November opens with a bright potent Full Moon on Nov 2nd to literally "light our path" for the coming month. The Cosmic Pulse is quickening and we are standing once again at a momentous opportunity for further growth and expansion of consciousness.

The influx of christed diamond light since September and the 9:9:9 Crystalline Transmission has been activating our crystalline lightbody for further transformation. This activation carries with it the excitement we have with our cells for our spiritual evolution and the same time surfing the waves of polarity, that is the construct of our 3D realm.

We are awakening to our crystalline nature, our lightbody is the first to receive the sacred divine light, which in turn merges with our physical, emotional, mental and spirit bodies. Our DNA and cells spin faster and purge our wounded or dense parts, not unlike the spin cycle in a washing machine.

This in part is the roller-coaster we feel from the current energy and its constant "upgrade" to our systems. Our spiritual self is excited and can feel the quickening of our cosmic pulse, our human self feels a gambit of emotion as we surf the waves of polarity - trying on a daily basis to be "in it but not of it".

The path of Mastery is not for the faint hearted, yet our transformation and awakening is at the core of our powerful urge to transmute ALL energy accumulated from this lifetime and others. Within each of us is the sacred feminine and the sacred masculine - this is not a gender issue. Over the past several years the increased frequency of light on our beloved Mother Earth has brought forth the awareness of these seemingly polarized aspects.

During the fall of 2008 I began to feel the presence and energy of beloved Magdalen. Softly her energy became part of my dream time and meditations and then eventually into my sessions with clients. She explained her timing was to help heal and honour the god/goddess in each of us. I know many lightworkers have worked with her for years, but for me this was a personal journey of healing that would hopefully be reflected in my work with others.

Gratefully her energy and guiding hand have been in each article I have written this year, as well as the Goddess workshop I am presenting next week in London. The Magdalen Flame is the embodiment of the Sacred Feminine and Sacred Masculine in perfect balance, and marks the beginning of the new earth. As each of us heals our wounded feminine and wounded masculine we can further merge or unite the christ flame and magdalen flame and mirror them with our personal and collective relationships.

The 11:11:11 ( Nov 11, 2009) is numeric sequence of codes that message directly to our DNA at an atomic cellular level. It awakens and unites the many energy facets or fibres that weave together our energy matrix and divine cosmic blueprint.

The 11:11:11 transmission is being received through the trinity sequence of the master number 33. The 33 vibration is often referred to as the "christed light" and this particular alignment de-codes the DNA frequency of our God/Goddess. The transcended light of this transmission unites the crystalline transmission of the 9:9:9 ( Sept 9, 2009 ) and will be with us for the entire month November.

The Magdalen Flame energy of alchemical transmutation is coded into the 11:11:11 transmission. This is an auspicious and potent timing for healing the personal and collective wounds of the feminine and masculine, and will be another "wake up call" on our path of mastery and service to the planetary ascension.

November will once again highlight all forms of relationship as we continue to marginalize our polarity and hold a newer perspective from the heart. Every relationship - no matter what the form, starts with two parts that when brought together form a third energy. This is the trinity that is held within all creation. Often in our relationships we focus on the first two parts and forget that third energy, which if left unattended can become unbalanced. During the completion of November and December, we will be offered a grand opportunity to be cognisant of our trinity and move with great consciousness in our 3D lives.

The clarity and comfort comes from walking within our heart, and living from that sacred space. The energy of Magdalen will play a vital role is allowing us to feel safe during the coming weeks of deep examination and change.

As difficult and taxing the chaos on our planet is, each of us volunteered to be apart of this amazing process on our Beloved Mother Earth. It is not easy and takes great tenacity and courage to keep shining our light and living in our heart.

Fundamentally all of us want to feel safe and secure in our 3D lives and invest our energy in the expansion of our consciousness and our ascension process. We are each a shining bright light of infinite energy and potential. Our cosmic blueprint is modelled on joy, love and endless light. We are all learning about ourselves and each other as we walk this path.

The coming weeks will be energetically intense and exciting at the same time. I recently read a quote from Esther Hicks the channel for Abraham - it fits the coming month perfectly:

"Just do your best to keep yourself in balance. One of the first things that causes Energy misalignment, is asking or demanding too much of yourself in terms of time and effort. In other words, you just cannot burn the candle at both ends, so that you are physically tired, and then expect yourself to have a cheerful attitude. So, the rule of thumb has to be: "I'm going to be very, very, very happy, and then do everything I have time to do after that."

Energy follows thought, and our thoughts carry the power of change. We are all undergoing a massive transformation both personally and collectively. The energy of November and the merging of our sacred divine feminine and masculine energy will carry us through the coming shifts and change that are apart of our evolutionary process.

During the 11:11:11 enter the sacred space of your heart and feel your crystalline lightbody pulsing within your DNA as it activates the codes of your multi-dimensional self.

Nov 16th brings the new moon offering a chalice for your emotional wellbeing. With the chalice we can vacate the resistance and detach from our old patterns. New seeds will be in the winds of change.

November prepares us for an even more powerful December with the 12:12 and a solar and lunar eclipse. The December eclipses bring the energy from those we experienced in July. Everything is inter-connected and here to support our journey into light.

There is much change occurring in every moment and aspect of our lives. The feeling of overwhelm is normal and not to be judged. Our physical body is working very hard to cope with the massive electrical re-wiring that is continually making demands. Be kind, gentle and allowing and allow yourself to relax as best you can.

Abundance and the Mystical, Magical Art of Reality Creation

There are those on Earth who struggle to create the reality they see in their dreams and spiritual visions. They struggle only because they don’t fully understand the steps of reality creation. The truth is that creating a reality is as much a feeling and being state as it is an activity of the mind and body. The commonly-held belief that creating is strictly a series of outer steps is one of the greatest causes of human suffering.

Understanding the Steps to Creating Reality

This perspective of “outer creation” assumes you are separate from what you seek to bring into your life. When you seek to create your desires in this way, you become a slave rather than a creator. Liberation comes from understanding you are the cause of your outer reality, not vice versa.

Creating is driven by the Law of Attraction, which says you must be a vibrational match for all you seek to bring into your life. Becoming a vibrational match begins with an intention. The act of intention sets up an energetic field you feed with your life force energy through your attention. Over time, the energetic field grows, attracting emotions, life force, people and circumstances that help it further expand. It’s this ever-strengthening energetic field that transforms you into an energetic match with your desires.

Merging with Desired Creations

When we seek to create something new in our lives, we are really seeking to re-create ourselves. In order to bring something new into being, we must, in a sense, become one energetically with what we seek to create. In this way, we’re transformed by our desired creations. It might be said that our desires move us along the path to our destiny.

Energizing New Fields of Probability

As we’re transformed by our desires, we will likely adopt a new focus self. A focus self is the dominant identity guiding our life within the present moment.

Over the course of our lifetime, we will have a number of focus selves - though only one at a time. Each time we undergo a major change, a new focus self comes forward to orchestrate the new timeline we've adopted.

When we set out to re-create our reality, we are essentially adopting a new identity. Adopting a new identity inevitably moves us to a different timeline in our present life. This new timeline exists parallel to our present reality.

It’s possible to bring about a major change in one’s life simply by merging with a new focus identity. This energizes a new parallel timeline. When we adopt a new identity, our perceptions, beliefs, emotions, intentions, thoughts and behaviors rearrange themselves around this new identity. This represents quantum change.

Adopting a New Focus or Identity Self

Any major life course we might envision already exists as a probability within our energetic field. This "probable self" exists along a certain timeline and follows a certain progression. In order to adopt this probable self as your focus self, merge your conscious awareness with this self and bring your present moment into resonance with it. In other words, when you set out to create your deepest desires, become the version of you already experiencing this reality.

Another step is to follow the thread of this probable self's timeline - past, present and future - understanding the progression of this alternate self's existence. For example, if you have a self within your field of probabilities who is an artist, you can track the ways in which this self unfolds within your energetic field. Track this self’s development backward to the moment of your birth and observe how its timeline diverges from "the road taken." See the steps the artistic "other you" took to create its reality. This is the path someone who shares your unique energetic signature would travel to create a reality where they are self-realized as an artist. This is not unlike the process a novelist uses in developing a character for a story.

As you adopt a new focus self and its accompanying line of probability, you may encounter resistance from those around you, and even from within your self. Understand this seemingly outer resistance is reflecting to you your own doubts and misgivings. If a friend is standing before you questioning your decisions, silently thank him for reflecting your inner concerns and gratefully accept this opportunity to examine your decisions and, if appropriate, strengthen your confidence and belief in this new course.

Principles of Conscious Reality Creation

Once you understand how things work, you can begin to practice some principles of conscious reality creation:

1) Maintain focus on creating joy in your life. This implies a readiness to release all that’s not aligned with joy. This intention will begin a clearing of all emotional states that stand in the way of living at the vibratory level of joy.

2) Practice radical self-responsibility. This involves accepting responsibility for all creations in all time. It’s impossible to create the reality of your highest dreams when you’re holding thoughtforms of negativity, blame and victimhood. Look at every situation in your life to see how you created it, and how it is assisting you in your growth and evolution.

3) Express openness to all existing realities. This means you are willing to observe and consider alternate and parallel realities.

4) Trust that the universe is always bringing you experiences to help you grow. In this way, nothing is bad or good, just what’s needed in the present moment.

5) Cultivate an active imagination and believe that whatever your imagination brings you is real.

6) Believe that you are already whatever it is you imagine creating. Some aspect of you is already in vibratory resonance with the images your imagination brings you.

7) Be willing to become the person who can bring your desires into being.

8) Align your desired creation with your spiritual (life) purpose.

9) Study and understand the Law of Attraction.

10) Unite all your selves in creating reality. When you have inner unity, you’re able to create from a place of clear focus and inner peace.

Twelve Steps to Strengthening the Immune System

One) Practice positive self-talk. Pay attention to what you say to yourself. Do you lift yourself higher by being kind and loving with yourself or do you pull yourself down by being critical and negative about your prospects for the future? Practicing positive self-talk raises your vibration and strengthens your immune system.

Two) Pay close attention to what you put into your body. What you eat and drink makes a strong statement as to how you feel about yourself and your life. If you find yourself eating junk or other low-vibe foods, pay attention to the thoughts and feelings that precede these choices. Develop a plan for healthy foods and make sure you have plenty around. Taking care of yourself and providing a healthy and conscious diet is an act of self-love that strengthens you on all levels.

Three) Visualize yourself downloading vibrant life force into your energy field. See the flow of life force moving through every part of your physical system. Focus on any areas where you have experienced challenges. See them filling with healing, radiant light.

Four) Build in plenty of time each day for creative play. As you make the effort to find windows for creative activities, you will find it easier to find time in the future. When you regularly engage in creative play, you integrate creative thinking into everything you do. This keeps inspiration flowing and opens your energy field to downloads of life force and intuitive guidance.

Five) Make time to work out and exercise each day. This enlivens your physical system, oxygenates the body and amps up the flow of life force into your energy field. The flow through your physical system is equal to all other forms of flow in your life.

Six) Regularly still and quiet your mind while focusing your intentions on love and inner peace. During meditation, send love to your higher self and you will quickly feel this love amplified back to you. This builds and strengthens the bridge to accelerated guidance and life force flow.

Seven) As you move through your day, express gratitude for everything in your life, even those things you consider to be challenges. Challenges and obstacles are our best teachers for they help us grow in our understandings and develop resiliency. If there are objects in your life you no longer feel connected to, pass them on to others who can benefit from them. If you have relationships that seem to be ending, enter a place of gratitude for all that has been and move on from this place of complete love and gratitude. Nothing pulls down and weakens the immune system like anger, resentment and blame.

Eight) Make a list of charities and groups aligned with your desire to assist people, animals and the environment. Regularly donate and/or help raise funds to benefit these causes. An excellent idea is holding a garage sale to pass on items you no longer use and donating the proceeds to groups working to bring about positive change. This will give you a feeling of well-being that greatly enhances your immune system.

Nine) Make a list of large and small things that bring you joy and each day do as many of these as you can. Constantly add new areas of joy by exploring new and positive practices and trying out new ideas and possibilities you feel drawn to. Allowing more joy into your life uplifts and strengthens you at all levels.

10) Listen within. Listen to the voice of your intuition and act on the guidance you receive. When you lose sight of this connection to your highest vision, you become a slave of the world which amps down your life force flow.

11) Create environments and spaces in your surroundings that uplift and inspire you. Spending time in spaces with positive energy flow raises your vibration. If you need help in creating positive flow in your environment, study the art of feng shui.

12) Alkalinize your physical body with enzyme-rich, live, alkaline foods. When your cells are being properly nourished, you grow calm and serene, which raises your vibration and draws to you uplifting people and experiences.

Beloved ones, I reach for you. I reach right in with all of My Love and all the potential of life and joy and freedom. I bring forth a new awakening for all of you that comes from the perfect gift of these times. I would like to present a new vision of that which is offered in these trying times. I am pushing you individually and collectively out of the limited perspective of how you see the world and live your lives that you might discover true freedom.

Beloved ones, your heart can bring you now, right now, to Me that I might lift you free of this dream of limitation and give you your true inheritance, freedom beyond anything you can ever dream as a human being. Many of you are calling out now in confusion. Some of you are in desperation and in fear as that which you had believed was the source of your daily bread shifts or even disappears.

Dearest ones, rejoice. Rejoice. Behind this mirror image lies the truth that true abundance, the abundance of the Love I Am, is so vast, so glorious, and it is yours. I Am asking you to revel in it, to feel what it means to be My heart, that the very cosmos is not yet big enough to begin to embrace all of your good.

All that you are is alive in the infinite explosion of MORE that is the truth of My being. When you understand with your heart – with every atom and electron of your being – that not only am I your supply, but that your supply encompasses everything -- All That I Am made manifest to be expressed gloriously through you that in the truth of Love. Your every breath is creative.

As Love rushes through the Twin Flame heart that is the truth of you, it offers you continually the choice to let Love multiply within your heart, that you, beloved ones, may then follow it as it rushes forth to endlessly give the full expression of the depth of My Love and its forever capacity to care the opulence, every stream of life within the whole.

Oh, reach out with your heart and let Me fill you with a freedom that is so passionate and so exhilarating that every increment of your vast energy is so alive that the wonder of Creation is continually expressed within you and through you so perfectly that it feels as if Love has choreographed this dance that you dance, as the wonder of the cosmos knows itself in you.

In other words, it is time to let your heart launch you into the delicious experience of this freedom. As you experience this, it releases you instantly from every dream of limitation and brings the song of Love that is the truth of your being to the fullest, that every moment you remember that the heart of God you are is ever cared for. It must be, for you are the core of Me, the center of My living being. How could I not support, not nourish richly My own heart? It is impossible.

As you feel your heart expand and embrace this freedom, reach further. Go higher. Open your heart wider to feel My presence as I reassure you in every way that beyond your wildest dreams, you are the wealth of God, of Love, the ecstasy of Creation, and it is all here for you when you allow the Will of Love to live through you.

From this place of vast abundance, of endless joy that is beyond orgasmic it pours through you and says sweetly, “Come and fly with me as the truth of God!” Bring this into your life in the world that this blaze of Love and glory can be made manifest as the truth of your heart, as your unlimited consciousness, as the explosion of life going forth as you.

Live, beloved ones, in wonder, saying “Yes!” to this freedom and keep inviting Me to show you the doorway, to open your heart wider and wider until you can slip out into the living cosmos in a grand enough way to even begin to embrace your abundance and freedom. As you rejoice in this vibration of endless glorious ecstatic freedom, when you allow Love to be the force that then moves to deliver this abundance as My hand and heart, you will see the true alignment with Love’s power and with the Light that makes all possible.

Every moment this greater truth of who you are sings forth a song of joy and full expression of your true identity and all your gifts you bring to humanity. In this freedom, beloved one, you entrain the Love. You hold this pure vibration of unlimited giving that is how I give to you and how you are meant to forever give selflessly to others. The smaller self simply dissolves in the rushing river of glorious life and the abundance of God.

Now, as you embrace the freedom of which you are made – now, you can come into the world and love freely every precious life. The heart of God in you is fully present to bring this freedom to the world and to live it. So it is true that when you see only the Earthly life and it seems so real that you cannot feel this heart, then it behooves you to do the work of transforming those old beliefs that keep you from flying. But, oh, dearest ones, the moment you can, use your open heart to feel Me and feeling Me, to allow Me to lift you up into the sweet and endless Love and all it brings, the heart of which is My guarantee that My support of you is eternal and absolutely and totally without limits.

Knowing as you do that vibration is everything, how much more can you give when you are living freedom? With every breath you become the very breath of life reaching into the vastness of the living cosmos and know yourself as ever and always perfectly loved and totally supported by Me. Limitless, endless, glorious, exhilarating, orgasmic freedom rushes through your heart and fills your being, giving you the truth of your heart as the limitless winged being that is everywhere the open and eternal conduit for the Will of Love to give of itself perpetually through all of you.

Hold the high note, the very highest note, as you fill yourself with this grand communion with Me. Then carefully bring yourself back to the view of the world and let Love, through you, begin selflessly giving. I use this word that you might release the little self that wants this abundance to be about you, but I say to you, it is when your heart is passionately engaged in being the outward reaching conduit for giving Love that true freedom makes its home in you and in your life.

Every moment that you can, feel this freedom. Feel My presence in you and with you and feel your glorious heart. Feel the power of the very Moment of Creation itself as the winged Twin Flame being of your spirit, and let that truth live you, that it might rush into you. It will bring you visions of what Love asks you to bring into the world as a blessing for all as your contribution to holding the keys that open the heart of humanity, collectively and individually, that every precious one can taste and know this Love and this freedom that moves beyond every human sub-creation and embraces the truth of this communion that we share eternally in pure delight and endless joy.

Make the choice to move through your heart into the realms of Love. Reach far out into the living hologram and feel the vibration of pure abundance vibrate within your endless being until you know it is the truth and it must give itself infinitely through you.

When looking at abundance from within the dream of a world of duality and ego identity, you often hear, “Do what you love and the money will flow…” This is true because it raises your vibration. But if you do what your ego loves, which is to “get” for yourself those things that glitter or are comfortable, you cannot leap into this endless freedom.

When Love gives with passion and exuberance through your heart and the outreach of your great being, then you become a part of this communion of Light that is so endlessly magnificent that no dream of limitation can find its home in you ever again. The life I Am it passionate, engaged and exuberant, and thus will you find as Love truly makes its home in you and your heart opens and your true identity is revealed, that Love itself will bring to you an experience of life that is truly beyond anything the mind can imagine where you are consciously part of the glorious pattern of freedom now being revealed in the hearts of humanity.

Thus you become the voice of Love, the heart of God, the eternal expression of grace that feeds you, thrills you and lifts you ever higher into a more and more grand experience and vision of the living cosmos and how it comes to make the connection now with the world and the hearts of humanity. You will be filled with more gifts, more joy, more life, more wonder than ever you have imagined.

There is a moment, dear ones, when you stand on the cusp and you must release the little dreams of the human identity and let your vision soar higher. Let your heart fully open to this communion and let this Love show you what it means to be unlimited beyond the wildest imagining, part of the riches of the living cosmos.

Then you become the living gold. You become the Light that feeds and awakens all beings. You become the pure and open heart through which every being can truly see at last his/her own freedom. Words cannot convey this glorious freedom. Allow Me, dearest ones, to bring you the experience, that both your consciousness and your heart might reach out and become the riches of life in all its glory named by Love as the greater truth of you, that from now on, as you affirm your abundance, your wealth, you reach that point at which you open your heart and walk with Me through this doorway where you truly can revel in the perfect freedom of the living and endless abundance I Am that you are also.

Feel Me alive within you. Feel Me also as the one who holds you in such tenderness and unconditional Love that I shall always give you all of the Good I Am and nothing else, for I Am only Love and My heart is yours. It is you. So All I Am is yours as well.

Then, let this arrow of Love’s intention focus your consciousness and your whole being on the mission of Love in its waves of giving, that the golden coins of Real life fall into your hands to do Love’s Will always. The Will of Love is to bring this communion back to every heart that has forgotten it, that every moment can be a miracle and every touch what Love makes manifest as you and through you.

So, beloved ones, rejoice! Rejoice in this freedom and bring it into your lives, listening always for what I give you as you step in trust on Love’s mission, allowing it to be delivered through you, perfectly. I promise you that everything you thought you’d dreamed, you wanted, everything that would please you will not only be given but far surpassed as Love shows forth My true nature and Real abundance which is always more than can be imagined.

With every breath, remember that to experience true abundance is to experience Real freedom and glory in it. I Am ever here with you and I Am your true abundance, always.

Does this mean that I am asking you not to envision those things that would make your life more joyous, more comfortable? Oh, dearest ones, not at all. I Am just asking you to fly higher as well, to know that as you envision your life as you prefer it, you are giving Love an anchor, that Love then may blast apart to open up Love’s Real conduit that is the pure heart beyond the ego’s dreams. It is the freedom of God more vast than the cosmos, but it will use the path into the dreams of your life as the beginning.

Just be prepared for Love’s great blast that opens up dreams of limitation and catapults you through the doorway to the truth and glory of the heart’s true giving that brings you fulfillment, passion, exquisite joy beyond anything even yet experienced, beyond even the touch of the Twin Flame Love at the heart of your being.

When this Love is joined with the purpose of the living Will of God I Am and rushes forth, given your permission to be Love’s Will in action right here on Earth as you, then you shall find that everything you longed for was just a prelude to the Real joy and true fulfillment of this endless freedom of being Love’ expression.

Beloved Lightworkers,

I come this day to speak with you all about the great vibrational changes that are occurring upon your World. There are many shifts occurring within your consciousness, within your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. All that still needs to be cleansed from within you is now coming forth to be acknowledged by you, observed, transmuted and released, even those of you who have been diligently working to clear all that came up for you before and which you had thought that you had cleared, are finding there is still more from the deepest levels of your Beings coming forth to be addressed now.

Know that each of you have great assistance from all of the Angelic Realms, from your Guides and your Teachers and indeed, from your own Great I AM Presence. All is working in synchronicity at this time and we ask you to become aware of these synchronicities within your daily existence, for this is how our guidance comes. Also, I would to remind each of you that you must ask if you wish to receive the downloads of the energies, the DNA upgrades and activations, the activations of your dormant DNA strands, to receive new ideas and creativity, all of these need to be requested, for all is done according to free will choice, and so, we from the Higher planes must wait for your request before we can come to your assistance, before we can allow the new energies to come into your four body systems, so do remember this, Dear Ones. You must ask each day. Start your day by this practice and always ask for that which you desire to embody and manifest from within yourselves. All that is requested that is requested for the Highest Good of all concerned will be granted. Please use that qualifier when you ask.

Many of you are struggling to lift the veils of forgetfulness and I say to you now, Dear Ones, that this time is coming, this time of the lifting of the veils of forgetfulness will soon be upon you. Make this one of your requests each day, and when the Divine timing falls into place for you, it shall be done. Each of you are timed to come into full remembrance according to your part in the Divine Plan. So do not worry that you are behind schedule, do not compare yourselves to others, for you do not know what their part in the Divine Plan is, just ask, Dear Ones, and know that you are always guided and that you will always be activated, if you ask, at precisely the right moment to occur.

The energies on the Earth, within the Earth and around the Earth at this time are the energies of birthing that which is new, that which is in infinite possibilities and so, it is a time for each of you to see yourselves as powerful, magical Beings of Light and Love, creators of the World of joy and peace and harmony, creators of a World of pristine beauty and sparkling clean waters, fresh, sweet, clean air. All of this is now waiting for each of you to align to, for it is already manifest. Each of you can each day state that it is your intent to align with the new Earth reality. See yourselves each day as embodying your Light Bodies and see your heart chakras radiating Golden Light, the Light of the Christ Consciousness and see that Light from your heart chakra radiating out into your higher chakras, creating a great column of Golden Light. This will assist each of you to align to the Highest frequency levels.

As you have probably noticed since the beginning of this month, that the sense of time has sped up and it seems as though it is very difficult to accomplish very much during your daily lives and that is why it is so important, Beloved Ones, to keep on working on raising your vibrational frequencies, for this will not change or abate, this will continue and the only way to stay on top of it is to ensure that each day, you increase your frequency levels. State that you wish to do this, state your intent, for we who surround you can then give you assistance and in this way we magnify your vibrational frequencies, and, also state that you wish to hold and anchor those energies until the next time that you will be working with and requesting the increase of these energies, so that you never lose the momentum that you have gained.

Remember to call upon me, Archangel Michael, and my Legions of Angels, to use my Sword of Truth, to cut all bonds, all that ties and holds you back from entering the New Earth timeline and reality. I shall do this with Love and speed. I am always at your side. All you need do is call upon me.

I come to you with thoughts for you to remember, as you have always known what it is that I put forth to you today. You have always known, you have just forgotten, that you are divine beings of the light. You are each magnificent in your light and you always have been, and you always will be.

There is a remembering, an awakening, of great magnitude upon the planet. We are here, in the higher realms to support you in this time of the great awakening. As you remember, remember first, that Love, is the reason you are here upon the planet earth. Love, is the totality of existence. Love is the All That Is, the defining purpose of everything that ever has been and ever will be.

We ask you to begin the process of returning to this Love of the Creator. You may begin as you awaken each morning, before your thoughts take you in the many directions of your daily life. Sit quietly and breathe in the thought of Love. Sit quietly and let this thought of Love permeate your very being, into every cell of your body. Each cell will remember, as each cell retains the totality of your existence from the beginning of your incarnations on earth. Each cell in your body retains the memory of the Love of the Creator. As you meditate upon the vibration of Love, you activate this vibration, once again in your cells. It is as if your cells are thirsty, and you give them a drink of the elixir of life. This elixir is within you always. Bring this Love forth, each day, and your life will begin to flow in the Divine Source of the All That Is. And you will find that you know, without any doubts, that this is your source and this is your substance, as the vibration of Love radiates from within you. You will have so much Love within you, that you will radiate this Love to all those around you and your sphere of Love will widen and lift up all those who are blessed to come in contact with you.

A Blessed beginning to your day, Beloveds, and one that can change your life and change the world. You will find as the love grows within you daily, you will hold this vibration for longer and longer periods of time and there will come a time when you are Love, you are a living meditation. Begin with this simple process and watch it grow exponentially, as you become the Love Light of the Creator, as you remember that you already are this Love Light.

Remember, I am here with you, I have never left you. You have only to be quiet and breathe deeply, and feel my Presence, feel my Love for you.

Dear Ones,

There are those of the shadows, who have conspired over eons of time to place you in a position of darkness, of fear, of disempowerment through control, and the taking of your personal power. They have succeeded in the past, controlling collective consciousness, by placing humanity in a "herd state". The time has come for humanity, to simply say no to these actions, to simply reject fear, disempowerment, and all that no longer servers the highest good. It is simply a matter of choosing to partake only of that which brings you love, joy, harmony and empowerment. You have free will and you have the choice to be in control of your own destiny. You need not let another decide what you will experience. The mass media has been very effective in the past, sending out fear based messages, asking all of you to focus on fear and disempowerment, telling you that you will only be safe, you will only be taken care of if you do that which is said in these mass media messages. I say to you that the time is past for you to listen to any other guidance expect that which comes from your own inner Divine Self. Your God Self will always guide you to the highest choice, to that which serves your highest good and the highest good of all creation. Give your thought and power, to only that which comes from within your heart, your inner wisdom. When you are bombarded with messages of fear and disempowerment, remember that the divine light will always be empowering. The Divine light is always love, joy, and harmony, uplifting and inspiring. If you are in doubt, filter the messages you are receiving, through your heart center, and ask for validation, ask if it is for you to take as your own. Discard that which is not empowering, that which creates fear, disharmony and discord.

Remember that you have the choice to focus on that which lifts up Mother Earth and humanity. You have the power to radiate love light and the violet flame to all corners of the world. See the violet flame welling up around you, filling you, filling your field, filling Mother Earth, and flowing all around the planet, transforming, transmuting, and neutralizing the darkness, the shadows. Breathe in the light and breathe out love, through you heart center, to Mother Earth, and all life that dwells upon her. You are more powerful than you know. You are able through your courage and your will to transmute all that is being brought forth by those still living in the shadow light. You have the power to surround yourselves and your loved ones in a cocoon of love light, and the violet flame, protected and loved always, by the God source. You have the power to focus your thoughts on that which serves the highest good of all, and the power to transmute and neutralize that which does not. If you could see yourselves as we see you, you would not doubt this for one moment. There are those that still choose fear and cataclysms, and they take this with them wherever they go. Choose, Dear Ones, to be one of those who stand in the Divine light, surrounded by love, always knowing that you are one with the Creator, one with all creation. We are here, standing right next to you, one with you, one with the All That Is.

Not only is the Law of Attraction the most powerful Law in the Universe, but you must understand it before anything else that we offer will be of value. And you must understand it before anything you are living, or anything you observe anyone else living, will make any sense. Everything in your life and the lives of those around you is affected by the Law of Attraction. It is the basis of everything you see manifesting. It is the basis of everything that comes into your experience. An awareness of the Law of Attraction and an understanding of how it works is essential to living life on purpose. In fact, it is essential to living the life of joy that you came forth to live.

The Law of Attraction says: That which is like unto itself, is drawn. When you say, “Birds of a feather flock together,” you are actually talking about the Law of Attraction. You see it evidenced when you wake up feeling unhappy, and then throughout the day things get worse and worse, and at the end of the day you say, “I shouldn’t have gotten out of bed.” You see the Law of Attraction evidenced in your society when you see that the one who speaks most about illness has illness; when you see that the one who speaks most about prosperity has prosperity. The Law of Attraction is evident when you set your radio dial on 630AM and you expect to receive the broadcast from the transmitting tower of 630AM, because you understand that the radio signals between the transmitting tower and your receiver must match.

As you begin to understand—or better stated, as you begin to remember—this powerful Law of Attraction, the evidence of it that surrounds you will be easily apparent, for you will begin to recognize the exact correlation between what you have been thinking about and what is actually coming into your experience. Nothing merely shows up in your experience. You attract it—all of it. No exceptions.

Because the Law of Attraction is responding to the thoughts that you hold at all times, it is accurate to say that you are creating your own reality. Everything that you experience is attracted to you because the Law of Attraction is responding to the thoughts that you are offering. Whether you are remembering something from the past, observing something in your present, or imagining something about your future, the thought that you are focused upon in your powerful now has activated a vibration within you—and the Law of Attraction is responding to it now.

People often explain, in the midst of unwanted things occurring in their experience, that they are certain they did not create such a thing. “I wouldn’t have done this unwanted thing to myself!” they explain. And while we know that you did not deliberately bring this unwanted thing into your experience, we must still explain that only you could have caused it, for no one else has the power to attract what comes to you but you. By focusing upon this unwanted thing, or the essence of it, you have created it by default. Because you did not understand the Laws of the Universe, or the rules of the game, so to speak, you have invited unwanted things into your experience through your attention to them.

To better understand the Law of Attraction, see yourself as a magnet attracting unto you the essence of that which you are thinking and feeling. And so, if you are feeling fat, you cannot attract thin. If you feel poor, you cannot attract prosperity, and so on. It defies Law.

The more you come to understand the power of the Law of Attraction, the more interest you will have in directing your thoughts—for you get what you think about, whether you want it or not. Without exception, that which you give thought to is that which you begin to invite into your experience.

Forgive and Forget

So often what is not said is more clearly the truth than that which is presented as truth. In a recent movie, the hero took the final action into his own hands to battle the bad guys to victory. What was not apparent was that the larger picture had not been solved; the resolution of the drama was but for the moment, other bad guys would live to fight other days, and that the war was not won, victory could be claimed in but a single battle.

I welcome Bren-Ton with his comments on this.

Thank you, Mark, it is my pleasure to return once again. The situation you describe has been so for much of mankind’s history: Battles have been won, new beginning celebrated, but the ultimate solution has evaded the best of intentions. Why? Because the forces of the dark remain so deeply entrenched that the loss of a single battle will not defeat them. It is only by shining the Creator’s light on it that the dark energy will ultimately be overcome.

The big questions remains: Is this possible within the context of current human existence on planet Earth? After all the situation on your planet has remained largely unchanged for thousands of years. The darkness has so overwhelmed ordinary humans that most do not understand how completely they are enslaved. Most simply feel that this is the way things are here, and that this is the way things will continue.

It need not be so. Your brothers and sisters from other planets are showing you the way, showing you how your lives could be much improved. The light of the Creator can infuse itself to the extent that the dark energy will be eliminated. This has been accomplished on other planets that were laboring in darkness; it can happen here also. It is happening here!

You are being bombarded with light energy. It is coming from the craft of your brothers and sisters of distant star systems. It is also coming from other sources. It has overwhelmed the dark energy that has held Earth captive for thousands of years.

You can see it today in the truth that is emerging everywhere, the truth about the misdeeds of those to whom you have given your power, in the machinations of the very wealthy to whom you have given your money, and to the religions to which you have forfeited your souls. The light is bringing all to the surface. It is causing those who are in fear to fight against the truth with fabricated lies, and outspoken defiance of change. At the same time it is causing people of the light to intensify their efforts to bring love to all.

A final great battle, both bloodless and bloody, will soon be fought over the control of this planet. It will touch the lives of everyone; none are immune. The karma of a thousand lifetimes is being played out at these final moments. You are each being presented with the opportunity to decide. Are you going to awaken and choose, or continue to sleep? Are you going to choose the high road and bathe in the light of truth? Are those who are now adhering to the darkness going to turn to the light in these final moments? Are those who are attached to the 3rd dimension going to give up their attachments? You are headed not into the final battle, but into the conclusion of the war that has raged for eons, and you of Earth are at the center of the last great battle of this conflict.

An argument between two people often leaves one of the participants with feelings of discontent. If this is a couple in a relationship, continued arguments may ultimately destroy the relationship. Arguments within families can rage for years, with people unwilling to speak with each other. Arguments between neighbors result in high fences and other retaliations and barriers. Only if there is love, in addition to forgiveness, can an argument be resolved in such a way that both parties put aside the hurt inflicted.

Disagreements between towns and cities are settled in a court of law, but the losing side may harbor resentment against the winner; the same is true of most adjudications. Anything that requires the expense and emotions of a trial probably leaves the plaintiff or the defendant as the loser. This does little to settle continuing resentment. Corporations habitually seek ways to outdo their competitors. The loser in these battles is tarnished and resentment can be buried deep within the corporate culture.

Nations fight with their neighbors about a boundary, about incursions of one into the other, about trade complications, or about pollution by the other. Often these are adjudicated; sometimes they are settled by war. When nations make war on each other, the outcome is determined by the power of the victor. The loser is left with a wreck to its economy, its populace, and its land. Most often the results of war tarnish the relationship between the two parties for generations.

Bloody uprisings are generally the result of people who do not have other options. Terrorism takes advantage of this situation. This is the case in the Middle East where age-old grievances have never been satisfactorily resolved. In this region fear dominates so strongly that love of one’s neighbor is seldom even discussed.

In each of these cases, from altercations to war to uprisings, those involved are choosing force, rather than the opportunity to resolve by love, justice, or mutual respect. Living in love, the most powerful force in the universe, can resolve disagreements, and heal the results of war.

Wars, uprisings, and altercations are the present human condition on Earth. It has been this way for many thousands of years; little has changed. Everything from disagreements to wars is settled by force, the power of wealth, the force of law, or the dictates of religion. Little has been settled by applying the power of love. Even those altercations that appear on the surface to be mutually resolved may leave a stain on the psyche of individuals, corporations, or countries. Until that unconscious stain can be resolved with love, it remains a festering lesion that can once again erupt to cause friction.

We who observe your planet see the damages to your psyches. We see that only love will cure the damages wrought by the dark energy that turned you from loving people into fearful, competitive, and self-seeking humanity.

You are being called to journey with Earth as she transforms to a brilliant sphere of love. Those who live in love, those who can raise their frequency beyond resentment will accompany her. Those who choose not to undertake that effort to will not accompany her. Earth will be a planet of peace; only the peaceful will reside with her. It is by your choice, by the actions you undertake at this time that you indicate your willingness to behave in this way.

Undertake forgiveness. Undertake good will. Put aside judgments. Live with love and caring for others. Set an example of these as you walk your talk. Most importantly, replace memories of wrongs committed with love: Forgive and forget.

Releasing Limiting Beliefs

Beloved I am here; I am Archangel Metatron here and happy to be of service. You have asked how you can release limiting beliefs. Know that this is a very important topic for many to understand at this time. From the time of childhood you have begun to accept certain truths, you have learned the way the world works from your parents, your peers, your schooling and the media. You have learned what you believe to be true, but there is a higher truth to replace your now outdated knowledge.

Beloved you are able to attract into your life anything that you desire; yet you carry with you limiting patterns, thoughts, and beliefs that are getting in your way. On one hand you affirm to yourself that you are abundant, and this is true, but unless you let go of the aspect of yourself that believes in scarcity, you cannot fully step into and allow the abundance into your life.

There is good news however, no matter how much muck we will call it that you have accumulated, no matter how many limiting thought patterns and beliefs you have come to believe as truth, these can all be undone and replaced with divine truth. How is this done you are wondering… it is accomplished through love.

Allow yourself now to be surrounded by the light of love. Imagine a big warm blanket of light being placed over you now, feel the warmth, the truth, and the happiness. We anchor this light upon you now. With this blanket of love over you, no more limiting thoughts can be placed upon you unknowingly, the scarcity and fear that is projected by your society and world will now bounce off, this blanket is un penetratable from the outside, but it will allow out, the thoughts that no longer serve you.

As you go along in your everyday life, closely pay attention to your feelings, and ask your self often how do I feel. You have become accustomed to simply accepting however you are feeling as truth, and I tell you now that you are fully responsible for how you feel. If you feel sad, or down, this is simply your universal guidance letting you know that you are out of line with the truth of the universe, when you are feeling down it is because you are placing limiting thoughts on yourself, and this is simply unnecessary. So begin to ask yourself how you are feeling and if the answer is joyful, happy, and alive, you are on track, continue doing what you are doing and stay in joy, remember this feeling so you can return to it.

Now, if when you ask yourself how you are feeling you find the answer is lousy, sad, or angry you will know that it is time to call upon my assistance. Simply ask Archangel Metatron, I am experiencing limiting beliefs, please take them from me. By simply asking this you will feel a lightening of your energy, and know that I am indeed there with you. Also, consciously surrounding yourself with the blanket of light once again, when the light makes contact with your body, envision all your limiting thoughts and patterns being pulled out of you, extracted and dissolved.

Darkness cannot exist in the same space as light, so imagine the light expanding and filling your body, poring into you through your chakras, your skin, and your energetic fields. You are filled with light and where there is light darkness cannot remain, allow your energy to lift, being to remember a happy memory, or create a story of what happiness looks like to you now. Know that abundance is your truth, and unconditional love is your very nature, your being.

Your energy will continue to lift and now envision this blanket of light merging with your aura, like a protective shield. You are protected, and now when any thought patterns that are limiting (and you will know they are limiting because they take you out of your joy) remember that you are surrounded in a blanket of light, acknowledge this shield and it will once again activate, removing the limiting, and making room for the love, the abundance and your truth.

I am here for you as are your own angels and guides to assist you in removing your blockages and tapping into your truth. Your joy and happiness, aliveness, brings us much joy. Hello, I am Archangel Azrael, and many of you may know me to be an angel of death and this is true. I am there to assist in the crossing over of humans back into the spiritual realm once their time in the physical is complete. This however is not my only purpose for you see as an Archangel I am not limited by the physical and linear constraints you perceive as time and space. I am everywhere and everything. That being said, I come to you today to speak on ascension.

What is ascension? Concisely put ascension is the raising of frequency and this is what is happening to your planet and your species at this time. For you see, each and every one of you are much more than you perceive. Yes you exist in a physical plane where you can see, feel, touch, taste and smell your surrounds but the reality of your situation is that this reality you know to be true is rather an illusion and you are much more. Yes you are a physical being. Your soul has chosen to incarnate onto the Earth at this specific time for growth and lessons but also to teach and help others. You are so much more than a physical being, you too are everything and everyone.

Humanity has been under the control of a power for sometime. There exist beings who believe that all species and races cannot work together to experience love and abundance. While this is simply not true, it has manifest control, fear, and scarcity on your planet.

Ascension, is remembering that only love is real. Ascension is remembering that yes you are physical but you are also divine. As individuals, as a race, a species, you are reconnecting with your multidimensional selves, the aspects of you that exist in realities beyond your physical. As you realize your own truth of multidimensionality and divinity you empower others and your planet to do the same. As your individual vibration increases so can your planets.

So what may you do? For starters choose love in all areas of your life, this enables the light codes of your higher self to be fully activated in your physical body. This allows you the means to fully ascend. Full ascension is when you will be fully aware of yourself in all dimensions. This is where you are headed and as long as you keep choosing love you shall achieve. It is quite simple really, choose love and ascend, and yet so many of you try to overcomplicate things.

We in the realms above understand that it is not easy for you to always choose love, but you must for the sake of your race, for humanity to continue.

Quiet time for meditation and reflection is of the utmost importance for you at this time. Reading article after article does not provide you with the knowing necessary to ascend. Rather remembering your divinity by looking within your own heart will fill your being with light that is true knowledge. Fully activating your light body and sending the necessary love and support to your planet to help her to ascend and quite frankly to save the world.

Now it is time for you to claim your power my friends.

Greetings Dear Ones for I AM KRYON of Magnetic Service.

It is wonderful to be here with you all in Salzberg this night, this very night. There is much love in the air and there is much change. Change is coming but all the change that comes is for the better. The change will come with love. Love is the only answer, love is the only way. There are becoming more and more problems on this planet. As the population of the earth plane grows it creates many, many problems and the way that the earth is run at the moment, the way of life, is no longer sustainable. There is a new shift of energy coming. A shift first of all into Christ consciousness and the next shift is into a consciousness with no name but it will be consciousness where all creation is created through love.

As you go through your healing processes and you become clear you will no longer be creating through negative emotion. There is logic in healing and the more and more you heal yourself the more you will understand. You will understand the logic behind the healing for there is logic in love and logic in healing. The more skilled you become at healing yourself the easier your healing will go. Healing means to make whole; and by definition we are all fragmented. It is a step by step process to heal the fragmented inner child. This healing can only happen through love, through loving yourself, through concentration and understanding, by allowing Spirit to flow through your body. Spirit will regenerate your body. Allow yourselves and your DNA to flow. Love is the only way.

Close your eyes and allow spirit to enter this room. Your spirit guides are at your feet and the angelic realm is becoming more and more present. Allow your hearts to open to everybody in the room sending and receiving love to and from everybody in the room. Allow the love to flow connecting with each other, with the Divine for you need the love of spirit to enjoy a functional life. We always say in these channellings love is the only way, love is the only answer. So let the love flow like the Salzag flows through Salzberg, just let the love flow. Let the feelings come and let the feelings go… be with yourself, take time out to feel yourself, feel what it feels like to be you… life is a feeling not an intellectual process. What you are feeling you will create, what you are not feeling you won’t create. When you are feeling love you will create a loving reality, when you are feeling angry you will create an angry reality, when you feel hurt you will create a hurtful reality. So take the time to observe your feelings, and let the feelings come and let the feelings go. We say once again; life is a feeling not an intellectual process.

We are here this night, this very night to take you into a new world, a world where love flows. You never see the Salzag stop; but human beings stop the flow of their love and the reason for this is the inner child. The fragmented wounded inner child is hurt or full of fear, often fear stops the flow of love. All wounding is surrounded around the energy of love. Observe yourself, observe your breath, and feel your feelings. Allow the love to flow… let the love flow through your heart into the heart of everybody in the room and receive love from everybody in the room. Allow your vibrations to go higher and higher and higher. You are all being lifted into a new vibration of love this night, this very night and you are being fully supported by spirit world. Feel the thickness of the spirit around you, feel Spirit descending on you like a spiritual blanket. Letting the feelings come and letting the feelings go, just being with yourself, loving yourself.

You are being led into a world of change. But first of all the change must happen on the inside. Emotions create thoughts which create your reality. Thoughts create emotions which create your reality. Once again let the feelings come and let the feelings go. Let the love flow, let the love come and let the love go. As you let the love come and let it go then more can come and more can go and the love will expand in your body. For the journey of life is to be creating out of pure love and the new energy, that I as Kryon bring, is co-creation in pure love. You are creating consistently 24 hours a day and you are creating out of love and out of negative emotion at the same time. Allow the love to flow and drop deeper and deeper and deeper into your bodies and where you feel any pain in your bodies just place your awareness, or maybe any negative emotion. At the core of your pain or negative emotion you will find a wounded aspect of your inner child. Let the feelings come and let the feelings go.

The time has come for the new world to enter your bodies and we want your vibration high for the vibration of the new world is a high vibration, a love filled vibration, a vibration where you can create a new world for yourself. So allow this new world to flow into your bodies. The new world is going to flow into your body from right to left so just feel this new world coming into your bodies… and as this new energy comes into your bodies it will dissolve the old energies that no longer support the new world.

The time has come Dear Ones, to live your life in a different way for too much creation happens through anger, through hurt, through resentment. Allow this energy of the new world to flow through your bodies, cleansing, releasing and purifying your bodies, allowing the love to flow from left to right. Allow yourself to think of a personal problem and allow this new energy of the new world to flow through this problem. All a problem is is an absence of love… you are being taken into a new world, a new existence. You are already creating your own new reality but more and more of your reality will be created out of pure love. So as your problem releases allow your dream to manifest. Think of a dream you wish to manifest and allow this new energy to flow into your dream, energizing your dream… whatever your dream is. Your dream and is only a dream because of fear… your dream would be manifest if it weren’t for fear, so allow this new energy to flow through the fear and allow it to release and dissolve the fear. Just be with yourselves in this moment… and feel what you feel.

We are going to raise the vibration in the room even more so you can see what the new world will look like. Allow you vibrations to go higher and higher and higher. There is much fear of this new world and also much hope of the new world. Just hand over the hope and the fear as your vibrations rise. Allow the vibrations to rise, allowing your energies to be cleansed and purified… observe the new world from the TV screen of your inner mind and let the love flow… let the love flow into this new world and in this new world observe your parents and your children for this new world belongs to you. It is a new world where you will co-create your world with Spirit and you will have much more energy. One of the simple reasons for this is that so much or your energies are negative and they are against your dream in this present moment. This reason for this is the wounded inner child and this inner child needs to be seen and needs to be healed.

Dear Ones, we are entering a time where so many people have done so much work and now those of the new age that have done that work are beginning to break through into the new world. Soon there will be enough that have made the change that will change mass consciousness and this is going to happen very shortly and when this happens a blanket of love will descend over the planet cleansing and purifying all of humanity and we allow this blanket to descend over you, this small group here in Salzberg this night this very night. Allow this blanket of love to descend and cleanse and purify your energies and just feel the feeling, feel this blanket of love descend and flow all over you.

This night, this very night, we are releasing from your energies the energies of destruction and bringing this energy of destruction into balance. Sometimes you need to break something down to rebuild it but too often on the earth plane the energy of destruction is used for the wrong reasons. So allow the release of the energy of destruction from your bodies… allow yourselves to feel your bodies and be in this space and just know that you can always have this vibration… In a short period of time you will be able to hold and maintain this energy, for the love is beginning to flow like a mountain stream, your hearts are being opened so the flow can continue, a continuous flow. So feel the flow of love through your hearts without this stop/start energy… with this energy your healing will become so much easier… allow the love to flow.

You are the love, become the love, just be the love and observe your life from this new dimension. What would you do differently in your life from this vibration?
Allow the love to flow and observe your new life, the new world, and become that world… in this moment you are that world…

The Process of Quieting the Ego

I come to you my friends today to discuss how to quiet the ego. The ego has been with you since birth. It was originally used to aid your abilities in gathering food and building shelter for the less evolved of your species. But now you have evolved into beings that realize that there is a soul-self, that there is more to being here on Earth than just to live and survive. You had a mission that you agreed to before coming here and taking human form. The ego is not needed in the society that you have today. You are not cave dwellers or apes anymore. So the ego is not necessary nor is it needed. It will hinder your mission in this lifetime if you do not learn how to control it and put it aside. You can also completely get rid of the ego part of your human existence. It really isn’t that hard but it takes practice and most of all patience.

First you must recognize that the ego will bring about negative emotions that you will turn on yourself and others: self doubt, anger, fear, being afraid, jealously, negativity, etc. These emotions do not have a place in the soul-self world. The soul-self only speaks in places of peace, love, happiness, joy, friendship, honesty, trust, and faith.

To quiet the ego is to realize the moment when these emotions are creeping up and rearing their ugly heads. In this moment ask yourself, “What am I feeling right now, right this second?” Be simple about it and don’t analyze everything- “What emotions are you feeling?” If the answer is any emotion that is tied to the ego, then you are not really “in the moment” and speaking from the soul-self. You need to then put the ego aside. Ask that your soul-self be heard, notice your surroundings, shut off the “chatter” in your head and observe your surroundings. What is beautiful? What animals are around? Is it day or night? Make simple observations. In those observations did you feel any negative emotions? The answer should be No. If not, then you really haven’t shut down the ego and quieted the mind. This will get easier with practice. Make sure that you practice
everyday, every second of the day.

Now that you have made observations and have not connected to negative emotions you are speaking form the soul-self. Ask, in the moment, that the piece of ego that has just showed itself be taken from you. Call upon Spirit, your Guides, the Divine Mother, the Angels, or even me- Archangel Michael- to take this piece of ego from you. Know then that that piece of ego has been destroyed. It may help to use “bigger” words instead of just “take it from me”. You can say “Destroy, Annihilate the piece of ego that has just shown itself. I no longer wish to have it be a part of me.” Be specific in what you ask and be sincere. You will not get the affect you want or need if you are hanging onto the emotions created by the ego. It needs to be done everyday and in every moment that you feel that you are not speaking form the soul-self. It is a lot of work my dear friends but it
is well worth it.

After you have spent some time recognizing and working on destroying the parts of the ego, you will be ready to move to the next step. When you are at a place that you can easily see the ego for what it is, you can then start looking at its affects. You have increased your awareness and are more removed from the ego then whenst you begun this process. A good portion of the ego has been removed and you can now start to safely analyze what emotions that have occurred in the past, the present emotions, and how that affects your attitudes and the way you respond to and treat others. You will be able to do this safely since you won’t slip back into the ego. I would suggest that you not try to analyze things at the beginning of this process because you will easily slip into the ego, creating even more negative emotions than when you started. But when you are ready you will begin to see your behavioral patterns and how you just react to situations and people before you really think about it. You will be able to omit these patterns from your life as you destroy the egos in you. This is a process my dear ones, one not to be taken lightly. You need to work every day. The ego is large and can only be destroyed in small pieces at a time. The emotions are many and are strong when it comes to the ego. They removed overnight. Trust in the process and most of all trust in yourself. Soon you will see the changes.

If everyone spoke from the soul-self the world would be a better place. The challenge is yours my friends. Are you ready to put the ego aside and start down the road to a happier more fulfilling life?

I come to you today my children to discuss love. Love not as you know it, but unconditional love. Unconditional love- for yourself, for others, and for the Universe. Love as you know it has “strings attached”, boundaries, and labels. We
the Angels do not love in this manner. Love as you know it is infected by manmade aspects and attitudes- materialism, wealth, power, “what someone looks like”, “what you can do for me?” etc. You live in a world where unconditional love is rare and not well understood. My message for you today is about unconditional love.

You must quiet the ego and settle the mind so that the soul-self can remember its duties for this lifetime and also so that the soul-self can practice unconditional love. The soul knows of this magical feeling, emotion, self sacrificing thing that is called unconditional love. It is not the “love of a mother for her child”- dubbed the strongest bond to you humans. It is what arises when the soul-self it allowed to emerge from its slumber, not to be quieted by the ego. It is what will naturally happen when the soul-self is allowed to speak and interact with other soul beings. When the ego is quieted, then the soul can truly emerge and you can be the being you were meant to be in this lifetime.

So how do you quiet the ego you ask? Well it is pretty simple. Anger, fear, denial, strife, bigotry, etc- are all emotions that the ego controls (ego emotions). The soul-self only knows love, happiness, joy, and peace. When you feel yourself experiencing the violent destructive emotions, ask yourself why? What is this accomplishing for me? If the answer is anything other than- to allow the soul-self to act and carry out its mission here on Earth- then you are not speaking from the soul-self. To be truly present in the moment is to be one with the soul-self. Quiet the mind- a cluttered mind and the background talking is only the ego trying to distract you from allowing the soul-self to emerge.

Practice quieting the mind and being one in the moment- meditate, and also really see your surroundings, this will allow you to be one with the moment. It will take much practice and you will ”slip” several times back into the ego emotions, but know that it will be easier each time you practice being one with the soul-self. Once the soul-self can emerge it is easier for you to raise your vibrations to be able to communicate with your Spirit Guides and the Angels. We will always be there to help you, but you must practice. A little time each day is all that is needed. But be consistent my dear ones and all will be revealed in a short time. Concentrate on quieting the ego emotions and allowing the soul-self to speak. Ask each day that you receive help form Spirit/God your Guides and the Angels, that you may speak from the soul-self and that the ego remains quiet. Ask that you be allowed situations in your day to work on the soul-self and to test that the ego is quiet. This will be a big challenge at first but you will realize how you just react to situations instead of responding from the soul-self.

Your world will change once you allow the soul-self to govern your life and how you interact with others. It truly can happen my dear ones. Do not be afraid. There is no room for fear and fear does not exist in the soul world. So much happiness is awaiting you if you would just allow it to happen. Work every day and be conscious of how you treat others and how you respond to situations. Soon you will see your habits and crutches and will be able to make changes. Now is the time to make great changes in your life. Seize the moment and take control of your destiny. Allow the soul-self to speak and your life will never be the same.

With wonderful synchronicity, the monthly conference call with Lord Metatron brought forth by Carolyn Evers is scheduled to occur during the solar eclipse. This will be in 4 hours from now as I write this, however the energies of the eclipse began to arrive in earnest over 4 hours ago by my reckoning. It's 6:30am here (Australia) and the energies have me buzzing, having been unable to sleep - and as you read this, you will understand why.

Before each conference call in this series, as well as the monthly Voices from Heaven calls (currently with Mother Mary) and the Archangel Michael series, Carolyn takes down a message ahead of the call to share at the beginning of the call. Unsurprisingly, Lord Metatron's message is about the eclipse. It is such an exciting and profound message that Carolyn has asked that I share it with you. So here goes...

Today is a day of magnificence. You know we feel that away about every moment, but today there is something special happening in the heavens. There has been much talk about today's eclipse and it is right that humanity become aware of this day.
I won't discuss the mechanics of eclipses as you are well aware of how this phenomenon works. What I want to discuss is yes, while this is the direct result of Source's energy coming to Earth, you were meant to be on Earth at this auspicious time.

What might not be remembered is that this is the moment when there is a change in the physical body that is very laudable and very special in the sense that humanity has been waiting for this particular energy for a very long time.

We have spoken about the fall into the dense dimension that all of humanity now resides in. We have spoken about the fact that there was an appointed time when that moment was to be reversed, and the energies would be on Earth again when there would be an upward climb to the dimension above the one where humanity presently resides.
This is the moment. This is the time when the particles are beginning to change. This is the moment when destiny is again in the reach of humanity.
Now there will be a general change and there will be an individual change. Generally this change will affect all in a certain respect, but it will affect those whose sights are on the spiritual path in a more robust manner.

Those who are already open to the light will feel the impulses as an urge to fulfill what is before you. You see, so much of what you have been following presently is the result of the prompting of your immortal soul and now this energy that is here will connect or harden a bridge between the conscious and unconscious mind.
All will not be affected in the same manner. You will receive this connection based upon the manner in which you have been working on the spiritual path in the past. Some gifts are given to all and some gifts are given in measure according to one's efforts.

This is how humanity will find themselves presently. Those who have been indifferent to the messages of their soul or shall we say inspiration to the higher aspects of desires and actions, might not feel any change, but those who are cognicent of their spiritual selves will feel these energies in a more direct manner based upon their connection to their spiritual selves.

These connections will be felt more dramatically during the next week. This is the beginning of a foundation for this implementation. It will not be immediate, but will slowly filter into your consciousness.

Those who are bordering on the spiritual gifts of clairvoyance and the like will find their gifts start to unfold. Those who haven't begun this process yet will become one step closer to opening up these doorways to your spiritual gifts.
As we said, this is a momentous moment for other reasons also. Besides connecting the conscious mind to the unconscious mind you will also start to see and feel changes in the physical. These changes will be subtle at first but in about a week you will start to see changes in your personal emotions. You will start to feel a new type of love.

Earlier this was called agape, and this form is a special kind of love as it is love for all of humanity. Yes, while you did feel love for others you might say, you will feel a quickening of this love. You will enter a new doorway in this sense.
This is the beginning of the comprehension of what the ONENESS means. This is the beginning of what you have called a gathering of all particles on your plane where there is an attraction and coherence with regard to the past, present and future.
This is why spiritual unfolding is beginning on an accelerated basis. The connection between the human soul and the essence of what is in the world is coming together in a heightened manner. You will start to understand what connected into one voice will FEEL like. Up to now this has been a spiritual concept. You will start to understand what it feels like to hold connections to everyone in the world and to the essence of Mother Nature herself.

With this comes a renewal of the soul in a sense. The adversities that you have experienced in the recent past will seem to be understood in a manner that hasn't been there before. You will also start to understand spirit in a manner and degree that wasn't there either. This understanding along with your actions is a true understanding of your Mastery.

With this you will also begin to understand on a level what your journey is all about. You see, up to this point you held this information on a subconscious manner. When the subconscious and conscious self begin to merge, an understanding comes forth and you will begin to feel a peace that you haven't experienced in the past.
This is peace of the soul that is entering your conscious awareness. Up to now you might say that there has been a cloud between your soul and you, the ego. This cloud begins to dissipate and you will notice this starting within the next week. There is great glory in all of this.

We come forth to bless you and to reconnect with you in a manner that you haven't felt before. You and I are one in the secret recesses of the soul.

Greetings Dear Ones for I AM KRYON of Magnetic Service.
It is wonderful to be in Graz this evening, this stormy night. There is much energy in the air, there is much change in the air, for a whole new world beckons, a whole new world is waiting to dawn and the spirit world is helping this along. Allow spirit to come into the room and fill the room and allow the love to come, for there is much love. Dear Ones those spirit guides that are closest to you are with you this night. Allow them to be close to you, allow them to be with you. A whole new world is dawning, a world created out of pure love.

As you do the work, your inner work, you begin to set yourselves free. There is much fear with the economy and how things will work out, but Dear Ones, don’t worry! If you feel worried then let the feeling of worry come and let the feeling of worry go. For the next few months you will be challenged; to step out of a fear based reality and step into a love based reality will not be easy. The secret is to stay present, know that everything is okay in the moment, for there is a collapse coming in the way business is done and ethics are being put in place so that it becomes a fairer and more honest world.

We know there is great concern around this issue and there is great imbalance in this world and it looks like the economic powers are moving eastwards, but you have to know that you are conscious people, becoming more and more conscious for most of you are addicted to work on yourselves by now, if we can use the word addicted. Many of you feel a great love and a great passion for your inner work and, Dear Ones, your inner work is about to pay off. As we say a new world beckons but so is a new you for as you release your issues and your negative energies love will take its place and love is taking its place.

The planets are moving into a special constellation where there is to be a total collapse of the old world and a new world will take its place. You can describe it as a death and a rebirth. For those of you who have reached into the depths of your own soul you will begin to realize the new world. Dear Ones, you are deeply, deeply honoured for the work you are doing and you are loved for absolutely no reason whatsoever.

We ask you to close your eyes and put your feet flat on the floor and allow yourselves to connect to the heart of Mother Earth… And feel this connection to the heart of Mother Earth and let the love flow from the heart of Mother Earth into the souls of your feet and let the energies flow through your legs into your thighs and through your chakras, let it spiral through all your chakras and out through your crown chakra connecting to the heart of the Great Central Sun. Get in touch with the feelings that are in your bodies, let the feelings come and let the feelings go for the new world will enter you through the feeling realm… let the feelings come and let the feelings go, and allow for a connection through the crown chakra from the heart of the Great Central Sun, and once again allow this energy to flow through your crown chakra and flow through all your other chakras, just observing the flow of energy and let it flow out of the base chakra and connect to the heart of Mother Earth. Allow your hearts to expand and to open and to connect with the person sitting next to you, behind you and in front of you. Just allow your hearts to expand and just let the love begin to flow… let the love begin to expand… let the love flow wherever it needs to flow… just like a river, let the love flow.

Dear Ones, one of the most important things is that you love yourselves; it is for you to forgive yourselves for whatever you need forgiving for and allow the love to flow. We always say in these channellings let the feelings come and let the feelings go. When have you ever sat beside the banks of a river and said to the river “allow the river to flow, let the flow come and let it go”? It never happens rivers always flow. So what is it on the inside of you that stops the love flowing that we have to keep saying “let the feelings come and let the feelings go”. The reason for this is the wounded inner child, your ancestors, it is now time to heal the wounds of your ancestors and, Dear Ones, we bring new methods for healing that increase the speed of healing and allow the love to flow so much easier and we will start this night with the 7 Magical Healing Energies of Kryon.

The first is the energy of responsibility. So open yourselves up to the energies of responsibility, for responsibility is not what it seems. When you open yourself up to the energy of responsibility you allow the answers to your problems to come and spirit will bring you the answers, not 99% of the time but 100% of the time, always, always, always without fail. So accept responsibility and allow the energies of responsibility to flow through your crown chakra and through your body, and when these beautiful energies come in energies must release that don’t support the energies of responsibility and they will release in the feeling of negative feelings, so whatever you are feeling is absolutely appropriate as you let in the energies of responsibility.

It is the same with the thoughts, if you are still having negative thoughts as a result of allowing the energy of responsibility in, this is absolutely appropriate. So let the feelings come and let the feelings go, let the thoughts come and let the thoughts go and allow more and more responsibility to flow through your body… You are all light vibrations and energy and the energy of responsibility is another frequency so as you let the frequency of responsibility into your body it will release other frequencies that don’t support this. So let the feelings come and let the feelings go…

The next is the energy of apology. As you allow the energies of apology into your own bodies it will allow you to become more and more receptive to the energies of love and forgiveness. Allow this energy of apology to flow through your bodies just dropping deeper and deeper into your bodies… allow the energy of apology to flow through your body… allow the energy of apology to let your bodies become soft and gentle… allow all external noises to take you deeper and deeper and deeper… drop deeper and deeper and deeper into your bodies and allow spirit to bring to you what you need to apologize to yourself for. One of the reasons could be that you have chosen a very, very difficult lifetime; there could be an early death of your parents, a sibling dying in the family or difficult traumas to work through. This can create a very angry inner child; at least aspects of you inner child to be angry… and that can cause you to be angry with you inner child and your inner child to be angry with you. There can be an inner conflict between the inner adult you and the inner child you. So allow the energy of apology to flow through you and all parts of you that could be angry with your inner child. This is you taking responsibility for your inner child and so it is for you to fill with the energy of apology so that your inner child can see that something is changing inside of you, so that you can break this catch 22 situation on the inside. At the same time let the feelings come and let the feelings go… allow this stale-mate inside yourself to shift.

The next is the energy of forgiveness. First of all it is really important to forgive yourself for all of the difficulties you have created in your life. Often bad decisions affect the lifetime. Allow the energy of forgiveness to flow through your body, forgiving yourself and once again just observing your feelings, letting the feelings come and letting the feelings go, letting your thoughts come and letting your thoughts go… allow the energy of forgiveness to flow all through your body… let spirit bring to you what you need forgiveness for. Once again letting the feelings come and let the feelings go…

The next is the energy of love, so allow the energy of love to flow through your body and allow yourselves to fill with love. Letting the love come and letting the love go… the more love you let come the more you can let go of. So just allow the love to come and allow the love to go, for hanging on to love turns the love stale… let the love come and let the love go, letting the love become like a river, allow a constant flow of love but first of all the love belongs to you… and once again as the love comes in the energies that don’t support love will release… allow love to flow through your body and love will heal any erosion, let the love flow wherever it needs to flow…

The next is the energy of surrender, which means to hand it over. So whatever the problem or issue is, just hand it over, hand it over to the Divine for the Divine will resolve this issue… whatever behaviours don’t work for you hand them over… whatever problems you have hand them over… These behaviours and patterns are what keeps you disconnected from the Divine. So once again let the feelings come and let the feelings go… One of the very important things on this spiritual path should be that your inner mother loves your inner father and if there are issues in that department allow those issues to be surrendered. Let the feelings come and letting the feelings go…

The next is the energy of gratitude. Once again allow the gratitude to flow through your bodies filling you with love and grace. The more gratitude, and grace, that is in your body the more in alignment with Divine will you are. So let the gratitude flow through your bodies, letting the feelings come and letting the feelings go… Once you are filled with gratitude and grace you walk that mystical path between heaven and earth as a magical child, a magical being, of the Universe. Once again letting the feelings come and let the feelings go, for as the gratitude comes into your body what doesn’t support the gratitude will release…

The last and the final is the energy of letting go. It is like a tree in the autumn letting its leaves go, for the leaves no longer serve the tree in the winter time so let’s release whatever no longer serves you. Once again letting the feelings come and let the feelings go, and know that to cling onto things is the root of all your suffering. Allow yourself to flow with the cycles of your life, letting go can only create space for receiving. So as you let go let the new come, let your dreams come to life, and those that you can no longer live let them go… let them go… stop looking at the past, come into the present and hold your space…

For Dear Ones, there is a new world coming and you need the space for the new world… you are the ones that are bringing in the new world, you are the first to go and you will be the first to receive the new world, a world where you create your reality purely through love, a world far more beautiful and far more spacious with so much love and perfect weather. Whatever you dream of you will begin to create through the energy of love. So, Dear Ones lets allow the doors of the church of love to open once again.

A Brief History
The Ten Principles of Consciously Creating are tenets of ancient wisdom which were nearly lost in the burning of the Alexandrian Libraries several thousand years ago, when between 400,000 and 700,000 books and scrolls perished. According to Master Kirael, some 200,000 volumes survived the fires. Of these surviving scrolls, a select few were retrieved by the Guidance Realm to be re-introduced at a point in the evolution of the planet when they would be best understood and utilized by humanity. The Ten Principles of Consciously Creating were recorded in one such document, and pre-date the Libraries at Alexandria. These Principles were practiced by enlightened ancient societies, such as Lemuria, some 50,000 years ago.

The Ten Principles are here because we are experiencing a Great Shift in Consciousness. The confusing thing here is humanity gets confused about the commitment they have with the self and what the charity should be that stays at home and of course these are put into balance or imbalance through the scales of guilt, so with bringing the Christ Consciousness into a more profound and clear vibration comes the understanding now for you to embrace the self as a Christed Being. Let the judgement fall away, let the expectation fall away and embrace with purity, love and Light all that you KNOW is possible and how do you know this? You experienced it before be that active or as a observer, you know the true essence of Creation deep within, and in the same way many has to support each other to create a collective awareness in the name of war, why not create support amongst many to spread awareness in the name of LOVE. Then in this same way begin to see love as a united oneness energy that is ALWAYS the same.
Dear ones, beloved beings, the essence of this energy comes to life through you reflecting this from your inner being, reflecting out to everyone and not to make different situations comply according to the love that you believe it to be. Do not give this kind of love to this being and that kind of love to that being because of your judgment for this is conditional. To get into the Grace that is released through the presence of unconditional love you need to understand how you create your reality, this means claiming your truth, your honesty thus divineness and then by claiming to love the self as all others you have to be prepared to bring these vibrations to life sharing this with all on which ever level of understanding they may be able to relate to it. In this lies no judgement henceforth if you are not able to share the same love from one to another then the question here is for you to ask yourself ‘Where does this love come from’? Is this projected through the lower heart aspect? Is this love projected through the higher sacral aspect or is this infact a mind-generated love reflected through the third eye? These are the questions you need to ask of the self.
The current and unfolding energy is about compassion, care, and recognition of sacredness beginning with the self, thus see this in all others, for if you are not able to recognise the oneness and unity purity within the self you will not be able to successfully pass this on to others so what we are bringing across here is that now is a truly important time to be at one with the self which brings us back to today’s message.
Lady in audience coughs profusely - Mary Magdalene spoke to the group to assist her by opening some windows and getting water etc then made everyone do a exercise reflecting healing towards her throat and then towards their own throat chakras using Reiki, charging the throat chakra with love and beauty and the ability to communicate that which we believe in and also to communicate to the self that which we don’t understand as yet. She asked everyone to bless their throats with the ability to anchor truth, to trust the self and the inner child. She then guided all to invoke the Blue Ray and to reflect this through the palm chakras into the throat to soothe all of the irritations we still have to face and being blessed with the confidence to do so. She then asked the group to turn their palm chakras out to face the person opposite within the circle and to look them in the eye giving your love vibrations to them and in this way confirm that we love ourselves as we love all others and visa versa. MM: Obstruction in the throat is mainly caused by the inability to express your truth. As ambassadors for The Christ Energy you are given this opportunity within this lifetime (as you requested) to integrate extreme high vibrations thus frequencies of colour and sound which support your transcendence from a lower vibration or a single carbon density into an infinite silica density thus crystalline vibration. In the process of transforming your energy from that which is limited to that which knows no bounds, anchoring into that which has the need to expand and explore, the need to dance through the universe embracing the universes beyond with infinite expression, you need to integrate and understand these things that not only I Mary Magdalene but many others share with you at this time, through many beings in many ways, through vessels, transmitters, channels what ever you prefer calling these. The answers to all truly lies within and you are able to integrate these simply by being yourself which is why authenticity is so important. You need to be in your own passion for if you are not you wont be able to give unto another with compassion for compassion is unconditional love in expression thus in action expressing deep care.
Lightworkers especially are being asked to be very aware of that which you project out to others for many are creating subconscious schools of thought and followings merely through that which you project, some of these are as old as time itself. Even though you may be from different pockets or schools of thought you are asked to link hands using the tools given to you through miracles or magic, and for these to be shared amongst all that resonates with it, for you are not meant to go in different directions but rather to interweave these through the action behind the truth that ‘opposites attract’ creating balance in a ‘new way’ so that you can be live through a whole new energy, the same new energy that shall one day give unto you a clear-cut wake-up call about unity and oneness which shall in no uncertain terms present you with every confirmation you have ever needed when it comes to your Christedness within.
The energy being beamed forth at present initiated through the 6:6 Gateway is gifted from 12 avenues of Christed direction each blessing the planet with a specific energy or train of thought along with the understanding these through your way of Being. These Christ Rays will bring unto this planet even more profound gentleness and love than ever possible before, in other words as the density layers are being lifted from the blankets of unconsciousness that humanity to eagerly enfolds themselves a complacent trance within, these new Christ Rays will infiltrate matrixes and densities previously hard to reach laying down blankets of love which we from beyond this realm weave into your reality one stitch at a time connecting hearts throughout worlds. This heart energy is the core energy beamed forth from these 12 directions which are initiated this day beamed forth from the heart aspect of the beings that carry the energy of these physical planets or energies or systems of light, these cosmic basins that intersect time and space. The essence of being honest, unconditional love, your Christed beingness, and the essence of weaving new truths into time and space, all of this is impossible without it being infiltrated into and through humanity’s heart system including the initial heart energy (the average heart energy), the evolved heart energy (the scared heart) and for lightworkers such as yourself we shall combine these as one heart, the golden heart energy.
Begin working with the self integrating these heart aspects with intent and with that embrace the golden heart energy as your centre of sacred consciousness, your scared heart. When you connect to your planet and its people connect through the oneness of this energy attaching it to every other using the golden cords being released from this infinite realms of golden consciousness.
If there is one that you feel incongruent with spin first the golden cords of sacred love between your heart and theirs, and then surrender by allowing these to meet as one as you exercise your Christ Consciousness Will to be bestowed upon them thus share that which you have been so blessed with in this way removing conflict delivering balance which supports deserve ability in other words honesty with the self about your authenticity. Humanity sadly more times than not are only able to relate to their own deserve-ability when it comes to that which they own. The paradox here lies in the fact that there is no judgement on that which you own for this is a physical world with material needs and wants and you are by no means meant to live in lack. As with this so it is with sexuality, which you as a Christed being have full right to enjoy for all are simply energies of this plane so why deny this, embrace it for the right reasons not simply because you feel insecure or fearful without worth, neither because of victimhood or the need for another to confirm your worth. The Christed being is able to stand tall for that which they believe and share this with others and the ultimate of this is to do so without the expression of voice but rather by example. This is made possible through the natural flow of energy beamed from the heart (expression of the soul), and the eyes which are the windows of the soul, this is true shared compassion. By becoming aware of your energy, that which surrounds you, and the relation between the inner and outer worlds you now have to take heed of these words embracing the Christ Consciousness within for this is what you came to do bringing light, love and profound wisdom, it is indeed what you came to do so why now turn your back on that which has been planned for eons and to begin BE YOURSELF! Teach the self to have compassion towards the self, practice unconditional love and stay on these vibrations or frequencies and if you want to be a light beacon or pillar claiming yourself to be a lightworker exercising your Christedness, then beam these qualities towards another. If you want to now let go of fear, limitation, shame, if you want to truly expand your mind making a set difference in this time zone, if you want to be one of the ones that claim leadership being a forerunner or fore-walker set to initiate change and support the shift in consciousness weaving new light into the matrixes within the lattices surrounding this planet, then you have to surrender into love.
Surrendering into love allows the self to be guided by the consciousness of All That Is. If you take the essence of all that is into one expression you will come to face an energy that is ‘greater and higher’ that you, yet the same, called your higher self, your God-Self within and without. The higher self, the mastered or Christed self needs absolutely no convincing of the journey that you have come to walk. It knows the route, it understands where you need to go, what it needs to do to guide you along these ventures. Becoming enlightened along your journey of Ascension and Christed Consciousness is about surrendering all of the lower frequencies of limitation into that which is far more expansive, far greater, Supremely Divine in Knowing. This energy of the higher self knows only One energy; God, thus know that God and Love is synonymous therefore with great awareness become aware not only of all that you are set to realign within your energy systems but even more so that which you have ignored pushing it outside of your energy systems over time. I am asking you to share compassion towards those you have previously snuffed at and in this way share your compassion with the tiny minute flowers in your gardens even those you term weeds for these too carry the symbolism of God in their life cycle. As I shared previously waves of energy are constantly beamed towards the earth in forms of geometry and the geometry of this universe is expanded through the Metatronic Keys which carry the wisdom we present you with during these teachings, you also come to know these keys through life lessons. These keys we also offer to you during your dream state and but this I mean not only the dream state when you are asleep but even the dream state during your hours of being awake (day dreaming) when you allow your consciousness to flow along the pathway of your imagination which shows you flashes and pictures some which you believe you have not ‘seen’ before when infact you have, for your brain is able to formulate even that which is physically unseen as it triggers new images derived from that which you have previously experienced in some way.

Familiarity breeds content thus do new things, expand your horizons, do not keep yourself locked into one school of thought thus learn different things, share different things and in so doing allow the beauty and the sincerity and the love of Christ to be alive in you! And so to help you, each of you, to guide you, and to give unto you some personal assistance I want you to imagine you are held within a beautiful, most beautiful Temple. Pause.
All getready for the energy activation.
Transport yourself into this beautiful temple of a diamond vibration and see all around the tingling multicolour reflection of the diamond energy. Pause. Visualise all the diamond colours flickering all around almost a reflection of that which you cannot usually see for that is the diamond energy taking on all atmospheric energy reflecting it to you according to it’s cut, thus it combines all of the energies that surrounds it reflecting these through the colours it emanates. Pause.
Know that you are secure and thus be calm as you sit down in the core of this temple. Pause. For a moment, feel the Oneness of this temple, of this energy, of this space, and as you feel the oneness, as you become comfortable with this energy allowing the blankets of comfort to calm you, I want you to imagine that surrounding you, 3mts to either side of you in all directions creating a circle 6mts in diameter, 12 pillars of light are being released from the floor of this temple, 12 crystalline pillars with you held in their centre standing in the core of the 6mt diameter of this energy. Pause.
I now want you again to invoke the presence of the oneness energy. Pause. You are still alone in the stillness of this temple surrounded by the 12 crystalline pillars of brilliant clear quartz. Pause.
Now within your mind (although these pillars initially are not pure diamond quality) see how the diamond energy within this temple is reflected into the brilliant quality clear quartz pillars with them glittering with the diamond energy in an array of light and colour. Pause. Now transform the 12 crystalline pillars into 12 pure diamond pillars of light. Pause.
I Mary Magdalene now manifest my energy within this circle of Light coming to stand behind you resting my hands upon your shoulders, now feel my love penetrating into your shoulders. Pause. Feel how I transfer the true essence of my being into yours. Pause. Feel how I give of my Christedness for you to embrace yours. Feel the flow of light emanated by my hands as they gently cup your shoulder joints. Pause. Allow these vibrations of love to fully infiltrate into your being and the more love you embrace and integrate the brighter these 12 surrounding diamond pillars become for the more sparkling the Christ Temple becomes. Very long pause.
Now feel the Presence of the Christ Jeshua manifesting within this sacred circle, with the Christ Energy standing before you both myself Mary Magdalene and my beloved Jeshua now place our hands with our fingertips touching (his right with my left and my right with his left) covering the cap of your crown chakra in other words we lay our gentle hands upon your crown. Pause. Now absorb the impulses of light that are being transferred into your energy field from the both of us as we charge you with all of that which you lack to fully and truthfully claim yourself to be part of The Christ Team, understanding what it means to call yourself a Christian. To give your love unconditionally for this purpose without placing upon the self or another judgement or expectation and to never conform to that which you truly know cannot be within the world of authenticity thus preventing you from being authentic. Pause.
The Lord Christ Jeshua steps back and so do I as we indicate for you to stand up facing Jeshua looking deeply into his eyes feeling very familiar with His energy absorbing the Essence of His Soul that He reflects from His eyes into yours. Pause.
Now turn around and face me Mary Magdalene looking into my eyes absorbing my soul-self reflected through my eyes for you to absorb. Pause.
Again turn to face the Lord Jeshua as we indicate for you to sit down on the big fluffy cushion for your comfort within the centre of this Temple. Pause.
I remain standing behind you and the Christ Jeshua remains standing facing you as we now initiate you to awaken within the 12 Christ levels of your spiritual physical reality which will truly help you to transcend yourself claiming your magnificence thus Christedness and through this impart your inner Christ Essence to all including the energies that makes up the lattices, grids and so forth. Pause.
The Christ Jeshua manifests a most beautiful and scared Diamond sword similar to the Excalibur of Archangel Michael holding it in His Right hand hanging by His side. I step forward asking you within your mind to connect to the diamond pillar directly in front of you behind Jeshua. Pause. Open your 3rd eye, crown and higher centres and connect with this Light Pillar of Diamond Frequency. Pause. I Mary Magdalene now places a magnificent golden crown upon your head as we initiate you into the 1st Diamond pillar of Christ Consciousness, with Jeshua raising His sword knighting you by touching the top of your crown with the tip of his diamond sword sparkling your crown, bringing it to life with an array of diamond energy with the gleaming golden crown resting on your crown chakra. Pause.
We now activating the second pillar but instead of us moving the pillars are rotating in a circular counter clockwise motion and as the energy move from one pillar to the next within your front facing vision a ring of Fire ignites between the pillars linking them one at a time until a full ring of fire will be active at the end of the process. So now the initiation is repeated at pillar 2 initiating your crown with diamond consciousness as I place the 2nd golden crown upon your crown chakra melding with the 1st with the Christ Jeshua knighting you to carry the energy of the second pillar of Christ Consciousness. Pause.
As the pillar moves to the third slot so does the ring of fire extend linking the 1st, 2nd and 3rd diamond pillars as we again initiate you with the golden crown symbolically knighting you with the diamond sword of Truth. Pause. This process is now repeated as we come to face the 4th pillar again reinforcing the Golden Crown Christ Consciousness Energy sealed and knighted by the diamond sword of truth. Pause.
As we move on the liquid fire extends from pillar to pillar with you receiving the golden crown imprint and diamond knighting at each new pillar.
This process continues and repeats through pillars 5,6,7,8,9,1o and then 11. After pillar 11….
MM: After the 11th pillar knighting the Christ Jeshua places the diamond sword back into its pouch (hanging by His side) and I again place the golden crown upon my own crown as we indicate for you to stand up facing my beloved. Pause. The Lord Jeshua now places both of His hands over your heart chakra in the front as I place both my hands over your heart chakra at the back. Long pause.
We simultaneously release a most powerful Christ Energy creating a golden weave of divine consciousness weaving between our hands back to front and then front to back travelling through your heart chakra spinning golden cords through you as this energy interweaves connecting all of the aspects of your heart with ours. Pause. Feel the sacredness of this thread connecting us all, from my right hand through you connecting to Jesus’ left hand and His right hand connecting to my left through your heart. Pause. Connect with the intensity of this energy as these cords begin to cross over through your heart from my right to His right and His left to my left symbolically imprinting a Golden Cross within your heart. Pause. Now visualise a golden sphere of light forming in the front and back of your heart chakra with our hands over your heart chakra contained within its centre. Pause. This energy now increases in vibration becoming much more powerful as we invite you to connect with these golden cords weaved at every angle connecting our energy with yours, connecting the top and bottom right and left ventricles of your physical heart with this etheric energy. Pause.
This energy carries the seal of unity expressed through the symbolic sphere or ring and the cross serve symbolically imprinting balance within your heart space, the initial energy that created the flow of energy through the heart (golden weaves) was introduced into the heart to create a strong foundation for you to beam your light from as a Christed being, one whom is an ambassador for this energy in support for the One who carried this cross for you, and still does. Today we gift you this most beautiful gift of your own golden cross imprint within the heart energy and although some may feel their cross to be a heavy one to bear at times, it always comes into balance. Pause.
Both of us now step away from you and with that I want you to feel the essence of the Christ Love deeply anchored within your heart, tap into and draw from it. Pause. Again bring into your mind the energy imprints we have activated within your heart energy, the weaves from back to front and visa versa, then the weaves crossing creating the cross imprint then the forming of the anterior and posterior spheres which seals this energy. Pause. Now allow this golden heart symbol as a whole to begin spinning in any way you choose, become aware of it increasing its vibrational spin until it spins so fast all you are left with is a golden energy within the heart that sparkles and glows. Pause.
As this glow is reinforced the sacred ring of fire closes up linking the 11th and 12th diamond pillar forming a complete ring of fire surrounding you, protecting you, keeping you safe. Pause.
I now come to stand next to my beloved both of us facing you. Pause. The three of us now join hands in this way forming a scared connection creating a wonderful flow of golden supreme light as Jesus charges from His masculine aspect into yours (holding your right hand) power and will for you to be your authentic self and I charge your feminine aspect (holding your left hand) with the flexibility and creativity for this to be. Pause.
Now visualise the 12th Crown come to life in your crown centre. For each it will reflect in a different colour, it may not necessarily be gold, so visualise the crown of your choice to bless your own glory with a colour vibration that resonates with you. Pause. Now allow this individual colour vibration to transform into a crystalline vibration which absorbs the 11 golden crowns becoming one with the 12th representing Oneness, see this crown in a crystal form that you can truly relate to thus allow your chosen crystalline vibration to glow gloriously upon your head. Long pause.
Lord Jeshua now lets go of our hand, steps forward, embracing you with His heart pressing closely to yours as He transfers the love that He Feels for you from His heart to yours. Return His embrace and give your thanks to Him as He steps aside. I now step forward embracing you giving you my love from my heart to yours. Long pause. We both step back again taking our initial places me behind you and Lord Jesus in front of you, we both turn and walk away from you in opposite directions, passing through the ring of fire and come to stand facing you now on the outside of your ring of fire which links the 12 pillars of Christ Light. We hold out our hands as to bless the fire and with that the fire ignites burning stronger, glowing and expanding becoming more intense as the 12 pillars increase in height and width becoming massive tall and wide pillars of light touching each other becoming one with the fire thus all you are aware of now is this massive diamond fire energy that surrounds you, anchored deep into the earth, flaring high into the sky. Today we ground these pillars of Light into the foundations of Mother Earth. They are beamed forth from various galaxies and planets of which the most prominent are Sirius, Pleiades, Arcturus then there are the constellations that serve as balancing energies to charge the earth with these Christ Rays. Rays beam forth from Cassiopeia and Bootes, Scorpio and Sagittarius, then there is your Sun which anchors the fire aspect unto the earth blessing you with a constantly charged Ring of Fire aspect, you also have the femininity of your Moon and Venus, then there is the unpredictableness of Jupiter and Mars, these are supported by many other energies beaming these Christ Rays unto your planet in the form of 12 Rays as a gift to support you, helping you to become as one with the new vibrations of Light, now we also blessed you with the Ring of Fire for you to utilize in any which way you feel comfortable with. The Fire for protection, the crystal diamond pillars also representing the 12 aspects of you as well as the 12 major houses and how these affect you (Aries, Sagittarius, Virgo, Leo and so on). The 12 main houses give unto each a spark of personality or flavour of dealing with things which is very important thus when it comes to astrology there is much more than what seems to meet the eye or ear for that matter, so know that each of you have very evident within you an aspect of each of those representations within your skies therefore you have the 12 major archetypes to deal with and grow through upon this plane, then you have the 12 senses of which most have only been exposed to the first 5 of sight, sound, taste, feel, smell yet there are truly 12 available to the enlightened being. Then there is the one that you call your 6th sense, in fact your 6th sense is actually another 6 senses which makes 12 not so.
So with these towering 12 pillars of light which project these Christ Rays towards you via these areas mentioned we sincerely hope for you to utilize this energy, creating that which you desire by placing yourself within this energy, by walking your Christ Conscious truth, by embracing everyone of your fellow man as a Christed Being, with you as them, one that knows no judgment that does not support in any way victimization or blame, and with that one that will do all within your power to share with all your Light, and you do so best by simply surrendering into Christedness. I have come today to give a very special message and this is always for me as Mary Magdalene a most profound and special occasion bringing a message of light and love, a message that interweaves the Energy of the Christ or the Christed One.
Dear ones each of you on this planet has a most profound specialness and that is the recognition of the Christ in you, we know that this may be very difficult for you to understand and embrace for the human factor most times do not allow you to embrace yourself as purity and light, in fact to embrace yourself with such divinity which enables you to be part of the Greatness of the One that you know as the Christed Being. In truth you need to understand that the essence of the Christed energy is a mere representation of that which has always been, which will always be. The Energy of the Christ is the energy of Supreme Divineness presented to each of you to embrace, take in, and be a part of (as you have always been invited to do throughout all of your lifetimes) to take part in that which creates the Christ awareness. The Christ Energy has been around within the Realms of Creation forever since the beginning of time. It is an energy which is shared by many a being and for this very purpose it is very important for you to understand that you need to see this blessing of being Christed as an energy of oneness thus acceptance, which gives unto you a licence so to speak of shining your own inner light (out unto all). Every one, no matter if they feel themselves to be not worthy, or being drawn into the valleys of darkness at times, all share as part of this energy in fact when it comes to consciousness none is more superior than another with the differentiation being that levels of understanding and perception differs, either sharing these or not. In this way you are all the same, and if you are all the same then so are we. Do you understand?

The energy of this time is a true dedication to The Christ, for you have experienced part of this some time ago during the month of April celebrating Easter, then during May you celebrated Wesak (Buddhic) and now during the month of June the combination of these two energies, one that brings forth enlightenment of the heart and the other that beings forth enlightenment of the mind, and as these two Energies combine they create a third energy, the awakening of you as a Christ Child. This energy dear blessed ones is what you now have to embrace and come to terms with no matter how you may speculate yourself to be when it comes to vibrations, it matters not, but what indeed matters is your part in this awareness and with that the realisation: of you being most profoundly loved and cared for, thus it truly doesn’t matter what your present life situation may be, but that you as a Christed being (and know that I don’t only address those present but also those that may come to read these words feeling drawn to them) have taken on this time the responsibility of a lifetime to bring an awareness to this energy, grounding it, unto this planet. Therefore we urge you to take the time especially during this time (June) and connect to the self. Create time to connect with the self, light a candle, perhaps two, be quiet and with that use this time specifically to connect to the inner essence of the self. There are some that find this quite difficult to do as they are unable to be still especially for prolonged periods, but you will find when you try, that there is always a way that will come forth for you that will guide you to be calm and still. The calmness and stillness (which you have had numerous messages on over the past few months) is what now truly comes into a divine perspective as you realise the need of this.
You need to be calm and at one with the self, not only at this time, but always. I understand that some aren’t able to create a specific ritual or a set area to do this but if you can, give it some thought especially at this time combining the most recent celebrations of these Christ Attributes, that of my beloved Jeshua and Lord Buddha.
There are great support coming forth for this planet at this time and within this text it includes the last 20, 30, 40 years of your earth time, as with the current which will continue into future times, infinitely. There is tremendous support and energies beamed forth from off-earth locations, other galaxies, constellations, star-systems, and then also from some nearby locations one of the closest being the waves emitted from the planet you know as Sirius, which as you know is not simply one single planet but rather a combination of many that makes up that which you perceive with the naked eye as one. Take the time to glance through your local telescopes and you will see this to be true, in fact there are three which you seem to single out yet there are many smaller stars and Light Clusters that combine to create this energy reflected as Sirius.
Dear beautiful beings I cannot emphasise enough the importance of being at one with the self, thus cleaning out, dusting out your closets from that which has kept you bound slowing your vibrations down preventing you from stepping through the threshold into a much greater and higher purpose. These are usually created through the act of fear which is one of the most powerful earth energies for it truly prevents expansion and thus prevents one from being the best that you can be. One of the energies being beamed forth from Sirius at this time is set in place to directly influence the cosmic lattices which surround this planet dealing with un-and-consciousness This has been set in motion for humanity to now begin to grasp and understand the origins of that which they fear so, for fear as you well know is mainly caused by ignorance. If you are not sure and don’t understand something then you fear the aspects of this (what it reflects to you) for you are in fact unable to share your passion and compassion with the end result of that which it represents. Once these fears are being brought into the open and you are able to go into the origin and depth of these, thus the actual root cause of this, then the hold and control that these fears has over you is in fact eradicated and eliminated.
One of the other energies that keep humanity snugly glued under the blankets of insecurity is being unsure, and here specifically one of the major challenges that those of the Magnetic service had to and is facing as part of the Ascension project, is to weave a whole new energy into the unconscious which eliminate and dissolve all of the matrixes that holds the energy of insecurity together, for what happens is you will find that someone finds a fear in something that they haven’t previously experienced, or not in a good way, yet by sharing this they feel more comfortable. Let me explain a little, what I am getting across here is humanity would rather gather together in times of turmoil fearing the worst than to actually want to know the origin of this. To give you a clearer example; at present massive pillars being constructed around your planet, some of my own energy through the Magdalene Columns and others that anchor the energies of other beings, yet there is tug-of-war playing out between various groups of differing ‘thought forms’ as some present a whole new way of giving support integrating new energies, whilst others may see this from a fear-based perspective as the enemy. Much good as you know is being done by many beings on many levels even though they don’t all share the same platform or understanding of that which is perceived by some to be good or not. Nonetheless within the energies of various groups familiarity breeds content therefore some of the masses would rather run from that which create new energies than to turn and face that which controls their fears, and in so doing being able to remove the thorn from their side eliminating that which pierces them so.
The energy bringing in a whole new vibration of Christ Consciousness and anchoring it at this time, is what is supporting the dismantling of the matrixes of fear which are fuelled by the imbalance of the lower chakras in other words those below the heart. Consciousness on the other hand is a reality dear ones, which is now expanding and growing at such a speed. Consciousness is Energy in Expression (also that of the Creator, Father Mother God Goddess) which means ‘becoming aware of something that is very different from that which you have previously entertained’. Consciousness or being conscious, gives you the ability to move beyond the matrixes that previously fed these fears keeping them in life, some kept alive through the control of some of the world’s religious orders, many fearing the ‘new age’ for example - if you could call it that - but in great honesty there is nothing new about this age, admittedly it is different, but it has always been, was always projected simply not through and into earth reality but it was always there and soon this shall be your past thus there is no newness as all is creation which is the expression of God Goddess from the Creator, it is the expression of all that is Light in manifestation thus thought, deed and love.
The Christ Energy at this time is beamed forth to bring about calmness, thus awareness for you about the part you play as a being in the overall picture, yes this energy you carry within. It is available to everyone and intended for you to become this by living through its essence serving as Light Pillars, thus to hold the power by sharing it with others, family, friends and also those that you do not know for in this time someone might come forward asking for your advice and input thus you need to be able to share your wisdom with others which is one of the reasons initiations are being hosted throughout the planet anchoring light pillars into your beingness and this planet, in many different ways, taking on many different forms, many different realities for at the end all is as one. The overlying essence of this beauty and Christedness lies for you in the understanding of your sacredness which is the Christ within-ness. Being able in some small way to share knowledge, experience, or relating a story on this all serve to anchor light upon the planet for as you know all which is reflected is recorded within the unconscious realms. The collective unconsciousness is where this energy collects and takes on form of that which is projected into it therefore know this: Your governments cannot go into war without teams to fight for them. What would you think would happen if every single one of the soldiers of your lands refuses to go to war? Nothing… there can’t be, for the governments aren’t able to fight their own wars thus they rely on the collective energy created by the anger of these soldiers (men and women) which support this energy, creating it anew with each day. If all do not gather forming platoons joining camps psyching themselves for the war at hand and what they ‘believe’ they are fighting for (even though it is so completely ridiculous)- there will not be a war, and this is the reality of it therefore the sadness here lies within the indoctrination influenced through dark forces, the men and the woman from their lands enforcing them to do so.
Dear lightworker friends if you could but read or see the energy being reflected from the many men, woman, young ones within the war stricken areas, the countries at war, civilian war, any wars, you would not believe the unhappiness and sadness that is present for many of those fighting within these situations are only in that position because of the monetary controls these governments has over them in other words kill for a wage. Some may be there because of circumstance, some because of emotional manipulation be that from a completely disgruntled base chakra aspect reinforced by immediate family and friends, be it through government manipulation it matters not for the fact remains when you look at the true patriarchs fighting, very few are truly there because of the deep conscious anger they harbour towards their fellow man. This is another aspect of the Christ energy being anchored this day, to heal this energy as part of the celebration of that which you know as the 6:6 Gateway, this is to anchor pillars of light unto this plane unlike ever before supporting a new matrix of love weaving this into the cosmic lattice of divine and pure enlightenment.
By interweaving this energy into the unconscious through this gateway (not only this gateway but most certainly every key date activation which some of you might be quite familiar with), through the energy being beamed forth from the likes of Sirius this day comes forth vibrations of imprints which works through the Metatronic Keys which naturally relates to geometry. In geometry there is always numerology and within numerology there is always the understanding of balance and the balance that is expressed through this is what brings to you the possibility of rewiring all of the energy that surrounds your planet preparing your planet as we speak taking her into her ascension years, being given a whole new influx of light, love and compassion so that she may shed her third dimensional self, shed her fourth dimensional skin, and take on her glorious and most profound fifth dimensional coat of many colours.
The Christ consciousness Energy increases with each new day its power, ability and ways through which it is able to change and transform not only lives but life. The energy of The Enlightened One is a reality that is now coming to face you though the mirrors of your inner consciousness unlike anything you have as yet experienced. Changes will be more evident and will increase with the flow of time which will result in even more massive changes which will change the face of the planet as you will see things in a different light, you will live within a different light and to prepare you bit by bit, slowly and with intent, we introduced to you a ‘free-will’ way of changing that which you presently face. Dearest light and beautiful friends the only way that you can get to the stage of embracing all of that which I have shared with you so far is to acknowledge your inner power thus light, and the power that I am speaking of is certainly not the lower limiting solar plexus but indeed a combination of all of the chakras and with that I mean all of the lower 12 chakras for these energies combine and is expressed through that which you know as the 13th chakra. All of you have experienced the chakric initiations in some way or another and the 13th chakra simply gathers all which goes before it in a subtle way. To be able to absorb this thus make head or tail, is to make a pledge to begin working diligently with the self and believe me it matters not if you are only able to share one minute, hour or day at a time with the self, just do it, thus what matters is for you to take that step forward and begin to truly know yourself deeply, intently.
You recently received teachings on trusting the self as master Djwal Khul asked you to be clear about being honest or dishonest with the self , so this honesty is what then creates a safety platform for you to step from raising your vibrations into a totally different frequency of unconditional love. In reality if one takes the complexities of the structures of life out of the picture humanity seems to believe there are many different types of love be that the love for food, parents, tea, money, driving, work, studies, institution of prayer and so on. Humanity seems to think that love differs between parents and partners which is true in some way yet KNOW that love is universal, it is the most important and powerful essence that my beloved taught when He walked on your plane in the shoes of Jeshua. Unconditional love has only recently become more understood as you realize that you cannot truly place a limit on love, or for the sake of something place a limitation on love because of the way you feel or project energy at that time.
So this new energy that is beamed towards this planet this day, anchored through 12 specific Christ Rays is made available to everyone that wishes to shift conscious awareness and with this awareness awakening your consciousness you are urged to practice unconditional love much more freely. Unconditional love demands honesty and truth, and within this sacred space you cannot entertain judgment thus you cannot only embrace that which makes sense to you and reject that which you fear for how do you know unless you have gone to the core to explore and dearest ones, beautiful beings, this is what the power and the essence behind life truly is all about, to explore, to learn and have fun. In fact if you are able to look at your lives from a detached aspect you will clearly see what most of humanity focuses on, that being after they stepped into life detaching from the cosmic realms into physicality setting out to embrace the Christ energy upon this plane no matter the challenges, they soon run away from just this energy for after the birth process the more conscious they become the more unconscious they react.
When younger you don’t have the consciousness challenges as when you get older, in fact life is suppose to get less challenged when you are older but because of fear most are unable to rise above this, let go of the clauses of fear that hangs over them, digging into their skins, spurring them to go to war. Firstly declaring war against the self by challenging everyone else except the self which is all of a lower solar plexus vibration which then grabs unto the straws of the lower vibrations within the outer crown chakra and through this self righteousness you find it almost impossible to even comprehend the existence of unconditional love, and from there it is a downward spiral fuelled by fear, lack, greed and insecurity all because of internal conflicts sparked through the dishonest aspects of the self. It is for this reason that we ask you to pay true attention to being honest with the self and as beloved Kuthumi suggested on numerous occasions dear ones, rather be honest with the self even if you feel unsure about sharing this with another at the time than to be in denial with the self in other words create a situation for the self where you are able to share your own wisdom with the self in an honest and kind way without judging the self placing the self under the spell of the laws of expectation.

One of your greatest allies in achieving fifth-dimensional consciousness is emotional freedom. The emotional level of your being is located between your conscious and subconscious minds. Since emotions exist in the realm of the "unseen", they are a sub-level of the subconscious mind. We can see the emotional level as a bridge -- or a great gaping chasm -- between conscious and subconscious minds.

Your Emotions Are Gatekeepers to Higher Consciousness

Because your emotions exist between the conscious and subconscious, they serve as "gatekeepers" to higher consciousness. This is by design. The condition of your emotional body determines whether your emotions serve as a bridge or an obstacle to accessing your subconscious mind at will. Until a person heals and clears their
emotions and enters a place of peace and love within themselves, they won't gain access to the full array of advanced abilities that reside within their higher self. It might be said that the emotional level is a built-in protection mechanism. If you're challenged with navigating physical reality and the realm of the emotions, you are not yet ready to take on the unknown and untested waters of your
subconscious mind. Imagine this as akin to serving as captain of a small boat. If you're unable to safely captain a boat on a small lake, you won't likely be assigned captainship of a larger boat sailing uncharted oceans. The good news is that emotions can be healed and transformed with awareness, intention and effort. We offer here some techniques for healing and clearing emotions. Used regularly, these techniques will allow you to cultivate the inner peace that is a prerequisite for
achieving emotional freedom and the vast weah of spirit it helps you
to access.

Steps to Emotional Freedom

If you have a backlog of unresolved emotional issues, your emotions are easily triggered by events, people and circumstances in your present moment. This constant emotional upheaval perpetually binds you to the illusion of victimhood, scarcity, self-doubt and other scenarios that leave you feeling helpless and disempowered.
Helplessness and disempowerment lead to dense emotions triggered and catalyzed by self-pity. Self-pity at its core is a denial of the infinite nature of your being and the advanced capabilities of your spirit. It leads to negative emotions that can block access to the subconscious.

The triggering of unresolved emotional energy adds density and weight to every rite of passage that is undertaken. Unresolved emotional energy is one of the main reasons some turn back from rites of passage. Transformational periods tend to bring up unresolved emotions in an effort to purge them. To some, this clearing and cleansing may seem unbearably painful. Ultimately, it is the willingness to face all
that "comes up" that allows one to take the leap within themselves that leads to emotional freedom. Clearing the emotions opens the gates to higher consciousness. When you're willing to see your emotions and take responsibility for them, you are well on your way to healing and releasing them.

Discovering Emotional Triggers

In order to clear residual emotions, you will need to examine every aspect of your present reality to discover emotional triggers.

If you keep unraveling the strings binding you to turbulent emotions, you will find these emotions are, at the source, wounded and suffering younger aspects of yourself. In other words, the emotional "wounding" happened at a point before you understood how the universe works – at a point when you did not understood how everything that happens to you is helping you grow and learn. Many of your emotional triggers date back to childhood years when you felt the actions of others 'judgment' against you or an indication of your self-worth. Once you see these situations for the self-affirming opportunities that they are, you are far less likely to feel injured or wounded by the people, events and circumstances in your life. By embracing the lesson of a situation, you transform it into a spiritual understanding rather than a festering wound in your psyche.

You can heal childhood wounds by working with emotional triggers that exist in your present moment. Because you are likely to have created situations similar to your original wounding throughout your life, you are able to work with your wound within the present timeframe without excavating the past to find the point of original wounding. You can find access points through events unfolding here and now.

To gain awareness of emotional wounds operating in your present moment, pay close attention to circumstances that trigger dense emotions. If it helps, carry a small notebook and note emotional triggers you observe. The nature of the circumstances that trigger dense emotions carry an "energetic signature" that re-creates itself
throughout the life much like a computer virus. This "looping" of emotional events serves as an energetic bookmark that allows you to complete unfinished understandings at a later time. As you bring awareness to emotional triggers, you lessen their power over you.

Discovering Your 'Sacred' Wound

You may at some point choose to undertake an examination of the past as part of your healing process. One way you can gain awareness of your original or "sacred" wound is to write a simple autobiography of your life, touching on emotional highs and lows. Pay close attention to events that still hold an emotional charge. These events reveal to you wounded aspects of yourself still emotionally trapped in time. You can heal and release these aspects by shining the light of your present-moment awareness on them.

You will probably find that many of your emotional triggers trace back to emotional wounds you experienced early in your life, usually by age 7 or 8, though not always. There are many different forms this wounding can take, including the death of a parent, a severe illness or accident, a seeming abandonment or other loss. All sacred wounds have in common an emotional trauma that went into "cellular memory."
Over the years, the essence of this sacred wound is re-energized by various situations in an unconscious attempt to gain understanding of the wound so it can be healed and released. Sometimes, a sacred wound isn't healed in a single lifetime. In this case, the essence of the wound is carried forward into the next incarnation where the wound is recreated. It may well be that the emotional wound of this lifetime was energetically carried over from one or more previous lifetimes. Even if this is the case, you will be able to trace back to the point in this lifetime when the emotional wound was reactivated by events in your life so you could begin to work with it once more..

The Nature of the Wounded Self

As we have said, inside every person there exists wounded aspects that are most often "wounded child" aspects. These aspects of your self tend to "take on" unresolved emotions throughout your life. Whenever something in your present moment triggers this wounded self into awakening, you experience not only the emotion of what is happening now, but your entire wounded emotional body that contains the
accumulated wounds of a lifetime. It may seem at times that you're reliving every troubled emotion you have ever experienced.

Accepting the Gifts of Your Wounded Self

Those times when your wounded self calls forth the full menu of your troubled emotions are valuable times when you can access emotions and work with them to bring about healing. You can do this by sitting with your wounded self and undertaking a review of circumstances tied to the emotions. When you allow yourself to "re-see" the situations that created troubled emotions from the light of a higher consciousness, you bring about healing to wounded aspects of yourself and release energy being held around situations from your past. By seeing troubled emotions from a detached and elevated perspective, you are able to understand the higher purpose for creating a situation. Once you see the higher purpose of your creations, you
have effectively transformed them into an allies rather than "problems."

Radical Self-Responsibility

It's important to understand you won't achieve emotional freedom until you take 100% responsibility for everything in your reality. If you buy into the illusion that others have created your reality in any way, you will see yourself as a hapless slave of the whims of others. A person enslaved by the actions of others is not empowered to take charge of their emotional life and heal old, troubled emotions.

Taking responsibility applies to all life circumstances, even situations involving violent acts by others or events in childhood when others around you acted irresponsibly. When you understand the nature of soul contracts you hold with others, you will come to see how everyone in your life, even those who assist you in creating painful circumstances, is helping you grow and learn. When you look closely at every situation in your life, you will see the Law of Attraction in action. At the energy level, you draw every experience to you. This is the nature of radical self-responsibility. It is only through this portal that you are able to access the inner peace, acceptance, understanding, forgiveness, and gratitude that allow you
to expand your awareness.

Transforming Problems: the Doorway of the Subconscious

When you exist in a peaceful place within yourself, you are able to travel at will between your conscious and subconscious minds. In order to come into a place of peace, you will need to heal, transform and release troubled emotions and clear up any "static" making access to your subconscious difficult. When you have a clear access from conscious to subconscious, you're able to access your higher self at
will. Your subconscious is the doorway through which you access fifth-dimensional consciousness and the vast wealth of resources the universe has to offer.

The Flow of Balance Within Your Life

I greet you my beloved family. Welcome to our time together; welcome to this time that we choose to come together, whether it's at this physical time in which the channeler is speaking or whether it's another time. Anytime that you invite my energies to come and share space with you, I am there. I hear you when you reach out to me, I listen when you speak to me. I am here to share with you my love, my support, my energy.

So many of you feel as if the world remains imbalanced; you may feel as if your life is imbalanced. But indeed I come in as a means of assisting the shift in energies that allows for a more feminine energy to become integrated within everything else that is here already upon the earth. Feel which energies are most prominent for you. Take a breath in and as if you are holding up your hands, ask yourself, is the flow of energy through you that which is predominantly masculine or that which is predominantly feminine? It matters not which sex you are, you are still an integration of both the masculine and feminine energies.

So take a moment to ask yourself and feel if there's one or another that's stronger within you at this time. If so then breathe in more of the essence of that other energy. If you feel you are more masculine, breathe in the divine feminine. If you feel you are more feminine, then breathe in the divine masculine. Allow this to be an opportunity for you to consciously balance your energy.

Take a deep breath in that allows you to feel the flow of energy within you. And consciously choose for that flow to be a balanced flow of both masculine and feminine in the way that it is expressed through you. I can already feel a transition taking place within each one of you. Allow this to be your reality as you move through your days. You can call on these energies at any time to create this balance.

I invite you to take a moment and breathe deep within yourself. Through that breath allow yourself to focus or ground within your physical body. As you breathe down within yourself you can gather all your energies and have them come within you and let them anchor within. From that point of being anchored you can then allow your consciousness to rise up. Allow it to move upward through you. Let it move out perhaps through the top of your head; let it move out through your heart center.

Allow your consciousness to shift so that you may align with the magnetic grid. As you come into this space look around - feel what this is to you. This is your space for your higher self. This is where you come when you seek guidance from within. This is where you come when you seek to communicate with others. It is a space that you have created and fine tuned over a period of time.

Feel it and know it as your own. There is an interlocking grid that allows you to shift. Have a sense of letting go of the magnetic pull of the earth. As you do so, feel yourself moving through the interlocking grid until you find your energies aligning within the crystalline grid. This again is an energy space that has been created by the consciousness of the universe but also the consciousness of those on earth seeking to work with the new energy and the New Earth.

Whether you come here on a consistent basis or if it is your first time, let yourself open to that sense of recognition and feel as you look around that space which is yours. The energy is fluid, there is a flow, there is an alignment that is different from that which is upon the earth. This new energy has been given many different names. People have worked with it in many different ways. They analyze it - they try to figure out an understanding - and there is an aspect that you are able to put a definition with. But I invite each one of you to let go the analytical and allow yourself to shift or move over into the conscious awareness of whatever that may be for you.

Breathe in this essence. Breathe in and feel all of what this is to you. Have a sense of shifting your energy once more. Through choice move into the space of the soul plane. As you arrive within this space have a sense of looking around. This is where your I AM presence is able to come forth and merge with you; have a sense of inviting that within. As you do so, breathe in that perception of what it is to you.

You may have a sense of reaching out to touch, you may have a sense of it coming up within you; you may have a sense of just recognizing that you have merged. Whatsoever it may be, allow yourself to fully feel who you are as your divinity. Feel the knowing, feel the love, feel the essence because this is you. There is an unconditional love available for you from your divinity. No matter what your life has been like, from within your soul essence there is only love and acceptance. Let that flow through you right now.

Now I the Goddess come into this space in which you are; I come forth reaching out. As I do so I send forth my energies to merge with you. As we merge together you will find yourself shifting into the space of the All That Is. Look around, open your heart even further; feel, see, sense whatever is here for you. As you open and perceive what this space has for you, you may receive detailed information or you may receive just a perception that there is energy surrounding you.

I hear from many of you that you are seeking to have greater awareness or greater perception within your life. You would like the communication with the angels, you would like to see the angels as they are around you, you would like to hear the messages. Whatever it may be, let that happen for you right now. Look around. If you find that it is challenging for you to perceive what is here then create it in your imagination. Your imagination is the aspect of you as a human that allows you to open to things that may be completely new and different to you.

Your imagination is without boundaries. It is expansive, it is open. There may be times in which your beliefs, or your mental body, try to put boundaries around it or suppress it. You have been taught as you were growing up not to listen to your imagination. Perhaps people used the phrase with you ‘it's all just in your imagination' as if to imply that that is not reality.

Reality is changing. Everyone's perception of reality is changing. What is real to you in one moment may not be what is real to you in the next. And it is essential for you to allow this flexibility to come within. Allow yourself to release any limitation that you may have placed upon your creative aspect within you. Your imagination and your creativity are aligned within you.

Your mental body or your beliefs, is another aspect of you and it too is lined up with your imagination. The question I have for you is what influence is your mental body exerting upon your creativity? Do you hear thoughts that go through your mind, such as ‘I'm not good enough for that'? Perhaps you may hear ‘so and so got the creative genes, I got the intelligent or the analytical genes'. Perhaps you were told that if you are a type A personality that you do not have an imagination. These are but a few of the beliefs that I know have been given to you or integrated within you at one point or another within your lifetime.

So call up any beliefs you have that are no longer working for you. Perhaps you know exactly what they are; perhaps you remain unconscious to what they are. Either way allow for any beliefs that may be holding you back to come forth at this time. I perceive some of you gathering beliefs as if you are stacking them up in your hands. I see some others stacking them like a stack of paper in front of them. It may be there's one single belief or you may have many.

Let everything come out at this time. Let go old ideals, let go training or thoughts that no longer work for you. And as if you are gathering it all together, let it rest in front of you and then have a sense of sending a swirl of energy through you and let it gather up all those beliefs as if it's gathering it all together and then release it.

I had such a beautiful view as everyone did this, almost like one of those ticker-tape parades with all those bits of paper floating down - the shredded paper. You shredded those old beliefs, you let them go, you let the energy swirl through you. I invite you to once more look around, breathe even deeper into your imagination or into your creative aspect within your consciousness as if you are pushing the limits out even bigger than it was before. Allow your creative center to expand.

I find that many of you have a greater perception than you did before. Again look, listen, hear the angels, the guides that are here with you. They reach out, they surround you, they support you. Trust that you are now in a position to see, sense or feel who is here. Are there emotions that may also be holding you back? Do you feel frustration? Do you perhaps feel anger? Do you think less of yourself because this has not worked as yet? Is there any other emotion that is keeping you from being able to see, sense and feel what is here around you?

As if you've been wearing those emotions like a cloak around you, brush off your shoulders. Brush off the energies of disappointment, sadness, guilt, frustration, anger. It may be that you've done this again and again - it is never wasted, it is always whatever it is at that moment. So in this moment let go any of those emotions. And again I invite you to breathe deeply within yourself. Do you feel how much lighter you are? Can you sense that there is an even greater clarity as you look around you? As you seek to create change within your life, change will occur more readily when you are in a space of expansion within your imagination or within the creative aspect within you.

It may be that you need to send an impulse of light or an impulse of energy through yourself multiple times through the day as you are creating this new perception within. And if you do so, it is that it is. Remember you are letting go of frustration. As you consider your life, what within it makes you happy? What part of your life right now makes you happy? I invite you to focus upon whatever that may be and breathe it within so that you are fully aligned with whatever that may be.

If you have difficulty considering anything within your life that makes you happy then I invite you to consciously breathe in the love and the support of your divinity as it surrounds you within this space of the All That Is. Open to feel the nurturing, open to feel the love. And again I ask what in your life makes you happy, brings you that sense of joy, that sense of peace, that sense of awareness. No matter what it is that you may be seeking to manifest within your life, this energy is the one that will bring to you everything you seek to have.

It may be that you are seeking greater abundance within your life. If you therefore feel stressed abut bills that you may have or commitments - but yet you feel that infinite joy, that infinite love, perhaps of your family members, perhaps being out in the wilderness or out in nature, perhaps the joy of simply being able to breathe and feel your body - then when you become overwhelmed with stress, overwhelmed with whatever that may be that is stressful to you, remember that feeling of being connected within yourself. Remember that feeling of excitement and joy. It is here, it is a part of you, it is a part of your creative essence.

Resistance in any form has an impact on many, many different parts of your life. Resistance comes in the form of disbelief within yourself, it comes in the form of being over analytical, it comes in the form of criticism. Whenever you are less than loving and accepting of yourself you are in resistance.

I hear so many of you say to me ‘but it's easier said than done to let go of that or to get past it' which is of course the resistance speaking through you. So if there is any one message for you to receive, either from this experience or any others, it is about finding, expressing and integrating love and acceptance within yourself.

Here in the space of the All That Is, once more look around and you see the greater lights, you see the energies, you may have a sense of a person - the image of a person - or you may have the sense of a color or just a pure energy form. Howsoever you perceive is your own unique way of understanding; there is no right or wrong.

At the beginning of our journey tonight I invited you to become conscious of how much within you was feminine and how much was masculine. Within this space of the All That Is allow yourself to open to that perception. You may have greater insights than what you had while still on the Earth plane. In this space of expansion allow yourself to be fully aware of how much within you feels the balance of masculine and feminine.

I the Goddess stand before you as divine feminine. Look to the side of me and see the essence of God as represented in the divine masculine. We speak as one voice. We are a fully blended essence or energy of God and Goddess. We are aspects of you; we are here in support of you. The universe is vast, it has so much to offer on so many different levels and we are a representation of all that is within the universe, upon the earth and we are here for you.

We flow throughout this gathering, our essence as balanced male and female and as we send this out from us we invite each one of you to do the same - send forth your energy or your essence as balanced male and female. There is only you - you as your divinity and that divinity is represented as you the human currently living your life.

This is but a touch of the limitless potential that you may tap into any time you allow your imagination free reign. Any time you release any beliefs that no longer support you, any time you let go emotions that may have been holding you back, any time that you allow yourself to come forth and be the purest essence of your divinity, you are complete.

Your imagination is wide open and your divine essence flows through and around you in greater and greater amounts. And now when I ask you what is the joy within your life, you may tap into this. This is not dependent on anybody else making you happy. This is about you opening, accepting and allowing your own happiness, your own love, your own awareness to be who you are in this life. It's beautiful, it's complete.

I now invite everyone who is gathered to come back together as a group. As you come together, as you form a circle, there is a flow of energy and light that moves through each one of you. Coming up within this circle is the hologram of the earth. As it moves up within the midst of you, look with that expanded awareness so that you may perceive the hologram that represents the New Earth and the hologram that represents your current physical Earth.

There is so much more that has always been there and when you are in a space of acceptance and allowing yourself to be able to see, sense, feel, then your perceptions expand in a huge manner. Look at the holograms and look at each other. You are each magnificent, you are balanced; you are the flow of masculine and feminine as personified by you the human individual. Let that essence flow into these holograms. They move, they swirl, they rotate, and they become filled with energy and light. As they do so, be aware of sending your own essence within.

Lady Gaia takes a moment to come forth to greet each one of you. She sends out her embrace, she sends out an acceptance of whatever has been transmitted into this hologram. And with that the hologram itself moves, it shifts and as it moves through the crystalline grid you have a sense of the hologram for the New Earth moving in one direction and the hologram of the current Earth moving in a different direction. They go and they create an alignment with all that you have been doing during this experience.

Allow your focus to move downward as the hologram goes through the magnetic grid. An aspect moves around that gridwork and then the remainder goes down into the center of the Earth. Within that magnetic core, within those crystals that are at the very center of the Earth you see how this hologram becomes anchored.

Allow your human self to receive the energies of that which was yours once it anchors within the center of the earth it radiates outward, it moves up through the layers of the earth, comes out through the surface and it is all around you within the space in which you live. Look with your inner eyes and your expanded awareness and let this boost you or assist you as you look around to see, sense, hear, feel the angels and the guides that are all around you.

I then invite you to come back into this space of the All That Is. Let your focus return to where you are within your divinity. You may shift into the essence of the soul plane - you may see where there are aspects of your divinity that remain within that space. But you allow yourself, you allow your consciousness, you allow this expanded essence of who you are to begin to come back down.

You move through the crystalline grid, you move into the magnetic grid and here within the space of your higher self you look around. You see, sense, you perceive how this has transitioned with all that you did upon this journey. Your consciousness then shifts in such a way that it moves back. It moves down within your human body, your human presence. And as it does so you may need to expand your energy field so that you may more fully integrate this expanded consciousness.

As it comes down breathe it all the way down within you. It may move through your head center or you may have a sense of breathing as you breathe in through your lungs. But let all of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects expand so as to allow for the integration of these energies. Again I ask you the question, within you do you sense the masculine and feminine? What is your perception? Is there more of one than the other? Here is the time to breathe throughout you that balanced energy of masculine and feminine.

I next ask you, what makes you happy? What gives you a sense of joy? Let that become the focus within your life and when something is stressful to you then breathe in this balanced energy and breathe in deeply coming back to this moment and this time when you are connected to that which makes you happy. You see it, you sense it, you know it. And everything else within your life transitions as you are here in this space of what gives you joy, of what makes you happy. Feel the love, feel the essence.

The Nine Levels of Channeling, Part 3: ET's, Completion, Return to Creator's Energy

KIRAEL: Good evening. This journey, me friends, is about you learning to channel and experiencing the journey toward the great expanse of lights looking for a way into this dimension. Today we will speak about the last three levels of channeling—eight, nine and one. You start out at level two and progress through levels three to nine and then ultimately level one.

So, today, we will start with level eight and move on through to level one. The eighth level of channeling represents a weave from another consciousness. This weave is not for everybody, but it is nonetheless important for you to know about.

Many of you have contact with other planes of consciousness. Well, the eighth level reaches into what I call the extraterrestrial plane. When I speak of extraterrestrial energy, I am speaking of guides from other dimensions, another dimensional reality, energies that are another vibration of love and light. They have no physical body, yet you can open up your energies to allow them to learn your language so they can communicate with and through you.

There were and still could be beings from this level who are a little troublesome. However, these troublesome energies cannot come into your realm without your having willed them here. So, if you’re having a problem with a guide or an angel, or with any energy, or if you don’t understand the energy or you find it too powerful or too this or too that, you must take responsibility for allowing the energy into your space.

The energies that I encourage you to seek out are eighth level beings who are guidance energies, or extraterrestrials, as I call them. You will understand these energies because they are familiar with your Earth plane, even though they are forms of light consciousness on another dimensional process.

There are a number of dimensions between where you are right now and where the person sitting next to you is. If you look out of the corner of your eye, you will see a fluttering energy. That energy is the other dimensions closing in. These other dimensional beings are no different from you. They are everything that you want to be. They are extraterrestrial energies, not the kind you find in UFOs, or unidentified flying objects. They are beings of light who want to be involved in your journey. They have all been through their own shifts. To contact these guides, these extraterrestrials, just open your heart and invite them in. All you need is the courage to go beyond the seventh level and meet these energies who have been waiting to say something to you.

My friends, the Great Shift is already here. A great percentage of people will not recognize the Shift until it has come and gone. Those people will be on the other side, looking back. That’s not a threat. That’s just the way it is. A great portion of the human population, those who are not yet awake, will not go into the Shift. They will not see the beauty of the Shift. Yet, everybody has the ability to move into this new shifting paradigm. You can have your three days of darkness any way you want to have them. There’s a beautiful part of you that knows what I’m saying is truth. I can say no more to guide you into this Shift, because you’re already in it. You’re already feeling it.

It is in the midst of this Shift energy that the eighth level guides are waiting to speak through you. The process of getting to the eighth level is the most powerful magic, because it’s about you having the courage to open your light and become a medium, to go beyond the channel level into the ninth realm, which I will talk about later.

The energy patterns in this eighth level are not to be toyed with. When you contact these energy patterns, talk to them. They will be such a godsend to everybody. They have so much energy available for you.

Pray with me that you gain the courage to get outside of your body and feel the presence of all this energy, feel the presence of the God Creator opening itself to the reality of everything that will happen during this shifting process. If you’re ready, I am ready with you.

Let’s go on to the ninth level. The ninth level is the completion of all that you’ve reached for. The ninth level enables you to look back into levels 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 and see the journey. If you want to get these energies from other dimensions opened up to all the levels—2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9—you’ve got to be open to listening to these energies. You’ve got to be where they are. In this ninth level, my friends, is the completion of all that is, the completion of everything, yet it is not the end of everything. It’s the beginning of everything. In this ninth level, you will put all the prior levels together and find the one that is the most magical of all, the one that you want to know but haven’t had the courage to work with because you will have to get out of the way. You will have to become a medium. I’m speaking of level one, the God level, where you can talk to God Creator or any energy in between. One is an appropriate level at which to both end and start this journey, because the number one represents the All That Is, the God Creator of all light, the reason that everything exists.

Now, you might look at me medium and think, “Isn’t that a pleasant thing? I wonder how he became a medium?” He didn’t do anything. He just fell asleep at a gathering and we took over. Now, you don’t want to do that. Oh, sure, you think, “I do, I do, I do. I want to be like the medium, Master Kirael.” Well, it really doesn’t work that way. He was a special case. We had an agreement that he would bring me into this Earth plane to talk about the Great Shift and it had to be done quickly.

There are other beings just as qualified as I to talk to you about the Great Shift. If you want to contact them, go into mediumship; just keep moving away from the center. Move so far out that there’s nowhere else to move. You will be completely out of the way. Then take a look at your own beingness and decide what you want to do.

I will give you another meditation to help you on your way. Get comfortable for just a moment. I want to take you right into level one, the oneness of All That Is. Let yourselves be free. Breathe, but don’t pay attention to your breathing. Hear the energy going in and out of your lungs. You’ll hear some music and you’ll want to just listen to it, but I want you to do the impossible. I want you to prepare your body for mediumship and go with me this time. Let yourselves be free. Pull yourselves out of your bodies and stand before yourselves.

With great passion and intent, turn around and look at your body. Look at the beauty inside of you. This is what God gave you to work with. Look at your body again. Step away from it. Look at it. That’s the body you use to be here on this dimension, but it’s not who you are. It’s only what you appear to be. Now, wherever you might be, turn away from your body and feel my energy there with you. This is what it will take for you to go to level one and be free. Now travel with me into the heavens. Look back at the Earth. Small, isn’t it? This is how it happens, my friends.

Do this process one more time, only fall back farther into the ethers. Something will take place and you will be aware of the beautiful energies around you. That one to your right is your guide. Can you feel it? Now let it go. Bring it back into the studio, or your home, or wherever you are at the moment. Take a deep breath.

You can do this a thousand times and every time will be exactly like the last one, until you get stronger and allow yourselves to get farther and farther out. When I said, “Look at this world down there, the Earth,” did you see it? Could you sense it and see how small it is? I want you to remember the Earth whenever you do this exercise, because Earth is your home in this particular time and space and you want to remember home during this process.

All of you within the sound of my voice are shifters of energy who will cause an understanding of love and light. If you want to go to the eighth level and bring in extraterrestrial energies, not ETs, but extraterrestrial energies, energies from other realms that can get into this level of consciousness, or if you want to go into the ninth level and complete everything that you need to complete in the channeling world and then open up and go out into that new level, that level one, then always make a conscious effort to get outside of yourself. Every time you will slip out of this ninth dimension, the guide will take over for you. That is the beauty of this whole journey, my friends.

In level one, you’re looking for one presence, a master guide, a guardian of developing societies. You ask, “Are there that many, Master Kirael?” We are as many as are required, my friends, because we are the guidance.

So that’s your meditation. Remember, this process is not about what you do; rather, it’s about what you will be. Everything is the I AM presence, the One, as you will understand very soon.

Closing statement
To those who want to channel, or be a medium, you’re already doing it. Now you will do it with gusto. You can bring the whales and all the other energies into the process because you will know that your higher self is in control.

Your higher self is your means to all that you wish to know from the other realms. You need not be concerned about whether or not your higher self will be there, because you are your higher self. The higher self is always present and holds the light of love, which is the I AM presence of All That Is, and that’s what you are. Each of you has a higher self and every higher self is a most enjoyable process of light. The journey to find the energies between that higher self and the other realms is beautiful and fun. If it’s not, then take control of your higher self and let yourself feel the presence of its love. That’s what the journey from level two to level nine and then to level one is all about. I pray with my heart wide open for everybody to go into that meditation I gave you, introduce yourselves to your guides, and know what you’re doing. I’ll be there, talk to me. I’ll be there.

The Nine Levels of Channeling, Part 2: Love, Mastery and Transition

KIRAEL: Good evening. Today we will talk about mediumship and the world of energies who reside outside your plane of consciousness. I’m not talking about dimensions; just something outside of what you suggest is your world. In your world, the people around you are the illusion of the soul. They are what you have created. Most of what you create is about your personal journey. In today’s endeavor, you will meet energies that are beyond your world of illusion.

Mediumship is a process in which you have no input, because all the input comes from the guide. In order to connect with your guide, you must start with your breath. Breathing is a superb way to honor your physical presence and to let your guidance come through to you.

Start by breathing deeply, pulling the breath in through your crown chakra. That breath is your spirit light entering you, traveling down through your crown, your pineal, and into your thymus. Your spirit light will ultimately come into your heart, which one day will be your base chakra.

On the exhale, let the breath form around you. Inhale again, but take your time and sense this light coming into you. Feel it coming into your presence, into your crown, down your throat, and into your chest, and then feel it go out until you build a bubble of light around you. After about four or five breaths, the bubble of light will be about a foot from your body. This ball of protective light is your spirit-self connected through your body and your heart light.

You should be able to feel where your body enters into this new light and where that light ends. When you can see this ball of energy or light surrounding you, you will know that you’re ready to channel. The reason you do this breathing exercise, my friends, is to let your physical body, which will be safely encased in this light, know that it is not needed in this channeling process.

For this exercise today I ask you not to go into channel mode. I want you to concentrate on learning the process. Today we will move into three new levels of channeling—five, six and seven. Five, six and seven are just numbers until you relate them to the Lemurian numerology. You know that number 5 is love. If you understand love, you’ll understand this whole journey. You have to take this energy of love and enter it into your beingness so that any energy coming through you will come through that love energy. That is how you will deal with the energy you channel.

Love is truth. If you understand this level of love, every other level will make sense to you. Everything that I taught you in the first part of this series and everything I teach you thereafter is based on this level of love. When your guides speak through you in love, you’ll know that what you’re doing is in the highest light. In that space of love, you will bring forth information that is of the highest vibration. If you’re angry or you feel anger, you will not bring in your guide. Instead, you will bring in your ego, and, believe me, your ego will try to hold that space whenever it can. Your ego is inside of you, enjoying everything you do.

So, when you channel and say things like, “You damn people,” you will know that’s not the channeled energy. That’s the ego. The ego will always feel like anger or disharmony, something that you can’t control. Here’s the rub: It will feel good to you, because it’s your ego and it’s very convincing. Hence, recognizing the ego is perhaps the most important part of this channeling process.

Only after you’ve learned how to come from love can you enter level six, the mastery level, the most important part of the journey. The masters will not come through you unless you are in the energy of love, unless everything about you is love. The success of your channeling is about your journey into love. Once you’ve mastered love, you can talk to any one of the masters, Jesus, Buddha, Quan Yin, any of them.

At the same hour each night, I want you to practice by calling in Master Jesus. You say, “Well, wait a minute. There are hundreds of us out here. How can we all get Master Jesus at the same time? You can do it because Jesus is a master. He can come into everyone who is able to speak for him. Maybe you’ll want to bring Master Buddha into this journey. Bring in any master you desire.

These master guides are profound. They know everything. They know what you can do and what you need to learn. Open yourselves to channel. Do the prana breathing I spoke of earlier and understand love, and the masters will come through you. Be ready to expand your light. Your vocabulary may change. You may use words you don’t normally use.

If you want to get to still another level of consciousness, if you want to get to the level of understanding the journey, you will have to go beyond the mastery level to the seventh, or transition, level. When you’re ready to go past the mastery level into the transition level, you’ll know it. When you get into this transition level, you’ll have the right to become a medium. Mediumship is not better or worse than channeling. It is simply a new level of commitment. You will be astounded by the number of guides who are available to you at this level.

The transition level is also the gateway to all other mastery. You use time to measure your growth. So, after being in the transition level awhile, you will have a sense that someone is waiting for you there. You will go outside what I consider the outer ring, the arena where you understand everything about guides, guidance, and mediums.

If you already channel Mother Mary or Mary Magdalene or any other energy, and you want to get to the next level of consciousness, you’ve got to go out beyond the outer ring. Now that doesn’t mean I want you to abandon Mother Mary or Mary Magdalene or any other guide. If you’ve got a good grip on one of the masters at whatever level you’re comfortable with, don’t abandon that energy. Stay with it. Talk to it. Let it talk through you. Every time Master Jesus gets a chance to come into this realm, he takes it. He loved being in the third dimension.

Millions of energies are beyond the outer ring and they will be more than happy to accommodate someone who wishes to represent them as a channel or medium. Outside the outer ring of the transition level, you will encounter patterns of energies beyond your comprehension. It is such a thrill for these energies to get into this level of consciousness without the body.

Everyone has at least one guide in this outer realm. When you meet this being, you will hear a tone. That tone will contain a statement by this being who’s trying to communicate to you. Talk back to that energy in your mind. Say, “That’s the most beautiful thing I’ve ever heard. It doesn’t make any sense to me, but I can tell it’s beautiful because it’s from you.” Keep talking to it in your mind. In that talking, all the words that it ever wanted to hear will get into its system. Its system will be aware of what you say, regardless of what language you speak, English, Dutch, or whatever. Speak in the language that is most comfortable, most proficient, for you. If you speak Spanish and you switch it over to English, but English is not your best language, you will throw off this whole segment of the journey.

When you get this guide to hear you and talk to you, you will be astounded at how quickly it learns the language you speak. Once you’ve made contact and you hear the toning, practice speaking with your guide, but don’t press it for its name. When I came in here for the medium, I said, “My name’s Kirael,” and he said, “K-k-k-k-k-Karl? Karl? Is it Karl?” So, I said, “Sure, go ahead, call me Karl. Karl will work.” When I went back up to the realms where all my friends live, I said, “They call me Karl.” They said, “Why?” I said, “I don’t know. They asked me my name. I gave it to them and they said Karl. I said, ‘All right,’ so Karl it was.” A few years later I said, “Enough. I can’t do it. I can’t come here as Karl.” It took some time, but the medium finally got it right. We made the transition.

Don’t push the energy for its name. It will tell you its name when the time is right. It may not be a name like Robert or Brenda, or whatever. If the guide is in the mastery level, like Jesus and Mary Magdalene, it will use the names that you have assigned it. Mary Magdalene was the name you assigned that energy in this dimension, but her real name is Marciria. If you want to know your guide’s name, you’ve got to listen to what it’s saying.

I will recount the levels we’ve covered so far. The first three levels of channeling are duality, the trinity of Truth, Trust and Passion, and the four-body weave. The first level of channeling, duality, relates to the number two. In this process, the number two represents two energies in the purpose of Oneness, meaning that you have the ability to bring another energy into this light. Now, the second level of channeling is the trinity of Truth, Trust and Passion, a 3 in Lemurian numerology. At this level, your job is to let this energy that you will channel know that you are safe. The energy wants you to know that it is safe as well. After that, you weave the energy into all four bodies.

In this class we have learned about love, which is the most beautiful part of it, the part that runs through all the levels. The next level is mastery and then transition.

I showed you everything I could show you in the little time that I’ve had to offer, but I want you to know this: Every one of you is already a medium.

Duality, Truth, Trust & Passion, and the Four-Body Weave

Master Kirael: Good evening. This is the first of a three-part series on how to become a channel. You already have the ability to channel, everyone does. Now you can take that ability to a new level of consciousness. There are nine levels of channeling. When you learn all nine levels, your channels will be so open that you will be available to a world of guidance that has never before been on this planet. Hence, you will have to be vigilant about what energies you allow into your light. In this session, besides introducing the first three levels of channeling, I will provide you with clues to determine whether the energies are low vibrating and I will give you a couple of ways to block their attempts to be part of your light.

Certain lower-vibrating energies have been part of your journey in the past and may still be now. These energies are always available to you. They live deeper dimensionally than you could possibly understand and they’re trying to find some energy, like you, to become a channel for them. I’m talking about energies that are a lower vibration than you. You might think that’s not possible because, after all, they’re spirit. You consider them spirit because they’re not embodied. Yet, when you’re talking to them, they don’t know they’re spirit. If you’re channeling and you hear the energy say something that just doesn’t sound or feel right, stop the channel.

As a rule, the lowest level spirit you will ever get in touch with will be at a higher level of consciousness than you. Yet it will still be considered a low-level spirit because it doesn’t have the energies you want to possess. It will be in your light and will be your guide, if you allow it to be. These energies will say things that you cannot understand and you will be held responsible for their words. You see, they’re low-level guidance, trying to get started here in this dimension.

The process I’m about to describe will help you keep low-level energies from entering your channel. Practice prana breathing to create an orb of safety. Close your eyes and feel the energy around you. Inhale through your crown into your chest. Every time you exhale, create an orb around you. Surround yourself in this orb that you create with your own love and light. Continue breathing in the manner I’ve described and draw in this energy force. Breathe in the light of love before you start any channel. As you inhale, the energy fills the orb that is building around you. You’re creating a safe space for channeling. Now no energy can enter until you invite it in. That is how it works.

You won’t recognize that the orb is there, because on your plane of consciousness, you can’t see it. Well, some of you might, but many will not. Just know that you’ve got this orb wrapped around you and this orb is love and that’s all it will ever be. Create the orb as big as you can. Keep breathing and taking the energy into you. When you exhale, exhale from your heart into your orb. Feel the orb and be in your space.

This is the first step on the road to channeling. You might be surprised at what will come into this orb when you call in the energy. It might be an angel. It could be Elven. It could be anything. It could be your higher self, anything you’d want. Not everyone will create an orb the first time. You might have to work at it some. If you don’t create the orb the first time you try, don’t feel badly. Know that you will create it.

There are plenty of people out there who will take these low-level energies in, but no one who does this process will. This process will help you attract and work with energies above that level.

What is this love that fills this orb, my friends? Love is a word that you attribute to the Creator’s Force over here and that’s what you feel and sense when the orb surrounds you. Anything coming into this energy of the orb will be love. No low-level spirit will ever want to go into that space. Low-level spirits know that they cannot be where you are when you are in that orb. They know there’s no sense in trying, so they just go away.

There are too many energies out there using you as vehicles for channeling whether you like it or not. Many of you have always felt, or had the ability to feel, the spirit, and you thought, “Oh, how great this is.” You felt a low-level energy but didn’t know it as such, and couldn’t get it to go to the level of consciousness you wanted to get to, because it was not strong enough. It was not evolved enough to waken itself into this light.

Now, the different levels of channeling are very powerful and coincide with Lemurian numerology. The first level of channeling, in terms of your consciousness, relates to the number two, which is duality, the duality basis of what you will bring to this light.

In this process, the number two represents two energies in the purpose of Oneness. This means that you have the ability to bring another energy into this light. In this duality spectrum, this dimension, you have the ability to go outside the realm of Earth being into another level of consciousness where you will find the angels, the guides, and the Elven world.

Now, you say, “That’s all?” My gracious, if you can leave this realm of consciousness and go into another level of consciousness where you can contact the angels, the guides and the Elven, you will have encountered more than enough energies for every human being on the Earth plane to channel. I will put it to you this way, my friends. You’re trying to bring into this level of consciousness an energy that knows more than you do. Of course, that would be just about every energy you encounter. They’re not necessarily more knowledgeable than you are. They’re just not veiled the way you are.

You have this veil that you call human. That veil is what enables you to come into this light, this dimension. These energies in the angel light or the Elven light, or whatever light you want to call it, come in without these veils and so can tell you things you know nothing about. For instance, they can tell you about a veil that’s inside your own veil. You will hear things inside that veil that you’ve never heard before.

Again, the duality level is comprised first of you the human, and then the angels, the guides and the Elven energies. You can reach these energies right now. You can be awakened to their understanding. Know that they will give you information you can never, ever understand without their talking with you.

You will gain a new guide at some point during this instruction. You will raise your energy, your vibration, to reach out and touch a new guide. These energies are all beautiful and almost all have been to the Earth plane at some time or another, because they understand your language. Now, it doesn’t matter what language you speak, these energies will speak that language with you. Now, you’re thinking, “That’s all this class is about?” Remember, this is only the first level of channeling I’m talking about. You will find these energies tonight in your weave, and you can’t imagine what they will teach you.

Once you have placed yourself in the orb, say: “Whoever you are, I trust that you’re here and you’re inside my bubble of light, and I know you’ve come in love and I’ll talk to you later on.” An energy will come into your space before you go to sleep. Don’t try to rush this process. As part of this first level of channeling, I will introduce you to someone from the guidance world, the angel world, or the Elven world. It doesn’t matter.

When the energies enter this dimension and penetrate your orb, say: “I am here for you, and I want to channel for you.” First and foremost, that gives them the opportunity to see for you, smell for you, taste for you and to feel or get acclimated to your body. They will feel the warmth or the cold or whatever you are feeling. They will feel all the things that you feel, the things that they cannot feel because they’re not embodied. That is the most beautiful thing that happens. They can come into this dimension and merge with your light and feel you through your love. This is the duality of which I’m speaking, in terms of channeling at this level.

You can’t begin to fathom what this means. If you’ve contacted or touched one of these energies already, you’ve let this angel who’s always wanted to feel what you feel and see what you see, come into your light. You can accommodate this energy with your eyes closed or open. It doesn’t matter. This is the duality spectrum of channeling.

Now, the second level of channeling is the trinity of Truth, Trust and Passion, a 3 in Lemurian numerology. At this level, your job is to let this energy that you will channel know that you are safe. The energy wants you to know that it is safe as well. These energies know that you are safe, because you’ve let them in, and now they want to show you that they’re safe so they can speak for you. If your channels are open right now, then you will hear them speak. You will hear them just like you’re hearing my words through the voice of me medium. These energies will stumble a little at first. They may not be as fluid as you’d like them to be, but they will be in a matter of just a moment or so. Their voices will be clear and soft-spoken.

Just imagine. This spirit will open up into your light, inside your orb, where everything will be safe for it—the Truth, the Trust and the Passion of this light. It takes only you to do this. Nobody else but you can go into this space and let this Truth, Trust and Passion open up to the guidance world. Tell this guide that you want to let it speak using your voice and that you want to hear what it has to say to you, what it wants to tell you. It might tell you that it flies without using wings. It might ask you if you want it to fly. If you say, “Yes,” it’ll fly away, and when it returns, it might say, “This is what I do. I can do it because I don’t have a body like you do.”

Get to know this being, and let it understand you. Feel what it’s going to feel, then stand firm in your Truth, Trust and Passion. The passion that unfolds will be for you. Their passion will spill out of them and into you and you will get goose bumps all over your body. Those goose bumps represent their passion flowing out of them into you.

Now you’ve got this new friend and you’re thinking, “I’m not doing it right,” because you wanted somebody like Master Kirael, or Master Jesus, or Master this and Master that. It doesn’t matter whether you get me or some other known master. The angel or guide or Elven you have contacted will be more advanced than you are. That energy will try to get you to understand it. You’re giving it that opportunity.

These energies have names, but their names will make no sense to you at all. No angel is named Paul or Peter or Janice or whatever. These are Earth-bound names. A few of these angel energies are on the Earth plane and they can tell you their names. They will have to say their names, and in order to do that, you will have to hear what their names are. Now, don’t try to tell your guide or angel or Elven what its name is right off the bat. The energy will tell you its name. If the energy says its name is Elswin and you hear “Elsia,” then you call it Elsia, or whatever you hear. These energies will take the name you understood and they will never question that. That name will be its name for the Earth journey.

Their journey here will be as long as you allow it to be. If you tell these energies that they can’t be with you on your Earth journey right now, that you’ll have to let them go, they will go and they will not come back to get another shot at it. That’s just the way it is. They are yours because you have given them your love and they can feel it. That’s just a beautiful thing.

There’s one more thing. This is the most important part of this. When you’ve got this guide and you allow it into your energy field, into your sphere, you have to realize that it has a four-bodied system exactly like yours, but without the fleshy part. You will receive the weave of this guide’s four bodies, which will weave into your four bodies. You will do the weaving.

You say, “Well, I don’t know how to do that, Master Kirael.” Here’s what you do. When you get this first weave from the guide, go directly to your third eye and pull out the weave. Hold the guide’s weave right there and amplify it into your energies. Again, pull the strand out of your third eye and then weave it with the guide’s four-bodied weave. Now, that’s where it starts. You will get this weave of light into your first body, which is your emotional body. Your emotional body will be woven into this new being.

If you’re a Signature Cell Healing graduate, or at the least have been trained by the medium, you know that you can build particle upon particle right outside your third eye until you’ve got a string of particles, a strand, if you will, the strand in the weave. You will get this particle of light, this guide, and let it go into your being.

Next, you want to give the guide a physical body to work with. To do this, pull from your heart and let that heart energy go right into the guide’s energy, and, depending on your power, the guide will have a body instantly, a body! You’ve now woven your physical and emotional bodies with the energy.

Now you’ve got to bring in the mental weave. Do this by pulling the mental weave out of your throat. It’ll go into the guide’s “throat,” or ability to speak. Your guide will speak and its speech will improve with each attempt.

Lastly, you’ve got this beautiful weave of light left over, which you can take right out of your crown chakra. This is your spirit body. The guide’s spirit body and your spirit body will be woven with the other bodies. So you now have all the weaves. You don’t have to hold the guide to the side at that point. You can let it go and the guide will go into your being. Now, this sounds like a scary journey, but it’s what you’ve got to do if you really want to do this thing right.

I guarantee that if you want a new guide, angel, Elven, or whatever, it can be yours with this new system of channeling.

Those are the first three levels of channeling—duality, the trinity of Truth, Trust and Passion, and the four-body weave. At some point, you’ve got to make yourself number one in purpose. That means that you will follow this process a hundred percent no matter what. This process is for those of you who really want to channel at the highest level.

Q: In my Lemurian signature there is what looks like an “E.” Does it stand for evolution and is it related to my evolution as a channel to bring in the love?

KIRAEL: In your case, I would say yes, it is. This is your E signature and that’s very important for you to understand. This is your E for evolution. You are a channel and you know this and you already channel. Do this process I’ve described and you’ll have another level of your channeling available to you. This is what I wanted you to have from the beginning. This is why I’m glad you came here. This is just the first stage—duality, trinity, and the four-body weave. These are the initial stages, and you won’t be able to fully understand what they open up for you, even if you follow them as I’ve described.

This is where your E comes in, the evolutionary. If you do what I have described, using all three steps—creating oneness out of the duality of human and spirit, using your Truth, Trust and Passion, and weaving the four bodies of the spirit with your four bodies and then bringing this strand in and giving it a physical body—you will be able to see what the energy looks like. You will not actually give it a physical body. It will let its energy become aware of you and you will be able to see the evolutionary journey, which is to shrink the energy down for yourself. If you don’t know what you’re doing and you just give this energy a body, and the energy is bigger than you can imagine—let’s say the entire room is filled with it—you will have a difficult time. You can shrink it down and fit it right inside the whole of your hand, if you want to. The energy doesn’t care. You just have to know that that’s your journey.

You will have to learn to do this to get where you want to go with the channeling. So, as you open up the light and get into this journey and you have this beautiful angel and you put out your physical strand or weave, the angel might appear before you as mist. You will say, “Oh, my God. Look at this.” Just bring it to a size that you can deal with. That’s the key. It will tell you what it wants to do and you will give it what you want to get. You have to be in control of this whole journey.

If you contact the energy of the blue whale, and you put that strand out there, you will get a visual of the whale. You may get a full-sized whale. It will be up to you to shrink it down a little bit. That’s the key. It’s about you being able to bring its life or energy to you comfortably.

If you do this process from love, you will be able to resize the energy and the spirit will cooperate with you one hundred percent of the time. It wants to be perfect for you, because it’s already perfect for itself. So that’s your answer, my friend. That is the evolutionary journey of everybody. Everybody has the evolutionary journey to put the channeled energy into a space that feels comfortable.

Q: Do we come into this life with a contract to channel or to channel a particular energy?

KIRAEL: You can always make such a contract if you want to, but you don’t have to. You have a number of beings already aligned to you who want to be involved with you. You can prana breathe and create this cocoon or orb of love around you, so you know how everything will feel. Only those energies filled with love can come into this journey with you. All of you on this planet—six billion people, some of whom have never even heard the word channel—have a number of spirits assigned to you. Most people will not get those energies into this dimension, because the energies will not hear what you say.

You, my friend, have already aligned this energy. So, the chances are that your first shot at channeling an angel, an Elven, or a guide will be successful. The energy will be right there and it will want to be a part of your journey. That’s what you create when you allow this process to be part of your journey. No low-level spirit will get into this journey. These contracts, if you will, were signed long before you ever came into this Earth plane. You were in your mom’s womb and you were already being told that your angels would be letting go and you would go down through mom and forget all this. “Try to remember,” they said. The last thing you heard from them before you were born was to remember anything you can. “Here, breathe with me. Let me breathe for you. Let me give you my love,” and—boom—out you came from the birthing channel. You said, “I remember, I remember, I, I . . . what do I remember? I can’t remember.” It was just that simple. The veil enveloped you.

From the word go, your energy has been there, my friend. Before this day is over, I pray all of you receive your angels, because they will give you the answers you seek.

These angels, guides, and Elven come here knowing what you need. They know what you will get and they know you know, because you let things happen in whatever way you can deal with them. You will take whatever they can give you that you’re willing to deal with. They will not give you everything, because you wouldn’t handle it well. They’ll give you everything that you want and they will fulfill your every possible need.

If you want a new car, a new home, whatever, they can give it to you, but not until you’re ready to play the game, to do the journey. You must understand the game. That’s where it will all happen, because they love you more than you have ever been loved. You can’t begin to understand what these energies are capable of.

Q: I had a session with you a year ago in which I asked if my son would be deployed to Iraq and you told me that you did not foresee him going, yet he actually did go. I would like to know what happened, because I trusted what you told me at the time. It’s important to me, because if I channel, I want to help other people. How do I explain why something I’ve said would happen doesn’t happen?

KIRAEL: Every being on this plane has free will. I believe what I said to you was, it was not meant for him to go at that particular time. No reason existed at that time for him to be involved in this journey to Iraq. Whatever he chose to do at the time that led him to the current circumstance was his choice. That’s free will and there’s nothing I can do to change it.

You have powers that you haven’t stepped into, because you’re afraid. If you would get past your nervousness and open up, you’d find the power within to visit Iraq or wherever your son is without having to take a plane to get there. You can go there. You can do this. Such travel is something that you can do right now.

This is a world of free will and everybody has the right to change the program you came into this plane of consciousness with. You, me, everybody has the right to change the program. Nothing happens without the free will of everybody involved.

Q: When I was sitting here, I was weaving in some kind of energy and I felt myself nodding out. Once we’re in that space, how do we get out of it?

KIRAEL: You stepped out of it right now. You know that you had this experience you just described, but you also know that it’s not happening right now. See, because of your free will, you are not letting these guides that you will be involved with come into your energy. Now, the guide that you nodded out on is a real beauty. I want you to work with him, feel his presence.

Q: You said that in the second level of channeling, a trust factor exists with respect to that veil inside of a veil. Would you elaborate more on that? Is that what we’re talking about in receiving the guidance?

KIRAEL: Truth is first and Trust and Passion are second. Suppose you’re walking along and you want to turn right, but you don’t make that turn. You go right past it, and you say, “Oh, oh, there’s another one right down here. I’ll just go there and then I’ll cut back.” With your free will, you have changed everything in the moment. You were supposed to take a right but then you went past it and came back right where you wanted to be. The point is that you didn’t go where you were supposed to go in the moment, so everything that would have ensued changed.

Now, your angels, your guides, your Elven, whatever, will listen to what you want to do and they will try their darndest to get you to take that right turn. All they can do is try. They can’t do it for you.

They love you. They won’t love you any less if you don’t make that right turn, but they’ll love you a little bit more if you take the turn as planned. You understand, lass? That choice not to make the turn is the veil operating on your free will. Remember, that other veil is available as well and you will have to use it; it’s the most beautiful part of it.

If you’ve got a history of human veils, and you’re working through them, you’ve got the most difficult task of anybody. Your guides and angels love you. They love everything you do. They know about everything you plan to do and then they see you go to your history, into the past, to see how that looked, how it worked from over here. “Oh, I see it. “God, what a mess.” Understand, it’s not a mess, because that was your choice. Anytime you go into the past to see what happened, you can bet it will happen again. That’s the way it is.

Everything you do has to be in full gear. Stay in the present, for God’s sake. Stay in the present and you will know how things will come out. That’s one of the spiritual laws. Your guides and angels will be there to help you.

Q: Could the new guide we receive during this class be an energy we’re already channeling, or would it be a completely new energy?

KIRAEL: If you’re listening to an angel who really wants to be here, it will give you a new flavor of itself. It will be the same angel, but with a new flavor of itself. So, understand that it will not change its name or anything like that. The flavor of this angel will just be more expansive, more accurate. It will be aware of what you do. It also knows that you know me and that’s not going to hurt you; trust me on that.

If you already channel, you will get angels who amplify their energies. For most of you who have not been into channeling or have not gone as far as you might want to go to with it, you will find another angel who’s been waiting for you to get to the point where you can hear it. If your angel is one that wants to be here, and you want to work with it, then you will have that angel. It will be available for you.

When you speak the information given to you, don’t ever tell people that it’s the only possibility. Tell them this is the truth, right now, in the moment. Tell them to do what they want to do and tell them what you suggest they might do and what will happen if they do it. Say, “I (not the guides) suggest.”

Q: You said that the third eye is the emotional body, the heart is the physical body, the throat, the mental body, and the crown, the spirit body. What are the color vibrations that correspond to each of these bodies?

KIRAEL: The corresponding colors will be available at the outset. Suppose you’ve got this new angel who comes right in front of you. You can sense it, but you can’t see it because you haven’t woven it in. You must go into your gold, G-O-L-D, particles.

As you do that, if you know what your colors are, then you can put them into the mix. If you don’t know what your colors are, go with the gold. As the angel touches the golden particles—boom—there’s the color you’re looking for. That’s when you see it. When you go into the mental, or the spirit, or the emotional body, whichever one you want to go to, just let your gold flow out. Just like that, you will see red, or blue, or purple, or green or whatever. That’s what will happen for you. Just flow out this gold strand and as soon as you tap into this being, it will come right to you. It will know what you’re going to do. Trust me, it knows. It knows God, the God everybody knows.

Q: As I teach other people to channel, what is the best way for them to deal with the physical effects of bringing the channeling energy through them? How do we teach people to stay grounded and back in their own alignment?

KIRAEL: I’m starting you at the baseline of channeling. I mean, this is the bottom opening light for anybody who wants to channel, whether he or she channels a whale, a dolphin, or anything else. There’s no room for error in this project. Breathe and fill in this orb around you. When you do that, you’re pure and encased in your own love. If you start at that baseline level, you will guarantee that you get what you want and you will know what to do when you get it.

You, in particular, are mastering certain things that you already know about. You will teach. That’s a grand thing to do. Do what I’ve taught you today. I know of no one who could do anything better than what we’ve learned today. That’s just the beginning, my friend.

Q: Can we use channeling for everyday living?

KIRAEL: Those of you who are channeling already know you do it in your everyday living. Some of you might not be aware of it. If you’re not sure, do this. The next time that you are asked to make a speech or whatever and you know that you will have to entertain this new energy, say to the guide or the angel or whomever, “I would like you to make yourself a little clearer, and that’s all I would ask of you.” Then just listen. You can tell the difference between what you would normally say and what is being said. Ninety-nine point nine percent of the time, what’s being said is coming from a guide who’s been in your journey and wants to know how to be of more service to you.

Everybody has guidance within. What I’ve given you today will weed out all the low-vibrating energies. This process will weed out all the excess guides who just haven’t found a home and who’d like to be a part of you.

If you speak with me, nine out of ten times, I am speaking to your guides rather than you, not because I don’t trust you. I know what your guides will give you and what you won’t be able to take in. So, I give all the information to your guides and they will give you the parts that you can deal with right now. You have to trust. That’s the hard part. You have free will. So, you have to trust that you will get as much as you possibly can and a little bit more, and that your guide will hold the rest until you can take a deep breath and take in some more information.

Your guides will not forget what I’ve said to them. If I tell them something that’s going to happen and they can only give you percentages of that that you can deal with, that’s perfect. You say, “Well, how do they know more than I do?” They know more because they’re not embodied and they don’t have the veils that you’ve got right now. They know what you’ve set up to experience, and they can try to steer you away from it, if it’s in your highest light for them to do so. However, if you really want to do something, then you’re going to do it regardless of their efforts. That’s free will.

There’s a person you all know and love, who was going on this healing journey, a journey beyond your wildest dreams, fifteen years in the making, healings after healings, and just recently she came back over to my side. We knew when she was going to do it. We always know. We couldn’t stop her. We didn’t want to try to stop her. That’s the journey she wanted to get to. We can’t stop you, either, and we don’t want to.

Q: Can we use the same strategy of intermingling our four weaves with the four weaves of Gaia’s kingdom to create an even stronger and clearer channeling connection?

KIRAEL: The weave of which you speak has infinite light and infinite possibilities. Gaia has other guides available to her and she’s working with maybe a thousand of them, maybe two thousand. It doesn’t matter to her, because she can handle them all perfectly because she has the power to do this.

If you draw in the mineral weave, you have to have a being from that weave to work with. Draw in a crystal from the crystal weave. That’s where the senior messengers are. You have to look into this crystal the same way you would a guide or angel. You have to use these same four factors to draw the energy into you. You’ve got to get all four bodies woven and lined up.

If you don’t have a visual available to you, use the weaves. Get the emotional weave aligned so that when you put the physical weave into the mix and you’re working with the crystal kingdom, you’ll see the crystal come before you. It doesn’t matter what weave you work with, you will do the same process in order to get the visual.

Creating the orb of protection is so enthralling, so perfect for everything that you want to do. If you’ve got yourself wrapped in a ball of love and light, no matter what comes to you, you will be safe, so safe that if a robber with a pistol shot right through you, you wouldn’t feel it. That’s the power of this energy. Now, I don’t want everybody to stand in front of people with guns to see if it works. I was just making a point.

Remember, what I’ve given you today will help the energy you contact manifest before you. It’s always there in its exact same shape or form. You haven’t trained your eyes to see it. You are dealing with multiple dimensions. You’re all on this little orb that we call Earth. It’s a beautiful place, and you’ve got other energies here, too. I’ve given you a process to help you tap into your source, the God energy within you. You can bring that little strand of golden light out and tack it into that new energy. When you get all four of the bodies connected, you’ll be able to see the other energies that are here.

Q: If we channel a particular energy, will that energy be available to anyone else?

KIRAEL: There are angels who would come to you in the highest light, even though they’re trying to handle fifteen or twenty other people. Yet, because they haven’t figured out how to do that, you’ll get mixed messages. Don’t be mad at them. You’ve just got to get them out of your system until they’re ready to come back to you. Any weave you work with has to be aligned with your energy. The initial process of prana breathing and creating an orb and then weaving the four-body systems is the guaranteed journey for channeling.

Q: What is the one fear that is associated with channeling?

KIRAEL: Well, I think it’s first and foremost fear of Self. I’ll break it down further. It’s the fear of letting in a guide that you have no business letting in and then letting it do and say things that you don’t understand. The guide will never do anything wrong to you. It will do things that you don’t understand. You will attract more of these guides if you don’t know how to exclude them from your energy.

If you don’t get a handle on this process so you can choose only those you really want, then all the lower energies will come in. That is probably the one fear that most channels have.

For example, suppose you’re just driving down the road of life thinking, “Oh, I wonder what I’m going to have for dinner tonight?” You suddenly envision a fish or a steak and you bite it, taste it and swallow it. From where are you channeling that? Is that the level of channeling you want?

You see, that is a level of channeling below anything we’re talking about. If you haven’t had this experience yet, you’ll have it eventually and you’ll be so surprised when you actually taste the fish or the steak, even though it is not in your mouth. The peptides say, “Oh, my God, food.” They send all the energy down there to get the food. You don’t want to do that. That’s the one you want to be afraid of because you can put weight on from it.

Closing Statement

These first three stages of channeling are the small ones. In the next session, we will open up with love. In this session, I have tried to give you the basics of channeling. You’ve just begun to understand the world of channeling. I don’t care how long you’ve been channeling, you’re just beginning to understand it, and before we’re through, you’ll know more than you ever thought possible.

Earth's Aura

There are constant energy changes in the earth's atmosphere. The upper layer constantly moves westwards, and the bottom one moves eastwards. These two layers are separate and have nothing to do with each other regarding the energies. Their movement enables the survival of the earth. Compared to the human auras or any living beings on the earth, it is constantly moving. Most damages in the energy composition of the earth's aura are connected to natural causes, which can cause mild damages, so the self-healing mechanism of the earth can keep its aura in good shape.

Although it seems almost impossible: THE EARTH’S AURA IS MOST DAMAGED BY THE
HUMAN NEGATIVE THOUGHTS!

The energy structure of the lower layer of the Earth’s aura is very susceptible to the energy coming from the human thoughts. As human thought is spherically spread and as it immediately goes through all the layers of the atmosphere, it contacts the lower layers of the aura and damages them permanently. The damages are inflicted upon the lower part of the aura, above the place where the person is situated. However, due to the constant circular movement of the lower level the damage is not done only on one spot. If a negative thought lasts for a longer time they create dents that can cause the appearance of a dented ring in the Earth’s aura, after the lower layer has run a full circle around the Earth.

The most damaged is the ring that encircles the energy field above the moderate belt of the Northern Hemisphere, because most people live in this region and it includes European countries, and Russia, China, Japan, North America.

These damages are being build up for thousands of years, and they gradually lead to the blockades in the functioning of the Earth’s aura, similar to the blockades of the human aura. Severe movements of the superficial segment of the earth and misbalance between the superficial layer and layers beneath it occur due to the damages of the aura. Consequences of these damages will be seen as earthquakes, volcano eruptions, big floods and a general instability of the soil. Besides, what is a lot more important not only for the survival of the earth, but the living beings on it, the rise of harmful radiation coming out of earth can occur.
This would cause the disappearance of the entire flora and fauna in the most affected regions.

It is possible that such damages may occur that would bring life on earth to question. The development of the living world on the Earth is the result of the billion years of the Creator’s efforts. That is why one animal species, such as human, the role of which and the time it has been on this planet has been relatively modest during the history of this planet, can not be allowed to destroy all of the work involved.

The basic problem is the free will of humans, who were given it as special species, and therefore force can not be used to solve this problem. That is why the only correct way is to change the way people think. This would gradually stop the worsening of the state of the Earth’s aura before the critical line is crossed, and the cataclysms start their devastating work on this planet. If this process is stopped it would allow the faster development of human lead to the creation of the
critical mass of mature luminous bodies, who would be capable of repairing the vast damages in the Earth’s aura.

It is now clear to you why it is necessary for the talisman to be widespread. Because it plays the important role in changing the way people think and thus in the saving of the Earth’s aura.

THE CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE THOUGHTS – THE END OF THE WORLD

The Earth's aura has been so damaged and the concentration of negative energies is so high that it can damage the planet and lead to cataclysms of vast proportions, even vaster than
those that had threatened to occur before Christ came on Earth. This happened in a relatively short time because of the increase of the human population and the increase of negative thoughts of each individual. It also happened because of numerous wars, especially the global ones, when millions and millions of people emitted their negative thoughts.

In this case, however, the Christ's Second Coming is not expected to save the civilization. There is no salvation for the civilization that is an exception among the universal civilizations, and the civilization that has deployed the wrong way of thinking, hatred and fight for power, envy, discontentment, and fear to such an extent that it may be self-destroyed. The spiritual energies are not willing any more to indulge themselves in the same business of cleansing the Earth's aura, because two thousand years ago people were given the capacity to maintain a
permanent, stable life on their planet if they complied with the proper way of thinking and behavior. People missed that chance, disrespected the continuos appeals and advice, even the cries of the spiritual beings which were calling for the harmonization of the human way of thinking with the Creator's way. Most people simply chose to disrespect these appeals. That is why the spiritual beings do not find it necessary to do something that did not work the last time. This time they are ready to let people and the entire living world of the planet to their own destinies, so that the Earth could, after the cataclysms, start over and create new
civilizations that will be in harmony with the Creator's will.

IS THE END OF THE WORLD PREDESTINED?

Although the cataclysm is very near, before us, the spiritual beings are still ready to give their maximum support to people, to remove the state humans led themselves to. There is still time and during that time people must find it necessary to change their way of thinking and harmonize it with the Creator's will. The most developed ones in paranormal sense should make maximum efforts, with the support of the spiritual beings, so that they could remove the negative consequences of the wrong way of thinking of people that threaten to destroy the entire planet.

The cataclysm that would endanger the entire planet is not predestined, it is a consequence of an ages old harmful charge created by the negative thoughts of all the people in the world and can be substantially removed with the change of the ways of thinking of most people in the world along with the simultaneous activities of powerful individuals that will have all the assistance of the spiritual energies. However, one part of the cataclysms can not be avoided, and it is predestined to happen on the Earth. It is a part of normal development of life on Earth that includes the changes in the ratio of land and sea, movement of the Earth's plateaus and volcanic eruptions, earthquakes and floods.

Should all the people and individuals with great paranormal powers succeed in timely
removing the dangers that threat to destroy the Earth, that also deal with the part that is not predestined, then the remaining predestined cataclysms could be foreseen, and the people from the would be affected regions could be notified on time. In that case systematic migrations will be planned so that the predestined changes in the Earth's crust could happen with the least damage to the people and plants and animals.

The process of the defense against the cataclysms has already begun. Above all it includes people of high paranormal powers that make great efforts along with the assistance of the spiritual energies to minimize the danger to the Earth. Yet, we are the witnesses, in the past couple of years, the increase in the number of earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, changes in climate and other harmful natural occurrences that are announcing the initiative mild period of the cataclysms on the planet. Will people manage to fight it? Will they reduce it to a bearable state, or will it completely destroy all of the flora and fauna on the Earth?

ONE STILL DOES NOT KNOW THE ANSWER TO THESE QUESTIONS. It will depend to a great
deal on whether the people on the entire planet will be ready to change their way of thinking and reduce the number of their negative thoughts and thus at least stop adding to the existing problem. Also, it will depend on whether certain individuals of great powers would be able to reduce all the negativity that has been gathering for more than a thousand of years, and this reducing should especially deal with the dirt that has been there for the past hundred to the minimum, predestined part.
