Current i think the most frequent used software in my Windows Mobile Phone is Metatrader Mobile for monitoring and trading FOREX. Since release of i-Phone 4.0 has been announce, I am curious if there is such application for i-Phone. And YES, there is, but it's only Free for certain broker. 1 of the reason i like to use FireFox is it's extendability and flexibility due to various add-ons/ plugins. Involved in signing up several accounts recently and i found the following add-on is extremely helpful for me. As simple as entering ALT-J, some of the fields are automatically filled in for me. It save me a lot of time entering words, and avoiding typo mistake as well. It help a lazy man like me, and i hope it help you too... :P Again, it's free, FOC.

Involve in some work that require me to record down some screen and voice together recently. As normally, i want it to be done FREE, F.O.C. Therefore, has google around and tried some of the free software around. Finally i found this working fine for me. It may help you too in some ways :
