In today’s era Usually people are in hurry for get their target in a minute only that ‘why they are running very fast towards their degree of any college or any course. They think that only on the base of degree national and international companies will catch them on a good salary package, so in this rumor they do not consider their study carefully. They run only behind the degree, because they do not know that any company of the world require your talent not your degree. apart this there is another region that is called your ego But then also people do not think about it and they get failure every day to get their desire job. This is the region behind unsuccess of today ‘ people in the world.

Today ‘ era is a showcase of formal respect, where the people think that if they use the car for travel then they will get respect by the people. Some people think if we have more money then people will give us more respect, but according me it’s not true
People give u true and hearted respect when u do something good for people or u give something to people, otherwise people respect u front of u but not by heart, in that time they respect u by their mind, for what --- only for their profit or for save to any kind of loss by u.
