• Cât de uşor este să construim un blog

1.Să faceţi baie în apă de temperatura camerei, fără să fii transpirat.

2.Să puneţi draperi groase sau rulouri exterioare pe geam.

3.Să beţi cât mai multe lichide, evitaţi sucurile reci.

4.Să nu vă cumpăraţi ventilator sau alte unelte pentru facut frig în casă, întradevăr atunci e mai bine dar după aceia veţi observa reacţi ne placute.

5.Folosiţi un evantai normal pentru a te racori.

6.Nici să nu vă gândiţi să ieșiți între orele 12:00 şi 15:00 unde bate cel mai mult soarele.

7.Îmbrăcăminte cât mai subţire, şi puneţi o palarie/sapcă/etc… pe cap când ieşiţi din casă.

8.Aveţi mare grijă cu ieşirile la grâtar/picnic/etc… şi cât staţi în apă, nu e indicat să staţi nici la soare dar nici în apă.

9.Aveţi grijă la băuturile reci sau îngheţată pentru că puteţi să vă îmbolnăviți mai mult pe timp de vară decât de iarnă.

10.Aveţi grijă de voi şi folositi unguente pentru a nu vă arde soarele, sunt destul de folositoare.

Singura şanşă de a te racori e să mergi la ştrand , grătar sau la munte, şi cred că până la urmă toţi ne mutăm la ţară, majoritatea elevilor în jur de 3 sferturi sunt plecaţi la ţară, adulţi care mai stau acasă la bloc plec şi ei la grâtar sau în vacanţă la munte sau la mare, deci orasele urbane în curând vor ramane pusti mai ales în weekend…

Dacă staţi totuşi la bloc şi  nu vreşi să plecaţi nici la ţara singura soluţie ar fi să deschideţi toate geamurile şi să puneţi o patura sau ceva pe geam pentru a ţine răcoare, 2 sticle de 2 l de apă la frigider şi 1 de bere, sigur vă veţi simţi mai bine şi în weekend la grâtar
