A few years ago... (perhaps almost five years ago) I bought this book filled with quotes and great advices. One of the suggestion is writing a book. As I examine my life. I can't help but wonder, what have I done different from the last 5 years? Am I satisfied? Or do I wished I did something more with my life?

The one thing I hate about trying to loose weight is actually starting it. There are so many reasons why a person should loose weight. Maybe people say you're fat, or maybe you need to for your health. Whatever the reason might be, loosing weight is no fun business. Maybe this is my way to finally start this journey....

I woke up this morning with a chipped on my shoulder. I dont know why this is upsetting me and putting me in a bad mood. I am not sure as to why. It's quite annoying to be honest. How can you be a postitive little cookie, when you feel like your entire world is crumbling. I am probabling actinb like a drama queen, but that is what I feel at the moment.

The best question someone has asked me was, "What would happen if you just let go?" Is it the idea of not knowing what to expect scares the living hell out of me? Or is I am just not ready to let go? But not ready to let go of what?

Facebook can be a horrible addiction

Facebook is awesome! It's one the greated invention ever created. But curiousty kills the cat. I spend only about 15 minutes yesterday checking out pages from old accuaintances to find myself miserable and depressed for the rest of the day. The familiar feeling of not moving forward lurked my thoughts. I thought to myself that at this age, I would have figured things out already. Only to find out that I havent. And, I'm not even close. I know change is from within. I know it needs to change right now.

Find Happiness from Your Past

1. Write down your top-ten accomplishments of a time
2. Think of someone who owes you money and write it off. Let the person know the debt is wiped clean.

1. Carpe Diem! Seize the day, every day!
2. Put yourself first. Do whatever gives you pleasure: music, swim, relax, eat, enjoy.
3. Be kind to people who bother you. Why not?
4. Spend some time outside with animals or nature.
5. Stop taking yourself so seriously. Crack jokes about yourself and watch the reactions!
6. Spend more time with happy people.
7. Work on your favorite hobby.
8. Buy yourself a gift
9. Express your appreciation of others to them directly.
10. Be generous. Drop twenties into bell-ringers’ buckets. Leave 50% tips at restaurants. You won’t regret it.

1. Plan 4-6 weeks of vacation time for next year. Enter the dates and destinations in your calendar. The mere act of planning the time is rewarding. You can always change your mind later.
2. Ask yourself, “What problems, if solved, would change my life?” Decide to solve them in 2011.

4. Consider how you can make the next week a memorable week.
5. Write down our top three goals.

I guess the whole purpose of having a blog is to share your thoughts to everyone who would come across it. It defeats the whole purpose of having a blog if you dont write anything on it. I'm quite guilty of this.

For the sake of sharing... Growing up is not what it's cracked up to be. I thought when I was 8, I would have figured what life is about at the age of 25. That's not the case at all. I am still trying to figure out what it means to grow up. Sometimes I like it, but there are times when I absolutely hate it. But if you think about it, life is not really that hard. Unless we make it to be.. Someone somewhere is probably having more a hard time than me... Yet, I wish I could just sit and play all day though. Instead of working....

So sad that I haven't had the chance to decorate for the holidays. I'm staying at my parents house until they come back from their Medical and Dental Mission in the Philippines. (I know they're amazing!)

But, this means that I have not have a chance to decorate my first "grown-up" apartment. Sad.. I know. My mom will be back next week, so that means next weekend... I could start it! Hello Christmas!

I'm going to be honest, I don't really know the purpose of "blogging" is. I guess it's learning process from here. This is my way to share my thoughts about things I'm really interested in. Some may be very random, but hopefully it can spark or intrigue other people. I will post things from videos, to articles, to top-something list, or even my own personal thoughts. The topic would range from business ideas to anything that is my mood at the moment.

At eighteen years old, I thought life would be easier when I'm at my twenties. I thought that I would have figured out the "ins" and "outs" of whatever challenges life throws my way. Needless to say, I learned that being in your twenties is really figuring out how to grow up and become an adult.

Welcome to my journey to adulthood. Because sometimes I really wished life came with a manual.
