Dear readers,

We’re revamping our blog offerings and will soon replace the existing network with East of Center, a new blog with reporting and commentary from Transitions Online staff and top contributors about events in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, the Caucasus, and Central Asia.

Our Central Asia blog and citizen journalism project, Neweurasia, will continue in its current form, and the Roma blog has moved to a new site, Roma Transitions. Other blogs on the old TOL Network will be subsumed into East of Center, and you’ll be able to read past posts there. We’ll post updates on the new launch here, or you can follow TOL blog news on Facebook and Twitter.
