If asked about the components of the computer ? you will say the processor Intel 2GHZ, memory 512 ,...... etc.

Do you know which is operating efficiently and which is has a problem? If you want to know your computer components? And which is working efficiently, whichever is has a problem? Follow these steps:

1 - click on the start and then control panel and then click on the icon system .

2 - Click on the Hardware at the top , and click on Device Manager.

3 - you'll see.

5 - in this box you'll see your computer components such as Hard drive, processors, monitors,……etc, click on to see the type.

6 - If one of the components has a problem you will see a sign in front of him and to solve this problem you must reinstalling it again by clicking on the icon properties from the top of the page and then click on reinstall drive.

to keep your computer and ensure strong performance must do these steps:

-Scan you hard drive from error that occur for the volume of it to revent bad sector by useing error checking.
-How you run error checking for your hard drive:
- Click right click on the drive you want to make error checking for it.

- Click Tool from the top of the diagram that will appear to you.

- Then you will see

- Click on check now, you will see .

- Check on Automatically fix system errors and scan for attempt recovery of bad sectors and click start.
2- Disk Defragmenter:
First you must to know that when you storage a file (have a space of 2MB) on partition like
C your system storage this file on different places on this partition then the 2MB file will distributed on distributed byte on C partition , we used Disk Defragmenter to collected this distributed file on one place on your partition and this action give more speed to your hard disk when you access to this file next time .
How we do Disk Defragmenter?
- Click Start/ all programs/ accessories / system tools / Disk Defragmenter.

- You will see

- Select the drive that you need to Defragmenter it and click Defragmenter.
* Notes that you must have 15% free space on your selected Defragmenter disk.
* i recommend you to make this two steps every three weeks.
* closed all program's and disenable screensaver before doing Disk Defragmenter.

How you shutdown you computer? do you click on start Button and click shutdown Button
from start menu if you said yes I will tell you about another way that you can turn off you computer fast with saving all your working application that you working on and not lost it when you turn off you computer and you will found it as you left it when you turn on you computer for the second time.
The way to do that by using Hibernate option on that window provided it to you.
How to enable Hibernate option on your computer?
To enable Hibernate options on your computer follow this stebs:
1- click start Button and click on control panel .

2- Click on power option icon from control panel.

3- the you will see

4- Click on Hibernate option from the top
5- Click on enable Hibernate option

6- Click apply Button.
7- Then you will see Hibernate Button
on shutdown logo .
