Tip para sacar más partido a tu iluminador y además de reflejar toda la luz, te durará aun más por que tendrá una fijación extra.

No se si te habrá pasado a ti, que has comprado un iluminador que parecía ser la bomba y al ponértelo no brilla tanto como esperabas o tiene demasiada purpurina y se esparce por todo tu rostro., con este truco ya no te pasará 😉

Se trata de usar tu fijador de maquillaje (el que sea) para humedecer el iluminador que has cogido ya con la brocha. No hace falta mucho producto en la brocha, es sólo humedecer, ya que si nos pasamos podemos estropear todo el maquillaje.

Son sólo 3 pasos

Dime si no te has identificado alguna vez, has tenido una boda en pleno mes de mayo y tu piel luce tan blanca que deslumbra. Y es que siempre hay que recordar que tomar el sol no es sano, todo lo contrario, es lo peor que le puedes hacer a tu piel. Tomar el sol acelera el proceso de envejecimiento prematuro, te pueden salir manchas en la piel y otros problemas más graves.

Por suerte podemos encontrar unos autobronceadores geniales que dejan en la piel un tono de bronceado natural que es espectacular. Pero siempre me surgía la misma duda ¿cuál elegir? ¿Me dejará la piel naranja? 😅 Encontrar el perfecto a veces es un largo trabajo y consecuente desembolso. Los mejores para mi (después de probar mil marcas) son el de Saint Tropez y las toallitas comodines

Ahora vamos a lo importante, estos son los pasos:

1. Exfolia tu piel en la ducha para quitar todas las células muertas que estropearán el acabado final.

2. Hidrata bien todo tu cuerpo y masajea bien tu piel hasta notar que se absorbe completamente.

3. Ahora aplica el producto en todo el cuerpo y masajea bien bien hasta que se haya absorbido del todo, y con un guante sería lo mejor para no dejarte las palmas de las manos amarillas (ahí se destapará el truco jaja)

Te recomiendo ir por partes, extremidad por extremidad. Esta forma de hacerlo te lleva un rato, pero tengo que reconocer que es la técnica infalible para que te quede natural y bonito.

Y recuerda la importancia de masajear bien hasta que se absorba, es el punto clave ;) Para mantenerlo en el tiempo yo lo aplico una vez a la semana siempre el mismo proceso 😉

TRUCOS DE EMERGENCIA!! EMERGENCY TIPS!!

Os quiero dar unos trucos rápidos que igual ya conocéis porque podrían ser bastante simples, pero sino me alegro mucho que compartirlos con vosotr@s:

TIP 1: Si no tienes contorno de ojos y de forma muy esporádica, puedes aplicarte bálsamo de labios. Eso si, de forma muy ocasional, ya que al ser un producto muy graso podría producir pequeñas bolitas de grasa en la zona. así que sólo de EMERGENCIA!

TIP 2: Si quieres que tus pestañas se vean más gruesas y tupidas, realiza estos tres pasos:

- Riza las pestañas si es que lo sueles hacer.

- Aplica una fina capa de máscara de pestañas.

- Con una brocha de difuminar limpia o con un bastoncillo, espolvorea en tus pestañas polvos de talco.

- Vuelve a aplicar máscara de pestañas, y ya sabes si aplicas una máscara de diferente formulación, tus pestañas lucirán increíbles.

TIP 3: Esto es algo que recomiendo siempre, si vas a maquillar realizarte un maquillaje de ojos, ya sea suave o intenso, recomiendo que primero maquilles tus ojos y luego pases al rostro, ya que a veces o casi siempre

acaban cayendo pequeñas partículas del polvo de las sombras y después de haber aplicado ya todo el maquillaje del rostro es bastante engorroso de limpiar y un malgasto de producto.

TIP 4: Este truco es para los labios, si quieres que tu labial te dure más, sobretodo ahora en verano que todo se derrite. Aplica en los labios polvos traslucidos antes de aplicar el labial, así conseguirás que el labial tenga más agarre y dure más tiempo. Y por supuesto después marcar tus labios en un pañuelo de papel le agregará aun más resistencia a tu labial.

TRUCO 10: EXFOLIANTE CASERO!!

Este truco fue publicado en la revista interactiva InYou en el número de verano, y me gustaría volver a lanzarlo en mi blog, por si acaso alguien todavía no lo ha descubierto, y aparte quiero hacer un apunte más que acabo de probar.

Se trata de un exfoliante facial casero pero lo más importante, es dos en uno, ya que también lo utilizaremos de mascarilla. El ingrediente principal es el café, más bien los posos del café que siempre tiramos a la basura. El café es un excelente antioxidante que ayuda a evitar el envejecimiento prematuro de la piel y energizante al llevar cafeína, que activa la circulación. Este exfoliante hará que nuestra piel se vea más limpia, luminosa y fresca.

Yo recomiendo hacerlo 2 veces al mes, tampoco es cuestión de abusar, el café hace un efecto bastante inmediato en la piel y esto al fin y al cabo son remedios naturales caseros, y tienes que ver como reaccióna tu piel a ellos.

Necesitamos como he dicho antes, los posos de café. preparamos café y en vez de tirar los posos, dejamos que se enfríen y los guardamos en un botecito o tupper. Y después tenemos varias opciones para mezclar y realizar el ungüento dependiendo de tu tipo de piel:

- Piel seca o normal: aceite de rosa mosqueta que tiene muchísimas propiedades y entre ellas ayuda a la regeneración de la piel y mantiene la hidratación. También aceite de oliva virgen hidratante y antioxidante natural. También puedes mezclarlo con tu crema de cara habitual pero me resulta más efectivo y económico con ingredientes naturales. (Puedes preparar un bote para varias veces y dejarlo en la nevera)

-Piel mixta: Yogurt natural que ayuda a combatir el exceso de grasa. Limpia desinfecta y suaviza los poros. También tenéis la opción de utilizar vuestra crema hidratante para la mezcla. Pero considero que es más natural hacerlo con yogurt. (No puedes preparar para varias veces y dejarlo en la nevera, el yogurt caducará, mejor cómete el yogurt después de utilizar la cantidad que necesitas)

NUEVO APUNTE PROBADO HOY: Si no lo queréis mezclar con nada, simplemente lo podéis usar solo. Os humedecéis el rostro con agua templada y con una pequeña cantidad de posos realizáis movimientos suaves y circulares, veréis los impresionantes resultados. Yo recomiendo hacerlo en la ducha, a la vez que lo usáis para exfoliar el cuerpo, también hacerlo en el rostro y aclaráis, ya me contaréis.

Preparación
Por una cucharada de café, una de aceite o de crema. Esto es aproximado, ya que la consistencia no debe ser demasiado líquida, así que lo vemos al ir haciendo la mezcla.

Una vez la tengamos nos exfoliamos el rostro en movimientos circulares ascendentes durante un par de minutos, y muy suavemente. Después dejamos la mezcla en el rostro aproximadamente 10 minutos. La retiramos con agua templada y para finalizar agua fresquita.

Lullage AcneXpert. Muy contenta con grandes resultados!!

Creo que es la primera vez que pruebo un tratamiento facial recomendado en Internet y me da resultados, así que se merecía contarlo a fondo. Lo descubrí gracias a la genial isasaweis, que tiene un vídeos hablando de estos productos, así que decidí contar mi experiencia. Y se trata como ya habréis leído en el título de: Lullage acneXpert

Pero antes...
Un poco de mi historia de piel...

Mi piel siempre había sido lisa, perfecta, suave, aterciopelada y ni un granito me salía, hasta que de un día para otro a los 25 años más o menos estuve viviendo en Londres unos meses a principios del 2010 y ahí empezó mi batalla, ¡GRANOS, GRANOS Y MÁS GRANOS! ¡UNA PESADILLA! Siempre he pensado que fue el clima y la contaminación de esta ciudad...(digo esta porque volví aquí a finales del 2012), pero no, fue que mi piel cambió, porque desde entonces el acné me ha acompañado siempre. Así que he probado millones de productos antes de empezar con este tratamiento, como "Clinique" que fue una basura para mi, una crema recetada por el médico que se llama "Duac Gel", la cual me paró los granos por un tiempo y me hizo tener la piel bastante seca y apagada, no noté nada maravilloso entonces. Después aquí en UK me compré en Boots, Effaclar Duo (+), que prometía mucho y no hizo nada, tenía un olor a laboratorio horrible, me dejaba la piel seca y una película por encima como mate, pero que no era real porque a su vez me daba sensación grasosa y con 0 hidratación, por las mañanas me despertaba deseando ponerme algo hidratante en la piel. Y muchos productos más que ahora mismo no recuerdo, o he decidido borrar de mi memoria.

Tratamiento Lullage acneXpert:

El paso número uno sería la Mousse Limpiadora, pero yo no la he usado por que en ese momento tenía el gel limpiador de La Roche Posay Effaclar y no quería cambiar. Así que solo he utilizado los otros dos productos:

1. Serum 360º tratamiento intensivo (OIL FREE) para el cuidado global de la piel joven o adulta con imperfecciones o con tendencia acnéica. Controla y actúa eficazmente contra todas las manifestaciones que puede sufrir esta piel, cuidándola al máximo y ayudando a su reparación. Sin perfume, colorantes ni parabenos. Formulado para minimizar el riesgo de reacciones alérgicas.

Y promete:
- Reducir imperfecciones, afinar poros y alisar la textura de la piel.
- Prevenir la comedogénesis.
- Matificar la piel y regular el sebo.
- Despigmentar las manchas oscuras y rojas post-acnéicas.
- Con activos anti-inflamatorios y antioxidantes.
- Antiarrugas, regenerante e hidratante.

Resultados: La piel recupera su equilibrio hidrolipídico, sin manchas no imperfecciones acnéicas. Se vuelve más tersa, uniforme y lisa.

En mi opinión. Ante todo, que no os confunda que se llama Serum, se llama así porque es un producto muy concentrado, pero se utiliza como crema hidratante día y noche, si notaras que te falta hidratación puedes aplicar tu crema habitual después. Puedo decir que cumple lo que promete, a la semana de empezar a usarlo notaba que mi piel empezaba a cambiar, estaba más calmada, más suave y empezaron a atenuarse las manchitas y a parar de salirme granitos. Cada día notaba que iba a mejor. Era como si mi piel se estuviera alimentando de verdad, era como si mi piel "gritara" ¡Gracias! Aplicarme esa crema es muy placentero, sientes la piel muy fresca e hidratada y eso que se absorbe muy rápido pero la sensación es genial. Tengo la piel más afinada y los poros dilatados han disminuido muchísimo, que casi no hay.

Necesitas muy poca cantidad para toda la cara, con medio pump es suficiente.

El único inconveniente que tiene... No tiene factor de protección solar. Asi que después de aplicarme la crema me pongo el factor de protección solar (50) y listo.

2. Renovador celular concentrado. Es un tratamiento exfoliante suave formulado para potenciar la renovación celular e iluminación de la piel con tendencia acnéica. con imperfecciónes o apagada. Fórmula suave OIL FREE de absorción inmediata y respetuosa. Sin perfume, colorantes ni parabenos. Formulado para minimizar el riesgo de reacciones alérgicas.

En mi opinión... en este caso, se trata como de un peeling químico, sin granulitos, pero muy suave con la piel, tanto que se utiliza como un serum y se aplica antes del Serum 360º, ayuda a potenciar su acción concentrada. Este renovador celular es increíble, lo usas y a la mañana siguiente te levantas con una luz en la piel preciosa, simplemente es alucinante desde la primera aplicación. Recomiendan utilizarlo dos o tres veces por semana, yo es lo que hago, y si tienes algún granito que te vaya a salir o ya lo tengas, lo aplicas en la zona y al día siguiente habrá empezado a desaparecer. Este producto solo se puede utilizar por la noche, para evitar manchas en la piel. Necesitas muy poquita cantidad de producto.

Los pasos a seguir...

...por la mañana:

1. Limpiamos la piel con nuestro gel de siempre o con la Mousse Limpiadora de Lullage

2. Aplicamos el Serum 360º, dejamos que se absorba...

3. Aplicamos nuestro factor de protección habitual.

...por la noche:

1. Limpiamos la piel con nuestro gel de siempre o con la Mousse Limpiadora de Lullage.

2. Aplicamos el Renovador Celular Concentrado (si nos toca esa noche y sino omitimos el paso) dejamos que se absorba.

3. Aplicamos el Serum 360º suavemente por todo el rotro.

Y aquí os dejo los resultados:

I think it's the first time I try a facial treatment recommended online and I get results, so tell thoroughly deserved. But first ...
A little history of my skin ...

And much more that I can not remember right now, or I decided to erase from my memory.

Treatment Lullage acneXpert:

Step one would be the Mousse Cleanser, but I have not used that at the time was the cleansing gel Effaclar La Roche Posay and did not want change. So I just used the other two products:

1. Serum 360 º intensive treatment (OIL FREE) for the overall care of young or adult skin with imperfections or acne-prone. TRUCO 8: PARA LAS MANOS SECAS Y CON GRIETAS!! ¿PIES SECOS?

Esta vez vengo a contar un par de trucos caseros que me han venido muy bien ultimamente y me han gustado mucho.

PASO 1

Tenía las manos muy secas y me habian salido grietas en varios dedos. Así que he realizado lo siguiente, un exfoliante casero natural a base de:

- 2 cucharaditas de azucar moreno
- 2 cucharaditas de aceite de oliva virgen
- 1 cucharadita de miel

Lo mezclamos bien y nos lo ponemos en las manos y las exfoliamos suavemente, este masaje os va a encantar, es una sensación muy agradable. Después aclaramos con agua templada y secamos con suavidad.

Aplicamos nuestra crema hidratante de manos y ¡¡la suavidad será extrema!!

Recomiendo hacer esta exfoliación cada dos noches.

Este exfoliante también es perfecto para los pies, que ya llega la época de sandalias y hay que lucirlos bonitos y saludables. Os lo recomiendo absolutamente.

PASO 2

Y si tienes grietas como me ha pasado a mi, aplicate en las grietas vaselina, aconsejo hacer estos dos truquitos por la noche y después a dormir. En unos 5 días mis grietas se cerraron con este truco. Como vaselina he estado utilizando la que tenía a mano que es Letibalm y ha servido a la perfección.

TRUCO RÁPIDO 7: ¿Se te han secado las toallitas desmaquillantes?

Creo que esto es algo que seguramente a casi todas os habrá pasado alguna vez, dejarte el paquete de toallitas abiertas, y en un día se seca un par por lo menos. Pues he descubierto que no tienes que tirarlas a la basura, siguen manteniendo sus propiedades, lo he comprobado.

Yo no uso toallitas para desmaquillarme pero he necesitado usarlas estos días que estuve en España y las que tenía en casa, ¡estaban secas! Así que se me ocurrió algo, cogí un pulverizador con agua y empapé la toallita, y ¡Eureka! Me desmaquilló perfectamente, es como si se hubieran activado sus propiedades de nuevo.

Espero que os ayude el truco, probarlo y veréis que funciona.

TRUCO RÁPIDO 6: COMO HACER UNA PREBASE DE SOMBRAS CASERA Y QUE FUNCIONE!!

Hice este vídeo casero para unas amigas que me lo pidieron, ya que mucha gente no utiliza prebases normalmente porque no se maquillan a menudo y esa es la razón por la que lo hice. Se que venden muchas prebases de sombras, y mi favorita es la Shadow Insurance de Too Faced. Pero bueno esta podría servir para apuros y ahorrarte unos cuartos (como diría mi abuela). Yo la verdad es que me quedé bastante sorprendida con esta prebase casera, porque funciona, yo recomiendo que hagáis poca cantidad para que no se seque.

Los ingredientes que necesitas son:

- Un botecito vacío, el típico que te dan con muestras de Mac o algo similar.
- Corrector de ojos
- Unas gotas de brillo de labios a poder ser sin purpurina ni color
- Una gota de glicerina
- Una gota de crema hidratante

Ya me contaréis...

¿Podéis ver alguna diferencia entre los ojos de la derecha y los de la izquierda?

Creo que la diferencia es bastante grande, lo único que tienes que hacer para conseguirlo es aplicar los trucos que ya te he contado y lo más importante, tienes que ultilizar dos máscaras de pestañas diferentes. Tienen que ser de diferente formulación. Si mirais a las fotos, en las de la izquierda llevo solo una máscara, y casi no se aprecia que llevo máscara si miro de frente, pero en cambio a la derecha llevo dos máscaras diferentes. Y no he usado rizador de pestanas, y mis pestañas son largas, si, pero totalmente rectas.

Así que aplicais primero una capa de una máscara de pestañas en cada ojo, y os aplicais otra capa con otra diferente.

¡Os prometo que funciona! Comentarme que os ha parecido, y si habéis puesto ya en práctica los trucos.

Can you see any difference between the eyes of the right and left?

I think the difference is large enough, all you have to do to get it is to apply the tricks you've told and most importantly, you have two masks ultilizar different tabs. They have to be different formulation. TRUCO RÁPIDO 4: ¿TE MANCHAS AL APLICARTE LA MÁSCARA DE PESTAÑAS Y ADEMÁS TE DEJA GRUMOS?

Si quieres aplicarte la máscara de pestañas sin mancharte los párpados y además manejar las pestañas perfectamente con el cepillo, te dejo este truco muy sencillo.

Lo único que tienes que hacer es limpiar la máscara de pestañas con un papel de cocina antes de aplicarla, así quitaremos todo el exceso con el que suele salir el cepillo y aplicaremos la cantidad que necesitamos sin mancharnos los párpados y sin dejar grumos!

Mirar como lo hago en el vídeo, tiene que ser tal cual, podéis utilizar papel de cocina o trapito finito, ¿por qué? por que así nos aseguramos de que no queden pelusas en nuestra máscara.

¡¡FUNCIONA!!

TRUCO RÁPIDO 3: Resurrección de la máscara de pestañas!! /QUICK TIP: HOWTO RESURRECT YOUR DRY MASCARA?

Esto creo que igual os saca de un apuro, seguro que tenéis alguna máscara de pestañas por casa que está seca o medio seca pero os da pena tirarla porque tampoco la habéis usado tanto... bueno pues ahí va el truco.

Que necesitamos:

una taza y agua caliente

Bueno y hacemos lo siguiente, cuando vayais a maquillaros, meter una taza con agua al microondas unos 30segundos o 1 minuto, que se quede calentita, depende de vuestro micro. Yo uso agua muy caliente del grifo o la caliento en un cazo. Entonces al empezar a maquillaros metéis la máscara de pestañas en la taza y cuando llegue el momento de aplicaros la máscara, veréis que está fresca como recién comprada (advierto que en algunos casos no resucita porque está muy gastada de verdad)

QUICK TIP: HOW TO RESURRECT YOUR DRY MASCARA?
I think this just shows a hurry, sure have some mascara at home that is dry or medium dry but I feel bad because I do not throw the've used both ... well then there goes the trick.

We need: a cup and hot water

Put a cup of water in the microwave about 30seconds or 1 minute, or I use very hot tap water or heat it in a saucepan. Put the mascara in the cup and start to do the make ip, when you are going to use the mascara, you will see that it's fresh as newly purchased (notice that in some cases not resurrected because truth is very worn)

Try it and tell me! Hope you like and serve you!

TRUCO RÁPIDO 2: El mejor exfoliante labial! Labios de terciopelo!

Como veo que está gustando esto de los trucos rápidos, os voy a contar ahora uno que me dejó sorprendida, es para los labios.

Necesitais:

- vaselina

- azucar blanco

Os ponéis mucha vaselina en los labios, que queden con capa gruesa, y aplicais un poquito de azucar blanco. Masajeais bien un ratito y luego lo retirais con una esponjita, o con agua directamente, los secáis y tendréis labios de terciopelo.

Bueno probarlo y ya me contaréis!compartirlo por ahí!

TRUCO RÁPIDO 1: El mejor exfoliante corporal (If you want to read in english go to the bottom)

Es muy sencillo, y son ingredientes que siempre hay en casa, o casi siempre.

- posos de café, haces café, dejas que se enfríe la cafetera y ya lo sacas una vez frío y lo pones en un recipiente, lo mejor es utilizar un tupper. (cafetera mediana 6 tazas)

y añadimos una cucharada de...

- aceite (puede ser de oliva virgen, aceite de coco, aceite de almendras, aceite para bebés...) Es indiferente el aceite que vayamos a utilizar, va a hacer el mismo efecto

Mezclamos las dos cosas bien y ya en la ducha nos exfoliamos como lo solamos hacer siempre, por cierto el efecto en los codos en increíble. La piel queda muy suave, muy muy suave, es difícil explicar escribiendo, lo mejor es probarlo.

...dicen que el café tiene propiedades anticelulíticas, por la caféina y los gránulos rompen las celdas de grasa, y también que el efecto de la cafeína sobre las varices es realmente bueno y ayuda a una mejor circulación de las piernas y al mismo tiempo evita la aparición de nuevas varices...

...el aceite de oliva virgen tiene propiedades muy hidratantes para nuestra piel...
...el aceite de coco tiene propiedades antienvejecimiento y propiedades hidratantes...
...el aceite de almendras previene la formación de estrías, es hidratante y anti inflamatorio...

¿CÓMO ELEGIR LAS IMPRESCINDIBLES?

Os planteo la siguiente situación, vais a comprar brochas porque todo el mundo os dice que las brochas son súper importantes a la hora de realizar un maquillaje en condiciones, que la base de maquillaje se aplica con brocha, que si hay que difuminar… el caso es que vais a una tienda de maquillaje totalmente dispuestas a comprar un variado de brochas y no sabéis cuáles tenéis que comprar, no os queréis gastar mucho dinero, o que queréis invertirlo bien…

Esto suele ser lo que me suelen preguntar, así que voy a explicar en esta entrada que brochas en mi opinión son indispensables para lograr un bonito maquillaje.

BROCHAS DE OJOS.

En primer lugar nos encontramos con la brocha de aplicar las sombras, es la brocha más básica que deberías tener, con maña podríais haceros un maquillaje de ojos perfectamente utilizando sólo está brocha. Y no es nada complicado, como digo siempre, es cuestión de practicar. El truco para no tener que estar limpiando la brocha continuamente es empezar a aplicar desde el color más claro al más oscuro. Con esta brocha y práctica, puedes difuminar y todo. Las esponjitas que suelen venir con las sombras no sirven para nada.

En segundo lugar, otra brocha imprescindible es la brocha para difuminar, ya que para que un maquillaje quede perfecto. Que los bordes queden bien difuminados y se pierdan unos con otros, que no se vea ningún corte. Esta brocha también viene genial para aplicar el corrector, ya que utiliza la cantidad necesaria para cubrir la ojera y lo difumina de forma natural. Es una brocha con forma de llama, con los pelitos más sueltos.

En tercer lugar, una brocha que también tiene también mucha importancia, es la llamada brocha angular para cejas, la verdad es que yo le doy otro uso principal que es delinear, ¡va genial! Ayuda muchísimo a que te hagas un buen delineado, te da más apoyo en el ojo al ser plana y angular, lo hace más sencillo. Adoro esta brocha desde el primer día que la descubrí.

BROCHAS DE ROSTRO.

Brocha para aplicar la base de maquillaje, de estas podemos encontrar de varios tipos, pero aquí quiero hablaros de la que para mí es la mejor para aplicar el maquillaje y que no nos pasemos con la cantidad. Lo difumina muy bien y queda muy natural. Es una brocha redondeada, cortita y muy tupida. Utilizar brocha para aplicar la base nos ayudará a utilizar menos cantidad que al aplicarlo con los dedos, además de ser muchísimo más higiénico.

En rostro la siguiente sería la de polvos, grande y espesa, casi que abarque toda la cara de una pasada (bromita). Pero esta brocha diría que es una de las más comunes que solemos tener por casa. Y que también con maña podríais usar para aplicar los polvos, contornear y colorete, modificando con vuestra mano la forma de la brocha a la hora de aplicar el colorete y el contorno.

Y la brocha de colorete, también hay varias diferentes, pero para mí la mejor que la que tiene forma de llama, igual que la difuminar sombras pero para rostro, ya que nos ayudará a aplicar el colorete poco a poco sin hacernos un look estilo Heidi de un brochazo.

Me gustaría aclarar que no he querido dar nombres de las brochas, ya que no quiero influir a nadie a comprar algo caro innecesariamente. Podéis encontrar brochas de estas características y por todo tipo de precios.

Como recomendación Beautik y Primor son dos tiendas que están genial y podréis encontrar brochas de diferentes marcas y de muy buena calidad y precio. Zoeva es una tienda online y sus brochas son de muy buena calidad y precio, no tienen nada que envidiar a las brochas de grandes marcas…dar un paseo por esas tiendas antes de iros directamente a las marcas más conocidas de maquillaje. Os lo recomiendo.

Hoy es un día muy especial, y para mi no es sólo porque sea San Valentín, sino porque hoy ha sido el lanzamiento de una nueva revista y de una nueva generación, la generación InYou.

Una revista dedicada a todas las mujeres de este mundo, sean guapas, altas, bajas, gordas, delgadas, rubias, morenas, etc. En este primer número tuve el placer de que contaran conmigo para dar un taller de auto-maquillaje y la verdad es que fue una experiencia muy satisfactoria y enriquecedora, ya que siempre se aprende algo bueno y nuevo de la gente, no solo enseñas tú, sino que todos aprendemos de todos. En la revista podréis leer la entrevista que me hicieron después del taller.

Además todo estuvo genial organizado gracias al equipo InYou que estuvieron atentos hasta el más mínimo detalle. HABLEMOS DE OJOS 2... SEGÚN SU COLOR/ TALKING ABOUT EYES 2...YOUR COLOUR (Go to the bottom if you want to read in english)

Y ya que se acerca el fin de semana... espero que hayáis estado practicando los trucos anteriores, ahora vamos con el color de ojos, que es muy importante a la hora de elegir los colores de la sombras que vamos a utilizar.

Por que mucha gente se equivoca al pensar que porque tengan ojos verdes o azules ya les va bien todo, e incluso pensar que pueden utilizar el mismo tono de sus ojos para maquillarse es un error. Sólo hay que probar unos tips que voy a dar según vuestro color de ojos y veréis la diferencia.

Repetimos la operación...aunque creo que como sería lo lógico, sabréis de que color tenéis los ojos, ¿o no?

OJOS VERDES...ay... ¡como me gustaría tener los ojos verdes! ¡Eso si! Para aprovecharlos... si es que con los ojos verdes, tienes la suerte de que no te hace falta mucho para llamar la atención.

Tip 1. Evita marcar mucho los delineados con negro carbón, sino parecerás una mala de cuento, es que a veces demasiado exagerado. Mucha gente que hace eso acaban pareciéndose al cantante Marilyn Manson, intentando llamar la atención con sus ojazos... Te aconsejo delinearlos con gris oscuro o mejor aún con marrón oscuro.

Tip 2. Apuesta por los colores morado oscuro, ciruela, marrón chocolate... ¡que hambre por Dios! En definitiva, tonos tierra, que lleven algo de rojizo, o cobrizo metalizado. Esos colores le van a dar mucha luz a tu mirada y tu verde se verá más verde. En cambio si usas una sombra de color verde al pensar que le puede ir bien a tu mirada, va a apagar el color de tus preciosos ojos.

OJOS AZULES...que míticos... ¡como me gustaría ser rubia con ojos azules! Pero tampoco lo soy... estos son otros ojos a los que no les hace falta nada para que llamen la atención...

Tip 1. Al igual que les pasa a los ojos verdes, si te delineas el ojo con negro muy marcado, tus ojos quedan demasiado recargados, endurece mucho la mirada.
Tip 2. Aconsejo sombras en todos los tonos marrones, champan, beige... y también sobras metalizadas en tonos cobrizos y grisaceos, o mezcla de los dos, dan un toque muy bonito a la mirada. Pero no recomiendo tonos rosas, naranjas o amarillos ¡CUIDADO!

En esta foto se pueden apreciar una mezcla de tonos marrones con grisáceos y champán, me parece una combinación perfecta para que tu azul se vea más azul.

OJOS MARRÓN CLARO/MIEL... este color de ojos me parece precioso y muy especial, ya que se puede resaltar fácilmente y hacer que se vean más claros de lo que son si aplicamos las sombras y/o delineado adecuado.

Tip 1. Un delineado sutil y difuminado en negro les queda precioso, resalta la claridad del tono.
Tip 2. Las colores que puedes usar como sombras son ilimitados...a estos ojos le va bien casi todo. Como recomendaciones tonos tierra, cobre, morados, azules, verdes... y acompañados de un tono como el negro o marrón oscuro para dar profundidad a la mirada. Pero eso si, siempre con moderación... para un evento dorado/negro iría genial.

OJOS MARRÓN OSCURO/NEGRO... aunque más comunes, son muy bonitos y tienen una mirada muy penetrante. Son muy versátiles, le van los tonos champán, nacarados, marrones, ocre, verdes, azul oscuro...

Tip 1. Mira bien el tono de tu piel y aprende a jugar con las sombras oscuras...que no parezca que te han dado un puñetazo...

Espero que os haya servido de ayuda...como siempre y sobre todo en el mundo del maquillaje, siempre puede haber variaciones y cada uno usa los colores que quiere para maquillarse, ¡todo el mundo es libre!

Talking about eyes 2... your colour

The weekend is coming ... I hope you've been practicing the above tricks, now let see the colour of your eyes, which is very important when choosing the colours of the shadows that we will use .

For many people mistakenly think that because they have green or blue eyes, they can use the same colour in their looks, but it's a mistake. Just try a few tips that will give according to your eye colour and see the difference.

Repeat the operation ... but I think as would be logical , you will know what colour eyes you have , right?

GREEN EYES ... awww ... I'd like to have green eyes ! To take advantage ... if you've got green eyes , you are lucky because don't need much to get attention .

Tip 1 . Avoid to do strong black eyeliner, is that sometimes too exaggerated. Many people who do that look like the singer Marilyn Manson, trying to draw attention with their big eyes ... I advise delineate even better with dark or dark brown with gray.

Tip 2. Bet on the dark purple colors, plum, chocolate brown ...hungry! Try to use brownies, with some reddish, coppery or metallic. These colours will give you plenty of light to your eyes and your green will be greener. However if you use a green shade to think that you can do well in your eyes, it will turn the colour of your precious eyes.

BLUE EYES ... that mythical ...As I like to be blonde with blue eyes! But neither am ... these are other eyes that they do not need anything to call attention ...

Tip 1. As happens to green eyes, if you do strong black eyeliner it makes your eyes too much stronger.
Tip 2. I advise all shadows in shades of brown, champagne, beige ... and metallized copper scraps and greyish tones, or blend of both give a nice touch to the look.

In this photo you can see a mixture of gray and brown tones with champagne, it seems a perfect match for your blue looks bluer.

LIGHT BROWN / HONEY EYES... this eye colour seems beautiful and very special as it can easily highlight and make them look lighter than they are if we apply the shadows and / or appropriate eyeliner.

Tip 1. A subtle blur is outlined in black are lovely, highlights the clarity of tone.

Tip 2. The colours that you can use as eyeshadows are unlimited ... these eyes does well almost everything. As recommendations terracota tones, copper, purple, blue, green ... and accompanied by a tone like black or dark brown to give depth to the look. But yeah, always in moderation ... for a gold / black would go great event.

DARK BROWN / BLACK EYES... although common, are very pretty and have a very sharp look. They are very versatile, can use champaigne, pearly, brown, ocher, green, dark blue ...

Tip 1. Look closely the tone of your skin and learn to play with the dark shadows ... do not look like you have been punched ...

HABLEMOS DE OJOS...SEGÚN LA FORMA / TALKING ABOUT EYES...YOUR SHAPE (Go to the bottom if you want to read in english)

Ante todo feliz año nuevo a todo el mundo, todavía se puede decir, ¿verdad? He decidido empezar el año con una entrada fuerte, o por lo menos con algo que me suele preguntar mucha gente, ¿cómo me maquillo los ojos? Pues bien, vamos a ver si gracias a unos tips que voy a dar podéis manejaros mejor a la hora de maquillaros los ojos en base a vuestra forma de ojos y color, que creo que son las claves para un buen look.

Mírate al espejo y empieza a mirarte los ojos, ¿qué notas?

Ojos caídos:

Caen hacia abajo por los extremos exteriores, tu mirada parece triste y cuando te haces la raya del ojo no termina de convencerte el resultado.

Tip 1. Nunca te hagas la línea superior del ojo hasta el final del párpado siguiendo el contorno, antes de llegar al final, sube un poquito la linea hacia arriba, justo donde empieza a caer el ojo, desvía tu delineado hacía el final de tu ceja. Dará la sensación de ojo más abierto. Y muy importante que la primera parte delineada de tu ojo sea un delineado muy finito. Este truco es aconsejable para todo tipo de ojos pero más especialmente a estos en cuestión.

Tip 2. No es aconsejable delinear el ojo por debajo.

¿Qué tal va el fin de semana? He decidido hacer una reseña sobre algo que llevo ya un año probando, y son los productos de tratamiento de Sally Hansen y los esmaltes de Barry M. Y es que desde que llegué a Londres, me he vuelto bastante adicta a pintarme las uñas. Antes no solía hacerlo, ya que mis uñas se abrían en capas y estaban muy blandas.

La cuestión es que es un tratamiento, y si que hace efecto, con el tiempo se vuelven más duras y resistentes, por lo menos en mi caso. Así que muy contenta. Tienes que usarlo siempre antes de aplicar tu esmalte de uñas, se seca muy rápido.

Se trata de un secante de uñas, que aparte de secarlas bastante rapidito, deja las uñas ultra brillantes. He probado muchos secantes por que odio tener que estar esperando horas a que se sequen las uñas para poder hacer cosas. ¿Nunca os ha pasado que os pica la cabeza, la nariz, la pierna... cuando os acabáis de pintar las uñas? Pues a mi siempre... Este secante de momento para mi es el mejor que he probado, además de ser duradero. En el paquete dice que en 30 segundos ya están secas, pero darle mejor 90 segundos, suena a mucho, pero ¿qué son 90 segundos comparados con 10 minutos? Así que lo recomiendo encantada.

Bueno y pasamos al tema esmaltes Barry M. ¿Y qué decir de estos esmaltes? Me parece que son muy buenos para el precio que tienen, cubren bastante, y también duran bastante. En mi caso me duran más cuando aplico el secante Insta-Dri que os acabo de contar, pero aun así los he usado sin él y también duran. Igual dos días sin top coat y casi una semana con el top coat, tengo que ser sincera, yo no estoy vendiendo nada, es mi más sincera opinión. Eso sí, a la gente normal con uñas normales les dura todo más que a mi... a mi me dura igual ya sea Dior o sea el que sea.

Puedes aplicarla antes o después de la base de maquillaje, o también si no llevas base puedes aplicarla sola. No tiene color aunque sea de color piel, desaparece totalmente, lo he probado en pieles de todos los colores. Tiene muchísimos seguidores en todo el mundo, este producto, junto a la máscara de pestañas They're Real, son los productos estrella de la firma.

El mejor: delineador!!

Vengo a hablar de un gran descubrimiento, o por lo menos lo ha sido para mi. Después de probar todo tipo de delineadores, ninguno terminaba de convencerme, algunos de los mejores que he probado:

- MAYBELLINE Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner, muy similar resultado al blacktrack de Mac pero algo peor, aunque por el precio lo prefiero para un apuro.

- BOBBI BROWN Long-wear gel eyeliner Black Ink 1: mejora bastante a los dos anteriores pero se seca muy rápido el producto, eso si , en las primeras semanas antes de secarse, la aplicación del producto es más suave que con el blacktrack.

- MAC Paint pod in Blackground: mejor que viene más cantidad de producto por el mismo precio que blacktrack y el resultado es mejor, por lo menos dura más tiempo.

- MAC Fluidline Black Track: blurring ends up becoming gray to pass an hour or two and you have to be very careful because the product dries very easily.

PERO EL GRAAAAAANNNN DESCUBRIMIENTO ES:

AQUA BLACK de MAKEUPFOREVER, es inalterable, no se mueve, no se transforma y el color sigue intacto como si lo acabaras de aplicar. Además trae más cantidad de producto y no se seca con tanta facilidad, trae doble tapa para que se mantenga cerrado sin nada de aire, trabajando lo usamos todos los días y no se seca!!! aunque lo abramos un montón de veces para maquillar a clientas y para enseñarlo, sobrevive!! lleva óxido de hierro para ser negro negro negro!! el único fallo es el precio, 23 euros, pero vamos que merece totalmente la pena, muy buena relación calidad-precio.

Hola a todas,

En esta ocasión quería hablaros sobre algo que creo que es bastante importante para lucir una bonita piel en nuestro rostro, o que por lo menos ayuda bastante, y lo he comprobado personalmente. El sol es uno de los peores enemigos para nuestra piel, nos pone morenitas en verano y eso nos encanta, pero en invierno no le damos más importancia, pensamos que como hace frio, no nos puede perjudicar, y eso no es así, el sol y nos perjudica igual sea la época del año que sea. ¿No habéis notado algunas de vosotras que en verano tenéis mejor la piel, con menos granitos, y más lisa?

Pues ahí está, es porque estamos usando protector solar, bueno además de estar más felices por ser verano y en la playa, todo influye. Pero lo que quiero decir con esto, es que el sol no solo nos está perjudicando en verano, sino también el invierno, y no solo el sol, sino también la contaminación ambiental. Así que es importante que tanto en invierno como en verano uséis cremas con protección solar, eso si faciales.

Podéis usar una crema normal con protección o directamente protector solar. Particularmente, he notado un gran cambio en mi rostro a partir de utilizar directamente un factor solar SPF30 para rostro, lo tenía por casa y un día que me quedé sin mi crema facial (la cual no tenía SPF) y lo usé, a partir de ahí al día siguiente ya noté un gran cambio. Ya no tengo granitos tan habitualmente, cada vez van desapareciendo más las marquitas y manchitas rojas, cada vez más lisa e incluso cada vez hay más días en los que no me pongo base de maquillaje. La uso antes de aplicar la base de maquillaje, la cual también lleva SPF 15.

Bueno espero que haya servido de ayuda, para mi ha sido un gran descubrimiento.

Mucha gente me ha hecho esta pregunta, y la respuesta es muy sencilla, lo justo y necesario. La verdadera belleza de una persona se ve en su naturalidad, no es necesario dejar una cara totalmente perfecta sin mínimo rastro de imperfección, creo que al revés.

Cuando nos maquillamos tenemos que intentar que el maquillaje quede lo más natural posible, y resaltar toda la belleza natural de nuestro rostro, ya que una cara perfecta en muchos casos no es una belleza real, es virtual. Nuestros propios defectos favorecen nuestra belleza natural. Lo más importante sobre todo es saber sacarnos partido.

Da igual el color de nuestros ojos, da igual el tamaño o la forma de nuestros labios, el color de nuestro pelo o nuestro corte de pelo, etc. Cada uno tiene algo de lo que puede sacar partido, pero en muchas ocasiones sobrecargamos esas zonas, debemos conseguir un equilibrio, y que ese equilibrio sea natural.

Y sino te gusta maquillarte, solo de vez en cuando, aprovecha esa parte que más te gusta de tu rostro y sácale partido, investiga, es muy divertido descubrir las maravillas que podemos conseguir con un lápiz de ojos, una barra de labios o simplemente un colorete, próximamente mostraré algunos ejemplos...
