In Geauga County the Holden Arboratum was having a "Woofstock" tp raise money for the animal shelter and to remember the animals that died that day.<br />

As you know we spoil Bosco a little bit (A LOT) so off we went to do the 1 mile fun walk.<br />
Bosco was NUTS!!! He loves the people and animals but lets say I can't take him by myself. He weighs almost as muh as me and Tom has to walk him- I can't hold on....<br />

WOW! I am exhausted. We are completing our program in 11 months plus 80 hours externiship- (I am full time 7.5 hours a day M-F) So that means information overload! I have not felt like this in a long time- Exhausted and tired-from positive mental activity. So far I have had about 7 tests/quizes. What is hard is the school hold the standard SUPER high. There is no 70% "C" If you have less than 78% you will fail the program. We have covered the Cells and Tissues and Integumentary System (A&P is SUPER hard for me) with a test monday, Chemistry test Monday, Tuesday Nursing fundamentals test. I think I know what I will be doing all weekend. My plan is to try and give at least a 2 week update...<br />

I am frutrated. However I do think I am more toned. I am posting a picture of me in a bathing suit becuase of a few reasons.

<br />Almond Butter Whey Cookies...SUPER EASY (I luv even more)
<br />12 Servings
<br />1/2 Cup Oats
<br />1 TB Almond Butter (I get mine fresh ground locally-watch the salt and sugar)
<br />1 Scoop of whey pwder (I use Gold Standard)
<br />1 Egg white
<br />2 Stevia Packets
<br />1/2 tsp Baking Powder
<br />1/8 C Carob Chips
<br />
<br />Pre-Heat oven to 350
<br />line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
<br />
<br />Combine all ingredients in bowl
<br />
<br />Mix with hands and shape into golf ball size balls...place on sheet and bake for 10 minutes....DEVOUR!! I may or may not have eaten this entire recipe in 1 day....
<br />HOWEVER- the GREAT news is....30 calories each....so do the math- not too bad!

I am not sure if you know this but I deer hunt with my husband. (Sorry to all of you who think this is cruel- I consider it a wonderful and natural way of life) We deer hunt not only for sport but to fill our freezer- We dont believe in wasting meat just for the hobby. We process our own meat and freeze it for the rest of the year to enjoy. I believe in clean eating and this is VERY clean. No hormones and preservatives.

<br />Tom and I can't possibly eat all these before they spoil. I did some research and I decided to freeze. I thought of canning but I don't have everything necessary to do this.
<br />My research showed that I needed to pitt the peaches and slice them (thank goodness I didn't need to remove the skins as this is messy and time consuming). After slicing I placed on a baking sheet and set in the freezer for about an hour (this is so I don't end up with a big peach blob in the winter when I decide I want to munch on some or make something peachy) I repeated this process 6 times and I still have some peaches left for our snacks and lunches
