Natuurlijk is het gezond om elke nacht lang genoeg te slapen en een gezonde voedingsstijl te hanteren. Dit gaat niet altijd even makkelijk, en daarom is het ook niet vreemd dat vele vrouwen in hun drukke leven vaak te kampen hebben met een vermoeide uitstraling. Je ziet er bleker uit, hebt wallen en je haar ziet er onverzorgd uit. Lees in dit artikel hoe je in een korte tijd een wakkere look kunt creëren!

Stap als je wakker wordt meteen even onder de douche. Dit frist je sowieso op. Gebruik je favoriete douchegel, en, als je nog wel even wat tijd hebt, was gelijk je haar. Laat je haar aan de lucht drogen terwijl je make-up aanbrengt:
Reinig je gezicht met frisse verzorgingsproducten, en breng een goeiedagcrème aan.
Pak nu je make-up tasje erbij, zorg dat je haar uit je gezicht is, en begin met

het aanbrengen van een lichte concealer (het liefst met een rozige teint) voor onder je ogen. Dep het in je huid, niet smeren dus!
Breng vluchtig wat vloeibare foundation (dun laagje) aan, en poeder slechts je t-zone af. Je wilt immers een gezond glansje behouden.
Gebruik nu een lichte oogschaduw. Breng het vooral aan in je ooghoeken, en laat het vervagen in een iets donkere tint naar de buitenkant van je oogleden toe. Breng een wit of huidskleurig lijntje onder je ogen aan met een oogpotlood.
Krul je wimpers (indien nodig) en breng een laagje bruine mascara aan. Dit geeft een natuurlijk effect.
Breng eventueel nog een lekkere lippenbalsem of lipgloss aan.

Je haar is inmiddels wel weer een beetje gedroogd. Borstel het goed door, en gooi je haar in een staart of een strakke knot. Hierdoor krijgt je gezicht een open uitstraling. Trek kleren aan waarin je je zowel gemakkelijk als mooi voelt. Eet producten bij je ontbijt waar vezels inzitten: deze geven je energie! Zorg er voor de rest voor dat je op tijd naar bed gaat, zodat je de volgende dag écht fris en fruitig bent.

Je voeten krijgen veel te verduren op een dag, veel lopen, hoge hakken en van de warmte de kou in en andersom. Daarom is het fijn om je voeten zo nu en dan eens flink te verwennen! Een professionele pedicure kan erg duur zijn, maar zelf kun je je voeten makkelijk een eigen pedicure geven!

- Pak een grote teil en vul hem met warm water. Doe er voetenzeep in, of iets anders dat reinigend en kalmerend voor je voeten werkt (bijvoorbeeld soda of voetenbruistabletten). Steek je voeten erin en relax voor 10 minuutjes. Je kunt eventueel nog tijdens het wachten je voeten masseren.

- Masseer je voeten met een voetenscrub. Deze kun je in pakjes kopen bij de drogist of parfumeriën. Hiermee verwijder je dode huidcellen en worden je voeten lekker zacht.

- Droog je voeten goed af. Verwijder met een eeltschaaf overtollig eelt indien nodig, en met een bokkepootje kun je de nagelriemen van je teennagels terugduwen (voorzichtig en zorgzaam, je wilt natuurlijk niet dat ze gaan ontsteken!).

- Knip nu je nagels met een nagelknippertje af. In de winter zijn korte nagels het handigste, maar in de zomer kun je ze natuurlijk ietsje langer laten als je dat mooi vindt.

- Gebruik nu een vijltje om de scherpe hoekjes van je nagels mooi rond te vijlen.

- Nu kun je je teennagels een leuk kleurtje geven. Breng eerst een basislak aan of breng twee keer de gewenste kleur aan. Zo blijft deze langer zitten. Je kunt eventueel nog een top laagje aanbrengen voor extra glans.

- Als ook je nagels helemaal gedroogd zijn. kun je je voeten insmeren met een lekkere bodylotion. Klaar is je pedicure!
