There are many researches done how to help the earth with this idea such as conversion of organic matter to power our society. And the idea of Biofuels as alternative sources of energy is just one among them.

Biofuels are an alternative energy source to the fossil fuels that we currently depend upon. The biofuels umbrella includes under its aegis ethanol and derivatives of plants such as sugar cane, as well as vegetable and corn oils. However, not all ethanol products are designed to be used as a kind of gasoline.

Meanwhile, the N-viro team patented processes use lime and/or mineral-rich, combustion byproducts to treat, pasteurize, immobilize and convert wastewater sludge and other bio-organic wastes into biomineral agricultural and soil-enrichment products with real market value.

This tells us that we could benefit from these patented processes that I had never heard of before. I admit, I just recently learn this. This could begin a new era using alternative energy and a good time to invest in this kind of venture. This looks promising.

In the coming years, growth and demand for alternative energy will increase because of its efficient delivery and benefits not only to society but to mankind.

Info link: http://www.nviro.com

<!--

Search engines make the traffic you need so for each unique keyword, you are guaranteed visitors to your site.

Here are some important points to consider when writing headlines:

1) The title should speak the topic of your content
2) Title should carry all the necessary information and keywords.
4) Each page should be an individual title.
5) Imagine you are the person who enters a query into the search engine and sees what keywords (goes with the theme of your site) would make you click and follow the link! Enter the required inquiries in "Yahoo" and "Google"; rate the titles of your future competitors, as they are interesting.
6) Title as keywords is for the search engines, but they need to attract people's attention.
7) Unique headlines that attract attention - not copied.
9) In drawing up the header, use relevant phrases (phrases for specific queries).

An advice: New York is a good place for business but not all gain success. Titles and Headers are also important to consider for you to become successful. Each title is displayed in the list of options in the search engines. Title should be such about what makes people type on the search engine and then clicks on your link, so they find exactly what was stated in your title or topic. People’s queries online used the search engines which provided them the exact answer they want to get. Think about New York when getting some ideas about that place.
<!--

It is essential that all consumers are familiar with regulations and remain vigilant when buying toys for kids.

For the most part, toy safety regulations have been very successful. Very few household accidents involve toys, and when accidents do involve toys it is very rare that the accident is caused by a defect in the toy itself. Accidents involving toys usually involve people tripping over them or using them inappropriately.

In addition, where defective or dangerous toys have made it onto the market they have been recalled quickly and publicly. However, this is no reason for parents to leave their guard down when buying toys.

Safety labels

First of all, you need to check that the toy you are buying bears the appropriate safety labels. In the United States, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) mark and in Europe the CE marking signifies that the toy meets the minimum required safety standards.

After these markings, probably the next most important labels for toy shoppers to watch out for are age labels. They are the essential part of toy safety, and you should always follow their guidance.

The vast majority of toys bears age labels, whether they are legally required or not. All toys that are not suitable for children under 36 months must bear a prominent label stating so.

However, in general toys give guidance as to what age group they are intended for. These serve as a guide as to what age group will benefit from the toy the most, in terms of fun and development. Here is a brief guide of what kinds of toys suit different age groups:

Under three years - The biggest threat that toys pose to children of this age is choking hazard. Babies and toddlers tend to put almost everything they lay their hands on in their mouths. Because of this, very small toys or toys with small parts are particularly unsuitable. In addition, keep marbles and small balls out of their reach; be careful with inflatable toys and balloons; and avoid toys with sharp or pointy edges.

Three to five years - Children really come into their own at this age and are able to much more sophisticated toys. However, you should remain vigilant as certain toys could pose a risk to them. Avoid toys with thin plastic that might break and cause injury.

Ages six to twelve - By these age children will be able to safely play with almost any toy you give them. However, always read the instruction leaflets for maintenance guides and hazard warnings. For example, if you buy a skateboard or a bike for your child, you should also buy protective equipment. If you buy a trampoline, you will need to carry out maintenance on it regularly.

If you have children of different ages, things can become a little complicated. When you have lots of different toys that are suitable for different ages you have to be super-vigilant. For a start, you should teach older children to keep their toys out of the reach of younger children.

Also, do not simply put all the toys into one box. Have a separate toy box for each child and make sure they do not swap toys. Age labels on toys will help you to keep organizing in this way.

In general, it is a good idea to be neat and tidy with toys. Having toys laying around the house is a common cause of accidents. Also, remember that children are intended to play with toys. All maintenance such as the changing of batteries should be carried out by an adult.

While toy safety labels offer a very important safeguard against dangerous toys reaching our children, it is also important to use your own common sense. Before you buy a toy examine it yourself to make sure that it is sturdy and well constructed. Furthermore, check to see if it has any sharp edges or pointy corners. Be extra careful when buying toys for very young children. For example, if you are buying a cuddly toy make sure that all the stitching is secure and that small items such as eyes or the nose is not loose.

If your child has an accident with a toy, or you suspect that a toy is dangerous, you should take immediate action. The first step is to take the toy out of the reach of all children. You should then report the toy to the relevant authorities. You will need to keep the toy for examination, and you should also try to provide details of when and where you bought the toy.

The regulations go along the way towards ensuring the toys in or shops are safe. However, consumer vigilance is also a vital part of the battle against dangerous toys.
<!--

Not only are the restaurant franchises resold every day, but it is very common to see all types of franchises for sale on the resale market.

The absolute first thing that you must do is to contact your franchisor. Do not be embarrassed! Franchisors expect that a certain percentage of their franchisees will someday want to sell their franchise. It is normal. There are many reasons for a franchisee to want to sell a franchise. Your reason for wanting to sell is probably a legitimate reason, something that the franchisor has probably heard many times before.

But probably the biggest reason that you need to contact your franchisor is that many franchisors will impose restrictions on franchise re-sales. For the most part, these restrictions will follow closely with their existing guidelines used for recruiting a new franchisee. They just want the ability to approve any new franchisee.

Are you prepared to sell your franchise? Do you know what your franchise is worth? Will you need to carry financing? Is your financial information up to date? Have you talked with your attorney about the correct form of structure for a sale (asset based vs. stock based)? Are there property lease considerations? Will your landlord allow an assumption of your lease?

You have got to know the answers to these questions. Make sure that you are properly prepared to sell your franchise. You will need to research the marketplace in order to establish a price point. You may wish to talk to a Business Broker or other informed expert for guidance. Check with your accountant. He or she has probably seen a business or two that has been sold over the years. Lean on those around you for good quality advice.

Looking at many franchisor web sites over the last few months, many sites include a section on their web site for franchise re-sales. Consequently, your franchisor may be able to help you market your franchise for sale to others. There are other ways to sell an existing franchise. A good old fashioned newspaper ad can work. A more progressive way is to advertise your franchise for sale online with a web site that is designed to market your franchise. An example would be The Business Market which has a number of existing franchises for sale.

So don’t be frustrated... be proactive! You can do it!
<!--

So be warned before joining them. Do your research if they are really genuine.

3. Online Investment or HYIPs
This program requires you to invest on their programs for a certain period of time and in return you will get the amount of interest based on your investment. This type of program involves a high risk, just like other offline investments. It also has the big chance of losing your money, because many of these programs are scams. Only a few of this type of program are legitimate. They offer a good low rate of interest, but still higher than most bank offers.

4. The most famous PPC service is Google Adwords, run by Google. Just be sure that your investment on the PPC service doesn’t exceed the amount of commission you get from the affiliate program.

As you can see, each program has there own advantage and disadvantages. The last two ways mentioned above is considered more promising than the top three. Laminating is an art and if you don’t know how to do it, you can easily ruin your project. The price you will pay is relatively small, considering the damage that can be done by improper lamination. A professional will know which type of lamination is right for your particular project.

Applying laminate to objects increases and extends the life of the document. This is typically done on maps, art, news articles, posters, photographs, reports and a wide range of other documents. The process covers the document with a thin plastic covering that protects it from moisture, tears and wear.

The equipment used in laminating documents can be quite expensive, particularly for wide format projects. Unless you have a need for extensive laminating, the equipment will be cost prohibitive. It is much cheaper to hire a service for fewer frequent lamination needs. Another option is to purchase a machine for small jobs and send larger projects out to be professionally laminated.

Often, printed materials will need to be protected. This is especially true for water based inks. These images will be destroyed if they come in contact with water. Moisture and excessive humidity in the air can cause the same problem. A laminate film over the project will prevent these problems and your document will last for years.

Options in Lamination Services

When you contact a professional, you will find that you have several choices in laminating your project. The first decision you will need to make is in the finish you want on the project. The most common finishes available are high gloss, semi gloss, satin or crystal finishes. The higher the gloss, the stronger and more durable the finish. However, the project will also have a shiny look. If you don’t want the high shine, consider a satin or crystal finish for your document. The professional performing the service can make suggestions that will help you decide.

You have two choices for the edges of your document. Many finished products have a small laminated edge on all four sides of the document. This edge is usually about 1/8” on all sides. If you don’t want this clear edge, you can request edge to edge lamination. This method leaves no overhand. The laminate ends at the edge of the document.

Another choice is in the mounting of the document. You may decide to have the image mounted prior to being laminated. This is a great choice for posters, photographs or art work. Projects of any size can be mounted, from small photographs, to a large poster sized art work.

Cost of Lamination Services

The cost of the service can vary widely. Some shops charge by the piece and others by the foot. In general, smaller jobs are charged by the sheet. Larger items, such as wide format laminating, are charged by the finished linear foot.

The thickness of the item being laminated also affects the price. In most shops, the thickness can vary from three to seven ml. The thickness of the document, the mounting or both will affect the total thickness of the project. In general, the thicker the item the more expensive the lamination.

Extra services, such as mounting or binding will add to the total cost of the project. Many shops offer binding the pages of your project into books. This is often done for business reports or booklets for business meetings or conferences. Binding gives your project a more professional look that will give people a good impression of you and your business.
<!--

Most of the 'Avon ladies' (and many men!) sell in their spare-time, although there is now an increasing number who work at their business full time.

We have interviewed several Avon representatives to find out how they have built up their Avon business. Their experiences may help you to decide whether you would benefit from joining an Avon team.

This week we are speaking to a man! Dave Carter is 31 and lives in Sunderland, UK.

Q: Dave, why did you join Avon?
A: My partner Debbie joined first, about 18 months ago. I had been selling another MLM company's products but I hadn't been very successful. I like the idea of network marketing, also known as multi-level marketing, and I could see the potential; but it just wasn't working for me. Then Avon started network marketing here in the UK about 2 years ago and getting in on the ground floor seemed attractive. I never dreamt I would succeed as well as I have.

Q: You say you have succeeded, how well have you done?
A: I don't want to be too specific about the money, but to give you an idea, I achieved the top commission level just before Christmas! Debbie and I run separate teams and she should join me on the top level soon.

Q: That's great. You must be enjoying the job to reach the top level in such a short time.
A: I really enjoy it. Although most of my team of nearly 100 is within 40-50 miles, I also travel, especially to meet potential sales leaders. I love being my own boss and don't think I could go back to working for someone else.

Q: So you think it's best to actually meet the members of your team?
A: It's one of Avon's rules: I have to meet the potential recruit face to face. We aren't allowed to sign up people by phone.

Q: How do you manage to recruit so many people, especially if some of them are a long way from you?
A: I have a website and receive a lot of enquiries from visitors to the site. I then either arrange to meet the person myself, or I pass the enquiry to one of my sales leaders. If I don't have a sales leader nearby I know other people with Avon businesses in other parts of the country and we swap leads.

Q: So I guess you would recommend others to join Avon?
A: I certainly would. I should point out that you wouldn’t be joining Avon as such: each one of us is a self-employed representative and we are not employed by the company. But anyone wanting to earn a few pounds each week by delivering the brochures and then collecting orders is very welcome. Or you can really build a great business like me by recruiting representatives and sales leaders who, in turn, will themselves recruit representatives. If you have a job now but don’t enjoy it, start part-time then build up the business until the income from that is enough to pay all your bills. Then you can sack your boss and work full-time for yourself!

Thank you Dave, best wishes for the future. It looks bright.
<!--

How much does it cost? What type of lawyer and consultants do I need? Who sells my stock? Etc.

The reality is, going public is fairly straight forward if you have a product or service that lends itself to an invest-able option to global financiers. The process of a start-up or small/medium size business going public usually begins with the basic business plan (50 to 100+ pages in length) and a Private Placement Memorandum (Regulation D Rule Exemptions 504, 505 or 506).

The company would then do an initial round of funding with accredited investors with a mini/maxi built into the offering circular that makes it possible to reach a simple benchmark that would allow the company to start using the investment cash for growth via public offering using OTCBB (over the counter bulletin boards); this is the quickest and cheapest way to go public being that 99.9% of companies don't have the liquidity and time in business to qualify for an IPO. There are several things that a company can do to make your capital raise a pleasure and not a nightmare. Start with a solid market maker that will commit to putting forth a dominating effort to sell your shares. The next thing you need to do is put a face and a voice to the company. Hire a publicist and pick an executive, usually the CEO or CFO, set up, daily interviews on radio and TV to promote the company and as you do this you will begin to see instant results. Another thing is to send out articles and press releases focusing on every single positive point, contract and strategic partners, feed that publicity machine. Branding is another powerful aspect to raising capital. Make your brand and image something that people see on online and in magazines. A solid publicist will do wonders for you. Get your press releases going on the wire to broker dealers and market makers and other stock promoters.

Fund raising has been complicated by unethical companies that are looking to create capitalization angles for themselves whether they are the business raising capital or the broker dealer buying and selling their stock. Done honestly, there is no reason a company with a viable business concept can't be successful in raising capital quickly and easily being sold on the public market.

About the Author:

Take Your Company Public, the easy way Call Princeton Corporate Solutions at 267-233-0183 PPM, OTCBB or IPO fund raising is easy with the right consultant.

<!--

Just pay a fee and sign the papers and you become the proud owner of your very own business. Yes, you are the boss, you make the decisions, and you get the earnings. Someone else has done all the ground work, solved the anticipated problems, and is sharing their knowledge and experience with you.

However, thousands of franchisees have lost their life savings and their companies. The innocent purchaser realizes after-the-fact that he has no real choices about how the business will be run.

The rules and procedures that go with the “Name Brand” dictates every tiny aspect of how the business is to be run – color schemes, what is sold and who you buy it from, hours to be open, type of employees to hire and exactly how to train the employees. The innocent purchaser now has a new boss who is a hard task-master. This new boss comes in the form of detailed manuals that must be followed.

Do franchises ever provide true success? Of course they do! There are thousands of happy, successful franchise owners. However, if they are happy it is because they ‘did their homework’ before signing on the dotted line or putting money out. During the 1980s there were hundreds of fraudulent get- rich-quick franchise dreams available, which, because they weren’t all legitimate, gave franchises a bad name. By 1979 the Federal Trade Commission began requiring complete disclosure of all pertinent information pertaining to a franchise business.

Then the public began to have confidence once again in acquiring a dream business which could not fail. Observing McDonald stores opening up around the globe is proof that, even though the product isn’t the healthiest in the world, it still sells and people still head for the golden arches. And someone is making money!

How can one best analyze a potential franchise business? How can people know it’s right for them, even if the paperwork and finances appear intellectually perfect? After asking every conceivable question, and getting the answers that sound right, here’s the best way to really, really know if that business is for you. Go sit in an identical franchise business that is already in operation.

Sit there and watch and listen -- from early morning till they close at night. Learn all you can by watching every aspect. Do this for at least ten days straight. If, at the end of ten days you still ‘feel’ excited and ‘really like being there’ then that particular franchise just might be perfect for you.

If by the tenth day you are making excuses for not going that day,or begin showing up later and later, or just downright begrudge being there, then that is a good indication of how you might feel if you own it. If that’s the case, find a different franchise product to invest in.
<!--

It would be wonderful to find something like a goose that lays golden eggs. You just give it a warm place in the barn and feed it a little grain every day, and presto!, it provides you with an endless supply of riches. Just a little over two months ago, I stumbled upon just such a thing: marketing products through the internet. “Absurd!” you may say, or “What has this guy been smoking?” you may ask. But, consider the following factors before you pass judgment:

• You can set up your own internet marketing business in just a few hours for much less than $100 (yes, only two zeroes; this is not a typo).

• You can create and sell your own products for nothing more than the cost of your own time and the electricity it takes to run your computer; or you can create nothing yourself and sell other people’s products for unusually high commission rates.

• You can sell physical products if you wish, or you can sell information products, which require no physical inventory, no storage costs, no shipping costs, and involve absolutely no environmental impact (what about the electricity, you ask? Perhaps a valid question - but let’s face it- if you weren’t doing something useful with the few cents of electricity your marketing efforts consumed every day, you would still have your computer on while you are surfing the ‘net or playing video games, right?).

• You have light-speed access to a potential market of hundreds of millions of customers, but you don’t have to summon up the energy and wear out the shoe leather required to actually knock on hundreds of millions of doors.

Perhaps the most remarkable thing about internet marketing is the existence of an enormous network of like minds out there in cyberspace who is willing and able to help you set up your own business, in many cases at no charge to you, through discussion forums, on-line courses and free or inexpensive software. The mysteries of domain registration, web hosting, e-mail autoresponders, e-book publishing, payment processing and web design are very simple to solve with a little work using easily accessible resources.

Internet marketing is the only business opportunity I know of today where a person can start with almost no capital and be up and running and collecting revenue within just a few days. Of course, there is no free lunch. You have to work at it (even Jack had to find grain to feed the goose . . .), but teachers are out there waiting for you if you take the time to look. You can find excellent resources at many Internet Marketing websites and blogs.
<!--

Domain name registration, if you do it right, is one of the key components of having your site rate high in the search engines. The right domain name is memorable, and can get your site to rank higher than other names. The wrong domain name won't do you any good at all.

The Basics of Domain Name Registration

The first thing you have to do is come up with a good domain name for registration. Don't even think about a one-word domain name; they're all gone at this point. Instead, come up with dual-word combos. If you're putting together a professional site, try your name before anything else.

Don't get fancy with spelling when selecting your domain name registration, or use 2s and 8s to represent their sounds. You can try the number 1; that sometimes works. You can also try the names of products you offer, or a description of your site content offerings: Romanceforgirls, popcornpalace, fluffykittens. Memorable is always better; short and memorable is best, but very difficult to accomplish.

Come up with a couple of dozen names that will do for your site, and test them on a registry. Don't buy a domain name for which the .com extension is gone, but you have access to the .net or .info. These domain names are not by any means as valuable as the .com. If you pick up the .com, though, and you expect the site to be lucrative or have a lot of competition, it's not a bad idea to pick up the other extensions as well. Domain name registration is NOT expensive, and if you register in bulk you can get an even better price.

The .UK Extension

This doesn't mean you should avoid anything but .com. If you have a business in the United Kingdom, you have access to the .uk domain name set, which UK customers are likely to look at before anything else for UK-specific businesses.

If you anticipate most of your business will come from British customers who are aware your business is in Britain, the .uk extension may be a better choice than the .com; and if your customers are unhappy with Internic's control of Internet domain registration or they are very pro-Britain, the .uk extension is certainly a better choice.

If you're fortunate enough to find both extensions for your domain open, and if you run a British company, it doesn't cost much to buy them both, and you definitely should.

It also gives your online presence an immediate “identity” geographically which can be crucial in building online relationships- where trust is a key component. By being a .UK domain, you are very likely to gain UK clients.

The .UK domains market is one of the fastest growing and lucrative registration areas on the internet.

Tips for Domain Name Registration

Have a website ready to plunk into your domain as soon as you buy it, and submit it immediately to the search engines. The search engines take time to index new sites and your domain name registration is only as valuable as the search engines make it.

You can also have more than one domain name pointing at a single site. If you've bought multiple extensions for your domain name (as in the previously-suggested .com /.uk combination), you can set up your site under one domain name and then direct traffic from the others to the main site. This is called web traffic forwarding and has been around for years. It may be as simple as parking your domain name on a server and putting a line of code on the page, or as complex as going through another website to use their online web forwarding services.

When you do register a domain and start building traffic to it, go out and renew for multiple years before your renewal is due. It is surprisingly easy to forget to register your domain name on time, and if someone else sneaks in and registers it, you've just lost a ton of work on that domain.

By making your domain name memorable, you will help other webmasters remember your site easily when building anchor texts in their links- a crucial component of SEO.

Final tip: don’t just think about price when looking for a domain registration company- also think about quality of service. While you shouldn’t be paying over the odds, it really is better to be safe than sorry and go with the more established registrars. Then you can have peace of mind that should any problems arise, you will be well looked after.
<!--

Great idea! Here is a high-level overview on what to look for:

Operating History - A long history of success is the #1 thing to look for. If many other franchisees have been successful over the years, your chances are probably pretty good that you will be successful too.

Location, location, location - Investigate the territory rights. Make sure that your site selection is a good one. Don't settle for a second rate site.

Investigate - Don't believe everything you hear or read from the franchisor! Investigate. Lean on those experts around you such as an attorney or an accountant. Visit some existing franchisees(choose to visit ones that the franchisor does not recommend, not just the ones that they feed you).

Labor pool - If your franchise is labor intensive (example: restaurant), what is the depth and quality of the available labor pool? Any business needs a strong qualified workforce in order to succeed.

Initial training - Make sure that you and all key employees are adequately prepared. Grand opening support is a must.

Ongoing support - A critical component for success. Make sure that all levels of support are included, and get it in writing upfront! Don't rely on their statement, "Don't worry, we will take care of you".

Marketing programs - Franchise marketing is important. Make sure that any marketing dollars contributed to the franchisor are spent wisely.

Purchasing power - Can the franchisor pass on cost savings to you based on mass purchasing power?

Investment amount - While the upfront cost of the investment can seem expensive, in the long run it is probably not. A more significant expense can be the ongoing royalty and marketing fees.

Exit strategy - If the opportunity does not work, what is your exit strategy? Will the franchisor assist you in re-selling the franchise? Will they help market it for you? Many franchisors will actually provide a section on their web site for franchise re-sales. Beware if there are a lot of re-sales relative to the total number of franchises in existence.
<!--

Before you know it, you’re hearing catchphrases on the news, on analyst shows and even on the street from strangers. Maybe no other phrase exemplifies this better than the dot.com bubble. The dot.com bubble was a mini-crash of sorts in the stock market that only affected one segment of stock: the internet company.

The origin of the dot.com bubble can be traced back to 1994. The rise of the Internet from being a Department of Defense secret to a widely used tool in everyday life caused the formation of thousands of new businesses seemingly overnight. Many of these dot.com’s were not run by people who knew that much about business, but the ease of starting their own company over the Internet was so simple, most investors didn’t realize this.

As people poured onto the Internet, excitement grew as to the possibility of reaching such a large number of people so easily and so cheaply. It was, however, the misunderstood nature of the Internet that caused the eventual dot.com crash. Reaching all those people and getting them to buy your product turned out to be a little more difficult than most thought.

Three particular companies that would come to represent the dot.com age were WorldCom, who would end up not surviving the bubble, Netscape, which is still in business today but is considered an also-ran by many, and Yahoo, who isn’t the industry leader it use to be, but is still doing quite well.

The “bubble” referred to in the name comes from investors speculating about a companies future, and as the stock for that company begins to rise, the bubble builds. It’s called a bubble because the speculation and the rise in stock prices isn’t based on any real, ironclad evidence that the company is really worth all the hype.

The Dot.coms began to fail en masse midway through 2000. The Nasdaq market felt the full brunt of these failures since so much of their listed companies were dot.coms. Many companies, such as WorldCom and Pets.com ended up going out of business, costing investors millions. Others, such as Yahoo and Amazon survived, with Amazon being stronger than ever.

It’s unknown if there will be another dot.com bust in the future. With Google having bought YouTube for over a billion dollars, anything is possible. But one hopes that investors will be more careful this time and heed the lessons of dot.com bubble’s past.
<!--

There are numerous options and countless moneymaking schemes and scams that we are bombarded by everyday. Be careful to do enough research on the pros and cons of each option, and then decide which is best for you.

The next step in starting your Internet business is to make sure that your idea or connection is legal. Consult an attorney for the FTC regulations for online business, and get the advice of an accountant regarding tax obligations and learn how to keep books.

Having an impressive website presence is the cornerstone of your online business. Get a domain name that is easy for customers to remember, reflective of your line of business and can be easily picked up by search engines. Though the web address given by your Internet provider can be used, there’s the danger of losing your domain should your service provider go out of business. Make sure to register the domain name though it might cost a little.

Choose a web hosting company that is reliable and offers a wide range of packages depending on the needs of a growing business. Choose a package depending on its bandwidth, disk space, e-mail facility, downtime, customer support, back up facility and any other additional facilities your business might need. There are many free hosting service providers, but resist the temptation and pay for your service. Free hosting does not give you control over your site nor does it give a professional look to the site.

Web design is crucial, so if you have any budget at all, hire someone to design it. It’s worth the money to have a clean, creative design that will identify your site and your product. It should be easy to upload and navigate and should appeal to your target audience.

You officially start business by launching the site but that’s not enough. Promoting and improvising the site through constant updating is what makes you different from a million others. Put together a systematic plan that works for you.
<!--

Whether you are in an airport, a hospital or an office building, the chances of being able to get a cup of coffee, a snack or a soda from a vending machine is very good. However, the number of specialty coffee shops is proving to be competition for these vending machines. This is why many of the coin-operated coffee vending machines now offer customers the opportunity to enjoy specialty coffee.

When it comes to vending machines, soda, snack, or coffee, customers want freshness. Therefore, if you have a coin operated vending machine that dispenses coffee or snacks, you do have to make sure that the quality of the product is always fresh. If you have coffee vending machines placed in locations where they are not doing well, the best thing is for you to find a location where the product will sell better, After a while the coffee in the machine goes stale and customers will not buy any at all.

Most business owners and managers will be very receptive if you approach them with your idea for coin-operated coffee vending machines. Since most employees do slip out to the nearest coffee shop for a refill, being able to offer specialty coffee at the business location does a lot for company morale. A small store near an office building will also like to have a coffee vending machine because the workers that come in for coffee will also purchase something else. In a vending machine, soda, snacks and fruit are really cold which goes over well on a hot summer day.

If you are fortunate enough to be able to place your coffee vending machines in the staff room of a school or business, you will do well with your vending machine business. All you have to do is set up a schedule for visiting the coin-operated vending machines to replenish the supply of coffee. You also need to provide a telephone number so that if the vending machine, soda, snacks or coffee runs out, someone from that location can call you to let you know. Being able to keep the vending machines fully stocked is one thing you need to do to succeed in this business.

The coffee vending machines of today offer larger cups of coffee than the older models. There are also better thermal and brewing systems in these coin-operated vending machines, which translates into offering your customers a better cup of coffee for their money. You do need to offer the same quality of coffee from your coffee vending machines as the customers can get at Starbucks or Tim Horton’s.
<!--

Productivity suffers when you're in an unfamiliar place. The way a laptop keyboard cramps your hands is sometimes enough to keep you from getting the job done right.

Here are four technology "must-haves" for the mobile office, plus some tools that can boost your productivity while you're away.
• The Right Software

It isn't just downloading the necessary applications onto your laptop or PDA, it's also knowing whether the programs are suited to a mobile office. Is your email program built for the road or adapted from a bigger application meant for a corporate network? Do the programs work together on your laptop or do they freeze when your processor gets busy?

These considerations can become big issues when you're traveling. That's something Tab Stone, a doctor from Los Angeles, knows all too well. He installed a new email program on his laptop before leaving on a recent trip, but it wasn't suited for mobile use. He had to uninstall it shortly before takeoff, but that disabled his backup email program. That meant he couldn't download any messages to his PC. "I could not fix whatever was corrupted with either a fresh download or a copy downloaded from the internet," Stone recalls.

The latest: Contact-management software programs let you integrate data with your PDA, so you can download and synchronise contacts, calendar appointments and notes to your Palm Pilot or Pocket PC. There's also a web-based version for travellers who either lose their laptops or prefer to work from a desktop at their destination.

What's next? Look for more integration between applications for wireless users. Contact managers are already assuming the role of email program, address book and database. The next step is making it more accessible to people who are using cell phones or PDAs.
• The Right Hardware

I'm not talking about owning the newest laptop computer. I'm talking about hardware that's created for life on the road. Let's face it: A lot of the gadgets on which mobile professionals depend aren't made with travelers in mind. For example, when Joachim Martin's laptop battery ran out on a recent flight, a helpful flight attendant offered to recharge it in a "secret" outlet in the back of the plane. "The batteries charged," remembers the software developer. "But when I got home, they were dead." The power source had to be replaced. Blame the airline, the battery manufacturer or even the unfortunate business traveller for not knowing better, but this kind of thing happens often. Phone plugs don't always fit; neither do power outlets. And a lot of the gadgets we rely on are traveler-hostile, impractical or both.

The latest: Some hardware manufacturers are meeting the demand for traveler-friendly hardware with add-ons such as the Stowaway XT Keyboard. I've also been impressed with Microsoft's Mini Optical Mouse, which frees you from the restrictions of your laptop's finger-cramping pointer.

What's next? As the convergence between cell phones, PCs and PDAs continues, it wouldn't surprise me to see devices that offer the ergonomic comfort of a desktop with the portability of a PDA. It won't come a moment too soon for many road warriors.
• The Right Connections

Connections are everything to the mobile office.

Remember Stone, the doctor without email? He eventually accessed his messages through an unwieldy web connection. Spencer Field, who recently returned from a trip to Melbourne, can also tell you about email trouble. He learned upon arrival that the dial-up numbers to his internet service provider (ISP) didn't work. "I thought that was probably the end of my online access," he says. "As a last-ditch effort, I let my fingers do the walking and checked out the Melbourne Yellow Pages for a local ISP." He found one and signed up for a one-month email account which gave him access to local numbers on his entire itinerary.

It isn't just internet connections that matter, but also hooking up to other devices such as cell phones, PDAs and laptops. Technologies such as Bluetooth let you communicate with other devices in an office or hotel room without the need for cables.

The latest: According to a recent AT&T study, the top barrier to working from a remote location is access to a high-speed data connection. Fast wireless networks are springing up everywhere — in hotels, airport lounges and coffee shops. And even though Bluetooth got off to a slow start, the concept behind it — which is to lose the wires — is fundamentally sound.

What's next? It won't be long before Wi-Fi is as ubiquitous as cellular coverage and a majority of devices are Bluetooth-enabled. That's good news for those of us who work in a mobile office.
• The Right Web Applications

Web-based applications are so important to the mobile office that I've decided to give them their own category, even though they technically belong in the "software" section. The web is one of the most efficient ways for a mobile worker to gain access to a back-office system, intranet or database.

My ISP offers a rudimentary application that lets me check my email from the web. I can't remember how often I've had to use it because my email program failed to work properly. But I do remember the last time. I was stuck at a meeting out-of-town and my email account had sustained a spam attack — thousands of unsolicited messages — that would have taken hours to download. Instead, I logged on to the web and deleted them all in seconds. Were it not for the web application, I would probably still be downloading the spam.

The latest: One of the most innovative Web applications is GoToMyPC , which lets you access the desktop in your home or office through the web. Another useful application for mobile users is web conferencing services such as Microsoft Office LiveMeeting.

What's next? Expect these applications to become cheaper, more reliable and even more sophisticated.

<!--

Now a days if you plan to make a part-time income or make a full-time living by selling wholesale items, you need to know three basic components that almost every seller online and offline do not use to their advantage.

In order to have success within the wholesale business you need to follow the three steps key components 98% average Joe marketer does not apply and fails to recognize as vital important factors for company short-term and long-term success as competition is getting heavier every day, such key steps are:

Key Component Number 1: Research. Product and market research both online and offline is a must for the initial start-up success of a potential profitable wholesale business.

You need to discover what wholesale items are profitable, which items are viable and saturated, item acceptance-nationally or worldwide, market population, item conversion rate, return on investment and competition research to name a few.

Know how to make this research before deciding to sell a product and more importantly, a wholesale item. Since when we sell wholesale, profits are less since we sell to merchants, retailers or clients and therefore need more research time to enjoy possible future profits.

Key Component Number 2: Test. Most successful businesses test their product and system before even starting to sell the main item both online or offline.

One of the tools you can use for your immediate advantage is the use of surveys. By using and completing a survey to a potential customer, you obtain valuable rapport on customer likes and dislikes about your idea, product or business concept. Use this free survey resource to your advantage before selling for immediate feedback.

Key Component Number 3: Take Action. Start offering the wholesale item for a fee and gather final conclusions if your item will or will not sell. By doing the proper research, testing and getting into an action process mode, you will win or lose money. No matter what happens in your sales experience with your new item, you earn profits or you gain considerable knowledge and experience.

Very importantly, you must take action with your new idea or recurring wholesale business venture as doing so will increase your experience and potential profit success within your niche and industry.
<!--

Perhaps no other plants, individually, can have as great an impact on how a yard looks in spring. Browse the articles to which I've linked below for information on particular varieties
of flowering landscape trees. Pictures are included.

Crape Myrtles: Landscape Trees of the South

A popular choice in flowering landscape trees for Southerners, crape myrtles have a long blooming period (mid-summer to fall). The blooming clusters of these flowering landscape trees come in pink, white, red and lavender. The clusters appear on the tips of new wood. Northerners can sometimes get away with treating these flowering landscape trees as perennials that die back in winter but come back in spring.

Trees

Not all specimens with a weeping habit are flowering landscape trees, but this article looks at several weeping varieties that do bloom, headed by four types of cherry. Saucer Magnolias

The size and shape of the blooms are what suggested the common name for these flowering landscape trees. Want a specimen with a brilliant bloom as big as a saucer? Access information on these beauties here.

Rose of Sharon

Although some people think of it as a landscape "tree" because it gets tall and can be pruned so as to have a single trunk), rose of sharon is, in fact, a flowering shrub. The fact that it blooms relatively late -- and for a long time -- makes it
a valuable plant for those looking to distribute their yard's color display throughout the growing season. Top 10 List of Flowering Landscape Trees and Shrubs for Spring.

This article features information on ten flowering landscape trees and shrubs that brighten our spring seasons. Included are redbud, callery pear and crabapple.
Hawthorn: Late-Blooming Landscape Trees

This article offers information on Washington hawthorn trees, which are perhaps most valued for the time at which they bloom (late spring to early summer). Many of the popular flowering specimens bloom earlier in the spring, and while their blossoms are pleasant sights for eyes sore from winter's barrenness, they desert us too quickly!
<!--
