Page Navigation is a really awesome and long awaited feature. You might have seen numbered page navigation on many wordpress blogs. .Here is a little screenshot of what this is all about.

When you use this hack,you will see this kind of navigation on your blog’s home page and label pages(needs little customization).

Implementation of Blogger Page Navigation

1.Login to Blogger Dashboard and navigate to Layout > Edit Html

As you can see,there are some customizable parameters in this code

This code determines the number of posts that would be displayed per page.

This code determines the number of additional page navigation numbers that will be displayed on the page.

These two lines determine the text that would be shown for the previous page and next page respectively.
Label Fix
Now we have another problem.By default,the blogger label pages will show 20 posts.We will have to cut this down to the value that we gave for the variable pageCount (or the posts per page).For this we will have to edit our template
How to Edit the template to cut short the posts per page?
Go to the Edit HTML page and expand the Widget Templates
Now find each occurrence of
'data:label.url'
(including the quotes) and replace each of it with

'data:label.url + "?&max-results=5"'

Now you should have the Blogger Page Navigation working perfectly on your blog. :)

Okay we will continue with our tutorial..

so to embed a gallery cum Picassa album directly in your blog..follow these instructions:

1.Go to Picassa.com from here ,login to your account .
2.Make a new Album with any name of your choice for eg : in my case its Tekken.
3.Upload Images to your album.
4.Click on Share option and choose the option make it public .
5.Then you will see an embed option to your right sidebar in Picassa .
6. click on embed ,then choose the layout like how large you want the slideshow to be,then copy the embed code from there.
7.Now login to your Blogger account ,make a new post and click on Edit Html Tab .
8. Paste the embed code in your Edit Html tab ,and you will see the album /gallery in your compose tab..now publish the post and enjoy the gallery of images.

PS: Do not forget to make the album public,else nobody would be able to see the gallery.

Tekken: Blood Vengeance (鉄拳ブラッド・ベンジェンス Tekken Buraddo Benjensu^?) is a Japanese 3D computer-animated film based on the Tekken video game series, produced by Digital Frontier and distributed by Asmik Ace Entertainment. The film premiered in North America by Bandai Entertainment on July 26, 2011, and in Australia on July 27, 2011 in a special exclusive one-off screening. It was released on September 3, 2011 in Japan. The film was released on Blu-ray Disc on November 22, 2011 for USA, and December 1, 2011 for Japan as part of Tekken Hybrid package. This film was also released on DVD on November 22, 2011 (2D Version only).

Plot

The plot, which takes place between the events of Tekken 5 and Tekken 6, begins with Anna Williams setting up a decoy for her sister, Nina Williams, who is currently working with the new head of the Mishima Zaibatsu, Jin Kazama. Anna, on the other hand, works for Jin's father, Kazuya Mishima and its rival organization, G Corporation. Both are seeking information about a student named Shin Kamiya, and Anna dispatches as a Chinese student Ling Xiaoyu to act as a spy, while Jin sends humanoid robot Alisa Bosconovitch for a similar purpose.

During their investigation, Xiaoyu and Alisa form a friendship, although they are forced to turn against one another when Shin is captured by an unknown assailant. It is here that Alisa is revealed to be a robot - although Alisa believes she possesses human qualities after she spares Xiaoyu's life. After coming to terms with each other, Xiaoyu is abandoned by Anna and G Corporation, and the two girls flee from their previous organizations, taking refuge in their teacher, Lee Chaolan's mansion.

Xiaoyu and Alisa eventually discover genetic experiments had been done on Shin and his classmates, and believe that the Mishima family is seeking Shin, the sole survivor, and M gene subject, for his immortality. The pair discover that this had in fact, been an elaborate plan engineered by Heihachi Mishima. After Heihachi disposes of Shin, he, Kazuya and Jin engaged in a three-way brawl. Ultimately, Jin is the victor, utilizing his devil powers. Heihachi then unleashes the ancient spirits of the Mokujins, but is defeated by a final burst of attack by Alisa. Jin then leaves, telling Xiaoyu that he awaits a future challenge.

The film ends with Alisa and Xiaoyu back at their school's festival with the pair planning to enter the next King of Iron Fist Tournament.

Blogger shutdown glitch

Techiotaku Readers ,and all bloggers have you recently experienced a glitch which made your blog post disappear or channel you to some error pages ,unknown sppoky blogs..? well that was a maintenance glitch .yesterday at 4:20 PM IST Blogger experienced a spooky behavior that lead to active blogs to shut down temporally ,but this error was corrected this morning and now all blogger blogs have been restored as stated by Google :

"We're nearly back to normal -- you can publish again, and in the coming hours posts and comments that were temporarily removed should be restored," Eddie Kessler, tech lead/manager at Blogger, wrote in a post on the Blogger Buzz site around 10:30 a.m. PT"

Here's what happened: during scheduled maintenance work Wednesday night, we experienced some data corruption that impacted Blogger's behavior. Since then, bloggers and readers may have experienced a variety of anomalies including intermittent outages, disappearing posts, and arriving at unintended blogs or error pages. A small subset of Blogger users (we estimate 0.16%) may have encountered additional problems specific to their accounts. Yesterday we returned Blogger to a pre-maintenance state and placed the service in read-only mode while we worked on restoring all content: that's why you haven't been able to publish. We rolled back to a version of Blogger as of Wednesday May 11th, so your posts since then were temporarily removed. Those are the posts that we're in the progress of restoring.

*Google got Blogger back online late this morning following a maintenance-related glitch that kept blogs dark for more than 20 hours.

*About 0.16 % blogger experienced some login error or authorization glitch also,but most of the errors have been done away since then.

Hello everybody TechiOtaku admins have been busy checking out new stuffs for our blog readers,well guys this time we bring you an insight of Google+ the new social networking website.

Google has finally unveiled Google+, the company’s top secret social layer that turns all of the search engine into one giant social network.

Google+, which begins rolling out a very limited field test on Tuesday, is the culmination of a year-long project led by Vic Gundotra, Google’s senior vice president of social. The project, which has been delayed several times, constitutes Google’s answer to Facebook.

The search giant’s new social project will be omnipresent on its products, thanks to a complete redesign of the navigation bar. The familiar gray strip at the top of every Google page will turn black, and come with several new options for accessing your Google+ profile, viewing notifications and instantly sharing content. The notification system is similar to how Facebook handles notifications, complete with a red number that increases with each additional notice.

At its core, Google+ is a social network. The first thing users are introduced to is the Stream. It’s much like the Facebook News Feed, allowing users to share photos, videos, links or their location with friends.

Circles+

That’s where Google+ begins to diverge from Facebook, though. The focus of this social project is not on sharing with a mass group of friends, but on targeted sharing with your various social groups. To do this, Google uses a system called Circles.

Gundotra explained that most social media services (read: Facebook, Twitter) haven’t been successful with friend lists because they’ve been designed as a “tack-on” product rather than being integrated at every level. Gundotra also believes that current friend list products are awkward and not rewarding to use.

Google+ Circles is an attempt to address that challenge. The HTML5 system allows users to drag-and-drop their friends into different social circles for friends, family, classmates, co-workers and other custom groups. Users can drag groups of friends in and out of these circles.

One of the nice things about the product is its whimsical nature — a puff of smoke and a -1 animation appears when you remove a friend, and when you remove a social circle, it rolls away off the screen.

Photos & Group Video Chat

It’s clear from the extended demo that Gundotra and his team have thought about every aspect and detail of Google+ thoroughly. The photo, video and mobile experiences are no exception.

Google has created a section specifically for viewing, managing and editing multimedia. The photo tab takes a user to all of the photos he or she has shared, as well as the ones he or she is tagged in. It’s not just photo tagging, though: Google+ includes an image editor (complete with Instagram-like photo effects), privacy options and sharing features.

The video chat feature might be one of the most interesting aspects of Google+. Gundotra and his team thought about why group chat hasn’t become a mainstream phenomenon. He compared it to knocking on a neighbor’s door at 8 p.m. — most people don’t do it because it isn’t a social norm. However, if a group of friends are sitting on a porch and you just happen to walk by, it’s almost rude not to say hi.

That’s the concept behind “Hangouts,” Google’s new group chat feature. Instead of directly asking a friend to join a group chat, users instead click “start a hangout” and they’re instantly in a video chatroom alone. At the same time, a message goes out to their social circles, letting them know that their friend is “hanging out.” The result, Google has found in internal testing, is that friends quickly join.

One cool feature of Hangouts is that it doesn’t place a chat window on the screen for each participant. Instead, Google changes the chat screen to whoever is currently talking. It quickly switches from video feed to video feed, moving faster in bigger groups. The maximum members in any video Hangout is 10, though users can get on a waitlist and wait for someone to leave.

Content Discovery Through Sparks

To spur sharing, Google has added a recommendation engine for finding interesting content. The feature, Google+ Sparks, is a collection of articles, videos, photos and other content grouped by interest. For example, the “Movies” spark will have a listing of recent and relevant content for that topic.

The system is algorithmic — it relies on information from other Google products (e.g. Google Search) as well as what is being shared via Google+ and through +1 buttons.

The goal, according to Gundotra, is to make it dead-simple for users to explore their interests and share what they find with their friends. Google+ is attempting to become the one-stop shop not only for sharing content, but for finding it as well. In some ways, it reminds us of Twitter and its mission to become an information network, and “instantly connect people everywhere to what’s most important to them.”

Mobile

Google will also be launching mobile apps for Google+, starting with Android. The Android app includes access to the Stream, Circles, Sparks and multimedia.

The addition of these features in a mobile app isn’t a surprise. What is a surprise, though, is the app’s auto-upload feature. Any photo or video you take on your phone through Google+ will automatically be uploaded to your computer, ready to share. These uploads aren’t public, but the next time you log onto your desktop, the photos button in the status bar will have a number, indicating how many new uploads are available for sharing. It keeps these photos and videos available for sharing for eight hours after upload.

Gundotra says that Google intends to launch apps for Google+ on other platforms in the future.

Strong Encryption
Tunngle uses the internationally approved Advanced Encryption Standard (AES).
This encryption algorithm won against its competitors in the year 2000 in a competition of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

We are using the highest possible encryption level that this algorithm provides using a key length of 256 bit.
The keys are exchanged using the secure RSA method with 2048 bit encryption. The abbreviation RSA is composed of the initials of the surnames of the developers Ronald L. Rivest, Adi Shamir und Leonard Adelman. This method was already developed in 1977 and still is the standard for applications that count on secure key exchange because of its mathematical properties.

File Transfer

Mozilla Seabird is what would be the phone of the future. As there would be more and more features in the phone, and it will also use the spaces around to make it more productive.

The mobile phone Seabird takes the objects around us, to project touch devices in air . Billy May is the one who designed this mobile phone. The external design is similar to any other Phone market , however , his concept of projection(dual projection on different side) and using it, is interesting.

We can project these images on a wall, like a screen on the opposite side as a keyboard on our table or desk , and a mouse or mouse, based on a Bluetooth.

Personally , I think it is entirely possible , in 5 or 7 years , I see this cell or mobile phone is so futuristic or rather unrealistic.

Over the past few years, we've seen a plethora of download servers and utilities that range from the infamous torrent clients to temporary file servers like RapidShare, Megaupload, and HotFile. Torrenting in particular has seen some new improvements in the area of clients; uTorrent (which was eventually acquired by BitTorrent) became one of the most portable, system-friendly clients and Webware sites like Torrific have even eliminated the use of client software altogether.

So how do you top that?

Fetch.io: A Swiss Army Knife download manager?

Enter Fetch.io, a cloud-based service similar to the likes of Dropbox but with the utilitarian function of Torrific, as well as support for RapidShare, Megaupload, FileServe, and other services. Instead of downloading your files to your own computer, you input a torrent URL or any cyberlocker URL from a site like Megaupload, then go about your business. Fetch.io will "fetch" the files itself using its own connection, download them to a remote server, and notify you of the completed ingestion via e-mail. You can then access your files directly from your Fetch.io folder in a process similar to Dropbox.

If you download a movie file, Fetch.io will automatically encode it as MP4 or Flash format for streaming support. This opens up movie-streaming potential for various media platforms and mobile devices.

Keep in mind that although Fetch.io's servers can download files at an amazing rate, users are still capped at their own respective download speeds and bandwidth when accessing their completed downloads on Fetch.io's servers.

Fetch.io is currently in the beta stage and is offering user accounts of up to 20GB of free storage and 40GB in bandwidth. Fetch 'em while they last.

Nokia Brought this Extraordinary Phone to You!! The "first-ever pure touch smartphone that is all about making things simpler." That epithet could actually be applied to the iPhone, of course--the device that's partly led to Nokia's business woes and whose influence runs throughout this phone. It's a last gasp from the old Nokia before it embraces Windows phones, which CEO Stephen Elop said are coming later this year, to save its business future.

the N9 is shaping up to be a pretty impressive device, and boasts some interesting design choices.

The most intriguing feature on the Nokia N9 is a gesture called swipe. There is no home key on the phone—when you're in an application, swiping from the edge of the display will pull up your home screen. There will be three different home screen views, designed to focus on apps, notifications, and switching between activities.

The Nokia N9 features a 3.9-incled AMOLED screen made from scratch-resistant curved glass. According to Nokia, the N9's polycarbonate body enables improved antenna performance, which may result in better reception, better voice quality, and fewer dropped calls.

The N9 will also come fitted with Near Field Communication (NFC), allowing you to easily share images and videos between devices by touching them together. By pairing the N9 with NFC-enabled Bluetooth accessories, you should be able to get the devices working together with just a simple tap.

There's an 8-megapixel autofocus camera with a wide-angle lens and HD-quality video capture. Nokia claims that the large lens aperture will enable good performance even in low-light conditions. The N9 will also feature free turn-by-turn driving and walking navigation with voice guidance in Maps and a new dedicated Drive app.

According to Marko Ahtisaari, Nokia's head of Design, "…this is just the beginning. The details that make the Nokia N9 unique—the industrial design, the all-screen user experience, and the expressive Qt framework for developers—will evolve in future Nokia products." Just how far this will develop, and how widely available the Nokia N9 will be is unknown, as Nokia has been devoting most of its attention to its upcoming windows phone 7 device!

The Nokia N9 will be available in three colors—black, cyan, and magenta—with 16GB and 64GB storage. Pricing and availability have not yet been announced. Check back with PCMag for a full review of the Nokia N9 when it has been released.

Reassured by a relatively smooth test of IPv6 last week, some Web sites are choosing to keep servers available over the next-generation Internet technology.
And that's good news for an Internet that's bursting at the seams. The results of the test, called World IPv6 Day, may help encourage others to make the IPv6 upgrades.
In the test, a number of organizations broadcast that their servers were available on IPv6. That meant anybody who had an IPv6 Internet connection would get that version of the server rather than the usual IPv4 one.
"There is a great sense of relief that nothing bad happened," said Alain Durand, director of software engineering at network equipment Juniper Networks and a former IPv6 leader at Comcast and Sun Microsystems. "It's a big sense now that IPv6 is a mature technology that is ready to be deployed."
Internet Protocol version 6 solves what has become a significant limitation of the present IPv4 technology: a dearth of new IP addresses that devices need to exchange information over the Internet.
A small fraction of people--well under a tenth of a percent by several estimates--have network configuration problems that broke access to IPv6 sites on the Internet. But the test went well enough that IPv6 is here to stay.
For example, Google decided to keep the main YouTube.com site available over IPv6. And Facebook concluded it will continue to offer the IPv6 version of its Facebook developer site. And according to data from RIPE, the European organization that doles out IP addresses, others leaving their IPv6 services on at least for the time being include Sprint, Mozilla, and BBN Technologies.
Comcast, one of the largest U.S. Internet service providers, also participated in the test. It's been ramping up its own trials of IPv6 for customers, too: this month it began testing IPv6-based e-mail services and expanded IPv6 trials to San Francisco, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Miramar, Fla.
And to help people fix problems they may encounter, Microsoft and Apple offered new help pages. Consumer network equipment maker D-Link also is offering IPv6 troubleshooting help.
All of this activity indicates progress in dealing with the chicken-and-egg problem that has been IPv6. Ironing out the wrinkles is one thing, but providing content such as YouTube videos over IPv6 will provide an incentive for those who operate the Internet's networking equipment to start handling the IPv6 traffic properly and link up with each other.
"If all goes well...content can go to IPv6, and access can follow," said Lorenzo Colitti, Google's IPv6 guru, in a presentation about World IPv6 Day (PDF).

IPv6 follows on from the present IPv4 technology, which provides only 4.3 billion IP addresses. That may sound like a lot of addresses, but it turns that people want to attach a lot of servers, PCs, phones, tablets, smart meters, automobiles, TVs, video game consoles, and home broadband network routers to the Internet. And until recently, moving to IPv6 was largely optional, so few bothered with IPv6's expense and difficulty.
Computer administrators could postpone IPv6 transitions because technology such as network address translation (NAT) let home broadband users, Internet service providers, and corporations share a single IPv4 address among multiple devices. There are drawbacks to NAT, but the approach lets people get more use out of IPv4.
