ANOTHER ARTIFICIAL NOR’EASTER PRODUCED BY THE RUSSIAN NUCLEAR MICRO-REACTORS IN LAKE ERIE

Another Nor’easter threatens the East Coast, especially North Carolina, with a chance to develop into a subtropical #storm #Josephine, even though conditions are far from favorable — cooling water and El Niño-driven wind shear are breaking up convection before it has a chance to develop.

However, there is an aspect that de facto artificially creates the storm. The culprit is a so-called “cold drop” or the upper cutoff low, to which I have devoted so much attention lately. 

Why? Because this is an artificially created weather pattern that produces especially damaging extreme weather events like bomb cyclones and DANA in Spain, that redirects hurricanes toward the targeted territory, intensifies them, and prolongs their duration, increasing damage. The same cold drops are weapons used to generate intense winds that, in combination with arsons, produce prolonged, apocalyptic firestorms. 

And this easily weaponized weather feature can be artificially produced with relative ease.

The picture below shows that the process of cold drop formation began over the Great Lakes, specifically Lake Erie, where the jet stream buckled and broke before the final pinch-off. 

Before the jet stream plunged south into the circled area, it ran into an invisible atmospheric upstream high-pressure ridge over the Midwest and Great Lakes, created by the Russian nuclear micro-reactors. Instead of flowing smoothly, the high-altitude jet stream violently bends, fractures, and "crumbles apart." 

This crumbling process completely changed the weather. It tore the wind belt. The unified, fast-moving jet stream physically splits. The northern section snaps back into a flatter line across Canada, while the bottom of the wave breaks off entirely.

The fragment that crumbles off becomes the stranded, spinning pool of cold air—the cut-off low—trapped off the Mid-Atlantic coast. Because the main jet stream has crumbled and left this piece behind, there is no wind left to push it away, creating a stalled weather system and a prolonged storm. The broken vortex just sits there, churning over the warm Gulf Stream and fueling the development of Subtropical Storm Josephine.

All this happened as usual at night, from Saturday to Sunday, to avoid detection, which means that the Russian nuclear micro-reactors are still in Lake Erie and still used by the Russians in their invisible #weather #warfare despite the warnings.

RUSSIAN BRUSH FIRE TECHNOLOGY IN ACTION

The fireball, or more precisely, its payload https://shorturl.at/W7FET, a Russian nuclear microreactor, landed in a lake on October 14, exactly where the jet stream was broken two days ago, which gave rise to California brush fires.

How do I know? After the information about the flying fireball https://shorturl.at/lLNXY, I was expecting the news about a weather anomaly, which should be created by using a Russian nuclear microreactor, as this has happened many times before. 

The nuclear microreactor (probably augmented with some device) created sustainable vertical convection that had artificially broken the polar jet stream, creating a jet stream curve/weather pattern, bringing the Arctic cold air necessary to intensify Santa Ana or "devil winds", as it is clearly shown in the picture below.

This is a similar setup to that which the Russians created in January 2025, when they also attacked California and targeted Hollywood, which was always a matter of jealousy for them. 
Then they managed to create an upper cutoff low, which pinned it for weeks to the site, prolonging the catastrophic firestorm.

This time, as I know, they didn't manage to create a complete cutoff low, which would demand additional fireballs in the south. This means that the fire shouldn't be prolonged. Naturally, remaining a part of the polar jet stream, the upper "semi-cutoff low" should be carried away fast enough. 

However, if the Russians continue to heat up the lake using Russian nuclear microreactors to artificially generate the high-pressure ridge that keeps the polar jet stream distorted, the "devil winds" will continue to ignite the brush fires/firestorms.  

As soon as the Russians switch off the nuclear microreactor and the high-pressure ridge dissipates, the polar jet stream will be restored, and the winds and the firestorm will stop. 

After the exposure, the Russians should retreat as they usually do to avoid detection. When the nuclear microreactor is switched off, it is almost impossible to detect. It can be disconnected for a long time until the Russians decide to use it again, if it is not detected and neutralised.

Similarly, after my posts, the historical blizzard in March 2026 had stopped, and the recent bomb cyclone in the Northeast was suddenly canceled after the Russians in both cases had to switch off their nuclear microreactors in Lake Erie.

PUTIN'S "RAISING A PIG" SPECIAL OPERATION

Paradoxically, Musk is neither a businessman nor a genius inventor. He is the main tool in Putin's op against the US and the West. Putin’s "Musk operation" is known in Russia as “Raising a Pig," a criminal strategy Putin used to take part in working in the KGB/Mayoralty, in parallel with handling organized crime groups. 

Musk is such a "pig", raised by the Russians.  Through him, the Russians not only obtain access to the US Military, Government, and their decisions, but also acquire the strategically important branches like the US telecom companies, which Musk plans to buy, destroy/replace the bank system by introducing the X payment system, create a substitute for #Amazon, etc. All of these are not business decisions but a strategy of hostile takeover of the entire US economy and infrastructure, or defaulting on it. 

I won’t go into details. I just want to introduce a conceptual vision of what is happening, how the Russians raise their pig Musk to once the situation is ripe to overtake control completely. In fact, Musk is so devoted to Putin’s cause, to say the least, that the Russians already use him as their tool. 

 However, understanding the scheme Putin uses to raise the pig should make the Americans decide whether they really want to raise the pig together with Putin to help Putin produce the complete US takeover, or they should start actively opposing this invisible capture of the US by subordinating directly to Russia. The process is already underway.

The Investors in Musk’s #tesla and #SpaceX also should be aware that by buying Musk’s stocks, they de facto implement Putin’s strategy of raising pig Musk as a way of the US takeover by the US and global domination. 

Especially aware of this should be the European and British investors, as this is pig Musk who stands behind the NATO intentional degradation process.

 Musk is an ideal weapon for Putin - mediocre, naturally hostile toward the US, psychologically 12 years old, a drug and alcohol addict, possessed with gluttonous greed, which lets Putin exploit him, as the Russians have already done for a prolonged period of time by playing on his soft spots. 

It is important to realize that Musk is not just a horrible, selfish person, which is obvious, but the key in Putin’s anti-Western strategy and defines their place in a long- or medium-term Putin’s covert war against the US.

Are they on Putin's side, taking part in raising the Russian pig and preparing the US demise, or are they opposed to it in the name of future generations? 

Musk already went too far. And the more good people invest in his companies, the quicker Putin acquires full control of the US. If this hadn't happened already, as the latest developments demonstrate.

BASICS OF RUSSIAN “RAISING A PIG" STRATEGY 

In Russian criminal and business slang, the expression "raising a pig" (or "fattening a pig") has a metaphorical meaning.

It describes a strategy in which criminal circles or corrupt structures intentionally allow an entrepreneur or official to develop a business and accumulate capital, only to subsequently seize their assets entirely, impose an exorbitant tax, or take over the business.

This criminal technique involves several sequential stages:

 SELECTING A "TARGET"

A potential "piggy" is a mid-level entrepreneur with good growth potential but lacking significant political protection or a security "wing." The main criterion is the individual's ability to generate high profits.

CREATING A COMFORT ZONE ("FEEDING")

Initially, criminal circles or law enforcement agencies affiliated with them leave the businessman alone. They may artificially create favorable conditions for them:

• Helping them outperform competitors. • Provide a "green light" for minor contracts or permits.
• Demonstrate feigned patronage to lull the victim into lowering their guard and scaling the business.

ACCUMULATING "MASS"

The criminal element waits until the business reaches peak profitability, accumulates expensive assets (real estate, equipment, large accounts), and the owner becomes accustomed to a high standard of living and large turnover. The victim invests all of their own and borrowed funds in the project.

CREATING AN ARTIFICIAL CRISIS

When the "hog" has grown sufficiently, the asset seizure phase is initiated. To achieve this, problems are artificially created:
• Cash shortages or disruptions to major deliveries are provoked.
• Fabricated inspections by controlled regulatory agencies are initiated.
• A sudden, violent conflict with the "criminal element" occurs.

"THE SLAUGHTER OF THE HOG" (BUSINESS SQUEEZE)

A frightened and cornered entrepreneur is offered only one "way out" of the situation:
• Transfer a stake in the company (often a controlling stake) to nominees.
• Sell assets for next to nothing to pay off artificially created debts.
• Completely retire from business under threat of physical violence or imprisonment.
As a result, criminal organizations receive a fully established, legalized, and profitable business without the effort of building it from scratch."

The mechanisms the Russians use in the "Raising Musk" op and the final act are different, but the essence is the same.

PUTIN'S PERFECT STORM FAILED

An interesting situation with the massive heat-generated low-pressure systems in the Atlantic, crowding near the US coast. The low-pressure vacuum, created by artificial heating of Lake Erie by the Russian nuclear microreactors, working as an engine, in combination with a broken jet stream, was pulling not only the remnants of the hurricanes from the Gulf and the Pacific, but the hot moisture from the Atlantic too, which should lead to massive and destructive bombogenesis, aka Putin's favorite "Perfect storm."

However, the development was stopped after the Russians were exposed by my posts. As they couldn't continue the operation and switched off the nuclear microreactors, the massive and destructive bomb cyclone in the making turned into an unpleasant, heavy rain.    

The situation reminded me of the previous nor'easter, when the same unnatural abundance of low-pressure systems was produced along the East Coast and should have strengthened the nor'easter, but something went wrong. This time, it was a second attempt to create a deadly cyclone system.

But this time, the low-pressure systems in the Atlantic weren't wasted but started organizing into a new nor'easter due to a dip in the polar jet stream trough, bringing cold Arctic air to the warm Atlantic waters, with already abundant low-pressure systems. 

The trough could also be artificially created by the Russians; however, it is not enough to create prolonged damage as in the case of the upper cutoff low or a "cold drop,' completely separated from the jet stream and prolonging disaster, as during the previous nor'easter

It is interesting that the area generating the instant heat and low-pressure systems coincides with the area persistently explored or exploited by the Russian military during their drills, including warships and a submarine, near the territory in 2024, as marked on the picture. If it was unclear why they would do such strange moves there, now it makes sense.

No significant impacts from the nor'easter are expected in New York City or the surrounding areas. While the system is generating powerful winds, beach erosion, and heavy rainfall along the East Coast, the brunt of the storm is projected to stay well to the south.

 The most severe impacts will be concentrated from southeastern Virginia down through the Outer Banks of North Carolina, with some fringe wind gusts of 40 to 60 mph extending as far north as southern New Jersey.

BOMBOGENESIS IS CANCELED | THE OBSERVER EFFECT

It looks like #bombogenesis is suddenly cancelled under pressure of exposure (see the previous post). The Russians switched off their nuclear #microreactors inside Lake #Erie to avoid detection, which means that the Observer Effect still works.

Hopefully, they won't switch on their nuclear microreactors during the night as they usually do. I wouldn't exclude this. 

On the other hand, this would be a good reason to finally detect and neutralize them if they do. 

The developing low-pressure system off the New England coast is no longer expected to undergo official bombogenesis.

While meteorologists originally projected that the storm would "bomb out" (rapidly intensify with a pressure drop of at least 24 millibars within 24 hours), current tracks show the system falling just short of that threshold.

Even though it will not technically be classified as a bomb cyclone, this powerful fall nor'easter will still bring significant impacts to the Northeast starting Friday night:

Fierce wind gusts between 30 and 40 mph are expected along the immediate New York and New England coastlines, with significantly stronger gusts tracking over the open Atlantic.

Friday, widespread heavy rain washout across major coastal hubs, creating hazardous marine conditions and local coastal flooding threats.

A sharp cold front behind the storm will plunge temperatures by 15 degrees or more. This will bring the season's first measurable snow to the highest elevations of northern New England, including a dusting in the Adirondacks and parts of Maine.

LAKE ERIE AS A RUSSIAN PERFECT WEATHER WEAPON

An interesting weather setup, where all routes lead to Lake Erie again, where the Russian nuclear mini-reactors are deployed.

I described the mechanism by which the Russian nuclear heaters broke the jet stream and brought the remnants of Hurricane Isaias toward the Northeast, which, otherwise, should have dissipated much earlier.     

The same nuclear microreactors then generate a low-pressure cyclone fed by the Iasias remnants, which, in the upper picture, explicitly sits exactly at Lake #Erie (Big L), where it was generated. 

It is interesting that the jet stream, which is also vulnerable to the Russians' manipulation, took the shape that is conducive to the remnants of Pacific #hurricane #Rachel to move to the #Northeast, while the low-pressure vaccum/cyclone plays the role of an engine, pulling the moisture from the southwest of the #US to the Northeast.

The remnants of two hurricanes, Isaias, in the Gulf, and Rachel, in the Pacific, were pulled in by the vaccum/low pressure/cyclone, created by the Russian nuclear minireactors boiling the water inside Lake Erie. Lake Erie is a dead lake, the shallowest of the Great Lakes, overgrown with algae and other vegetation, as well as geographical location makes it an ideal place for the deployment of Russian nuclear microreactors.

The latest developments demonstrate it, as well as the March historical monster blizzard, which stopped in a couple of hours after I suggested in my post to the #US #Navy to take away the Russian heaters, and the blizzard would stop. Instead, the Russians themselves stopped it by switching off the reactors remotely to avoid detection.  

Now the situation has changed, #Trump is under control, and the Russians continue their actions, sure that the situation is under control and nothing threatens their operations.

Also, the Russians rely on night operations with no visibility to cover up their activities, which explains why the weather transformations occur in the morning.

RUSSIA-WEAPONIZED ARTIFICIAL JET STREAK

I was right, suggesting that Russians would find a way to direct the Isaias remain to New York and the Northeast, using Lake Erie, and this is exactly what happened. Yesterday, there was a protective wall of the jet stream against the #Isaias remnants (bottom image).

Today(top image), a "bridge," or so-called jet streak, appeared due to intense warming of the southern part of Lake Erie, by switching on the Russian nuclear mini-reactors, creating a spark or shortwave for provoking a violent jet streak, which intensified the storm by pumping cold air into the warm remains of Isaias and intensifying it due to the temperature difference (lower picture).

A jet streak creates a disruption in a protective wall of the jet stream and redirects the intensified remains of the storm directly toward New York. 

It is interesting that this is the second time that nuclear mini-reactors are used during the Isaias circle.

The jet streak initiation happened during the night to hide the visible effects. Most probably, then some additional devices are used to propagate the hot stream into the air, creating strong vertical convection necessary to produce a shortwave, provoking the jet streak. 

The jet streak behaves the same way as a "cold drop" or upper -cutoff low in miniature. But in this case, the rotating core is embedded in a deep, sharp trough, working as a pump, fuel, steering engine, and accelerator all at once.

 As I write this, being under permanent pro-Russian Musk's surveillance, the nuclear micro-reactors in Lake Erie could be remotely switched off, making it impossible to detect them.

Musk has lately strengthened his cover-up efforts for the Russian warfare, getting closer to Trump and the Trump Administration as an adviser for the future of warfare, with a goal to brainwash Trump and promote Russian interests.

JET STREAM'S PROTECTIVE SHIELD

The good news is that most of the East Coast is protected from the remains of Isaias by the polar jet stream, which they can't penetrate until 12 October, when they will dissipate. Mother Nature is taking care, or somebody learned how to use the jet stream as a protective shield?

The technology the Russians use to weaponize the jet stream I described in my January 2025 article, where I reverse-engineered their actions. The same way as the Russians use the jet stream to weaponize it against the US and Europe, it could be used for protection.

The 2025 season demonstrated how the hurricanes could be deflected from making landfall in the US territory, using the jet stream as a repellent.

This year, it worked only partly, because Isaias didn't look as damaging due to the El Niño protective shield, which was overpowered by Hurricane #Isaias due to extremely hot Gulf waters, feeding the hurricane. The water was especially hot along the Isaias path, or as meteorologists noticed.

The next frontier is to stop the Russians from using jet stream manipulation to create atmospheric blockages, leading to prolonged heatwaves, wildfires, catastrophic flood rains, and other disasters. And prevent/ netralise the blockages created naturally, which are rarer and less damaging, but also disruptive.

RUSSIA-WEAPONIZED HURRICANE ISAIAS: FROM ARTIFICIAL HYBRID STORM TO “BOMB HURRICANE”

Meteorologists expect a Category 1-2 hurricane. However,  #Hurricane #Isaias may surprise.  Isaias was formed not as a typical tropical storm but was birthed by a "cold drop" or an upper-level cutoff low, an estranged fragment of the polar jet stream, the same way as the recent nor'easter along the US East Coast or storm Dana in Spain. In all the cases, the contrast between cold and hot played its role as a characteristic of this time of the year. 

Being independent from the jet stream, the  “cold dr
op” stalled over the hot Bay of Campeche for days, acting as the upper-level atmospheric "pump" or engine, generating the vacuum effect, forcing air underneath it to rise rapidly and create a surface low system, which later grew into a tropical storm/hurricane due to extremely warm water, reaching 31C/88F, turning from a depression 

The "cold drop" or Arctic-cold upper-level cutoff low not only gave birth to Isaias but also created a protective shield for about  24-36 hours from El Niño high shear, which until now had prevented hurricane formation in the Atlantic.  Hurricane Isaias is the first hurricane in the Gulf since the tragic 2024 season of Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. 

The hurricane Isaias in some way imitates Hurricane Milton, being formed exactly in the same place and rapidly intensifying later, benefiting from its position in the Gulf corner, naturally creating ideal conditions necessary for storm rotation formation. It is probable that both hurricanes were artificially engineered, as it followed from some political statements in 2024, suggesting it.  

The artificial nature of a nor’easter kind of storm turned into a hurricane prove his small size and lopsided structure. The strong core due to a thunderstorm could also be strengthened using the Russian high-voltage thunderstorm generators, which they use to generate supercell tornadoes. The fact that the main intensification from a storm to a hurricane had happened during the night, when monitoring is impossible, supports it. After creating the momentum, the hurricane can develop on its own. The process I already described in my previous posts. 

The extent of Isaias intensification depends on the water temperature in the Gulf.  While the surface water is warm due to solar radiation, the deeper layers, necessary for a hurricane’s rapid intensification, reached record cold during the last year. One of the factors was the US military presence in the Caribbean, which became a kind of deterrent for the Russian operations after the exposure of the Russians planting their nuclear micro reactors around the US, including the Gulf, creating the infrastructure for the Russian weather and climate warfare.

After the US military focus shifted to the war with Iran, Putin lured Trump, which the Russians saw as an opening to the Russian operations in the Gulf and the Caribbean.  However, after the Russian submarine efforts for nuclear micro-reactors deployment were exposed in 2024, they moved to air deployment, disguised as fireballs falling. The number of fireballs flying around the Gulf during the last few years proves it. Now the Gulf is stuffed with nuclear micro-reactors, which let the Russians heat the Gulf waters in depth, which is necessary for a strong hurricane. 

The grade of Isaias’ rapid intensification as well as its path could be "breadcrumbed" by the Russian nuclear micro-reactors, which are undetectable when switched off. However, the main driver for the Hurricane  path is the jet stream, which the Russians learned to manipulate, coordinating the jet stream steering trajectory with deciding which of the micro-nuclear reactors to use. 

Another factor that assures the extra high temperature of the water in the Gulf is the slowdown of #GulfStream by 20 percent, which means that at least 20 percent of the overall heat, produced by solar radiation and coming from the #Atlantic via the Caribbean, remains inside the Gulf, turning it into a hot pool. Slowing the Gulf Stream as part of the AMOC is part of the Russian #climate #warfare. 

Combined with the deep heat pointedly added by the nuclear micro-reactors makes the rapid intensification explosive, close to what is known as a bomb cyclone. The bomb like nature is a precondition for the hurricane to be able to break through the El Niño wind shear, which, as a wall, protects the Gulf coastline from the landfall.  To overpower the wall of El Niño wind shear  a super hot water is necessary. 

Without the use of nuclear micro-reactors, which heat not only surface water as the sun and the Atlantic currents do, but also the water in depth, which should assure the capability of the hurricane to break through the wall and make a catastrophic landfall. 

Following the Russian logic, Hurricane Isaias should reach New York and the Northeast in any form, as a strategically important region, which the Russians usually prioritize as their prime target. In any form, be it a flood, downpours of supercell tornadoes. It is logical to expect that the Russians will employ all their arsenal to prolong the Isaias impact, and first of all, Lake Erie as a heat and moisture producing pool, also stuffed with the Russian nuclear micro-reactors. 

To summarize, the Russians use two main extreme weather drivers - jet stream manipulation, which creates a lot of additional energy in the atmosphere by colliding the cold Arctic air with the warm moisture of the Gulf. Water heating provides additional energy, turning a hurricane into a weapon. 

For Putin, all the endeavor is both a kind of sport - to see if a hot water and weaponized jet stream can overpower the natural barrier for the hurricane in the Atlantic during the El Niño season and a military exercise, with the potential to use the obtained results during a more favorable hurricane season (without El Niño) to achieve the most possible devastation. Also, this is a kind of amusement that supplies Putin with a sense of superiority over the world and world leaders.

To divert attention from his weather and climate operations, Putin usually employs threats of using nuclear weapons. However, in the context of being exposed in both, attempts to employ weather/climate weapons and biological warfare make the threats a sign of desperation, not only an attention diversion.

 Being exposed, Russia loses the support of even the most devoted Putinites, not only in the West but also around the world, who suffer the consequences of the Russian climate war. Even if the world still doesn’t realize this, Putin is well aware of what he is doing, which creates his panic.

PUTIN'S BIOLOGICAL WARFARE RACKETEERING SCHEME

The experts don't rule out the possibility that the case in Russia is about a genetically modified plague, or anthrax and other viruses under the generic "plague" code name, used as the basis for the "unknown virus" as a biological weapon, as I suggested yesterday, too. To make the unknown virus spread more quickly and more easily than the usual plague, and augment it with fragments of HIV, to make it even more deadly.

What could the Russian interests be? As we saw with #COVID, Russia was the first to develop a vaccine in early 2020, long before other countries began producing theirs. Probably, the Irkutsk lab is only one of many others, as Russia has one of the biggest bases for producing biological weapons in the world.

The trick didn't work then, as Russia was not as credible in the #US as now, due to the special relationship between Putin and #Trump, who de facto legitimized Putin and his military crimes and prioritizes business with Putin over US security interests. 

This situation is especially dangerous for the US due to Putin's operator in the second generation, Rand #Paul, prosecuting #Fauci and dismantling the US biological research facilities together with #Gabbard and #Musk on Putin's demand, which will make creating a vaccine more difficult, benefiting Russia enormously. The preparations for "hour X," when Putin biological attack should strike, were in the making for quite a long time, including weakening the US defences. 

Putin could try to spread the virus, probably via China again, and then pop up with a wonder vaccine, on which the Russians are working in parallel with genetic modification of #plague. 

The scheme looks like a typical one for Putin since he worked in the St. Petersburg KGB/Mayor Office and, together with organized crime structures, practiced racketeering, imposing it on local businesses by creating problems and then selling them solutions.

The same racketeering scheme, but on a global scale, he tried to implement this time, but something went wrong, and humankind could avoid it together with the new pandemic, if the global leaders play their cards right, meaning if they isolate Russia at an early stage, meaning from now?

This means that not only should the US and the #EU take tough decisions immediately, but also synchronise their actions with other global leaders. I don't think that #China and #Xi want a repetition of the horror that COVID brought to the country. 

The quicker the coordinated action is taken, the more chances there are to stop the pandemic's uncontrollable spread, which, in fact, is biological warfare for profit and global dominance. And again, an invisible war in the gray zone to avoid retaliation.

It is interesting that since my 2024 post-warning, no hurricanes have happened in the #Gulf and in the #Caribbean during the super-active 2025 #hurricane season. With one exception, Hurricane #Melissa, which came from the Atlantic and used the remnants of heat from previous seasons.

I am glad that my warning has worked. I posted it on the #NOAA page too. And measures were taken. Without my warning, hurricanes like #Helen and #Milton, which together caused about 400 billion dollars in #damage in a couple of weeks, would continue to happen for years ahead and would be seen as just a new normal, while massive losses and destruction would be attributed exclusively to global warming and atmospheric CO₂ concentration.

It was the specific formation of hurricanes Helene and Milton, and their supernatural rapid intensification just before landfall, maximizing damage, that made external interference probable.

Russia continues to interfere - the flying fireballs https://tinyurl.com/mr3w7pbs and excessive heat prove it, while #Trump is too busy with war in Iran, which Putin lured him into, to protect the US. However, the meddling could be much more intense and more destructive without the Observer Effect.

Global warming plays its role too. But it is not only about atmospheric carbon dioxide concentration; it results from Russia's intentional and intense melting of Arctic sea ice and inland permafrost, which slows the #AMOC, distorts global heat distribution, and is the main weapon in Russian climate warfare.

As the AMOC has slowed down by about 15-20 percent since the 50's of the last century, 15-20 more heat remains in the Gulf instead of being carried northward.

Below is my post from 2024, in which I analyze the spokeswoman for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, literally announcing a weather war against the US, which, after her statement, started to materialize in the catastrophic Hurricane Helene, which caused several hundred billion dollars in damage. 

It is interesting that the declaration was made on 9/11, carrying additional symbolism - a combination of a reminder of how vulnerable the US is, a threat, and a recognition of responsibility for 9/11.  

Something that Russians code as  "we can repeat it," even if not in exactly the same form, but in the form of "natural disaster", which, in fact, is an artificially provoked disaster intensified into a catastrophic one, just by warming the water in the Gulf. 

As of 9/11, it is not only important who physically executed the strike, but who created the scenario, thoughtform, and implemented it in minds. This is exactly the Russian role, and there is a prove to it, which is routinely ignored as it interferes with business.

The mere fact that the Russians foretold this disaster, by preventing the US, and Putin was the first to express condolences a kind of indirect proof, if to understand how the Russians think and act. It was an act of schadenfreude and pride, not compassion. Weather and climate warfare are also based on the same principle of invisibility and impunity.

Cold Drop or DANA in Action, Spain under attack

A storm is induced by the same upper-cutoff low, which I have lately examined as the main player in the most extreme weather disasters, intensifying the damage caused by hurricanes Lowell, Maria, and Nolo, and creating the latest nor'easter literally from scratch. 

In Spain, it is known as a "cold drop" or officially #DANA, an acronym for Depresión Aislada en Niveles Altos (Isolated Depression at High Levels).

It forms in a similar way to a recent nor'easter on the US East Coast. Generated by a jet stream deep trough, containing cold Arctic air, that stretches southward and, for some reason, completely detaches from the main polar jet stream, leaving an independent, cold, slow-moving low-pressure system stranded aloft. 

It happened during the same window of opportunity when the waters are still summer-hot, while the strengthening Arctic polar vortex deploys extra-cold air, maximising the temperature contrast and intensifying the storm.

Stalled over the Iberian Peninsula or the Mediterranean Basin, a cutoff low becomes stationary, and its high-altitude cold core collides with the warm, moisture-laden air evaporating off the sea. 

This extreme temperature contrast fuels intense atmospheric instability, rapidly creating massive cumulonimbus clouds. 

Because the system is "cut off" from the jet stream's steering winds, it moves incredibly slowly, causing a year's worth of torrential rain to fall over the same localized area in a matter of hours.

If DANAs are not stalled by an upper-level cutoff low but generated by a jet stream dip trough, they pass over without causing major issues, resulting only in localized downpours, a sudden drop in temperature, or standard autumn thunderstorms.

Historically, a catastrophic, highly destructive DANA (the kind that completely overwhelms infrastructure) is a once-in-a-generation or a "100-year flood" occurrence. 

However, lately that baseline has shifted. And the catastrophic DANAs become more frequent. This is the result of Russian #climate #warfare, intentional climate distortion through the deliberate melting of the Arctic and weather warfare, with targeted actions to disrupt natural air and water currents, creating blockages, leading to extreme #weather.

Spain is especially vulnerable as it is at the geographic position where the polar front and tropical-like moisture levels collide.

"COLD DROPS" AND WEATHER WHIPLASH GET WEAPONIZED

A powerful, slow-moving Mediterranean storm system, fueled by an Arctic cold upper-level cutoff low and exceptionally warm sea surface temperatures, has triggered extreme flash floods across Southern and Eastern Europe.

The upper cutoff lows, or s cold drops as they are called in Europe, can be artificially cut off from the jet stream in specific conditions, while the water can be artificially heated. Preconditions for these actions are created by the artificial melting of the Arctic, leading to climate distortion and global warming.

The situation is getting worse due to climate whiplash, a rapid, violent transition between opposing extreme weather states, such as flipping directly from severe drought or wildfire conditions to catastrophic flooding.

Months of intense summer heat and drought bake the soil into a hard, crusty, asphalt-like layer. Instead of absorbing rainwater, the ground repels it.

When the slow-moving #Mediterranean storm system dumps months' worth of rain in a few hours, all the downpour water turns into a flood. Droughts kill off root systems and cause wildfires, causing widespread deforestation. 

Without vegetation to naturally slow down and intercept rushing water, mudslides and debris flows become significantly more destructive. Infrastructure designed for historical baselines is failing, being stressed by consecutive, diametrically opposed disasters.

The whiplash, heatwaves, and downpours are directly linked to the jet stream behavior, from buckling to producing upper-cutoff lows, which the Russians learned to weaponize along with other jet stream manipulation techniques as the main feature in Russian #weather warfare.

When the jet stream is blocked by cutoff lows, it gets locked into a stalled position for weeks, creating a prolonged heat dome. 
When the block finally breaks, it overcompensates by pulling a deep, cold upper-cutoff low into the same region that suffered from drought, flipping to a tropical-like deluge.

Putin's covert #climate #warfare, due to artificial Arctic melting and global air and water currents distortion, has led to the global average temperature rising by more than 1.1°C. For every 1°C of atmospheric warming, the air can hold roughly 7% more water vapor, which leads to more massive downpours and massive damage.

The combination leads to what the Russians mean by threatening to erase a country from the face of the Earth. 

Pacific Moisture Strikes the Southwest with Flash Floods and Tornadoes Again

Even if #Hurricane #Polo made landfall on Mexican territory, not directly on US territory, its remnants, in combination with the jet stream and other storm systems, create "perfect storm" conditions for both dangerous flash floods and supercell tornadoes.

The coming destructive flash #floods recall those intensified by an artificially created convection system, which the Russians used to generate the July 4, 2025, Central Texas flash flooding that took 330 lives.

As well as coming, supercell tornadoes are similar to those that the Russians used to generate from the Mexican high desert using high-voltage generators to create sparks inside an already tornado-inducing setup, created by polar jet stream manipulation.

Naturally, in favorable hurricane conditions, when an artificially disrupted jet stream creates two contrasting fronts colliding with each other - a cold one, bringing cold Arctic air, and a warm one, bringing hot moisture from the Gulf. The collision of contrasting fronts creates an excess of energy, which can either be released naturally or be used for creating lonely supercell tornadoes.   

Naturally, multiple, chaotically appearing tornadoes in a highly energised environment neutralize each other, instead of developing into something significant. Artificially sparked supercells, produced by the Russian high-voltage generators from the Mexican High Desert, are lonely, highly organised, well-structured, resilient, and deadly.

As for the flash flooding, the situation recalls the July, 4, 2025, deadly Central Texas flooding, also fueled by the remnants of the Pacific Hurricane Flossie and the Gulf Tropical Storm Barry. Which, instead of moving naturally move away, were trapped in a place by an artificially manufactured convection system.

This time, the organizing and stalling role for the excessive Pacific moisture plays the role of a rotating upper-level cutoff low. Chipped away from the jet stream just in time, upper cutoff low pipes away the moisture from the Pacific directly into the Southeast.

This is the same cutoff low as a phenomenon, which led to the redirection of hurricanes Lowell and Nolo to Hawaii, instead of passing them by, the same cutoff low that channeled hurricane Marie's moisture from 700 miles toward SoCal, and the same upper cutoff low created a nor'easter, turning into a bomb cyclone, stalled in the strategically important area of the US East for long enough to cause significant damage.

All these cases I described in my previous posts, as they do deserve attention as a weather machinery, which can be created artificially and is capable of significantly modifying the weather system.

Engineered Hybrid Nor’easter Turned Bomb Cyclone

Underestimated by forecasts, now the nor’easter at the center of the discussion - is it still a nor’easter or a subtropical storm/hurricane, like 2012 Hurricane Sandy, which devastated the region and is now a reference point for defining this hybrid nor’easter, combining the traits of both - a nor’easter and a hurricane.

The timing of this unseasonal nor’easter defines its nature. Late September, when the Polar vortex starts to form in the Arctic and cool Canadian air, brought to the Atlantic by the upper cutoff low, the parent of the current nor’easter, collides with the still summer hot Atlantic waters, creates a rare window of opportunity for a bombogenesis, another name for rapid intensification.

The stark contrast between a cold core nor’easter and anomalously hot Atlantic waters led to bombogenesis, which qualifies this nor’easter as a bomb cyclone. 

The amount of hot water, integrated by the nor’easter’s cold core, warmed it up and led to the thunderstorms inside its eye, turning this nor’easter into a hybrid nor’easter bomb cyclone, behaving as a hurricane. 

Another two coincidences in timing, defining the nor’easter’s strength, are the full moon, which always intensifies the storm, and King tides, which do so just a couple of times a year.  

Therefore, if we name this nor’easter what it is in fact - a bomb cyclone, the situation starts to look clearer. Especially in the context of #weather #warfare.

WEAPONIZING AN ARTIFICIAL UNSEASONAL NOR'EASTER BY BLENDING IT WITH TROPICAL DISTURBANCES

The experts recognise that this nor'easter resembles Hurricane Sandy, used by the Russians as a historical prototype for reconstruction.

The bad news is that the nor'easter, by aligning with its upper-level cutoff low parent, gets stuck for a prolonged time exactly where it can produce maximum damage. The good news is that this alignment deprives it of further growth.

The initial idea was to make the surface low, created by the upper low, to absorb as many disturbances as possible to strengthen it, while the axis, binding them, is tilted, and growth is possible. And then, by vertically aligning them, make it release all accumulated strength at New York and the northwest, as the most strategic region.

While tilted, the cold core nor'easter could absorb more tropical storms coming from the Gulf, turning it into an ultimate weapon.  But this didn't happen because of El Niño's high wind shear, which, by destroying vertical convection, weakened the momentum, and most of the disturbances, meant to align with the nor'easter, moved into the open Atlantic.

As El Niño made this scenario impossible this season, they will try to implement it next season if the proactive measures do not apply. To prevent this scenario, but in a much worse version, as El Niño won't be there, it is necessary to clear Lake Erie of Russian nuclear micro-reactors, used to create the upper cutoff low. 

It could be done in March after I exposed the Russians' use of them for artificially creating a monster blizzard, which disappeared in hours after my post. The problem is that after the Russians switched off the reactors, the problem was solved, and nobody cared to clean Lake Erie. When the reactors are switched off, they are difficult to detect. The Russians eagerly exploit this blind spot. 

Moreover, the Russians added at least one more reactor. This is what made the operation possible - creating an unseasonal nor'easter to combine its destructive force by absorbing tropical storms into its orbit. Which, if not El Niño's high wind shear, could work exactly as the Russians planned.

Russia-weaponized Artificial Nor'easter

The current nor'easter is artificially engineered by the Russians. Below is an interesting diagram showing the jet stream, strangely bent in a way to produce an upper cutoff low, the "parent" of this Nor'easter in the Atlantic.

I wrote about how the Russians are bending the jet stream to achieve a necessary configuration. Even more interesting here is the way the Russians cut the cutoff from the jet stream, depicted in the lower diagram with Lake #Erie, with an anomalously warm western part of the lake. 

I wrote about Lake Erie in March, when the Northeast was tortured with the "historical" "monster blizzard." 
Then, I wrote a short post suggesting the removal of the Russian nuclear reactor from Lake Erie to stop the monster #blizzard.

In a couple of hours, the historical monster blizzard stopped as if it had never existed. Why? The Russians didn't wait to be detected and switched off the reactor from a distance. No blizzard, no reason to look for the reactor, decided Putin, and stopped the blizzard. 

What happened, in fact, was a scientific experiment on how significant the mere change of temperature is. As they stopped the reactor, they stopped the production of the vapour, which, combined with the Arctic air, created this overwhelming massive blizzard that paralyzed the life of the strategically important region.

Lake Erie is a dead lake overgrown with algae, making it an ideal place for placing a nuclear microreactor to use it as a weather weapon. Blizzard is the only one example.

Days later, a fireball flying near Lake Erie generated use. However, I wrote in detail earlier, it was a Russian nuclear microreactor transported by air, with a booster exploding in the air and the nuclear reactor landing in Lake Erie.

In September, the Russians decided to use it again. By launching a nuclear reactor, they created a vertical convection of hot air, capable of disrupting the jet stream, writhing above it.

The experiment with the blizzard has shown how potent the flow of hot, warm air created by the nuclear reactor is. It is possible that some other devices powered by a nuclear reactor were used. Or some additional devices meant to create the vertical convection that the Russians place inside the private property to strategically use in their operations.

By mastering the jet stream disruption and artificial creation of deep troughs and upper cutoff lows, the Russians use it as the main feature in redirecting hurricanes, as this happened with Hurricane Lowell and now with Hurricane Nolo cases, and especially in creating the early Nor'easter targeting the East Coast and especially New York, even if geographically this is not an easy task. 

It is interesting that when I started attracting attention to the jet stream manipulation, the only source, Fox Weather, which usually depicted the jet stream in its reports, stopped doing this. 

However, as practice shows, the more information is available, the more chances there are to prevent disasters simply by the Observer Effect. When exposed, the Russians retreat. The fact has been proven many times already. This nor'easter could be prevented, as well as others, in the future. 

The Russian operation didn't stop with only creating the cutoff low, which I won't describe here. There is an entire operation with many weather settings, meant to ultimately orchestrate the "perfect storm" in the US. The #weather #warfare is Putin's favourite hobby as he was never challenged for his actions, with one exception - by the Observer Effect.

Hawaii Under Attack Again

#Hawaii is targeted by a hurricane again, this time more precise and closer than previous hurricanes, and with potentially more devastating damage, adding to the disaster already caused by previous attacks.

Winter will be even worse due to Russia-provoked prolonged and multiple Kona Lows causing massive floods.  Last winter, there were two record-breaking massive Kona Lows. This year, it will be more numerous and intense due to an excess of El Niño moisture. And this is just one damaging scenario the Russians are working on for next winter.

The easiest way to stop Russia is to defeat it by helping Ukraine.  To counter Russia's weather directly, there is a need for a better understanding of the mechanics of how Russian weather warfare works by manipulating massive weather patterns by activating much smaller switching mechanisms.

Hurricane Machine is On Again

After a short respite, the hurricane-producing machine is back in business. There are three active hurricanes (one in the making) in the Eastern Pacific again. All three are potentially damaging to the parts of the US, Hawaii, and the Southwest that were already severely damaged by severe weather.

The technologies used are the same for organizing scattered depressions into cyclones. El Niño is very helpful, as warm water is the hurricane's main fuel.

The trajectories, durability, and damage produced depend on the jet stream, which could be manipulated to some extent, turning natural extreme weather events into weapons or, in some cases, generating them, exploiting preexisting conditions. 

The result is not assured, as too many components should be taken into account, compared to conventional weapons, but the process itself is captivating. Especially because of its impunity and a feeling of superiority or self-deification it generates, as only deities can weaponize the weather. Putin personally takes part in the operations, directing them.

Russia-manufactures Nor'easter Underway

RUSSIA-MANUFACTURES NOR'EASTER UNDERWAY

While hurricanes had completely disappeared from the Atlantic this season due to a strong El Niño and Saharan dust, the Nor'easter pattern looks worrisome, as it can produce massive, prolonged flooding and serious coastal erosion, which gradually erases or chips away at the US territory, as it happens on the US West Coast in an even more dramatic way, too. In both cases, the erosion is provoked by Russia through jet stream manipulation.  

In this case, Russia uses the same jet stream manipulation technique it used to amplify damage by Hurricane Lowell and Hurricane Marie in the Pacific. 

In both cases, this manipulation is an act of #war against the US, which the US is unable to even detect and identify, which offers Russia a huge advantage and impunity. 

Even more so because Russia perfects its #weather #weaponry and techniques with every new covert attack, making next attacks even more destructive and deadly.

These attacks can be stopped. And in many cases, they were already stopped by the mere exposure because, to avoid being detected, the Russians are temporarily retreating to return at another time or place. 

Meanwhile, the Russians continuously extend their weather warfare infrastructure inside and around the US, which significantly expands their capabilities and maneuverability.

Timing is also indicative - targeting the largest international event in New York, with 130 world leaders and hundreds of international diplomats arriving in New York.

The Nor'easter had missed the target, as its impact on air traffic would be felt only from midweek due to strong Nor'easter wind shear and low visibility from the multi-day deep moisture pull from the Atlantic.  

The "error" was corrected by Monday's accidental cutting of a critical fiber-optic telecommunications line in New Jersey, which triggered massive FAA ground stops across JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, and Teterboro airports.

Hundreds of flights have already been delayed or canceled, meaning the aviation system is entering the storm week with zero breathing room and a massive backlog of passengers. 

The accident fits the Russian usual tactic. When the weather attack fails to produce the expected effect, they use traditional methods to create the intended chaos.

Wildfires and Zombie Fires as Effective and Cheap Climate Weapons

The most effective and cheapest weapon in #climate #warfare and a technology, melting the Arctic ice, are #wildfires, as they spread black carbon(soot) which covers the #Arctic #ice, and melts it, until it disappears.

The technology was invented by the Russian scientist Mikhail Budyko and was named the Budyko blanket. He suggested using all the waste remaining from the rubber industry - soot for covering up the Arctic ice, and in such a way to melt it. 

However, the wildfires, orchestrated on enemy territory, are is an  esier and more effective way that doesn’t imply such risky activities as plane seeding. 

This is a well-known fact that during recent years, both Canada and Alaska have turned into a war zone with massive “wildfires” and zombie fires, which, besides the direct damage, the Russians intentionally provoke in a hidden war of attrition, also generate a sustainable stream of soot toward the Arctic, melting it and changing the global climate in Russia’s favor. 

As for “the Budyko blanket,” it was reinvented for the export variant as a climate engineering concept, protecting the ice from melting by injecting sulfate aerosol particles into Earth's stratosphere.

Both "the Budyko’s blankets" concepts are based on changing the Arctic’s albedo. The wildfires, generating soot with winds spreading it into the Arctic, change albedo, increasing the Arctic ice's capacity to absorb heat and melt, instead of reflecting solar radiation back out into space.

Not Heat Wave but New Normal

As I am not a meteorologist but an expert on Russian hybrid warfare, I look at the weather setups from the perspective of their potential for weaponisation or as a result of their weaponization.

An interesting pattern on the top drawing with the flat jet stream close to the North Pole, containing all the cold polar air, which creates a massive high-pressure hot space, encompassing the entire territory of the US.

It shows the real picture, while those depictions below show what happens when the jet stream gets disrupted ( one way or another) and the cold Arctic air moves to the US, which is a kind of anomaly, a deviation from the textbook.

Instead of a massive heat wave covering the entire country, it splits the space between two or more fronts — cold and warm — which are necessary for creating extreme weather events, like storms and tornadoes, forming along the division lines, which could be weaponized. 

The broken jet stream masks the real picture by revealing the cold air, making it more palatable for perception - as if the situation is not so bad if there is some cold. 

However, the "heat wave" itself is the deadliest pattern, even if it is a silent killer, without lightning, thunderstorms, and roaring storms turning into floods. 

Also, it is not a heat "wave", but a new normal.

An interesting picture that shows the different predictions of the potential hurricane Norbert's path. However, tropical storm Norbert didn't become a hurricane and is about to dissipate back into a depression before getting closer to Hawaii.

Why? Because both the polar jet stream and subtropical jet streams are flat after I described how the Russians manipulate them. 

Without an upper cutoff low, a fragment of the polar jet stream, which broke the high-pressure subtropical ridge, high pressure remains strong and gradually dismantles the tropical storm, Norbert, with upper wind shear. 

The artificially created upper cutoff low ( a fragment of the polar jet stream), the Russians managed to redirect Lowell northward, bringing massive disaster to Hawaii instead of bypassing them. 

The upper cutoff low is what made Hurricane Marie channel its massive moisture and tides toward SoCal, causing unprecedented destruction.  

The same fragment of the polar jet stream played the main role in a whiplash from rain to heat wave, turning SoCal into a boiler.  

Why? After being exposed in my previous posts about Lowell and Marie, the Russians just retreat as they usually do. This explains why the forecasts of the most influential agencies had failed.  

This is the Observer Effect in action. One more hurricane that could cause another massive amount of damage to Hawaii against the backdrop of destruction left by previous hurricanes was neutralized.  As it happened many times before. 

Russians can't afford to be detected, as this would destroy the main advantage of the #weather #weapon - stealthiness and impunity, as the meteorologists routinely attribute all the disasters to Mother Nature, freeing the Russians from retaliation 

The Observer Effect, by destroying Putin's main advantage in the weather war, stealthiness and impunity, makes the Russians retreat.

Hurricane Marie's Tides "Rapid Intensification" by Hot Blob and Russian nuclear micro-reactors

Crushing tides result not from Hurricane Marie itself, which passed hundreds of miles from the US West Coast and dissipated before the shore as usually happens, and especially so because #SoCal is protected by the natural cold current.

The problem is the accumulation of heated water along the coast, known as "a blob," which, instead of providing protection, intensifies waves. Warm water increases in volume, creating amplified impact.

A "blob is artificially created and activated on demand by artificial atmospheric blockages resulting from the intentional jet stream disruptions, weaponized by the Russians. The blocks create a marine heatwave (along with the inland heatwave), heating the water and preventing upwelling of the ocean's cold waters. Upwelling needs winds, but they are blocked by an intentionally blocked jet stream.

Another way to heat the water is Russian nuclear micro-reactors, placed either by Russian special submarines or deployed by air as two-stage fireballs I described earlier, and which, according to reports, fly from time to time over #SoCal.

Why do the Russians target the most iconic places like Hollywood during the artificial firestorm in January 2025, or now, a legendary beach? The Russians are driven by jealousy and a desire to destroy what makes American heritage, not just annihilate everything, which would be boring. Putin prefers to sadistically savor the Americans' agony, while foretasting the final result.

Why do most of the Russia-provoked/intensified "natural disasters" coincide with the national holidays? For the same reason. Russians want to kill joy and pride, to break the will to life, by imposing a kind of humiliation ritual, which makes the Americans weaker and more manageable by the Russian shadow handlers.
