FIVE shows up - to talk about AI and about accessing the afterlife. Luana Anders is our moderator on the Flipside, and she breaks down what he's trying to explain. Five is the "chief librarian" on the Flipside, the head of the Akashic records. I first met him while filming someone in Scott De Tamble's office in the book IT'S A WONDERFUL AFTERLIFE, then he makes an appearance in the book HACKING THE AFTERLIFE. Then he started showing up on our podcast introducing himself as FIVE. "The Master Librarian" - at first he seemed busy and uninterested in our podcast. Since then, no other way to put it, he seems to like to stop by. Prince stopped by again - and we noted that it was twice in two weeks. He wanted to talk about Prince Day - a celebration on his birthday - which neither Jennifer nor I had ever heard of. I looked it up during the podcast and apparently it is a thing with people celebrating the Minneapolis native wearing purple and playing his tunes. A general discussion ensued about Warren Beatty who is still every much on the planet, but is "already hanging out with his friends on the flipside." It sounds confusing but it's simply that we "bring only a portion of our conscious energy to our lifetime" and as we get older, and we need less conscious energy - the more we can hang out with our pals. As noted, during my interview with Jack Tracey, a friend's dad who I verified details about prior to the session - he was in hospice care in Arizona with Alzheimers. However he was happy to describe what's going on - he said "90% of his conscious energy is already offstage." He said the ten percent he's left in the hospital was like leaving a leg in the pool. I knew Jack well - he had many homes with pools. Elvis stopped by as well, we asked him some questions about his journey (he was with his daughter and grandson) and he was happy to weigh in on Baz Luhrmann's new film. Happy Prince Day!J

What makes it uncanny is he shows up looking the same, if I ask him to change into something more conducive to conversation he often changes into the same unique tee shirt and jeans... and people report the same unusual colors in his eyes.

He says the same things over and over; "the bible is metaphor" "You don't have to follow me but let me walk beside you as we walk each other home" and "all religions point to the same garden." He also claims to be available to anyone who asks for him.

SHE WAS NEVER LOST: THE AMELIA EARHART SAGA

Four decades of research, and the past ten years hearing from mediums and others who report seeing her and report the answers she gives to my questions. In one case a doctor was given a list of questions I crafted,

the medium wasn't aware of me or the questions, and gave the exact same answers two other mediums gave to the same questions.

That and recent footage that came to my attention, shot on June 18, 1944 - the day that US Marines have reported to me in the book that they "found her airplane at Aslito airfield." As usual, another mind bending session. It begins with a visit from Kobe, who mentions some of the work that Jennifer has been doing with his family. I asked him some questions about his observations of watching NBA players, and he says he plays an active role in terms of helping those who are open to it. He called his "council" his "line up" - the team that we all have that help us when we're navigating the stage. He said he's more likely to work with coaches than individual players. Luana then brought forward JFK jr and Carolyn Bessette Kennedy - whom we've had a brief chat with before, but this time it's a little more indepth. Asking him what it was like to cross over to the flipside, he said he was someone who didn't know where he was for awhile.. and then his mother brought him that awareness. I asked him some questions about his opinion of the current administration and he couldn't stop laughing. John McCain (Maverick) stopped by as JFK Jr said he was one of the people who surprised him on the other side - as it wasn't someone he'd have conversed with on the planet, but offstage they were able to talk about John's incarceration and aspects of that part of his journey. In terms of speaking to Carolyn about who she was surprised to meet on the other side, a question I often ask people, she said she was surprised to meet with Oprah's "higher self." We only bring a portion of our conscious energy to a lifetime - based on the reports - and a larger portion of "who we are" is always "back home." So that included some unusual questions to "Oprah's higher self" about her path and journey and what advice she might give to people listening in. All of it mind bending. Some years ago, when I was still helming the DIY FILM FESTIVAL (with cofounder Bruce Haring) in Hollywood, a film came into the fest from Cody Blue Snider. It was called "All That Remains" and was a powerful short film about an elderly veteran whose dreams were about fighting in World War II and invaded his life.

I still tell people about it - it was powerful, dramatic, brilliant. Cody had worked on films before, and it was clear that his career was going to skyrocket. Still feel that way.

He won the festival that year, and has gone on to become a talented filmmaker, currently working on a film for Imagine Entertainment.

He and his partner Tanya have put together this very cool podcast:

I've got requests for information about doing a guided meditation with yours truly.

The sessions are via Zoom, take about 90 - 120 minutes; includes an MP3 (audio), transcript of the session and a copy of any of my books. Have been doing these sessions with folks for a few years now, they're always mind bending. People have conversations (learn new information, can't be cryptomnesia) from people offstage (guides, teachers, council members and pals).

The books DIVINE COUNCILS IN THE AFTERLIFE and ARCHITECTURE OF THE AFTERLIFE have transcripts of sessions (anonymously) I've done them with scientists, (Harvard) clergy (A bishop) or doctors (psychiatrist) and folks from all walks of life. (In terms of data, people report Jesus shows up in 15% of NDE's, and though I haven't added up the amount of times he shows up during these sessions, it's higher than that.)

It's a mind bending trip (guided meditation) to have a chat with one's guides, teachers, council members, sometimes pals, relatives who are trying to reach out and let folks know they still exist, or have information to pass along. This book, written by a screenwriter, is an easy-to-read version of the books by Dr. Michael Newton, who wrote as a clinical psychologist about the same subject. While his books are fascinating, and highly recommended, this version is for those who like more of a storytelling approach. The info in all of these books, including Dr. Newton's "Journey of Souls" and "Destination of Souls" tells the story of how the author, Rich Martini, discovered and finally became a subject of Dr. Newton's ground-breaking deep hypnosis technique that takes his patients back into the state of life-between-lives, a condition apparently common to all of the over 7,000 patients he reqressed over his professional lifetime. Their story varies only slightly, allowing for some individual aspects, but in the whole, people experienced the same thing in their afterlife no matter the location, age, sex, education, race, religion, culture, and so on. The amazing conditions that we all apparently experience after death are similar enough to be easily recognizable, no matter who is relating their individual experiences...and according to this story, we have a lot to look forward to.

This is a book with a great theme, and a story, told by a good story-teller...about a subject everyone should be intensely interested in...what happens to us when we die? Who doesn't want to know about that? And could 7,000 distinct individuals all be wrong about it? It's a strong indication that life continues on, and in a very positive manner...something that should make everyone feel much more secure and relaxed about life here, and life after death...Highly recommended...it's not only a good read, it's a feel-good read. Enjoy!

Another reviewer (afterlifer) recommended Michael Newton's books over yours. So I bought his "Memories of the Afterlife", as well. I just finished your book and have started his.

Reincarnation
I also bought the Oversoul Seven Trilogy, which I had read in the 1970's to early 1980's. Quite an overlap between Seven and the LBL stories. One difference is "past/present/future". In the case of Seven, Jane presented him operating with several incarnations "at once" - past/present/future. Flipside touches upon this a wee bit, in an obvious sense (future planning and souls outside of time in the "afterlife"), and more fully in a subtle sense.

Personally, I don't believe in reincarnation as popularly presented. Flipside and LBL more closely touch upon my beliefs and the Seven trilogy. That said, those who do believe should find Flipside a rewarding experience.

The concepts of "lateral time and multiverses", although only hinted in your book, broaden my perspective of incarnation and LBL.

LBL
"LBL", or "Life Between Lives", is too limited as your book shows repeatedly. More precise would be "LWL", or "Lives Within Life". As you show, with yourself and others, we exist (live) continuously outside and inside our incarnations.

Personal Stories
I have a scientific and spiritual background. Thus, like a lot of us, I go between rigorous skeptic and devotee. Your early presentation of Michael Newton's 7000 case studies really satisfied my scientific skeptic, and paved the way for fully enjoying the stories of your adventures, and the stories of others you shared.

Subtitle
My only objection with your book is the subtitle: "A Tourist's Guide on How To Navigate the Afterlife". You only cover "How To" briefly (yet very informatively) at the end of Flipside. I would have subtitled it: "My Adventures with the Afterlife", which IMO more accurately describes the bulk of Flipside.

Unconditional Love
Perhaps the most poignant component of Flipside is the role of compassion and unconditional love. Over and over you demonstrate the fundamental nature of these within our Lives. The stories repeatedly demonstrate the dynamics of them, and how they obviate any fundamental need for forgiveness. Like, we don't need to forgive the sun for being hot or the scorpion for being a scorpion.

Required Reading
I chose to read your book, Flipside, before reading Michael's "Memories of the Afterlife". I just started reading Michael's book and the reason why I chose yours first became obvious. In Michael's introduction he writes in a more formal style. I wanted the informal personal interaction first before the formal, and your personal adventures provided that for me.

Were I presenting a course on LWL, Flipside would be the first book on the reading list. The rest of the list would derive from your Recommendations in the back. I will be recommending Flipside to friends and relatives. Tops my Xmas gift list.

I had already read all of Michael Newton's books when I heard about Flipside. I sent for both the DVD and the book. The DVD arived first and I watched it. Most interesting but of course the hypnosis sessions were presented in a shortened fashion due to length of the DVD. This would be great for anyone wanting to watch the process and hear the subject's own words. However, to really get into a great overview of the after death process I highly recommend Flipside the book.
To read the words of people from such varied backgrounds and different countries and religions who have had no contact with each other describing virtually the same scenerio certainly brings home the point that we are not simply our bodies seeking a spiritual experience but spiritual beings seeking a human experience.....and we've all had this birth and death experience ourselves many times before. And we're all in this together.
A great guidebook for what you're likely to find when you leave your current body. A must read for anyone who fears death and what lies beyond.

This book is simply amazing. It answers profounds questions like; Who am I? What is my purpose on this planet? Is there such a thing as death/reincarnation/the afterlife/life between lives. It gives details information about spirit guides. It explains that we choose our particular birth, our parents and our life path. This book is captivating. I couldnt put it down. I love the tone in which Richard captures the reader. Its simply marvelous. A compelling read worth opening your mind and heart to the possibility of its truth filling its pages. As Issa reminds those who find their way to this story that it isn't about correcting history, it is about remembering what the original message has always been... LOVE and the way to the path is within each of us to find by going into our hearts. Rich does a fabulous job researching what is shared through past life regression hypnosis sessions and through mediums to find the treasured gems of validations pointing to a truth that has always been present to find. I was excited to buy this book. I’m familiar with the Newton Institute’s amazing work (had a fabulous regression done by a Newton-certified hypnotherapist), and how they’re opening up our understanding of how the afterlife works. Now here was another person going at it from a slightly different point of view.

Unfortunately, the informality of the investigation bothered me to great extent. Martini comes across as an egocentric, eager to push the idea that he’s BFF with the biggest stars around, earthly and spiritual. He seems to be more interested in showing off his superfamous bud, “Jay Zeus” (really? Are we in high school?), instead of thoroughly investigating what he can learn from him and the entities around him.

Problem #1 is: When the author is conducting the interview, now and then he'll ask leading questions. Several times he asks the subject if Jesus died on the cross. "Yes," comes the answer. In this case he'll ask again until they say "no," and then continue from there, in a direction that reinforces his hypothesis. (Like I said: only sometimes.)

Martini is a firm believer in the St. Issa stuff. I first ran into that about 25 years ago and thought it was interesting, but that I'd wait for some solid proof to roll in before making a decision about it. Martini visited a temple in Ladakh a while back, and a monk told him that Jesus had studied there for ten years. That’s hearsay, not the evidence he thinks it is.

It doesn’t seem to bother Martini that some subjects say that after the crucifixion Jesus left on a boat with Mary, while others say he took a separate boat and they didn’t get back together for a few years.

Anyway like I said, this book has some crazy interesting stuff in it that keeps coming up from medium to medium. However:

Problem #2: The book has LOUSY LOUSY LOUSY editing. It's like reading the subtitles during a live CNN interview. Words are misspelled when they aren't just the wrong words entirely (though close). "Went" becomes "want" or some other word that throws the sentence for a loop.

Punctuation? Whoever was responsible for proofing this book has never taken a class in English punctuation. Very often the entire meaning of a sentence, much less a paragraph, changes when you realize, "Hey, there's a comma missing; he's talking to someone instead of about someone," or "Why is that semi-colon there? Those are two entirely separate thoughts." There are zero brackets, though the text requires them to be used often. Pieces are scattered willy-nilly, with the text pointing to such-and-such being included after that portion of the text, when they were really chapters and chapters before, etc. Was the staff in such a hurry that they couldn’t do their basic work?

The complete lack of proofreading drove me crazy. If you’re purporting to set our culture on its ear, at least hire a proofreader so the message comes across clearly.

The interviewer/author will abruptly change subjects and interviewee without making a note. He'll go from, say, talking to Person X about subject Y to talking with Jesus about subject Z without a word that gives us a heads-up. You're saying, "Wha? Who?" and then "Oh, he's done it again." And you sigh.

We'll be checking out a spiritual council, and there will be Mary. Cool! You're waiting for her to be asked some questions, but he'll only say, "Can you bring Jay in?" He likes to call Jesus "Jay Zeus." [roll eyes] Well, that's fine for later. Right now I want to hear from Mary!

Jesus tells us at a couple (not all) points that his name was Issa. (In another session he gives a different name, something along the lines of "Elijah" but not quite that, and still close to "Issa.") His best friend calls him "Issie." After he recovered from the crucifixion he called himself "Joseph" after his stepfather. (And his bio dad was Panthera, a Roman soldier who ran out on Mary after she got pregnant. Where did Martini get this info? Did I miss that? I did see the ONE session where he asks, “Any your father was Panthera, right?” which is a leading question.)

There's a portion in here about the Mary who went by the name of Magda, Mary Magdalene. Also quite interesting, especially since we also talk to Magda's good friend who ministered to Jesus as he was recovering in a cave from his ordeal.

According to this, Magda was Jesus' wife (it was a love match), mother of his five kids, three of which survived into adulthood. One interview with Magda says the Gospel of Mary is something she wrote herself. In total, the interviews about her say she was quite the important spiritual speaker back then, with a huge following of her own. The marriage had to be kept secret to provide safety for her.

The upshot of this review is that I want to non-fatally throttle Martini and force him to hire a decent editor so he can republish these books in understandable form. Maybe in the future he can also not be so leading in his questions so the interviews become more professional– dare I say, scientific? If you’re going to present startling new information, do it clearly and without bias.

And perhaps when Jesus says he and some folks hid important books in a cave somewhere, a question might be posed as to WHERE that is, so investigators can check into it.

All in all, an interesting book with quite interesting premises, but done in an extremely sloppy way. If there’d been some kind of control in the questions and questioning, and if there’d been even a shred of proofreading involved, that would upgrade my opinion of this.

I was raised a Catholic by my parents and my teacher-nuns. All I got out of it was the importance of man made rules like going to church every Sunday and eating fish sticks on Fridays. For the last few decades of my life rather then following a religion I just go direct! This book connected the dots for me. At long last I have clarity of who Jesus is without all the BS dogma.

Having a partner already in soul afterlife I found this book very interesting as some things about the afterlife were revealed asbo had been shown, I also grew up in the same village as my partner hence memories Aberdeenshire in showing to me as time packets.
I have read quite a few things on people who channel Jesus in the last 15 years
This one breaks the social bounderies allowing it to be more natural and modern.

There are many things in this book that are what I felt as a child, surrounded by a few old would on the journey to get me and my partner together. But as a child I had more connection to the afterlife which I lost as i grew but I did make an unplanned visit to the afterlife at 13 and was sent back! So as an empath I do feel that there are quite a lot of truths in this. I have also studied different religions, I came to earth wanting to read bibles, to find things I have had to read so many versions of each and still have no idea of which religion I follow as items mixture of many and more.
So I think this book has a lot going for it, given I guess I understand quite a bit about would just recently.
The author takes an open mind to it all which rather than been bias it's light hearted, funny and a good read.

I know for many some follow strong religions and this would annoy them and be classed as evil. That's their view and that's fine. Same as my view and recent strange life!
I am one not to accept things without evidence-based facts and this book has that. I was too lazy to be a medium in this life but I guess I have the skills - fear of cold water on my head and of fire I think are my evidence of not wanting to be as I should. Though I know many times in my life I have prayed and had answers and help. So yes if none hypnosis can channel, I tried after all its how I talk to partner and his soul family. So I also got some interesting results.

One thing I have always said about this life is that it shouldn't be like this, not knowing why. Get I found this in this book, which was interesting. Maybe there are many of us who reincarnated here and wonder why it is as it is?!

I am just grateful I read this book on a subject I have studied for a while, and other things now part of my life the last 6 months. It was of great knowledge and confirmation.

this book is based on conversations with people who report seeing Jesus - either during a near death event, out of body experience, while speaking to a medium, being a medium, while under hypnotherapy, during a guided meditation, based on fifteen years of filming people reporting seeing him. Former head of Paramount Studios asked me to share the interviews I've filmed with people seeing him, hearing him speak. Literally was filming a guided meditation the other day and the woman seeing him said "He's saying that you need to share the information in your book" and I asked "Does he mean I should hire a publicist?" and she said, "He's saying "TikTok." #TikTok #booktokfyp,

I don't know how else to put it, but this isn't my story, it's his. Or at least, people who report seeing him who say that it is what he's telling them about his life and journey. I was reluctant to share what people were reporting him saying because it was an alternate version of his life (different than the Bible). So I asked him "why are you sharing this alternate version of your life?" and more than once, people have reported him saying "It's not alternate if it's true." It's also worth noting that he's witty, funny, has a great sense of humor when he shows up.

When he does, I ask people "How do you know it's him, is he wearing a nametag?" And they say "I just know it." The other day during a guided meditation woman saw him "wearing a name tag." I asked what name was on it? She said "it's blank." When people see him, they often report seeing him in robes with rays of light behind him and I ask "Can he change into something more conducive to conversation?" and people almost always report seeing him then in jeans and a tee shirt. Recently one woman said "I'm seeing something written on the shirt" and I asked her to look closely.

She laughed. "It says "The Grateful Dead." (I couldn't make that up if I tried.) He always says "he's available to everyone who wants to speak with him;" says he's can't alter or change a person's chosen path, but he can give help or advice. Again; this isn't a belief, a theory or an opinion about Jesus - these are transcripts of 15 years of conversations with him, as well as a deep dive into Biblical references that support this alternate story of his life. (Like the fact that people don't "anoint the dead," never have in the Jewish tradition, and the 90 lbs of aloe and myrrh in the cave that Nicodemus left for him were restoratives. Still used to stop blood flow.)

This story is about how Jesus, with a few very close associates was able to pull off the most amazing escape in history. Not that he was substituted on the cross as the Qur'an suggests but that he was taken off that cross alive, nursed to health in secret and left for Kashmir with his wife and children where he lived out the rest of his life. Again - it's not me claiming this happened - it's me filming people quoting him and others who knew him as saying this happened. His own and their version of events as they witnessed them.

Most importantly, he's available to anyone who wants to ask him to clarify details or ask him directly whether this is accurate or not. Here's my latest promo for the book SHE WAS NEVER LOST: The Amelia Earhart Saga. At the end is footage of a hangar at Aslito airfield on Saipan. This footage appeared on my YouTube feed, so I watched it. I realized it was taken June 18th, 1944, THE DAY BEFORE US Marine EJ Nabers said he "decoded the message "we have found Amelia Earhart's airplane on Aslito airfield."

I'd seen the footage before, but this time I watched it with fresh eyes. There's an intact hangar with three planes inside. Two Japanese zeros and a third plane under camouflage. The two Zeros are facing outward - 10 feet high, 39 foot wingspan, 38 foot length - they both fit the hangar. But the third plane didn't so it is turned sideways facing the wall. The Electra was also 10 feet high, also had a 39 foot wingspan, but was 55 feet long.

(There's a typo in the promo where I mixed up length and wingspan on the Electra. It's 55 feet long)

Whatever aircraft this is, it's too big to face the same way as the Zeros. This footage was taken before they announced "finding her plane." (Nabers was ordered to guard the plane for 24 hours and many GI's corroborated his story - seeing him there - seeing the electra in this hangar. Later Nabers decoded a message saying they were going to fly it where multiple witnesses saw it, then decoded the message they were going to destroy it, which Nabers and others corroborate what he said)

So without further ado - here's the promo for the book, but it also includes footage of this mystery plane at the end. I've put in calls to my NTSB pals to see if they agree or disagree.
