WWE (formerly known as WWF SmackDown from 2000 to 2004 and WWE SmackDown vs. RAW from 2004 to 2011) is a series of professional wrestling video games developed by Yuke's and published by THQ. The games in the series are based on the professional wrestling promotion WWE and feature professional wrestling match types, storylines and playable characters based on WWE programming. Originally named after WWE’s SmackDown television program, the series was eventually renamed to add WWE’s other major television show Raw to the title. In 2011, THQ announced that the series would now be known as simply WWE starting with the release of WWE '12.
The series began with the release of WWF SmackDown! in 2000 and originally remained exclusive to Sony’s PlayStation consoles. After the release of 2004’s WWE SmackDown! vs. RAW, the series expanded with yearly releases for various other consoles including the PlayStation Portable, Xbox 360, Nintendo DS and Wii, as well as mobile devices. Yuke’s has also released the games in Japan under the name ‘’Exciting Pro Wrestling’’, but after SmackDown vs. Raw 2006, THQ took over as the Japanese publisher and the Japanese releases adopted the western name.

Reception of the series has been positive overall, and WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2009 was rated 31st and 28th (Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, respectively) in IGN's "Top 100 Games" list.Due to the popularity of the series, it is among the best-selling video game franchises, with 47 million copies shipped as of 2009.

Online gameplay
Starting with the release of WWE SmackDown! vs. Raw, online gameplay was made available for players who had a Sony Network Adapter and a Sony PlayStation 2. Online gameplay was kept at a minimum, as online players only had two game modes to compete in: one-on-one and a Bra and Panties match, in which a player competes as a WWE Diva and strips the opposition of her clothes, until she is left with only her undergarments. When WWE SmackDown! vs. Raw 2006 was released, the online gameplay was changed, and players were able to compete in more match types, defend created championships, and compete with up to four players in each match. With the release of WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 on the Xbox 360 console (PS3 would not see this feature until WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2009), players were able to select music from their system's hard disk drive into the video game, where the music can be used in superstars' ring entrances

Forza Motorsport 4 is a racing video game released by Turn 10 Studios for the Xbox 360. It is the fourth installment in the Forza Motorsport series, and has been released in North America on October 11, 2011 and is going to be released in Europe on October 14. The game will be the first in the series to support the Kinect sensor alongside the traditional controller-based gameplay.

Gameplay

Players will be able to import their Forza Motorsport 3 profiles into Forza Motorsport 4, giving them the ability to transfer a certain amount of in-game credits and gifted cars into their new garage. The amount allowed transferred is based on how long they have played the game and how many cars and credits they have.

A video demo of the game showed that the player was able to look into a corner using a new head tracking feature, allowing them to look toward the apex of a corner or at nearby cars. Another new feature called Autovista allowed the player to walk around and explore inside their vehicle using Kinect. The player could point at certain features, such as headlights, wheels and

the engine, for further information about them.The Autovista feature is not limited to Kinect users only, and is useable by a regular Xbox 360 controller. When using Kinect, the game will automatically accelerate and decelerate your vehicle, a feature known as "auto brake" in Forza 3, and the steering would be done by either a controller or by movement of the players hands. Whilst the game supports head tracking, players can use a controller and Kinect at the same time. Steering will be done by the controller and the Kinect picks up head movement. Kinect will also allow the player to use audio commands to start races and navigate menus.

Players have the option to create car clubs and share cars in their garages within that club. In a departure from previous iterations of the series with a maximum of eight cars on track, the game supports 16 player racing, both online and offline. Three additional real world race tracks new to the Forza franchise, Hockenheimring, Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Infineon Raceway are also available. As well, a new fantasy track known as "Bernese Alps" is also available.

Ace Combat: Assault Horizon

Ace Combat: Assault Horizon is an upcoming installment of the Ace Combat arcade combat flight video game series developed by Project Aces and published by Namco Bandai for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
Setting

Confirmed locations in the game are Miami, Washington, D.C., Dubai, Paris, East Africa, the Middle East, and Moscow. Tokyo and Hawaii will be included as post-launch downloadable content. It will also take place somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific Ocean (where an A-10 Thunderbolt is seen in the teaser trailer).

The developers are using satellite imagery to accurately render the real-life locations, so it is possible for the player to pick out actual buildings and locations (such as individual houses) while playing the game.
Gameplay

The major new gameplay feature is a system called "Close-Range Assault" (CRA), which aims to increase the intensity and bring the action closer to the player, without the feeling of "shooting at faraway dots" commonly seen in flight games. In the game, it is named "Dogfight Mode" (DFM) for air-to-air battles and "Air Strike Mode" (ASM) for air-to-ground targets. They are not optional, as certain planes cannot be destroyed without CRA. To initiate DFM, the player taps LB+RB on the Xbox 360 and L2+R2 on the PS3 when they have gotten close enough to the plane they are targeting. ASM is initiated by pressing the same buttons at specific points around the map.

Also new to the series are attack helicopter missions, stealth bomber missions, and levels where the player controls a Black Hawk door gunner and an AC-130.

A new multiplayer mode called "Capital Conquest" involves two teams of 8 vs. 8 where each team takes turns either defending or attacking a world capital, such as Paris and Washington, D.C.. In this mode, fighters, attackers, attack helicopters, and bombers can fly together simultaneously. Each type of aircraft will have its advantages and disadvantages, having specific roles in the battlefield.

Gears of War 3 is a third-person shooter video game developed by Epic Games and published by Microsoft Studios exclusively for the Xbox 360. Originally due for release in April 2011, the game was delayed and eventually released on September 20, 2011.

Gears of War 3 made over one million pre-orders and was one of the most anticipated games of 2011. It is the third installment of the Gears of War series, and the final game in the current story arc.

The story was written by science fiction author Karen Traviss, who has authored four Gears novels and is working on the next one.

Gameplay

Gears of War 3, like its predecessors, is a third-person shooter that emphasizes the use of cover and squad tactics in combat situations. The player's character can carry four weapons: one pistol, one set of grenades, and one assault rifle and shotgun, all which can be swapped with other weapons dropped by fallen foes or at stockpiles throughout the game. Most weapons feature a secondary fire mode; the game's signature rifle, the Lancer, includes a chainsaw bayonet that can be used at close range to slice through enemies. When the player reloads a weapons ammunition, they have an opportunity for an "active reload", shown by a small cursor moving over a line with a marked section on the player's heads-up display (HUD). If the player hits a control button when the cursor is in the marked section, they will reload faster with the resulting reload being slightly more powerful than normal bullets. If they press the button outside this section, this temporarily jams the weapon, leaving the player vulnerable. Alternatively, the player can opt to not try to for the active reload, reloading the weapon at normal speed. At times, the player can carry a heavier weapon, such as a mortar or gatling gun, which slows their pace while it is carried.

When in combat, the player can take some damage from enemy fire, filling a blood-colored "crimson omen" on the HUD as a measure of the player's health. By staying out of the line of fire, this will dissipate, but by taking too much damage, the player will become downed, and must be brought to their feet by an ally within a short "bleed-out" period, or else the player will die. The player can also be killed during the bleed-out by the use of an execution move by the enemy. Some types of damage, such as explosives or head shots, can kill the player immediately without the bleed-out period. Similarly, the player can also cause enemies to fall into bleed-out in the same manner. The player and their allies and enemies can use nearly any structure as cover, firing blind from behind it or leaning out to take aimed shots. Players can quickly switch between nearby covering walls or jump over lower cover to rush forward. Within Gears of War 3, some cover can be destroyed after taking some amount of damage, which can be used to a tactical advantage to draw out enemies from cover.

New to Gears of War 3 is the ability to tag enemy opponents; computer-controller allies will then concentrate fire on these marked enemies, while human allies will be alerted to their location on their HUD. Players can now also swap weapons and ammunition with other allies in the course of battle.
The player maintains an experience level that persists across all game modes. The player earns experience through kills, performing special types of kills, reviving and aiding teammates, and through general process of the campaign or competitive modes. Earning levels unlocks the use of special character skins and weapons within the game's multiplayer mode.

In 2007, Spider-Man 4 entered development, with Raimi attached to direct and Maguire, Dunst and other cast members set to reprise their roles. Both a fourth and a fifth movie were planned and at one time the idea of shooting the two sequels concurrently was under consideration. However, Raimi stated in March 2009 that only the fourth film was in development at that time and that if there were fifth and sixth films, those two films would actually be a continuation of each other. James Vanderbilt was hired in October 2007 to pen the screenplay after initial reports in early 2007 that Sony Pictures was in contact with David Koepp, who wrote the first Spider-Man film. The script was subsequently rewritten by Pulitzer-winning playwright David Lindsay-Abaire and rewritten again by Gary Ross in October 2009 Sony also engaged Vanderbilt to write scripts for Spider-Man 5 and Spider-Man 6.
In 2007, Raimi expressed interest in portraying the transformation of Dr. Curt Connors into his villainous alter-ego, the Lizard; the character's actor Dylan Baker and producer Grant Curtis were also enthusiastic about the idea. Raimi also discussed his desire to upgrade Bruce Campbell from a cameo appearance to a significant role. It was reported in December 2009 that John Malkovich was in negotiations to play Vulture and that Anne Hathaway would play Felicia Hardy, though she would not have transformed into the Black Cat as in the comics. Instead, Raimi's Felicia was expected to become a new superpowered figure called the Vulturess.
As disagreements between Sony and Raimi threatened to push the film of the intended May 6, 2011 release date, Sony Pictures announced in January 2010 that plans for Spider-Man 4 had been cancelled due to Raimi's withdrawal from the project. Raimi reportedly ended his participation due to his doubt that he could meet the planned May 6, 2011 release date while at the same time upholding the film creatively. Raimi purportedly went through four iterations of the script with different screenwriters and still "hated it".

Venom
In July 2007, Avi Arad revealed a Venom spin-off was in the works. The studio commissioned Jacob Aaron Estes to write a script, but rejected it the following year. In September 2008, Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese signed on to write. Stan Lee signed on to make a cameo in the film. Rhett Reese later revealed that they had written two drafts for the film and that the studio was pushing the film forward. Gary Ross was called to do a rewrite, and may also direct the film. Variety has stated that Venom will become an antihero instead of a villain.

FIFA 12 (titled FIFA Soccer 12 in North America) is the nineteenth game in Electronic Arts' FIFA series of association football video games. It is being developed by EA Canada, and will be published by Electronic Arts worldwide under the EA Sports label. David Rutter, the line producer for FIFA 12, promised "a revolutionary year for FIFA ... especially in the gameplay department."

An "Ultimate Edition" of the game will be available through Game and Gamestation stores. It includes 4 monthly Ultimate Team gold packs, with each pack containing 12 items including players, contracts, stadiums, managers, staff, fitness, healing, footballs, kits and badges. Each pack contains one rare item, such as enhanced player attributes, longer contracts and the most coveted players. On 22 June 2011, EA Sports announced that the Microsoft Windows version of FIFA 12 will have the same engine, features, and competitions as the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions.

Along with several other new EA Sports titles, FIFA 12 will be available three days early to purchasers of the EA Sports Season Ticket.

The release date of the FIFA 12 demo was announced at the Gamescom event in Germany on 16 August; the demo will be available from Xbox Live Marketplace, PlayStation Store and EA's Origin Store for Microsoft Windows on 13 September 2011, though the Playstation 3 demo will not be available in Europe until the following day.

Gameplay
A "trinity" of major gameplay changes have been implemented in FIFA 12; these are the Impact Engine, Tactical Defending, and Precision Dribbling.
In development for several years, the Impact Engine improves collision variety, accuracy, and momentum preservation. A new advanced procedural animation system is used along with collision physics to produce different results depending on the players and physical forces involved. This affects all players, so even those off the ball may have collisions. The Impact Engine has been cited as a game changer, making FIFA 12 less structured and synthetic than its predecessors, and has been described by producer David Rutter as the biggest technological change to the series since the transition to the current generation of consoles. The Impact Engine also directly affects injuries sustained by players during a match.
The new Tactical Defending system aims to change the approach to defending by placing equal importance on positioning, intercepting passes and tackling. When defending there will be more of an emphasis on slowing attackers down and containing them, and pressuring them into making mistakes. The defensive "press" button, which would cause an AI player to automatically home in on the player in possession of the ball, has been removed from FIFA 12 in favour of a more manual form of defending, requiring greater timing and precision.
The Precision Dribbling feature allows players to dribble whilst shielding, meaning you can still move around the pitch whilst holding players off, rather than being rooted to the spot. Close control has been added below jogging as a way of allowing players to take smaller, more frequent touches, keeping the ball closer and keeping tighter control. Players will now be much more aware of their surroundings. As an example, players in possession near the touchline will understand their position, and keep tighter control of the ball to stop it running out of play.
An improved artificial intelligence system named Pro Player Intelligence aims to make AI-controlled players react to the skills and capabilities of other players with appropriate actions. For example, a winger will be more likely to cross the ball into the box when he has a waiting team-mate with aerial ability, whereas he might look for support and play the ball along the ground if that team-mate is less of an aerial threat. Players will also make better use of their own strengths, so for example a creative player might look for less obvious opportunities such as playing long accurate passes, where another player in his situation would be more likely to play it safe with a short pass.
Match presentation has also been overhauled with a new default camera angle and improvements to the broadcast-style match build-up. Some in-game cutscenes have been removed, such as those before throw-ins and corner kicks. Instead, a player will simply run to perform the task in question with no interruption.

In the film's period as a developing project under several studios, different versions of the screenplay were drafted by numerous screenwriters, beginning with Oedekerk. Other screenwriters involved included David Hayter, Thomas Dean Donnelly, Joshua Oppenheimer, Jeffrey Boam, Thompson Evans, and Chris Hauty. When Universal and DreamWorks re-partnered in 2007, they had hired Hawk Ostby and Mark Fergus.[8] In 2009, Ostby and Fergus were replaced by Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci, and Damon Lindelof. Kurtzman and Orci watched and analyzed American Western films including The Searchers. Orci said, "The first draft was very kind of jokey and broad and then it went very serious. You kind of swing back and forth between the two extremes and the tone until you find the exact right point where a Western and a sci-fi movie can really shake hands without it seeming unnatural.Imagine you're watching Unforgiven and then Aliens land," Orci explained.

Orci also said, "The comic has the themes of enemies uniting to fight a common enemy and has the setting of that specific time period, so we kept the inspiration from all of that. In terms of the specifics of the story and who these characters are, we wanted the audience to be surprised and to not feel like they've already seen everything if they were fans of the comic. So, while the themes and the setting and many of the elements are a great inspiration, the story is completely adapted and translated for live action." Men of War: Assault Squad is a real-time tactics / strategy game set in World War 2. It is a standalone expansion pack for the 2009 game Men of War.

Developement
In the development of Assault Squad it was decided to focus more on the infantry part of the game. It adds 15 new missions, improved graphics, Japan as a new faction, and a couple new units. There was also a temporary name, where A4 defines the build name (Men of War is A3).
On April 27 2011 DMS released the first official DLC for the Men of War series. The MP Supply Pack Alpha features five multiplayer maps for Men of War: Assault Squad.
Before release the game had an exclusive testing phase via payment. After several months of testing DMS offered an open beta if the Men of War: Assault Squad Steam group reached 10,000 players. The target was reached and the game was released in an open beta. After the first beta ended, DMS offered another open beta before release if the Steam group reached 20,000 players. The second beta was opened and stayed available until the game was released.

Gameplay

Assault Squad is primarily a real-time tactics game, but veers more toward strategy than its predecessors due to the absence of any "fixed force" (i.e. no reinforcements) scenarios. It is driven by an intricate simulation that tracks ammunition and fuel, inventories for each and every unit, cover and line of sight, tank combat with penetration and deflection of shells, field of view, and much more beside.

While Assault Squad is geared toward multiplayer, the new co-op Skirmish mode can be played offline without a partner.

Like earlier games in the series, Assault Squad includes a "direct control" feature that allows the player to take control of any unit on the field. This allows fine control during firefights, such as priming grenades before throwing and aiming for specific parts on a tank.

The multiplayer uses the Gamespy client and has a built in Elo rating system. Multiplayer matches can take place on dozens of maps and between the games five factions. New multiplayer maps are being released as DLC.

Infantry Combat

Each soldier in Men of War is a self contained unit controllable by the player using a traditional real time strategy control scheme or through direct control. Every soldier has an inventory consisting of ammunition, weapons, and equipment. While a rifleman might have single frag grenade, elite troops like Rangers or Panzergrenadiers, might have a pair of anti tank grenades and several anti personnel grenades as well as advanced equipment like anti tank rifles or dynamite. Equipment and weapons can be collected from dead soldiers or the ground, or transferred between units.

The game features sophisticated cover based combat as well as deployable sandbags and support weaponry. Infantry can take cover and as the environment will block line of sight and projectiles, laying in ambush or fortifying strategic points like bridges or town squares gives a tactical advantage.

Each of the five factions has different squads of infantry as well as several support infantry such as flamethrowers, snipers, minelayers, and anti tank specialists.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (abbreviated as Call of Duty: MW3 or simply MW3) is an upcoming first-person shooter video game, currently being developed by Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games with Raven Software assisting in development. It will be the third installment in the Modern Warfare series, and the eighth Call of Duty installment. Sledgehammer Games has announced the game to be the first entry in the Modern Warfare series to have built-in support for color-blind gamers.
Gameplay
Like its predecessors, Modern Warfare 3 is a first-person shooter video game. It will run at least at 60 frames per second. Activision confirmed at Gamescom 2011, that Modern Warfare 3 on the PC will have dedicated servers support.
Campaign
The player assumes the role of various characters during the single-player campaign, changing perspectives throughout the progression of the story. Each level is a mission that features a series of objectives that are displayed on the heads up display, which marks the direction and distance towards and from such objectives. Damage to the player is shown by blood shown on the screen. The player's health regenerates as time passes. Tasks vary in their requirements, having the player arrive at a particular checkpoint, eliminate enemies in a specified location, stand their ground to defend an objective, or plant explosive charges on an enemy installation. The player will be accompanied by troops who cannot be issued orders.

Cooperative
Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games have revealed that Modern Warfare 3 will feature a new Survival Mode. Survival Mode features one to two players fighting endless waves of enemies with each wave getting more difficult. Despite being much compared to the World at War Nazi Zombies mode, enemies do not spawn at fixed locations like the zombies do, but instead, at tactical positions based on the current location of the player. The mode will be available on all multiplayer maps in the game and in the mode, players can earn "cash" for items such as weapons, upgrades and ammo.
Multiplayer
Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games have also recently revealed that they have revamped the entire killstreak reward system. They have stated that while Treyarch had slightly improved the system, it was not enough to make the system feel perfect. There are now 3 different "strike packages" for killstreaks called Assault, Support, and Specialist. The Assault strike package works the same as the default killstreak reward system in Modern Warfare 2 and Black Ops offering killstreaks like the predator drone and helicopters. The Support strike package offers support-style rewards such as UAVs and SAM Turrets. Unlike previous games in the franchise, the Support strike package will not make the player's killstreak reward reset upon death, but instead, accumulate over the course of a match. The Specialist strike package rewards players with perks instead of killstreaks. After every eighth consecutive kill, the player will receive every perk in the game, but will reset back to none upon death.

Along with revamping the entire killstreak reward system, Modern Warfare 3 will also have a completely revamped ranking and unlocks system. Unlike Call of Duty: Black Ops, Modern Warfare 3 will not use a currency system.[14] Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games have also revealed that they are removing annoyances that make players rely less on skill and more on perks. To do this, they are removing certain perks that give players a power advantage over others who do not possess the same perk. 'Quick-scoping' has also returned, having been absent in Black Ops. Unlike Black Ops, Modern Warfare 3 will not feature dive to prone or "dolphin dive" due to various balancing issues. The teams have also revealed that to fix bugs and glitches, they will not use full updates but instead Treyarch's hot fix system to fix problems much quicker.

A new gamemode has also been added titled "Kill Confirmed." Kill Confirmed requires players to collect floating dog tags from the corpse of a downed enemy before the kill can be registered. However, the opposing team can pick up the dogtag aswell to deny the other team of a kill. Another gamemode has also been added titled "Team Defender". In Team Defender, each team must cap the opposing team's flag, and hold it to accumulate points. Private matches also now include pre-made gamemodes including "Infection" (where the infected kills enemies to recruit them to their team), "Drop Zone" (where you must hold a drop zone for points and care packages), "Team Juggernaut" (each team plays alongside an AI Juggernaut character), "Gun Game" (be the first to get one kill with every gun in the game) and "One in the Chamber" (in which players are only allowed one pistol with one bullet and three lives where they can only get more bullets by killing other players). Along with this, players are allowed to create their own game modes with customized settings such as number of players and time limit.

Overview
Visari, the leader of the Helghast is gone, but the war is far from over. Helghast forces have mounted a devastating counterattack, prompting the ISA (Interplanetary Strategic Alliance) evacuation of planet Helghan. As new Helghast battalions appear, armed with more powerful weapons, ISA forces find themselves outmanned, outgunned and surrounded. Players of Killzone 3 will need to learn more about their enemy and use new tools to continue the fight.

3D support
Killzone 3 includes a mode that supports Sony's plunge into 3D gaming. The Killzone 3 3D mode is optional and requires a 3D ready TV The first impressions of the 3D showed some glitches; with three-dimensional visual effects, the game became blurry, imprecise, and disorienting. In alpha version, 3D sacrificed things like sharpness, speed, a feeling of orientation and a lot more aliasing. Jagged edges as well as some ghosting of interface elements are reported to occur.

At E3 2010, it was revealed that Killzone 3 was built with 3D support from the ground up. In praise of the game's 3D capabilities, GameTrailers awarded the title Best 3D Graphics of E3 2010, although officially, it did not have any nominations at E3 2010. Gameplay

Max Payne is a third-person shooter in which the player assumes the role of its titular character, Max Payne. Almost all the gameplay involves bullet time-based gun-fights and levels are generally straightforward, occasionally incorporating platforming and puzzle-solving elements. The game's storyline is advanced by the player following Max's internal monologue as he iterates what his next steps should be. Several of the game's levels involve surrealistic-symbolic nightmares and drug-related hallucinations of Payne.
Initially, the player's only weapon is a semi-automatic pistol. As the player progresses, access to other firearms is given, including melee and hand-thrown weapons. Some of the game's weapons can be dual wielded. Max regains health by taking painkillers, which the player collects. The game's AI is heavily dependent on pre-scripted commands: most of the apparently intelligent behavior exhibited by enemies (such as taking cover, retreating from the player, or throwing grenades) is pre-scripted.

The Smurfs is a 2011 American 3D family film based on The Smurfs comic book series created by Peyo and the 1980s animated TV series it spawned. It was directed by Raja Gosnell and stars Hank Azaria, Neil Patrick Harris, Jayma Mays, and Sofía Vergara. It is the first CGI/live-action hybrid film to be produced by Sony Pictures Animation and in The Smurfs trilogy. During early production the film was known as The Smurfs Movie.
After five years of negotiations, Jordan Kerner bought the rights in 2002 and was in development with Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Movies until Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Animation obtained the film rights in 2008. Filming began in March 2010 in New York City.
After having the release date changed three times, Columbia Pictures released The Smurfs on July 29, 2011. Box office analysts initially predicted the film would tie with Cowboys & Aliens, but The Smurfs ultimately came in second grossing $35.6 million against Cowboys & Aliens's $36.4 million. The initial make-up test took three hours, but by mid-production the process took 90 minutes to complete. Azaria was transformed over 50 times and spent approximately 130 hours in the make-up chair.

The Fantastic Four is an internationally-renowned group of superhuman champions. Each of the characters has a special ability:

Susan Storm possesses the ability to bend light and ultimately become invisible (wholly or partially) at will. She also has telekinetic powers and the ability to project force energyfrom her body.
The Human Torch can manipulate fire. He usually allows his entire body to be engulfed in flames considering his body can sustain the highest levels of heat. Another ability of his is flight, which players can use in the game.
The Thing is incredibly strong and has an exterior stronger than diamonds. Ben Grimmcan carry heavy objects with ease, as players will find out while playing as this character.
The game includes a number of villains and characters not featured in the movie, many of whom are based on their Ultimate Universe versions.
Ioan Gruffudd, Jessica Alba, Michael Chiklis, Chris Evans and Julian McMahon reprise their roles for the game.
GAMEPLAY
The format of the game is similar to arcade game such as Golden Axe, Final Fight or Streets of Rage. As the player controls the superheroes through the various levels, groups of thugs, robots and mutants will appear on each screen and need to be destroyed before the player can advance. Each character has various short-range fighting moves (i.e. punching, kicking, jumping, and even tossing enemies into the back or foreground) that can be used to destroy the various minor enemies and the bosses. Some of these minor enemies will leave behind icons that give the player an extra life, or restore their health or superpower energy bar.
Each character has a circular "super power" energy bar; this allows the use various special fighting moves. At the end of each level there is a supervillain to defeat, i.e. Mole Man, Super-Skrull, Attuma, Sub-Mariner, Psycho-Man, Doctor Doom. After the defeat of the boss, without the loss of any player life, there is one of three bonus rounds. The fights here are set against Dragon Man, the Incredible Hulk, or Iceman. During the loading time between each level the player is able to play a mini-car racing game.
During the game (or when there is a loss a life) the player can switch between any of the superheroes (not already being played), and announcer's voice-over tells which character is chosen. Some of the major bosses will also speak briefly before they fight or are defeated; this is affected by the choice of player.
If you use the same move too many times, a "cheesy" icon appears but otherwise has no impact on the game.
Levels
Each level has a title to it, and three sub-stages to it. Most of the sub-stages have a sub-boss to defeat, often a large monster, with the supervillains appearing at the end of the third stage.
Level One "Attack of the Molemen!" - Boss is the Mole Man.
Level Two "Subatomic Nightmare" - Boss is the Psycho-Man.
Level Three "The Last Days of Skrull World" - Boss is the Super-Skrull.

The King of Fighters XIII is the latest installment of The King of Fighters fighting gameseries developed and published by SNK Playmore. The game is set after the events from The King of Fighters XI and is also the conclusion of Ash Crimson's story arc which started inThe King of Fighters 2003. There was an official preview of the game that was held on March 25, 2010 at Akihabara. The game was released for Japanese arcades on July 14, 2010 while ports for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 will be released during October 2011 in Japan and other regions. The ports are notable including more content to the original version such as new characters, stages and game modes. An iOS version from the game under the title of The King of Fighters-i was released in July 2011.

Gameplay

The game removes some of the gameplay systems used in the previous game: the Guard Attack system, the Critical Counter system, the Clash System as well as the dynamic, zooming camera. In their place, however, there are new systems that have been confirmed to be added; the first of the three is the new EX Mode, which convert each character's super moves into more powerful versions that allows one bar from the player's power gauge for EX Special Moves and two bars from the player's power gauge for EX Desperation Moves. Another new addition is the Hyper Drive mode, which gives the player unlimited use of Drive Cancels for a while once the Hyper Drive Gauge has been maxed, and the last new feature confirmed for the game is the Drive Cancel system, which opens up new combo possibilities. The game also marks the return of the multi-bar power gauge that was introduced in The King of Fighters '97. In addition to standard and EX Desperation Moves, a new class of Desperation Move entitled "NEO MAX" are included in the game and require that three stocks of gauge be exchanged in order to perform one, making it similar to Hidden Desperation Moves (The King of Fighters 2002) and Leader Desperation Moves (The King of Fighters 2003). These can also be cancelled from standard Desperation Moves, making them similar to the "Dream Cancels" from The King of Fighters XI.

The console version will contain a story mode that will be influenced by the player's actions while various perspectives being available. Other modes to be shown are Arcade, Practice and Challenge.

Versions

SNK Playmore confirmed that the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 console versions is in the works and will be released on October 27, 2011 in Japan. The ports are notable for adding several game modes not seen in the original version as well as new characters.^[16] Atlusconfirmed that they will publish the game on October 25, 2011 in North America. Preorders from the game will include a 4-CD soundtracks from the series. In August 2011, the preorders from the game notably increased notably following the announcement. Rising Star Gamesalso confirmed they will publish the game in October 2011 in Europe.

An iOS version was also released on July 7, 2011 under the title of The King of Fighters-i. Kei Yamamoto was also in charge of this version, but the developed team consisted of another one tnat did not work in the arcade version. The staff had troubles adaptating the game to the iOS due to lack of balances of moves and enemies' intelligences. The initial roster was reduced although six more characters will become available by October 2011 alongside an updated version. Billy Kane was included as a result of his popularity within fans, although some were confused by the absence of Iori Yagami. Depending on the game's popularity, the staff is thinking about porting it to other consoles

FINISH HIM! My ears have been dying to hear those sweet words for quite some time now and my waiting has finally paid off. That's right, the brand new Mortal Kombat game was released today and I am happy to say it does not suck.

If you remember, the last few MK games have quite literally been total crap. Developers began to take everything that was great about the original arcade title and add cheap mechanics to entice other audiences. What is perfect about this game is that the fantastic folks over at the newly dubbed NetherRealm Studios have taken Mortal Kombat back to its roots, back to what made the original game attract thousands of fans and disgust hundreds of politicians.

One good thing about this new title is that it is a legitimate, competitive fighting game. It also has all the gore necessary to make the most hardcore Mortal Kombat fans screech with delight. The single-player modes in this game can be kind of imbalanced, however, most people play for the competitive aspects of the game. And it is in this mode that Mortal Kombat is engaging, enthralling, exciting and just downright fun.

The story line takes you back as you relive the events of the first three Mortal Kombat games, so newbies to the series will actually know what the hell is happening. To wrap it up in a nutshell, super d-bag Shao Kahn is trying to destroy the world and kills everybody at the end of the storyline. SPOILER?! No, because Raiden then sends a message back through time to prevent it giving you the chance to alter the future!

Like I said earlier, Mortal Kombat is going back the the basics, so the side scrolling 2D fighting style is back. No more 3D 360-degree cameras to contend with and no freaking multi-level arenas (screw you, Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe). You can play one-on-one or tag-team allowing you to play with or against a friend. Each character in the game has a set of simple, basic moves and a bunch of special attacks (back, back, punch...'nuff said). Combos and special attacks are easy to figure out and execute but it may take you some time to master the art of stringing all those attacks together whilst simultaneously keeping your opponent stunned/juggled.

A new feature is the super gauge. This fills as you give and take damage and can be used in a variety of ways. There are three segments, so obviously using all three at once will give you better benefits. Using a single gauge will increase your special attacks. Two segments will allow you to break out of an opponent's combo, which is particularly useful when you fight some of the hardcore players. Unleashing all three segments will initiate an x-ray attack. This is a series of attacks that go into slow motion while an x-ray version of your opponent's insides is visible, showing you all the gruesome, internal damage you are dealing. This also deals hella damage to your opponent, just don't miss.

Mortal Kombat is a bit slower than most fighting games but that keeps pace with how the traditional game plays. It also makes executing combos oh so satisfying. There is also a ton of other stuff to love about this game. Fatalities are back and bloodier than ever. Babalities (the ability to finish off your opponent by transforming them into the baby version of themselves) is also back, which should please some of the more traditional fans.

Playing with friends is where most of the enjoyment will be received from this game. You can play either locally or online but locally is definitely the best. You don't suffer from any lag and you can personally deliver the smack talk directly to your buddy's face. Single player is a little more imbalanced and some of the boss fights are downright brutal and may make you want to hurl your console across the room (I suggest padding the walls with cushiony foam).

To put it bluntly, Mortal Kombat delivers. The game combines great visuals and extreme brutality with a terrific fighting engine. New features like the super gauge and new game modes, like a revamped King of the Hill mode, which allows you to choose your X-box or PlayStation home avatar and take him into the theater with a bunch of other players' avatars and watch actual fights until it is your turn and even interact by scoring the winner or throwing things at the screen, offer a lot of fun options to your experience.

If you were a fan of the original three games and have been dying for a good Mortal Kombat game, this is just what you have been looking for. It goes back to the basics and still makes one helluva game. Definitely one to try out.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution is the third game in the Deus Ex first-person role-playing video game series, and a prequel to the original game. It is being developed by Eidos Montreal. It focuses on creating an experience that is true to the first, but more refined and bearing its own style and value.

GamePlay

The Deus Ex games revolve around tactical gameplay that allows players to make critical choices at any moment. The different "pillars of gameplay", as called by the developers, are Combat (all-out attack with weapons), Stealth (infiltration without being noticed or by quietly disabling enemies), Hacking (hacking devices and picking locks to find hidden resources and paths or manipulate machines to your advantage), Exploration (finding alternate routes to your objective by using the environment and information you discover), and Social (conversing with people in the world and manipulating them to your gain). Players can switch between these gameplay types whenever they please, and certain pillars may flow into others. For example, a failed hack may sound an alarm and start a fight, and exploration might lead to the discovery of a stealthy way past the area's enemies.

In the series, Augmentations are technological modifications to the body that allow the user to use superhuman abilities. While augmentations in the first two games were nanotech,Human Revolution is set prior to both and instead features mechanical augmentations. These Augmentations cater to each of the five gameplay types. While the player character is highly capable of bringing death on his enemies, the player is never forced into acts of lethal violence. Augmentations, while enhancing the player's performance in each of the gameplay types, also allow players to craft their own methods of play should they see fit.

Every enemy squad will have an identifiable squad leader who will direct the team's actions. If the leader is killed, the squad falls into disarray. Enemies will also react to subtle player decisions, such as a change in behaviour or weapons, etc. Unlike in Invisible War, weapons will fire distinct ammunition types instead of depleting a unified pool. They can also be upgraded to better suit the player.

Deviating from previous titles in the series, Human Revolution will use a regenerating health model. This change was made because the developers did not want players to get into a situation where they were unable to progress due to low health, and would be forced to "scrounge for med packs" and food. They see this scrounging behavior as breaking the flow of the game when one retreats to search the entire level for medical supplies. They believe their regenerating health model will still encourage tactical and strategy forming retreats, but not to the extent where the tension and flow of the game is disrupted. Despite using a regenerating health model, the game will still include health restoring consumables, such as food.

Another major change seen in Deus Ex: Human Revolution is the highlighting of objects a player can interact with, explained via the in-game plot as tactical vision Augmentation. This feature can be seen in the game play preview released in March 2011. This highlighting of objects can be turned off in the game options. Human Revolution is primarily a first-person game, but will switch to a contextual third-person viewpoint when using the cover system, certain Augmentations, or for melee combat.

Captain America: The First Avenger began as a concept in 1997, and was scheduled to be distributed by Artisan Entertainment. However, a lawsuit, not settled until September 2003, disrupted the project. After Marvel Studios received a grant from Merrill Lynch, the project was set up at Paramount Pictures. Directors Jon Favreau and Louis Leterrier were interested in directing the project before Johnston was approached in 2008. The principal characters were cast between March 2010, and June 2010. Production of Captain America: The First Avengerbegan in June 2010, and filming took place in London, Manchester and Liverpool in the United Kingdom, and Los Angeles in the United States. The film was converted to 3D in post-production.

Captain America: The First Avenger premiered in Hollywood on July 19, 2011, and was released in the United States on July 22, 2011. The film was a critical and financial success and received positive reviews from film critics, earning a 77% positive rating on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes, and grossing $65.1 million on its opening weekend.

Evans, who previously worked with Marvel as the Human Torch in the Fantastic Four film series, said he declined the part three times before signing a six-picture deal with Marvel, explaining that, "At the time, I remember telling a buddy of mine, 'If the movie bombs, I'm fucked. If the movie hits, I'm fucked! I was just scared. I realized my whole decision-making process was fear-based, and you never want to make a decision out of fear. I can't believe I was almost too chicken to play Captain America". He ultimately agreed to the role, saying, "I think Marvel is doing a lot of good things right now, and it's a fun character. ... I think the story of Steve Rogers is great. He's a great guy. Even if it [were] just a script about anybody, I would probably want to do it. So it wasn't necessarily about the comic itself."Regarding the extent of the character's abilities Evans remarked, "He would crush the Olympics. Any Olympic sport he's gonna dominate. He can jump higher, run faster, lift stronger weight, but he can be injured. He could roll an ankle and be out for the season. He's not perfect, he's not untouchable. So a lot of the effects, if I'm going to punch someone they're not going to put them on a cable and fly them back 50 feet, but he's going to go down, probably not getting back up, which I think humanizes it. It makes it something that, again, I think everyone can relate to a little bit more, which I really like."

Tommy Lee Jones as Col. Chester Phillips:

In the early comics, Phillips recruited Steve Rogers to join Project Rebirth, the secret experiment that created the Super Soldier known as Captain America. The character was updated for the film. Jones described his character as "the one you've seen in a thousand movies: the gruff, skeptical officer overseeing a team of talented, slightly sarcastic, specially talented soldiers"

Gameplay

Players control a man named Vincent who, after meeting a strange girl named Catherine, begins having strange nightmares, during which he might be killed. The main story mode, Golden Playhouse, follows the story between Daytime and Nightmare scenarios. During the daytime, Vincent will converse with his friends as well as try to handle his relationship with the two women, Catherine and Katherine. Most of this time takes place in the Stray Sheep bar where Vincent can save and send text messages from his mobile phone, talk to customers, order drinks, play a minigame titled Rapunzel or listen to a jukebox containing tracks from other Atlus games such as the Persona series.

The Nightmare stages are where the main gameplay takes place. In a nightmarish dreamworld inhabited by other men, who are represented as sheep, Vincent must climb up giant staircases that are slowly collapsing underneath him and safely reach the top. To accomplish this, Vincent must push, pull and climb blocks as quickly as possible while avoiding various traps such as spikes and ice. Climbing up steps in quick succession increases a score multiplier, and at the end of the level, players are given an award based on their score. Each stage is split up into numerous areas, culminating in a boss stage in which a nightmarish creature also attempts to kill Vincent. Items found throughout the levels include pillows which give extra lives, block items that can be placed anywhere in the level and lightning that can destroy sheep which block Vincent's path. There are also certain attributes Vincent can get depending on what he drinks during the day. Vincent will die if he falls off the bottom of the level, gets caught by a trap or is killed by a boss, with the game ending if Vincent runs out of retry pillows. In between action stages, Vincent can interact with the other sheep, save his game, learn techniques or spend coins on special items. When playing on easy difficulty, players can push the Select/Back button to correct a single block move.

Throughout the game, the choices the player makes during certain sections of the game will affect the development of Vincent's character and the route the story takes place. These can occur in several ways, such as how Vincent types out a text message to one of the girls, or how he responds to certain questions. The game will feature multiple endings based on the route Vincent takes, and has over twenty hours of gameplay. The game also features a non-linear morality system much more subtle than most other games. Instead of choosing Vincent's reaction at major plot points, the morality meter is affected by responses to seemingly insignificant questions posed by non-player characters, which in turn dictates how Vincent reacts to unexpected situations. Babel Mode features four large stages playable with up to two players, while Vs Colosseum features two players simultaneously playing a stage in order to reach the top first.

Vincent Brooks (Vinsento Burukkusu^?): Voiced by: Kōichi Yamadera (Japanese), Troy Baker (English); Vincent is the game's main protagonist. He is a 32-year-old single office worker at the point in life between independence from one's parents and marriage. He has no ambitions in terms of love and romance. He is under pressure to marry Katherine, but wants to continue his carefree ways of living alone. His life changes when he meets Catherine, a mysterious beauty, by chance, at a bar. Dreams and reality begin to blur together, and he seemingly becomes trapped in a different world within his nightmares. He previously made a cameo appearance in Persona 3 Portable.

Catherine (Kyasarin^?): Voiced by: Miyuki Sawashiro (Japanese), Laura Bailey (English); Catherine is a mysterious 22-year-old woman who has a charming face and a "well-proportioned" body, which makes men turn and stare. She also has a "Koakuma (Gyaru) air" about her, which happens to be Vincent's type, and the two end up spending the night together after she seduces him. Her carefree behaviour begins to disturb Vincent's life. It is after meeting Catherine that Vincent begins to have nightmares. Catherine is featured on the PS3 version's cover art.

Katherine McBride (Kyasarin Makuburaido^?): Voiced by: Kotono Mitsuishi (Japanese), Michelle Ruff (English); Katherine is a 32-year-old mid-management level employee at an apparel maker. She and Vincent are from the same town and were classmates at school, and after a chance meeting at a school reunion they strike up a relationship. Katherine suggests marriage to Vincent, which he is not ready for. She is apparently pregnant with Vincent's baby. Katherine is featured on the Xbox 360 version's cover art.

Orlando Haddick ( Ōrando^?): Voiced by: Hiroaki Hirata (Japanese), Liam O'Brien (English); Orlando is a 32-year-old software engineer, a long time friend of Vincent, and also a regular at the bar. He often hangs around the sushi bar, Kappa Heaven, during the day. He is carefree in both his words and actions, and doesn't seem too fond of the idea of marriage, which he advises a worried Vincent against.

Jonathan "Johnny" Ariga (Jonī^?): Voiced by: Takehito Koyasu (Japanese), Travis Willingham (English); Johnny is a 32-year-old used car salesman. He's Vincent and Orlando's old friend, a bachelor, and also a regular at the bar. He works at his father's used car lot and plans on continuing the family business. He has high ideals with regards to marriage, stating that he believes marriage should be with one's destined partner.

Tobias "Toby" Nebbins (Tobī^?): Voiced by: Kishō Taniyama (Japanese), Yuri Lowenthal (English); Tobias is a 23-year-old used car salesman and a colleague of Johnny's. He is also a regular at the bar. He has a strong desire to get married, saying that the moment he gets a girlfriend he will marry her. He has a thing for older women and a crush on the bar's waitress, Erica.

Erica Anderson (Erika^?): Voiced by: Junko Minagawa (Japanese), Erin Fitzgerald (English); Erica is Stray Sheep's 32-year-old bar waitress and Vincent's childhood friend. She has a bright personality and is up to date on town gossip. Tobias has a crush on her.

Boss: Voiced by: Norio Wakamoto (Japanese), Unknown (English); Boss (known as "Master" in the Japanese version) is Stray Sheep's barkeeper. The player will go through him to make friends with new customers. He has personally experienced many scenes of carnage. Very little is known about him.

Voice (Koe^?): Voiced by: Junko Minagawa (Japanese), Jamieson Price (English); A strange voice that cryptically announces that he chose Vincent to test if his life is worth continuing before killing him by having him climb the tower night by night, talking to him from a window of a confession booth. It can talk to Vincent outside of the Nightmares too, mostly informing him of what is to come in the next Nightmare while Vincent is washing his face in Stray Sheep's bathroom.

Trisha / Rue Ishida (Ishida Rū^?): Voiced by: Junko Minagawa (Japanese), Erin Fitzgerald (English); Trisha (known as "Midnight Venus" in the Japanese version) is the host of Golden Theatre mode who sports a large red afro. She provides an introduction to the game's modes and will text Vincent concerning his achievements in the Nightmare stages and to provide him with hints.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, commonly referred to as Eclipse, is a 2010 American romantic vampire film based on Stephenie Meyer's 2007 novel, Eclipse. In 1983 Los Alamos, New Mexico, an ambulance was rushing a critcally injured man to the hospital. At the hospital, a police detective (Elias Koteas) entered the hospital room of the injured man and tried to interrogate him about the recent murder of a teenager for which he was the prime suspect. He placed a note pad and a pen next to the patient. The detective then left the room to take an urgent call from the desk nurse. While he was on the phone, he heard a scream. The detective rushed into the room and looked out the window. The injured man fell out of the window and died. He then looked at his note pad and saw a scribbled note by the injured man, "I'm sorry Abby".

The movie then went back two weeks earlier, Owen (Kodi Smit-McPhee) was a lonely 12-year-old boy, who stayed with his mom in an apartment. His parents were in the state of divorcing and he was always the target of bullies at school. Owen spent most of his time in his room, spying on his neighbors. One night, while spying, he saw a girl and her father moving in to the apartment next to his.

The next day at school, he was bullied at school and he peed on his pants. That evening, we bought a blade and imagined revenge on the bullies by stabbing the tree. While he was fantasizing hurting the bullies, the girl who moved into the apartment next door approached him. She told Owen that they couldn't be friends. Owen was offended and he replied that he didn't want to be her friends.

That night, the girl's "father", Thomas (Richard Jenkins), went out to kill a teenager to in order to get blood for her but he accidentally spilled the blood and returned home empty handed. She was furious when she found out about it. Owen could hear the commotion at her house. As her thirst for blood grew, she left the apartment and fed on a jogger whom she tricked into helping her.

One evening, while Owen was out at the monkey bar figuring out his Rubix cube, the girl approached him again and ask him what's that he was playing. Owen explained it to her and conveniently ask for her name. She told him that her name is Abby (Chlo?Grace Moretz). He then asked her how old is she. She answered him 12 years old "more or less." Owen found her answer weird and asked for her birthday but Abby didn't know her birthday at all. Abby and Owen eventually grew closer and fonder to each other. They would meet each other in the courtyard every other night. They also communicated through the walls of their apartments by using Morse code. One day, while at school, the main bully, Kenny (Dylan Minnette), wounded Owen with an antenna rod. Owen told Abby about it and she told him to fight back and defend himself. She also offered to help him.

On a separate night, Abby came home after meeting up with Owen. Thomas told her not to see Owen anymore as he packed his stuff to prepare for his killing later that night. He left the house and preyed on a high school student. He hid in the back seat of a high school student抯 car. Suddenly, the car was flagged down by a friend of the driver. He quietly hid there until the car stopped at a petrol station. When the driver went down of the car to pay for the petrol, his friends reached out to the back seat to get his bag. He saw Thomas and as he tried to flee from the car, Thomas attacked him. Thomas drove the car and tried to escape but his escape plan was discovered by the driver. The driver chase after the car. The panic Thomas crashed the car and got trapped inside. As the driver and his friends were approaching the car, Thomas poured acid on his face so that nobody could recognised him. He was taken to the hospital. Abby heard the new from the radio and went to the hospital. She told the nurse that Thomas was her father and asked for Thomas whereabouts and condition. She then climbed up the hospital to the window of Thomas room. She saw him horribly disfigured and beyond recognisable. Thomas opened the window and leaned forward to offer his throat to Abby. She fed on his blood. Thomas then fell to his death. Abby was saddened by the death of Thomas. She went to find Owen for emotional comfort.

The next day, the school had an outing to a local frozen pond in a park, Owen was greeted by Kenny in a nice way. While everyone was playing ice hockey, Owen picked up a metal pole to protect himself. Kenny and his friends approached him and threatened to push him into an ice hole. Kenny asked Owen to hand him the pole but Owen refused. Kenny tried to assult him but Owen hit him with the pole, splitting his ear. Kenny screamed in pain, the teacher saw the whole incident and was heading for them but at the same time, he heard another scream from the other students. He was distracted and he headed to the latter scream instead. The second scream was because they saw frozen dead body hidden under the ice. The police came and took the body out from the frozen pond. Owen almost got suspended for hitting Kenny but the principal decided to give an a chance, based on his good conduct at school.

Later that night, he took Abby to an abandoned place to celebrate his brave attempt in standing up for himself against Kenny. He cut his finger to make a blood pact with her. Upon seeing blood dripping on the floor, Abby went to the ground; she licked it up. Owen was startled by what he saw. Instead of attacking Owen, Abby ran away and attacked a woman who lived in the neighbourhood. Owen then confronted Abby at her apartment and Abby told him that she was a vampire. Owen also found out that Thomas was not her father. He was a boy whom she met many years ago. She also confessed that she had been 12 for many years. Meanwhile at the hospital, the husband of the lady saw the whole incident and describe the attacker to the police detective. The police detective supected that Abby was the one who attacked the lady. While her husband was outside giving his statement to the detective, the lady transformed into a vampire and fed on her own blood. A nurse went into the room and drew the curtains, the daylight shone onto the lady and she burst into flames instantly, killing them both.

One night, while Owen's mother was away. Owen opened the door for her but she insisted that he should invite her in. He asked her why and told her that nothing was stopping her from entering, so she entered without an invitation. She stood at the living area and started fidgeting. Soon, she started to bleed. Owen was horrified to see her condition. He voiced out and invited her into his house. He hugged Abby. Abby then told Owen that she didn't know why but she would end up in that condition if she wasn't invited into the house. The next morning, the detective went to Abby's apartment. He broke into the house. He found a note on the floor that Abby left for Owen. In the note, it was stated that she would be in the bathroom. He entered the bathroom and saw Abby sleeping in the bathtub. He peeled open the paper covering the window and the sunlight burned Abby's leg, waking her up. Owen who was in the house, called for him and scared him. The detective was then attacked by Abby from behind. Abby bit the detective. The detective asked Owen to help him but Owen closed the bathroom door, leaving Abby to feed on him. Later, Abby was seen leaving in a taxi. Owen cried.

One day, during swimming lesson in the pool, Kenny's older brother, Jimmy (Brett DelBuono), and their friends started a fire outside to distract the teacher. They then locked up the place and demanded everyone to clear out the swimming pool. Jimmy threw Owen into the pool and told Owen that if he could held his breath underwater for three minutes, then he would only cut his cheek; if he couldn't, he would poke his eye out. When Owen was held underwater, he heard sound of breaking glasses. He then heard scream and there were blood in the pool. He quickly swam upwards to breathe. While he was still panting, trying to catch his breath, a pair of legs walked towards him. All the bullies were killed.

Later, Owen boarded the train with a trunk with him. Owen tapped Morse code on the trunk to communicate with the person in it. It wasn't revealed to the audience but clearly, it was Abby in the trunk
