A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin stated to Special Envoy Steve Witkoff to begin their meeting at the Constantine Palace in St. Petersburg: “Dear Mr. Witkoff, we are very pleased to welcome you to St. Petersburg this time...These and other topics could certainly be the focus of our attention today, including a possible meeting with Trump in China...There are also some considerations here that I would like to share with you”, says top Kremlin presidential aide Yuri Ushakov also revealed: “The Putin–Witkoff meeting was agreed several days ago...Putin's special envoy Kirill Dmitriev will take part in the meeting...The Ukraine settlement will be part of the talks' agenda...Russia was notified that Kushner fell ill and refrained from traveling to Russia for the talks...Russian representatives have had no contacts with Zelensky”.

As to why he really refrained from traveling to Russia, this report notes, is because Special Envoy Jared Kushner and his wife Ivanka Trump ignited the “Flamingo Revolution” in Albania, from where it was grimly reported today: “As the European continent reels under violent street protests and anti-government demonstrations by the radical groups, Albania is also witnessing massive unrest...Masked mobs have set ablaze the Supreme Court, banks, ministries and other public institutions”.

When the United States Air Force plane without Special Envoy Kushner on board landed in St. Petersburg today, this report continues, it immediately took on board United States Air Force veteran Stephen Hubbard, who had been convicted in Russia on charges of fighting for Ukraine as a foreign mercenary,--this convicted foreign mercenary was waiting at the St. Petersburg’s Pulkovo Airport after President Putin ordered his release on humanitarian grounds—and President Donald Trump posted the announcement:

Stephen Hubbard, taken four years ago by Russia during the Biden Administration, was just released from prison, at the request of President Donald J. Trump, made directly to President Vladimir Putin in a telephone conversation last week.

Stephen is on his way back home and will soon be with his family.

The United States, out of respect for President Trump, was not required to give anything in return - an unprecedented situation for Russia.

There was no “swap” necessary for this release. This major return should have taken place long ago through the Biden Administration, which got nowhere in its negotiations with the Kremlin.

While Special Envoy Witkoff was traveling to Russia yesterday, this report details, President Trump declared about the war started by Ukraine Nazi Regime unelected Dictator Vladimir Zelensky: “I think he doesn’t want to stop it...It’s time for somebody else to negotiate on behalf of Ukraine”—a declaration followed by socialist European Union foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas raging: “American negotiators have been trying to push Ukraine into surrender for already almost two years, one and a half years now”—and as Europe pours all of its money into Ukraine instead of helping its own peoples, the New York Times, in its article “It’s Not Just France. Europe’s Political Center Is Crumbling”, warningly observed:

The mass riots in France, which started as protests over underfunded schools, are a shocking example.

But the phenomenon has been building for years, with the perceived failure of liberal democracy to make good on its promises of a better future, especially for the young and the salaried working class.

There is a growing perception among many Europeans that traditional parties of the center-left and center-right do not offer real alternatives and are led by an educated elite that has lost its connection to the poor, the workers and the young.

Facing rising deficits, expenses and interest rates, governments feel constrained in what they can do to respond.

Joining the smoke from burning Europe obscuring the Russian-American meeting today, this report concludes, was the news: “France will deploy military personnel from its counterterrorism force to support police during a new wave of nationwide protests, as the government prepares a “massive” security operation following some of the worst riots in years”—the United States Embassy in Paris issued its highest security alert—and it was also revealed: “Following an emergency meeting of the Council of Ministers in Rome on Tuesday, Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni announced a raft of new policing and judicial powers to confront the multicultural movement, which saw hundreds detained, looting, arson, and attacks on police in central Milan on Saturday and Sunday”.
