- 1/2 colher (chá) de glutamato monossódico&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Modo de Preparo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primeira calda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1) Numa tigela coloque a água, o sal, o bicarbonato de sódio e o açúcar refinado e misture bem. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Amendoim&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1) Numa assadeira grande coloque o amendoim cru com casca vermelha e umedeça aos poucos com calda (reservada acima) até que fiquem bem úmidos;&lt;br /&gt;
2) Polvilhe aos poucos a farinha de trigo sobre os amendoins, coloque-os numa peneira e balance a peneira até retirar o excesso de farinha;&lt;br /&gt;
3) Repita este processo por mais 3 vezes (total de 4).&lt;br /&gt;
4) Numa outra assadeira coloque os amendoins bem espalhados, leve ao forno moderado, preaquecido a 250°C até secar (cerca de 25 minutos), mexendo de vez em quando, para secar todos os lados;&lt;br /&gt;
5) Retire do forno, quando estiver levemente dourado e crocante;&lt;br /&gt;
6) Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segunda calda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1) Numa panela coloque o molho de soja light, a água, o açúcar, a manteiga, o glutamato monossódico e o sal e misture bem;&lt;br /&gt;
2) Leve ao fogo até ferver;&lt;br /&gt;
3) Coloque os amendoins (encapados e torrados) na panela misture e deixe no fogo até secar o fundo da panela;&lt;br /&gt;
4) Coloque os amendoins novamente na assadeira e espalhe bem;&lt;br /&gt;
5) Leve ao forno para secar, mexendo de vez em quando para secar por igual (cerca de 10 minutos);&lt;br /&gt;
6) Retire do forno, espere esfriar e sirva. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="mid"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modo de Preparo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="mid"&gt;1) &lt;span&gt;Em uma panela grande coloque o óleo e refogue o alho com o sal, acrescente a carne e deixe refogar um pouco;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span&gt;2) Acrescente a água e o caldo de carne e deixe cozinhar até levantar fervura, em seguida coloque a farinha de trigo mexendo sempre até desprender do fundo da panela (esse é o ponto);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span&gt;3) Deixe esfriar;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span&gt;4) Faça bolinhas com um buraquinho no centro e coloque uma colher de chá de requeijão;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span&gt;5) Feche as bolinhas;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span&gt;6) Passe-as no ovo e em seguida na farinha de rosca;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
