The answer is, yes. Did you know that only 1% of all the water on Earth is drinkable? We should be extremely grateful to be able to access it, and should preserve water as we not only need it to survive, but it also gives future generations an opportunity to thrive and it's essential for the environment.

My first reason for why we should use water efficiently and not waste it, is because we need water to remain alive and would quickly die without it. By wasting water, we are wasting a crucial resource that is necessary for survival! For example, millions of people in the world are currently suffering sickness and death due to a lack of water. This is because it is becoming a scarce resource. In some countries, people have to go to unimaginable lengths to be able to obtain water for sustaining their life. Many times, this water isn't even clean, and can pass on fatal diseases to them. There is an immense chance this will soon happen to other countries, as most of the world's water is being used up. This is why we should be grateful that we can access water, and we should reduce our consumption of it by not wasting it.

My second reason why we shouldn't waste water is that if we waste it all now, future generations won't have it to survive. They will only get the world in the condition we leave it in, and if we leave it in a condition without water, they will die out and the human race will end. For example, the world is already running out of water, and many children these days, born in poorer countries, are dying out due to having no water. If this is the condition now, imagine what will happen in a few decades time. Nobody will have a fair chance to live like we do currently. For this reason, we should stop wasting water, and ensure that generations after us do not die out due to dehydration.

Lastly, water is essential for the environment. If we limit our usage of water by not wasting it, the flora and fauna on Earth will be able to thrive. Just like humans, they also need it to remain alive, and we need them to remain alive. If plants die out due to having no water, so will we because of a lack of oxygen. This means that the entire eco-system on Earth relies on water, including us, plants and animals. Therefore, if we limit our unnecessary consumption of water we will be able to keep the environment alive. The less we consume, the less pollution we create, the more beneficial it is to our Earth. This is why we shouldn't waste water and use it wisely, providing relief to everything around us.

In summary, these are three important reasons why we shouldn't waste water. It saves the environment, provides future generations with a chance to thrive and is vital for our survival. So go out today, and start making a change in the world by saving water, and all of Earth.

A Strange New World (story)

I was laying on what seemed like a thousand buzzing city lights, wondering if I could ever get back to the real world. A shrill, sharp sound suddenly echoed in the air, and I knew another day had gone by in this treacherous strange new world. I could feel my back and my dark brown hair slightly burning from the scorching heat below me, but I chose to remain there, on the circuit board, looking out toward radiating lights that looked like a whole metropolis. Delicate tears started to roll down my cheek as the surges of electrical currents continued, making the place look like a high-tech human city.

I remembered how it had all started. I had bought a new computer, and the second it powered up, I had been transmitted to this place. It was horrific, and I wished for nothing more than to go back home. My mum, dad and siblings must have been waiting for me, but they weren't here, were they? I realised the emptiness inside of the hollow world of this computer was so overwhelming! I sighed, before standing up and walking out toward the "city". Too much time had been wasted crying, and I wasn't going to let another precious second go. The icy-cold hands of home-sickness were suffocating me, but also providing me with a surge of will-power to get home. My footsteps lit up the board, and the buzzing sounds of electrical currents continued. It was beautiful in a sense really, but that didn't make it any less traumatic. "Hello! Oh my gosh, another person!" shouted out a high-pitched voice. This filled me with absolute shock! I had never even thought there could be someone else in this prison! Suddenly, a girl with wavy black hair walked out from behind a tower. "I have so much to say!" she brightly exclaimed, showing me that she had been stuck too. "What are you doing here?" she asked. All of a sudden, for some strange reason, I broke down into tears and started to tell her my story.

We continued talking to each other for some time, until she told me "I know a way to escape. Come with me to the CPU, and together we can make it out, I think. There's two strange hand pointer symbols there, and I think they mean something." It was a long, tiring walk to the CPU and if we made it there without getting lost, there was no actual evidence that the "hand pointer symbols" would allow us access out. If it did work however, I would get to see my family again. That was enough motivation for me. Nothing really mattered anymore, other than escaping.

I spent the next two days following the girl, and we became good friends. She showed me, that there was always happiness in the darkest of times, if only one remembered to turn on the light. After two days, we reached the CPU. It was a bright tower, wider than any other, and all the streams of electricity on the ground were coming from there. On the corner of the CPU wall was indeed two hand-pointer symbols, that had a mysterious glow emitting from them. "You go touch the left one. I'll touch the right." said the girl, who had suddenly become monotonous and solemn. "What's wrong?" I asked. She didn't reply, but instead rolled up the sleeve of her shirt. All of a sudden, realisation came crashing down onto me. There was a thousand tiny little electricity lines running right up her arm. “I'm the mother of this computer, I represent the motherboard.” she whispered, turning away from me, and placing her hand on the symbol. "Only I can grant you access out. I'm doing so, because you looked sad to be here. But you also looked sad there. Outside, in your world, I saw you crying, so I brought you here. Forgive me." she said slowly, as rage started to burn inside me. "How dare you?" I simply stated, before walking up to the hand pointer symbol and placing my hand on top of it. “Thank you for helping me, but don’t you dare ever do that again.” I said, while the world faded back into my home.

When I realised I was back, I broke into joyful tears. I remembered how the last time I had been here, I was crying and throwing a tantrum, which I now promise to never do again. I realised I was incredibly blessed to have my family, and I would be lonely without them. I ran to my family downstairs and told them how much I loved them. They looked delighted to see me, and I was soon bathing in the comfort of my family’s love!

Maha Yagya Maha Aahuti

About five thousand years ago Emperor Parikshit was the first king of Bharatvarsh in the beginning of Kaliyug. He was killed by Takshak (the king of serpents). His son “King Janmejay” performed a Maha Yagya and gave a Maha Aahuti (sacrifice) of all the snakes except one snake.

Now the time has changed. Now the rule of Kings has gone. Instead the public is the ruler.
On the night of 8th Nov. 2016, Shri Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of Bharatvarsh performed a Maha Yagya.

The snakes of black money are killing the innocent people of Bharatvarsh. So the prime minister banned the thousand and five hundred rupees notes abruptly. The snakes of black money are dying.
But this is not enough. All the people will have to Participate in this Maha Yagya, so that the snakes of black money get killed from our country.

Jai Hind!
Once upon a time a wealthy man
took his son to a saint. He was worried his son. He bowed his head in respect
before the saint. With folded hands he told the saint that his son was in the
bad habit of eating too much sugar and he was afraid that he might be a
diabetic in later years when he grew up.

The saint listened to his request
carefully. After a thought he asked the man to come back after a month. The
wealthy man returned. After exactly a month the wealthy man was again standing
before the saint with folded hands. The saint could recognize him. He gave the
boy some medicine in a paper and instructed him to consume that three times a
day. The wealthy man tried to give him fees but he refused. Out of curiosity
the wealthy man asked the saint, "Sir! I am curious to know why you called me
after a month when you could give me the medicine earlier also”.

The holy man smiled and spoke softly, “You are right but at
that time I myself was consuming too much sugar. It took me one month to

Cultivating Civic Sense

(A Project)

The civic society though claims
to be modernizing itself, yet it is a matter of great concern that the civic
sense is not being cultivated to the desired extent. Not to talk of the rural
civic society, even the urban civic society is lacking in civic sense. As the
people are becoming wealthy, as costly educational institutions are springing up, as people
are wearing costly and smart apparels, but the civic sense remains to be
cultivated.

Using bad and abusive language
has become order of the day. This is observed in all sections of civil society.
Shamefully though, cast, creed, age, status, position are immaterial. Litter,
garbage, banana peels, cigarette studs, beetle juice can still be seen spread
on roads and public places. Monuments of archaeological importance are still
being soiled by young lovers by engraving dirty and abusive remarks and obscene
diagrams.

The road sense, respect for old
people, helping attitude towards otherwise- able people of society are lacking.
The youth feel pride and adventure in driving vehicles at high speed. They
don’t care if some passerby gets injured or killed. Thus there are innumerable
examples of civil disobedience. Either people are ignorant of the civic sense
or they take amusement in breaking the civil rules. If there is someone injured
on road, people pass by without extending help to the victim.

There is much to be done to
cultivate the civic sense. Awareness generation and education are the two major
steps that need to be taken. Education literature for all sections of the society
should be prepared by experts. Today media is playing a major role in the lives
of people. Both print and electronic media should come forward to disseminate
the information for mass education. Seminars, debates, lectures and lessons
should be organized in schools and university.

Religious and leaders as well as
eminent people should preach and teach their followers, Films, sops, opera,
theatre should put these messages in their scripts. Tough laws can be made to
force people to cultivate civic sense. Incentives, prizes, honors can be given
to people who have cultivated civic sense.

It is the duty of paramount
importance of all and sundry. May good sense prevail!

Humans from all over the globe are still pondering over such questions. Many great people have put forward answers to such queries. But still no material scientific explanation is available. It may be possible that at some point of time, science will be able to answer such queries.

The researches will continue till the time a suitable answer to the relationship of Past-Present-Future is found and accepted by all humans. The result of imagination is hypothesis. When this hypothesis is found to be correct and universally applied and accepted, it becomes a universal law. There are many universal laws, known to mankind. These universal laws are applied to many similar situations and have been found to be correct. One such law is “there is struggle for existence and there is survival of the fittest.” This survival refers to the existence in the present state or time. This struggle can be of ideas or entities. Humans argue on many concepts, ideologies or view points. But only those survive that are fittest. Similarly only they survive who are physically (physical as well as monitory), mentally and spiritually fit. Does that mean that your past determines your future? Or is it that your present determines your future? Does your past determine your present and thus the future? Survival means existence. Existence is present.

The event of struggle is always in present time .You may have a glorious past, but that does not matter much. What matters is that you should be fittest at the time of struggle, i.e. present. Similarly if you were not fittest in the past but you become fittest by your efforts in the present, you are bound to survive. But again the time during which you were preparing for your fitness becomes a matter of past when you are facing the struggle. Thus it is always past that determines your present survival. But this sometimes is not true as there are certain factors that are not known to us and results are modified because we were not aware of them.

This is called Destiny. Destiny relates to future. Does that mean that our life, death and actions are predetermined and controlled not by us but by some power that belongs to future for us? Are we not concluding that there is some power known as almighty or God or supernatural power that controls our lives? This is something that needs to be examined and analyzed thoroughly, before reaching any conclusion. I shall neither accept it nor reject it, without proper examination. (Continued from Part - III)

Even this does not seem to be logical. If we take this as cyclical, then recycling is a process. Take the example of recycling plastic. There is a process by which the plastic waste has to go through before it is again converted into granules. This recycling is a whole process and not just a physical conversion. Could it be that what is true for non living plastic is also true for living forms of matter?

We know that reproduction is an important phenomenon of nature. In this process the “like produces like”. The humans observed that after the formation of living objects on this planet, reproduction of living beings, whether animals or plants, was started. Before conception in sexual reproduction and starting of asexual reproduction, the progeny is future. Once the progeny formation starts it becomes present. When parents go from living to non living form it becomes past. The formation of life is conversion of non living matter into living matter. Once the life is finished the life forming organic matter is converted into no life giving organic matter. Thus the life that took its origin from future, came into existence as present and lastly becomes a thing of past. When life becomes past, the non life becomes present. If there is a cycle, Future-Present-Past, and then past should again become future, from future to present, then past and so on in a cyclical manner. But this is not what is being observed. Can we conclude thus that if there is some process known to mankind by which this non life matter could be recycled back to life matter, then the dead can be revived? In that case the human will become immortal.

This point we shall discuss later…

Thus it is apparently a linear phenomenon. If we take it as correct, then we have to speculate whether this is a static phenomenon or else it is dynamic. If we take this sequence of past, present and future, in a linear fashion, it amounts to saying that origin of future is from nowhere and once imagination, activity or entity has taken its origin from future whose origin is from nowhere, once it is in the preview of past it is not existing after that in any form, whether material or otherwise. But this is contrary to the inferences of the modern research. The universal laws are based on logical inferences of the researches undertaken by the best of minds present on this globe, in that era. Most of our actions are based on the experiences of the past. We base our future activities on the basis of the past experiences of self or others.

To make my point more clear I will like to exemplify it. I am a physician. I diagnose a disease on the basis of the past inferences of eminent scientists. Thus my line of treatment will be based on the past experiences of my ancestors. So my future course of action will be based on the past. Thus if were to infer that future has some connectivity to the past.

We know that matter and energy are interrelated. Matter is converted into energy and energy into matter. Similarly energy is dissipated and not destroyed. Thus does it not prove that it is a cyclical phenomenon and not a linear phenomenon? Thus can we say that future is connected to past in some form or other and past is connected to future, similarly?

(to be continued)

Dr. Ratnesh K. Today we know that the sun does not move, instead it is the earth that revolves around the sun.

But the calculation of time is based on the past belief, though erroneous. The facts that were agreed upon by the majority of the civil society at that time have proven to be far from reality by the present technological interpretations. Thus the concepts, faiths, beliefs that were recognized as truth in the past, no longer prevail in the present times. But the present has not rejected all the findings of the past. Many of them are still practiced and preached in the present society.

There is a very thin line of differentiation amongst the positions of time, viz. Past-Present and future. It is so thin that as I am writing these words, the word that I was wanting to write was in the future only till the time it was in my mind. But the moment it is in the present time only till the time it is being written on the paper. The moment it is printed or written it becomes a content of past. There is a very thin demarcation amongst these three phases of time. In terms of imagination by the human mind, it is in the future time only till when you have not imagined it. But the fraction of a moment in which it is being imagined it comes to the present. The moment the imagination is complete, it becomes a part of the past.

(to be continued)

Dr. Ratnesh K. Some intellectuals may or may not agree with me in precision or totality. I regard them and request to let me proceed further. I shall try to be honest in words and hope that the purpose of my writing is justified.

Since the time of first meeting of civilized world or the first step towards the need of formation of civil society, the humans are exploring the events relating to first step towards formation of universe.

Now, this is a matter of pure speculation, as to when it was that there was first time, when there was a common consensus upon counting the time and later the formation of calendar. Based on our knowledge of the history of the several civil societies inhabiting the different parts of the globe we can speculate that there is no doubt that there were divergent systems adopted by different societies. We can also speculate that due to slow means of communication, there was no common consensus on a universal method. But the first calendar that is now universally acknowledged is in relation to the birth of Christ.

This was a turning point in the history. Now we are following this system. The advantage of this is that we can universally share our thoughts with different nations. This has helped in many ways. The past present and future events can be calculated and communicated to a larger section of society in a more convenient manner.
Cysts can be filled with air or fluid. Cysts that form on the kidneys usually contain fluid. One or more cysts may develop on small tubes in the kidneys. The simple kidney cyst is different from the cysts that develop when a person has polycystic kidney disease, which is a genetic disease. Although its cause is not fully understood, the simple cyst is not an inherited condition. Simple kidney cysts become more common as people age. Nearly 30 percent of people over the age of 70 have at least one simple kidney cyst.

Most often, simple cysts do not cause symptoms or harm the kidney. In some cases, however, pain can occur when cysts enlarge and press on other organs. Sometimes cysts become infected or suddenly start to bleed. Less often the cysts impair kidney function. People with simple cysts are often found to have high blood pressure, although the cause-and-effect relationship is not well understood.

Kidney cysts are found by taking pictures of the kidneys using computerized tomography (CT) scans and ultrasonography. When simple cysts are found but no complications are present, no treatment is needed.

If cysts cause symptoms, treatment may be needed. One procedure involves puncturing the cyst using a long needle inserted through the skin. The doctor uses ultrasonography to guide the needle to the cyst. The cyst is drained and then filled with a solution containing alcohol to make the tissue harder.

If the cyst is large, surgery may be needed. Most procedures can be performed using a laparoscope, which allows for a smaller incision and quicker recovery. The surgeon drains the cyst then removes or burns away its outer tissue. Most patients stay in the hospital 1 or 2 days.

For More Information

American Kidney Fund
The NIDDK is part of the National Institutes of Health of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

It has been a practice since independance of India, that from offering tea in lieu of favours done to somebody, it has come to offering some money. In earlier days people used to make the offerings out of their own free will. This was a part of social courtsey. But now it has become customary, rather mendatory to offer money.

Anna Hazare, the veteran activist is observing this and similar malpractices in the society for a long time. He was very well aware that the common man is suffering due to this. He formed a team of like minded and wise people like Mr. Kejriwal,Ms. Kiran Bedi, Renowned advocates The Bhushans, both father and son. Annaji started a social movement.

He is a true follower of Gandhiji. He does not have any taint on his image. He knows very well that in order to achieve a great objective the path of Ahimsa is the only path to tread on. Nobody had imagined that this movement will attract the entire India. This reflects that the nation is terribly anguished by currupt practices all over the country. More so the recent revelatios of alleged misuse of a huge amount of public money by certain politicians, added fuel to the fire of rage.

Annaji is on fast. Nobody could imagine that this movement would gather such an overwhelming responce. It is rather astonishing to see that the entire movement is non violent. The forces that are resisting the Jan loke Pal Bill, should realise that it is the peoples mendate. Sooner or later the bill will have to be introduced. The Anna team knows that mere introduction of the bill is not going be enough. Its implementation is eqally important.

The bills will not be effective unless the people enforce it in their day to day practice.Anna's fast is crossing the eight day. His urine and blood are showing ketone bodies. This is alrming situation. May good sense prevail. The Govt. will have to take concrete and sincere efforts to deal with the situation speedily and effectively, lest it is too late and people's movement take an ugly turn.

I prey for Anna's long life.

This comes through meditation. Pranayam is a method which is most important tool for Mind setting. The process of Pranayam is different from breath holding. Though in Pranayam breath holding is an important constituent, but it is something more than that. In Pranayam the breath holding is for a short time. Some people argue that breath holding leads to transient ischemia in brain. True, this may occur if it is done for a longer period. But if Pranayam is learnt from an expert and properly practiced, it is rather beneficial. Now I shall elaborate this process of setting your mind through Pranayam Yoga.

This is an old method practiced by the Rishis, monies, warriors and thus everybody. The performer squats with spine straight up. The arms are stretched and the three fingers are folded. The thumb and index fingers are folded in such a way that their tips touch each other to make letter O. The three fingers are then opened and kept in straight stretched position. The fingers are placed on both the knees. The head is held high and stretched. Both the eyes are closed. A complete blankness is felt. With the eyes closed, the mind is set in such a way that full concentration is fixed between the two eyebrows. A deep breath is taken, the breath is held for a moment. Then slowly the breath is exhaled. With the eyes closed this process is repeated three or four times. During this time individual concentrates on the problem or subject about which the mind has to be set. With regular practice one learns to be cut off from the external environment and the mind starts setting on the subject in question.

This posture is known as Kamal Asana or Lotus Asana. The importance of this Asana is that it puts your body, mind and soul in a state of complete discipline, which is very important for meditation. When you are not speaking then you hear a voice within you. This is thought process and is controlled by your thought centre. You attain a stage where you are mentally cut of from the surroundings.

In the stage of strategic planning you need to perform SWOT analysis. In this you judge your strengths, weaknesses, obstacles and threats. In case you are not reaching any conclusion, you might be lacking something in the knowledge of the subject. You might need counseling or advice. The mind has to be set on some target or goal. Once the goal is set then only you can try to set your mind.

Mind setting is a process of practice and learning through personal experiences or having knowledge of personal experiences of others. But in all eventualities one should be under an aura of positive energy. Yes I can do it attitude is a must for positivity. Keep in mind the environment around or the place where you live, times of events around, the people around and culture of the people around.

Dr. Ratnesh K. It has a great power to receive the information, to store and process the data and send instructions to act as per the needs of the body part or organ for action. For example, there is a simple prick on the finger, the information is sent to the higher centers, it is interpreted and the information is sent via the motor nervous system that the finger be removed from the site of prick. If required the order is given to the other parts of the body to assist in this task. This is one simple mechanism.

Thus there are three types of such systems namely:

1 The Sympathetic Nervous System

2 The Para Sympathetic Nervous System

3 The Autonomic Nervous System

Besides these there is spinal cord, which works by spinal reflex action. The higher centers may or may not be involved. The autonomic nervous system is not in the control of the body. Thus the beating of the heart is normally done independently. But the environmental factors such as shock, fear etc. can alter the physiological functions such as rate, rhythm etc.

There are various chemicals such as adrenaline, acetylcholine etc. that play a vital role in performing the brain functions. Then there are elements like sodium, potassium, calcium etc. The various brain functions can be controlled by the living beings. Certain hormones also play a great role in execution of an action.

This is a brief knowledge of the brain and the nervous system. But besides this the brain has a tremendous power. The complete knowledge of brain power and functions is not known to humans today. Probably the ancient Hindus had the knowledge of these powers .Genetics and so the hereditary plays an important role in human behavior. Reaction time for an action differs from human to human. The term Mind set is used where the human being prepares him/herself for an action that he/she performs or intends to perform against an action or environment.

There is an old proverb, “Practice makes a man perfect”. This practice can be in accordance with self experience or training. Say for example, one has to prepare for an examination or a competition then it is mandatory that one should have sufficient reason to perform the task. There are three Ws that one should answer. Why a certain task has to be performed? How can it be done? When should it be done?

Dr. Ratnesh K. India is a land of mixed cultures. While life in metros is trying to keep pace with the international community, life in other cities and towns lacks in many newer facilities. Life style in metros is a lot different, and so are thier needs With the growing sense of having good looks, cosmetic medicine and surgery is picking up business opportunities. Thus many centres are opening and they are competing with each other to attract the clients. Not only western systems of meddicine are creeping in,but even Indian systems are advocating their supremacy over others. Whether it is herbal system or non herbal, in any case one must ensure as to who is treating and who is being treated.

Asense of looking good is prevailing in humans probably since the dawn of civilisation. It is not bad or sin. But the medicines are to be prepared in accordance with the priciples already laid down. But unfortunately the required precautionary measures are not being addhered to. With the result instead of a lot of harm is done. I always advise my patients to understand the proceedures. The treating physician, whether he/she opts for medical or surgical measures for the patient will definetly counsel before starting the therapy.

If you are going to unqualified or less qualified person you may be harmed instead. Therefore I always advice my patients to understand the therapy espacially the laser and other surgical treatments before the start of treatment.

Dr. Ratnesh K. Both these committees have proven to be lacking in their spheres of covering all affected persons. Now the introduction of LokPal being is being kept in waiting for the last 42 years.

People want a corruption free nation. Anna Hazare and his committee feel that LokPal Bill is the solution. If enforced with good intentions, the bill may prove to be of some use. But it is said that all is fair in politics. The political parties run on donations. The major portion of funds of political parties comes from corporate houses. They will definitely expect some sort of favor. Similarly wherever and whenever individual members of civil society will demand favors, the element of money consideration will creep in.

Nevertheless if entire power will go in the hands of one member of civil society, will it not be a sort of Anarchy? The motive behind the entire movement is not less important.

Dr. Ratnesh K. Even the political parties agree to it.

No political leadership admits that it is corrupt. All agree that elected leaders are peoples' representatives.
They say this is a premature movement. Why don't the politicians realise that this an emergency situation.
The bill in question will be binding not only on the government but also on the people. Then why they donot
agree to the legitimate and just demand of the people. Are they waiting for casualties vis-a-vis mutiny? One thing is sure that in India there is democracy and not anarchy.

People will not like anarchy. At this point of time the government should wisely rise to the occasion and prove their credibility.
India is a peace loving country.Since independence, due the systemic structure the economic corruption is becoming the order of the day.Nobody could gather courage to come forward and take the lead so that the suffering community at large could get relief. Now that leaders like Anna Hazare,Swami Ramdev, Kiran Bedi have dared to come forward, the major part of population is behind them. I hope that before start of the movement these Wise of the country might have well worked the strategy, so that the movement gives relief to the suffering masses. The movement will definitely gain the momentum. I shall like to give my view point :-

The corruption term should be well defined.

The word corruption includes besides monetary consideration, many more dimensions.

India has a rich cultural heritage.

Earlier India had dynasty rule. But now there is Democracy. So major changes have to be made in the constitution. The Loke Pal bill will definitely be posing problems to the politicians, who consider themselves, no less then the Kings and rulers. Today Ruler is the Aam Admi.

Nobody, who so ever he may be, is above the country. So accountability and answerabilty of every Indian is mandatory.

Srimad Bhagwd Geeta has clearly defined the duties and responsibility of every body. Lord Rama is the role model for good governance. He has shown the way by his acts, Mahatma Gandhi had dreamt of Ram Raj.

This movement should prove to be a step in that direction.

I am totally in favour of any movement that shall be in the interest of the peoples of this nation as well the peoples of this world.

I earnestly pray almighty that, "may good sense prevail" and the concept of corruption free India becomes success with non violent means.

In the end I want to say that the character of the nation should be in high esteem and all of us should take a pledge that we shall refrain from corrupt practises. True equality is the true morality.

Jai Hind!

Jai Matrabhoomi!

Dr. Ratnesh K.
