To Mend a Broken Heart

There are more fish in the sea. Don’t give up yet, you will always find another. Don’t let this break-up make the better of you. Do the following sentences sound somewhat similar to you? They should because they’re the most commonly used phrases to help a friend feel better about a break-up. There are many other phrases that are used as well, but to be honest, the person who has been heartbroken really does not want to hear things like this. The person is looking for a friend to be there to listen to what they have to say first, and give advice later.

The day of the break-up is a crucial thing for the person. Give them some time and space, so they can get there mind together. After about a day or so, it should be okay for you to approach your friend to try to help them feel better. Try to avoid using clichés like the ones listed above. Speak from the heart. No person wants to hear the same thing over and over.

The sayings listed in the first paragraph are frequently used in just about every romance comedy. Do you not know that the reason these phrases were so well in these movies are because the script says that it will work? Sure they look as if they would be helpful to use, but they’re just simple. If you want to use these clichés because you strongly believe they’ll help your friend feel better, please feel free to do so. More than likely, they’re going to be of little use to them. Your friend will gladly appreciate your very own words over something you heard on a movie.

Try not using statements like, “You were too good for him/her anyways.” What is so wrong with statements like that, you ask? Well, saying something like that might make your friend feel as if you could have been responsible for the heartbreak in a way. They may feel that if you knew they should have never gone out with him/her, you should have spoken up before they started dating. Avoiding statements like that and the common clichés will surely help your friend become slightly happier and will more than likely help them move on.

Another Kid or Not?

Hi, I'm 24 and i have 3 kids now my partner wants one more my youngest is 18 months and I'm not really um wanting another but i want to if i did want one is it ok to have another now i have had big tears and lost a lot of blood before so I'm a bit worried.

The only thing I can tell you is that you should only have another child if and only if you can bear it. You are young, to be honest, and you should probably wait a few years before you have another one. And before considering having the baby, you should factor in finance, free time, and your stress level. If you have another, you must make sure you'll be able to provide for all of your children. And if you won't have enough free time to deal with the kids, both you and your partner, I mean, then having another will be troublesome. And finally, if you are too stressed, you will have health problems and that is a horrible thing. As for the big tears and loss of a lot of blood, I have no comment. Consult your doctor about that, to make sure that you will be safe enough to have another baby.

I will be slightly shocked, at first. I will feel some what used also. But I will try my best to forgive them, but also forgive myself. Forgiving yourself will be tough though. You are probably wondering why you need to forgive yourself, well, forgiving ones self will help you feel better. By forgiving yourself, you are making it clear that it is not truly your fault for there outcome. You couldn't do anything for the way they feel, or who they're attracted to. I hope this has helped you though.

Well to be honest, you are single, no might in that. What kind of break is that. My summer break isn't as long as that. You might as well find someone else because I'm pretty sure they have someone else by now. You don't have to wait for anyone for that long, while you're waiting for that person to come back to you, you're missing out on that truly special person that was meant for you.

To be honest, what kind of friends will do such a thing. If you truly care for him/her, your friends' words shouldn't really bother you as much. Sure you might take their words to heart, but they shouldn't make you caught between two worlds. First you should ask for there reasoning and try to take it from there. If their words make you change your mind about your significant other, that means that deep down inside, that's what you want. Try rethinking what you feel is true and what your friends think is true. And you can also talk to him/her and bring down barriers.

Dear Confused,
There are many things that I might do if I was in this situation. I might over react and claim that they do not trust me. I might even look past the incident and call it curiosity. Ultimately I will confront them about the issue. I will honestly tell them that they did not need to be sneaky and go through my phone without my permission and all they had to do is ask.
