have probably not live the best life I possibly could, yet as an American I stand up now willing to give my life for my country willing to give my life to stand up for the Constitution of the United States and what it represents and the dream that our forefathers created for all of us knowing full well that there would come a time in the history of this country that we would once again have to rise up and correct the mistakes made by those who would see our nation destroyed.

As Americans it is incumbent upon you the individual to get from behind your television sets, look around you and see what is happening. It is imperative that you as Americans stand up and fight for what is right.

Personally, I know and understand that I have very little chance of ever being elected to the United States Senate. I also know and understand that even if I were elected to the United States Senate I would be one of many voices that probably would not be heard yet at the same time I would be the one voice that would stand up and scream until my lungs burst to try and fight for this country in the best way that I know how.

I now ask the question what are you as Americans willing to do to see to it that America prevails and does not die a slow and painful death through apathy on the part of the citizens. I am not advocating violence but I am advocating a revolution. I advocate revolution of thought and ideas, and most importantly patriotism of the old school, where all Americans took part in the political process that made this country great.

I cannot and will not tolerate an administration that continually apologizes to the rest of the world for America's greatness. I cannot and will not tolerate an administration and a Congress that is continually violating the Constitution of the United States either through regulation treated as laws or through bills which are a blatant violation of everything that America represents and stands for.

America was founded because we the people were a new breed, a new creature, that required a new nation. This nation was built and designed by our forefathers for those of us who understood the true meaning of freedom. It's time that we remember this important fact. This nation was not founded on the socialism of a medieval empire, but on new ideas new hopes and dreams and we must keep those dreams alive.

Veterans Day

At first there was a question. Then there was a desire. Finally there was an act and America became a fact. Then there was a realization that that fact was good and that it needed to be protected.

Then came those who realized that in order to protect that idea and the new beginnings of a nation that was so unique that a sacrifice would have to be made to ensure its survival. Husbands, wives, children, slaves and freed men and women throughout America’s history. Willingly these individuals stepped forward to see to it that America, and everything it stood for survived. These individuals were willing to shed their blood to see to it that the Tree of TRUE Liberty was nourished and grew. As time passed their blood caused the roots of liberty and the very ideas that represented it to spread around the world. And upon that tree grew the scarlet fruits of freedom.

The Americans who served this nation over the passed two hundred and thirty-five years and most especially those who made the supreme sacrifice have nourished the roots of freedom and caused our nation and freedom to spread the world over.

Let us remember their service and their sacrifices with humility and honor them as true heroes. Let us honor the mothers and fathers who also gave of their children so that America could remain free.

May God grant them a special place in Heaven. May they never know pain again, and may they always look down upon was with pride and dignity.

And may we continue the fight to keep America free so that their sacrifice will never have been in vain.

Balancing the Constitution against the Reality

A difficulty that very few of us as would be politicians and conservatives give little if any thought to is that of balancing the precepts of the Constitution of the United States against the reality of modern life in this country.

For those of us who adhere to the Constitution there are very specific rules which we must abide by in order to make it work. Most particularly those rules that limit the authority of the government and of it size. Also the rules written and unwritten which govern the issuance of federal funding to state programs and organizations.

In the economy of this day and age it becomes even more important that we as conservatives pay close attention to both the needs of the American People and the need to adhere to the Constitution.

As a conservative I realize and recognize that it is essential that old programs be revamped in order to ultimately reduce the financial burden upon the tax payer. I also see the need for a massive reduction in the size of the government that already has grown beyond all reason and control. Yet at the same time I see a segment of the American population that through the circumstance of poverty, a social welfare program that is essentially a trap, and baby boomers finally coming to retirement age that are in dire need.

One of the unfortunate facts that we must recognize is that starting with Franklin D. Roosevelt, Social Programs that were inherently unconstitutional were put into place and over the years the American population has become dependent upon them. So much so that if we were to adhere religiously to the Constitution and do away with them we would immediately create a national crisis of unprecedented magnitude. As a result we are forced to accept that these programs are now apart of the American lexicon and must be dealt with.

While I contend that it is possible to adhere to the Constitution and meet the needs of the American people, I also believe that it is necessary to take a totalitarian approach to government spending and the revamping of the majority of social welfare programs.

Social Security must be made to be self sustaining. Social Security funds must be removed from the General Fund back into its own funding system where it was originally and the government must be prevented from borrowing from it in order to fund other government programs. Currently the Federal Government cannot even pay the daily interest on the moneys already borrowed from the Social Security fund.

Welfare programs might be revamped in the following manner;

A program that last for six years
This program would provide the necessary means for anyone seeking assistance to survive with Food Stamps, Child daycare (for single parents) aide with energy assistance, Medicaid for all members of a single parent home and either subsidized government or low income housing.
It would require that the recipient be drug free (with the exception of doctor prescribed medications) and would be subject to periodic testing
It would require that the recipient have or obtain a GED within the first six months of entering the program.
It would also require that the recipient either have a full time job (not less than 30 hours a week) or continue their education, or perform community service in an amount of time not to exceed 25 hours per week. It would also require that the recipient establish a bank account/savings account and if they are employed full time they deposit 10 percent of their weekly pay into the savings account. The money in this savings account cannot be withdrawn until such time as they leave the program.
The program would provide funding for continuing education to the level of an Associates Degree or a Trade School.
While income of the recipient is monitored the Assistance Program will not deduct or penalize by reduction of services the Assistance provided to the recipient.
When the recipient reaches a certain income level and is able to provide for him or herself in a reasonable manner they will leave the program.
A Two year grace period will be given to all recipients at the end of which the recipient will then make low affordable payments back into the system for a period not to exceed the amount of time they remained within the Assistance Program.
Once they have left the program and become self sufficient they cannot re-inter the program under any circumstances and are forced to stand or fail on their own.

This of course is not a perfect solution and would require a great deal more thought and work to make it viable, but I believe it is a start in the right direction.

There must be an immediate reduction in government, doing away with offices that by rights serve no real purpose other than to create more bureaucratic garbage.

The Use of foreign aide and payments to governments that by rights would gladly plunge a knife into the backs of the American People the first chance they got must be stopped immediately. These payments are being laid onto the backs of the American Tax payer and amount to nothing more than bribes. American can no longer afford such reckless spending. The funds that are used in this manner can be turned around and used to reduce the national deficit or to help relieve the already oppressive tax burden forced onto the American public.

With regard to states, it is possible to adhere to the Constitution and at the same time make it possible for each state to take a more active role in creating solutions to their economic problems and conditions by removing useless federally mandated regulations that prevent them from exploiting their resources and destroying jobs.

Currently the State of New Mexico stands on the cusp of being able to lead the nation and the world into the future. While some may look at me askance when I say this it is never the less true. I believe that it is time for ALL New Mexicans to start looking to the future and our innate ability to solve difficult problems and succeed where others have failed.

Obama's Administration is Corrupt!!

Over the past several months I have been watching the situation with regard to “Fast and Furious”, Solyndra, the Unions, Occupy Wall Street, and Obama’s jobs bill with a great deal of interest.

While to many it may seem somewhat confusing and more of informational overload than anything else, I believe that I can actually make some sense of the whole thing.

The one thing that I can say with a certain amount of certainty is that it is beginning to look like the Obama Administration is turning out to be the most corrupt administration this government has ever seen. Even more so than Nixon and Watergate.

With regard to Solyndra I ask the question; just how much was the involvement between the White House and Solyndra, and how much money changed hands? While for the moment we cannot ascertain as to whether or not this is indeed the case, it strikes me as odd that Solyndra has received huge amounts of money for projects that by all rights and under normal circumstances would require massive amounts of vetting and analysis before even being considered for such loan guarantees by the government. Apparently this didn’t happen. Yeah I know that on the record it may appear to have taken place, but if you look carefully this process was accomplished in record time, and there were numerous short cuts taken. More amazing is the fact that Solyndra was asking for more and a restructuring of the loan knowing full well at the time they were about to declare Bankruptcy. Were it not for the fact that the conservative media caught wind of the fact, I doubt seriously that the American people would have ever learned of this.

Operation Fast and Furious is another classic example as to the depths of corruption the Administration is willing to go to. Since when in the history of the ATF prior to this have they advanced a program to put guns into the hands of criminals and drug cartels? Representative Issa has already proven the case. He has also gathered evidence that Attorney General Eric Holder perjured himself before Congress when he stated that he knew nothing of Fast and Furious until it was brought to his attention by Congress. In any other “honest” Administration his resignation would have been demanded immediately upon this little discovery. Yet it now seems that he was in on it from the beginning. Representative Issa also seems to have produced evidence that the White House was fully aware of the operation and supported it. To add insult to injury rumors are now circulating that this whole operation was intended to make it possible for the government AND the United Nations to create treaties and more draconian regulations re: gun control. Thus circumventing the Constitution and the Second Amendment.

We know that the Obama Administration has violated the United States Constitution in so many different ways that the document that was the basis for the foundation of America now resembles something that looks like its been run through a paper shedder.

Here I ask the question; what Presidential Administration in the history of this country has ever had an open door policy to Union Leaders? Why is it excusable for Union Leaders not to be prosecuted for acts of violence against any and all who refuse to join their Unions or pay their Union dues? People are being maimed and killed by these obviously orchestrated acts of violence and no one is being held accountable. And Congress has given them a free pass. This is disgusting and reprehensible.

What is it going to take for the American People to wake up and see what is happening?!

As far as occupy Wall Street is concerned. Come on people! Look carefully at this and see it for what it is. Marx and Lenin used these tactics in order to ensure that Communism took control of Russia. In the end it was the party leaders who had the most and there ultimately was absolutely no wealth what so ever to redistribute. The simple fact is the wealthy pay over thirty percent of the over all taxes in this nation and now these clowns demand that they pay more. Where is the sense in that?

History has already proven that if you increase taxes the wealthy actually pay less and the poor smuck that is barely making it pays more. Decrease taxes and the wealthy pay more. Why? Because they are actually able to make more money and the economy grows. Simple as that!!

Occupy Wall Street is nothing more than a way to try and discredit the Tea Party Movement and to make Conservatives look like the SOB’s who are making things worse. Yet if you look at what has taken place over the past three years under the Obama Administration and the Democratic Party you’ll see exactly what is happening.

Now in the past I have been soundly criticized for my comments regarding Obama. I have been called a racist and a bigot. Yet not once have I wavered from my position nor will I ever. Our country is being destroyed from within and if we don’t do something about it now, we as a nation are doomed.

Call me whatever you want, but history will bear me out. If we don’t do something now, we are screwed.

The following is a narrative taken from a 2008 Sunday morning televised "Meet The Press'.

From Sunday's 07 Sept. 2008 11:48:04 EST, Televised "Meet the Press" THE THEN Senator Obama was asked about his stance on the American Flag.

General Bill Ginn' USAF (ret.) asked Obama to explain WHY he doesn't follow protocol when the National Anthem is played.

The General stated to Obama that according to the United States Code, Title 36, Chapter 10, Sec. 171...

During rendition of the national anthem, when the flag is displayed, all present (except those in uniform) are expected to stand at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart. Or, at the very least, " Stan d and Face It".

NOW GET THIS !!

'Senator' Obama replied:

"As I've said about the flag pin, I don't want to be perceived as taking sides". "There are a lot of people in the world to whom the American

flag is a symbol of oppression.." "The anthem itself conveys a war-like message. You know, the bombs bursting in air and all that sort of thing."

(ARE YOU READY FOR THIS???)

Obama continued: "The National Anthem should be 'swapped' for something less parochial and less bellicose. I like the song 'I'd Like To Teach the World To Sing'. If that were our anthem, then, I might salute it. In my opinion, we should consider reinventing our National Anthem as well as 'redesign' our Flag to better offer our enemies hope and love. It's my intention, if elected, to disarm America to the level of acceptance to our Middle East Brethren. If we, as a Nation of waring people, conduct ourselves like the nations of Islam, where peace prevails - - - perhaps a state or period of mutual accord could exist between our governments ..."

When I become President, I will seek a pact of agreement to end hostilities between those who have been at war or in a state of enmity, and a freedom from disquieting oppressive thoughts. We as a Nation, have placed upon the nations of Islam, an unfair injustice which is WHY my wife disrespects the Flag and she and I have attended several flag burning ceremonies in the past".

"Of course now, I have found myself about to become the President of the United States and I have put my hatred aside . Perhaps some of you will now understand my hatred for this individual. Frankly I am sick and tired of being labeled hard right, a racist, and a nut job. This is what we have been facing and dealing with from the very beginning of his administration. It’s time for it to end and its time for all Americans to stand up and make changes to correct this gentleman’s actions.

As Senator of the Great State of New Mexico it would be my duty and obligation to see to it that the interest and sovereignty of my state are protected, it is also my duty and obligation to see to it that the Constitution of the United States is upheld and protected.

Well, as many of you already know I am attempting to run for the United States Senate for the State of New Mexico. Not many of you know me or have even heard about me and this is due in part to the fact that I don’t have a lot of money. I have a lot of people who have gone to my website and have said that they like what they see, but that’s not enough.

For those of you who think you know me or have heard rumors about me…ok fair enough, but I suggest that you ask me and I will tell you the answers. You may not like what you hear but I won’t lie to you.

I will continue to run with no money, no real publicity, and apparently no real support. BUT I will run. If for nothing else, just to aggravate the other candidates and attempt to keep them in line. As an American it is my right and I believe my obligation. I want to exercise those rights for as long as I can before they are taken away from me.

Some of you may ask; what is your candidacy about? Some have asked; why are you even running Bill?

The answer to the first is simple. My Candidacy is about New Mexico and representing its citizens. Its also about fighting to protect their rights as Americans and their right to achieve whatever their American Dream may be. It is about protecting and defending the Constitution of the United States, and fighting to see to it that our government doesn’t destroy that most precious of ideas and beliefs, that made America what it is. Some political pundits have labeled me as “Hard Right”. If being for America first and being for New Mexico and the Constitution of the United States is Hard Right, then so be it.

I have no illusions about my chances of winning a primary and then winning a general election. I’m not wealthy, and I am certainly not a part of the political machine. But I have a message and I figure that this is the best way to get that message out to the people. And that message is this;

For the past two hundred thirty-five years America has fought for its independence and its freedom. We have populated a continent that by all logic and purpose should have destroyed anyone who tried. We have prospered and we have grown. And we have done this because of the freedoms our forefathers fought for, and the sacrifices made by those who in the final analysis are greater than any of us today.

Benjamin Franklin, when asked why stated the following; “America has created a new race of beings. Rougher, less refined, tougher, more innovative, and more creative than any other race on earth. It is only reasonable that we have our own country and our own laws and freedoms like no other country”.

Some have said that America is now entering its twilight years and one day soon will go the way of other more ancient civilizations who have succumbed to the general nature of man. Some have said that Americans have lost their ability to care and understand the greatness that was and is America, preferring instead to sit in front of their televisions doing nothing and letting others run things. Some have even said that Americans no longer care.

I say that this is a lie!

Everyday I see the true evidence of what makes America the greatest nation on this planet. I see a people who will willingly help their neighbors in times of genuine need. I see a people who are willing to stand and fight for what is right and defend the underdog.

I also see a people who have been duped and have fallen for the lies of those who would destroy our country from within. A group of people who believe that they know what is best for us and are willing to destroy the dream that is America. People who will apologize for our greatness and the fact that we were able to accomplish what no other nation in this world had been able to do.

It is time for us as Americans to wake up! It is time for us to see what is happening around us. It is time for us to remove the blinders from our eyes and retake what is ours by birth and by right!

As Americans we must regain the moral imperative that fueled our nation in the beginning. And we must regain our belief in something greater than ourselves. If we do not, then the sacrifices of our brave men and women over the past two hundred years will have been in vain and they will have died for nothing. The three thousand who were brutally murder on 9/11 will have died for nothing.

Maybe I am a bit of a romantic. I still believe in miracles and I still believe in America. I want to be able to take the fight to them and let them know that there is at least some one who is willing to fight for what is right. For what makes America great, and for the dream.

If we don’t fight then one day soon we may have to fight whether we want to or not.

Loosing Focus??

I have been watching over the past year with great interest both the Obama Administration and the Republican Party of New Mexico. I’ve also been watching the states Tea Party groups.

From the perspective of myself and several others the Obama Administration and the Congress seem to be acting like a bunch of monkeys in a shit throwing contest, The Republican Party in general can’t seem to get it together enough to strike a decisive blow against Obama’s administration and the Democrats in order to make them understand that it is the people who govern and not the political parties, and the Tea Party groups while trying to fight the good fight have allowed themselves to become distracted by to many issues and no real focus.

As far as the Congress and the Obama Administration are concerned, I doubt seriously that this is an issue the will be resolved until after the 2012 elections. Simply for the fact that the Congress must maintain its Republican Majority and the Senate must shift from its Democrat majority to a Republican majority. And here in lays the rub as far as the Tea Parties are concerned.

It is incumbent upon the Tea Parties to watch closely what is happening in the home states and in their home counties. That is a given, but it also incumbent upon them to look carefully and closely at what is taking place on a national level.

Some one told me that they need to get a Republican that while a member of the Republican Party is also not afraid to step outside of the Republican box to represent their constituents and their needs, or at the very least to listen to them and give serious thought to finding a solution that will meets the needs of his or her constituents and at the same time remain within the boundaries of the Constitution of the United States. Instead just the opposite seems to be happening. It appears that local and national Tea Party Groups have lost their focus.

Now more than ever it has become apparent that we as a nation are at a cross roads between the freedoms guaranteed us by the Constitution and the promises made to us by Socialism. And from what I can see, socialism is winning and we as Americans can’t even seed it happening.

Curiously, here in New Mexico, two of the Republican Candidates are doing their level best to avoid talking to the people while the other two (Myself included here) want nothing more than to be able to talk with the people.

As for myself, wellll…yeah ok…some consider me to be a bit of a screwball and hard right. In fact they don’t even mention my name, which is unfortunate for me. But here again we find that it has become a case of who has the most money to buy the advertising, pay for the posters, and handouts etc… it didn’t used to be that way but now it is.

But! If it weren’t that way and there was an even playing field for all of the candidates I cannot help but wonder how much different things would become.

In the meantime, think about what we have, what’s going on, how Congress has reacted to many of the problems, and what we could be facing. Then think about what the solutions could be and why.

Hoffa Call to War

With James Hoffa’s apparent call to war against “Tea Party” members and Obama’s failure to distance himself from these remarks, it would appear that it is to be war.

While I am not officially a member of the Tea Party let there be no doubt that I am one of “Those Sons of Bitches” that Hoffa was talking about and brother, I am ready, willing and able to get out there and kick some Union butt if that’s what it’s going to take to get this President out of office and get America back on track.

Obama’s announcement that he wants three billion more dollars to create jobs amounts to nothing more than Stimulus three. Which we can pretty much tell from previous experience is going to do nothing more than fund Hoffa’s Unions and Obama’s cronies just as it did during Stimulus one and two.

So much for civility! It’s pretty clear to me that what we are facing and have been facing since the Obamanator’s sudden and frankly strange rise to power is a war. A war against the Constitution of the United States and a war against the freedoms and rights that make America great. I might also add that this is a war against America’s greatness.

What no one seems to realize is that Hoffa pretty much stated what Obama wants, and Obama didn’t refute or play down Hoffa’s comments. This tells me that he agrees.

Now comes the fun part of my comments. If Hoffa and Obama want a war against America, the Constitution and our freedoms, then I’ll be the first to step up. Hell everyone thinks I crazier than an outhouse rat anyway so I might as will start things off.

Here’s my challenge to Mr. Hoffa; Sir, if you want a war and you want to take care of “those Sons of Bitches” then put your money where your mouth is you fat brown nosing, Communistic, unionist, putz! Well actually I shouldn’t call you fat since I’m more than a little large myself, but never the less, I challenge you to step into a room, just the two of us, and we’ll start things off one on one. And why would I claim this right and make this challenge?

Well its like this. By yours and Obama’s definition of the members of the Tea Party and for that matter any American that is willing to stand against you and your ilk I AM one of “those Sons of Bitches”. In fact here in New Mexico I am considered by many to be the biggest Son of a Bitch in this state! As such I am more than willing to put my own butt on the line and take you on. Or is it me just hearing your gums flapping?

Let me know Jimmy, we’ll get this thing rolling, just you and me and we’ll see who comes out of that room first. You or me. One thing that you should know James. When it comes to fighting for America and fighting for our Constitution, I fight dirty. But hey! That’s just me.

Now is your chance. Put up or shut the Hell Up!! All you want is to continue sucking at the life blood of all Americans under the protection of the biggest Vampire of them all.

Remembering 9/11

With September 11th quickly coming upon us I am noticing certain liberal establishments seems to be doing everything in their power to minimize it’s memory and the impact that it had upon the United States as a whole.

Almost three thousand people died in the heinous attack upon America. But more than that it was also an attack upon the entire free non-Muslim world as the victims included all nationalities. As America watch in horror and the Twin Towers dropped to the ground there was a triumphal cry from terrorist groups across the globe. A cry that we as Americans will never forget and never forgive.

Yet now we see the liberal left discounting those deaths and violence upon our home country by allowing the construction of a Mosque at Ground Zero, or at least within sight of it. We also see the Mayor of New York City, Bloomberg, refusing to allow prayers and remembrances during the memorial ceremonies scheduled to take place at Ground Zero on September 11th. Why? Is he afraid that he’ll upset the Muslims who want to build their Mosque in sight of Ground Zero as a sign of their victory over the infidel American?

From my own personal point of view, I as a conservative and most especially as an American am beyond the point of caring. The individuals responsible for this gross act of terror do not and will never have my understanding, compassion, care, or respect. Nor will they receive from me anything but the purist contempt. Contempt not only for those who committed this act, but for the religion that spawned it and continues to spawn acts of terror and violence around the world all in the name of the “Religion of Peace”.

What frustrates and infuriates me more than anything else is the fact that we have a President who has continually apologized to the world and most especially to the Arab Nations for America’s greatness. Choosing instead to do everything he can to minimize our country and our accomplishments. At the same time his policies and legislative initiatives are designed to convert America into third world status.

As for the fallen victims of 9/11, the people who were in the Twin Towers, and the brave men and women of the New York Police and Fire Departments I ask the following question; who will remember them and their sacrifices if not us? Who will remember their lives, their joys, and their loves, if not us? Most importantly, who will remember the other heroes? A plane full of people that was aimed at the White House and the sacrifice those people made when they forced the plane to crash in a Pennsylvania field killing not only the terrorist but themselves.

I say that it is incumbent upon us as Americans to remember them all. It is incumbent upon us to see to it that the sacrifices made and forced upon our citizens be remembered with the fitting humility and honor they deserve. And that those sacrifices be honored by All Americans by keeping alive the dream that is America and forcing out those who would destroy our nation from within.

May God Bless and love them all, and accept them into his loving arms.

Tea Party and Peas

Recently during the debates, arguments, counter debates, failed bills, more failed bills, and general baloney of the Congress over the debt ceiling crisis (?) the Tea Party was once again mentioned prominently.

It seems that anyone and everyone was attacking the Tea Party simply because certain elected Congressmen and women decided that they would in fact keep their promises and their honor by adhering to the principles of the Tea Party and the American People. What a surprise.

What disturbs me the most is that not only was it the liberal Democrats that were attacking the Tea Party but also supposed Republican Conservatives. We would expect that kind of behavior from the Dems and the Senate, but Republicans?

Interestingly, all of those who attacked the Tea Party were treating it like a political party rather than the American movement that it truly is. What they apparently fail to realize is that it is the American People and not some fringe group like one of Obama’s favorites like “La Raza”, or for that matter the AFL-CIO, who were screaming bloody murder.

I have to laugh at the comments and ideas put forth by the Obamanator that the American People should leave the running of this country to the “Professional” Politicians and that we should concern ourselves with our daily affairs and “eat our peas”.

What an asshole! It has become blatantly obvious that this clown just doesn’t get it! This is America and as such we the people run things not “Professional” Politicians! We elect those clowns to office. With the exception of the turkeys that have created a political dynasty by managing to stay in office until they are older than dirt or end up as mummies in their offices at the Capitol, a great majority of the individuals in office come from the rank and file of the people. And in most cases they are in office because they are hoping to make a difference.

The unfortunate thing about it all is that as soon as they get into office they are politely but firmly informed that they don’t matter and they will tow the mark or else.

A good example of all of this is the issue of raising the Debt Ceiling. Those who fought and held out to the bitter end were branded “Tea Party” extremist and nut jobs, and told that they had better come back to the real world or America was going down the toilet.

In the end Obama got exactly what he wanted and once again America got the shaft. And whether or not anyone realizes it, we ARE in a DEPRESSION not a recession.

What is even more amazing is that the Dems are now charging the Republicans with a failure to present any kind of jobs bill that would get America back to work. What? You mean like Obama’s stimulus bill?

Let’s see, that one raise the National deficit from $9 trillion to $14 trillion, there were no real jobs, with the exception of the sign companies who made a bundle from making signs that stated “This Project is Funded by Stimulus” and were posted on every major highway project around the country that was never finished.

Guess what’s coming next people. Stimulus 3.0. Let’s see… that will most likely raise the deficit to $25 trillion and still no jobs. At the same time this yob gets to raise more taxes and eventually we’ll be working for them full time and having to suffer for it. Can you say third world country? That’s what we’ll eventually turn out to be if this jackass and all of the so called “Professional” Politicians are allowed to remain in office.

Then again, maybe we deserve what we get since over the past fifty years or so we’ve just sat back and allowed it to happen. At least the Tea Party tried to do something about it, and that is to say the American People who woke up and saw the writing on the wall.

Go eat your peas…

Making a Diffence??

Well, I’m not entirely sure how to phrase this or title it since at this very moment it would appear that my run for the United States Senate for New Mexico is nothing more than an exercise in self stimulation.

Kind of sad isn’t it. After sitting back and watching what is happening in our beautiful country, watching the political posturing, the rhetoric, and complete failure of our President as a leader, I have this persistent urge to puke.

When I made the decision to run for office I didn’t do it for fame or glory. I didn’t do it for the money or power. I made the decision because I felt that some one and something had to be done in order to make a difference. If nothing else to get out the message. That message being that we can and must do more for our country or we are going to loose it. And most especially for our state.

It isn’t necessary to legislate pork in order to help our state. What is necessary is that some one fights to remove nonsensical regulations and laws that prevent not just New Mexico but other states as well from utilizing their available resources and the skills of their citizens.

What is even more necessary is that some one stands with those few already in Congress who are fighting to return America to its Constitutional values. I thought that I was that person, but I guess that I was wrong.

That doesn’t mean that I won’t continue to run, if for nothing else but to continue to try and get the message out. So far I have no money, no support, a lot of atta boys, and pats on the back, vague promises which amount to a lot of bullshit and nothing more.

For those of you who have told me that you need to go to Tea Party Functions and various party meetings, you’re right. The one and only problem is that I am running a campaign on absolutely no money and no support. The simple answer is that I cannot afford to get there and take care of my family at the same time. I don’t make deals, I don’t make promises that I cannot keep, and I won’t become a part of the good ol’ boy system.

I’ll continue to run, as it were, just to aggravate the hell out of everyone. If nothing else just to say that I did it. For now it’s beginning to look like the Republicans may get Heather Wilson, or the Democrat. In either case it will be six more years of nothing but crap, a state that is prevented from achieving the greatness that it deserves, and a country that will reach third world status very soon now.

If nothing else, when you go to the polls remember that this country was founded on principles that no other country in the world has ever known or will ever know. What you do what you decide will make a difference.

Debt Ceiling Talks A Sham???

Both the Republicans and the Democrats seem to have reached an impasse with one another regarding the negotiations of the Debt Ceiling limit. Republicans say that they won’t accept tax increases without cuts in Government spending and the Dems say they won’t cut spending but demand tax increases. . . STALEMATE!!

Meanwhile, President Obama is playing devils advocate/negotiator between the two and making and breaking promises to both sides on an almost daily basis. . . STALL TACTIC!!

What neither the Republicans nor Democrats fail to understand or for that matter realize, is that the Congress is the only body that has the power and the ability to settle the issue, and that power is mandated to them by the Constitution of the United States. Obama has no power at all save that of the veto, which he has threatened on numerous occasions to use if the Congress sends him something he doesn’t like.

It would appear for the moment that Obama is attempting to run out the clock on the August 2^nd deadline thereby giving him the ability to go to the American people and say; “The Congress has failed to come up with a viable plan to extend the Debt Limit, therefore, I as President have decided that I will resolve the issue by executive order….ya di ya di ya…” Of course if something like this happens then we really are in trouble for a number of reasons.

The first being of course that never in the history of the United States has ANY President circumvented Congress, simply because it violates the Constitution and also because it immediately places the offending President into the realm of “Dictator”.

While this immediately becomes an impeachable offense, the question then becomes will the impeachment process begin at all. Simply because the Constitution requires that the charges for impeachment must begin in the Senate. Which as we all know is currently controlled by the Democrats. And so far they have not raised an eyebrow to the many and various violations to the Constitution already committed by the Obamanator.

This being the case, the American people are more or less caught between a rock and a hard place.

What Congress must realize is that they must come together and find a solution that at the very least allows for the debt Ceiling to be raised at least long enough for an accord to be reached. It does not have to outline the cuts and tax hikes at this moment and only has to allow for a limited increase while the arguments are presented, argued and an accord is finally reached that both parties can live with. Of course this could also result in the same problems, but for the moment they must get a bill to Obama. The reason behind this is that we all know Obama will veto the bill, but he cannot then say that it’s Congress’ fault and he has no excuse for violating the Constitution.

On the other hand Congress MUST begin to exercise the power granted to it by the Constitution instead of leaving it up to an individual who has on many occasions proven his distain and disregard for it. Failure to do so could result in something that America does not want and ultimately will not accept.

Go figure…
