根據中華民國憲法：
「第四條中華民國領土，依其固有之疆域，非經國民大會之決議，不得變更之。」

那什麼是「固有之疆域」呢？根據五五憲草第一章，第四條：
「第四條中華民國領土為江蘇、浙江、安徽、江西、湖北、湖南、四川、西康、河北、山東、山西、河南、陝西、甘肅、青海、福建、廣東、廣西、雲南、貴州、遼寧、吉林、黑龍江、熱河、察哈爾、綏遠、寧夏、新疆、蒙古、西藏等固有之疆域。

中華民國領土，非經國民大會議決不得變更。」

也就是說：根據中華民國憲法，參考五五憲草，中華民國領土不包括臺灣、澎湖。

根據李筱峰教授：
『一九一二年開國時的中華民國，其範圍是所謂的「秋海棠」，並不包括台灣；但一九四九年以後掛名「中華民國」的範圍卻只有台灣，而沒有「秋海棠」。國號雖然相同，但其範圍剛好顛倒過來。這是世界絕無僅有的奇觀！也正是台灣尷尬的處境！更是我們要建立新國家的基本理由！』

I have finally purchased this tablet at the price of NT$11200. This is a bit less than US$400. In addition to tech show discount, according to the salesperson, he had quoted me a wrong price. Other than this, the lowest price I have found was NT$11400 at tech show, and NT$11500 in stores.

I believe I have got the biggest bang for my bucks, in terms of both price and value.

Value is my deciding factor on choosing A500. Compared with iPad2 and Asus Transformer, A500 is better equipped but ridiculously priced. This kind of portable equipment comes with extremely high risk of damage and theft. Hence its cost must be expendable. Android is capable of accomplishing any task I would assign to an iPad. So Android wins out for lower cost.

Among Android devices, Asus Transformer is ridiculously expensive. Take a look at the tablet itself, A500 is better equipped than Transformer at a lower price. To dress up A500, a blue tooth keyboard is less than NT$2000. A Transformer with keyboard, however, is approaching NT$20,000. If I am burning that much cash, why would not I get a NetBook in addition to an A500? During tech show, I can get a NetBook for less than NT$7000. From NetBook point of view, Transformer with keyboard is poor on computing power and storage. Why do you need 16 hours of battery juice? Can you last that long? Even if you can, can your audiences? Other than a sales obsessed on lightening the weight of his/her luggage, I cannot think of any practical justification for Asus Transformer.

It is a bit heavier and larger than expected. However, after comparing with a iPad2, its weight seems a lot more reasonable, as it is not much heavier. For folks looking for a powerful ebook reader, I would recommend a 7" pad instead. As far as ebook reader goes, I would gladly exchange the over sized viewing area for less burden. Some reviewer criticize A500's battery life by comparing it with other tablets. I say if you are staring at a tablet more than 6 hours a day, then perhaps you need to get a life instead of a pad. Nonetheless, I do not regret my decision, as my need is indeed a tablet. So I do need the large screen. In addition, I am also regarding being a dumb bell as an extra function.

Acer boasts Doby stereo. I did not expect much from this claim. Nonetheless, it has been a pleasant surprise to discover A500 produces the most pleasant sound I have ever heard from build in computer speakers.

I would have made this purchase a bit earlier had had Acer made a louder announcement on their Android 3.2 update. Acer's web site shows Android 3.1 update download. However, the newer update is done through Wi-Fi. I was not sure of this until I have become an owner.

Books, video, and audio included, with cloud storage, I am very pleased to be able to carry my library with me at this weight.

零北終於敗了這臺平板。砸了11200大洋。除了打狗資訊展的折扣外，銷售說他報錯價了。但那條漢子曰：雖然報錯價，但他敢報，就敢負責、敢出貨。

除了那攤外，在資訊展，零北問到的最低價是11400大洋；在店面則是11500。眼看著A500逐漸從市場上消失，相信零北已經撿到殺到見骨的最低價了。

零北選擇A500的原因是投資報酬率：跟挨呸吐與華碩變形金剛相比，它的配備不比人差，但價格卻低到笑得死人。這種隨身帶著趴趴走的東西，就算自己有信心不會意外砸爛，都還要考慮盜賊因素。因此價格必須是低到可以考慮打水漂的。俺捉夷能達到完成零北要挨呸吐所能完成的任務，而俺捉夷的板子比蘋果便宜，那零北就買俺捉夷。

俺捉夷裡，華碩的變形金剛又貴到爆笑：只看平板，不看鍵盤，變形金剛就比配備更好的A500還貴。不配鍵盤的話，你幹麽要為變形金剛多砸銀子？要配鍵盤，變形金剛就趨近兩萬大洋。要搞定平板加鍵盤，藍牙鍵盤不用兩千大洋；要砸兩萬大洋，零北幹麽不乾脆敗個A500後，再加碼敗個小筆電啊？電腦展時，十吋小筆電七千大洋有找耶…… 從筆電的觀點來看，不論性能、存儲變形金剛都還不如一臺小筆電。帶鍵盤的變形金剛的續航力比零北知道的小筆電都強，但是你非得要十六小時的續航力幹麽？八小時不夠用嗎？你的變形金剛有十六個小時的續航力，你的人有沒有？你的觀眾有沒有？除了要把行李減到最輕，長期出差時還找不到機會充電的業務外，零北想不出變形金剛有何實用價值。

A500比我想像中的要大一些，重一點。但在與挨呸吐比較之後，A500的重量感覺彷彿合理了點：不算重太多。想要超強電子書的，零北會推薦7吋平板。電子書不需要這麼大的螢幕，而十吋平板實在太重了。網上有些評論文在與其他平板比較後，說A500的電池不夠有力。零北覺得，如果你一天瞪平板的時間一口氣要超過六小時，那你的日子就過得太窩囊了。零北不後悔零北的選擇，因為零北需要的就是平板電腦。零北可以為大螢幕忍受額外重量。換個角度，還可以把它當啞鈴使。

宏碁吹說有杜比音效，但是零北沒給他信道。不過開箱後倒是發現A500的聲音還真是零北聽過電腦內建喇叭中最好的。

如果宏碁大聲點宣傳A500有按桌椅3.2升級的話，零北會早點給他敗下去。他們的網站提供的下載只到3.1，但3.2的升級是直接經過Wi-Fi。直到敗回家後，我才確定可以升級到3.2。

雖然有點重，但加上雲端存儲，零北可以帶著我的影音、藏書趴趴走。龍心大悅。

如是我聞：『請叫我豬頭！』

到天龍國跟十年不見的老友們聚餐。我們常常天各一方，神交遠多過聚首。此次有志一同，齊來支持小英。

席間有位也是從打狗來，一流大學畢業；二流大學的MBA；下三濫學院的教員在聽到他們一家及大部分的朋友都自費飛回臺灣投小英後，竟然說：『我們一家也都投小英，但是為了平衡一下，所以我投馬英九。』

這句話聽起來跟說『請叫我豬頭』的差別在哪裡？

民主國家，票票等值：她那一票，跟人家砸了上千美金來回機票等值。

如果她是經過一番思考，為她的選擇說得出一番道理，那麼在"Agree to disagree"的原則下，零北還是可以尊重她的選擇。但是她的決策過程是如此的膚淺，而且還在一群為了珍惜權利，關心國家未來的『朋友』前這麼說，不得不教人懷疑她到底是得了便宜還賣乖的假豬頭，還是當真笨到姥姥家去的真豬頭？零北還是尊重她吃屎的自由，但是絕不會尊重她的智商及人品。

在下筆前，曾經想過，她會不會大駕光臨本部落格？會不會看到這篇雜文？要不要給她留點面子？但後來想到：人家自己都大方承認自己是豬頭了，那零北幹麼還那麼狗拿耗子，去在乎連她自己都不在乎的東西？

如是我聞：【地雷】鳳山‧普羅旺斯一店～服務、品質很差

但有人要請客，總不能當挑剔的奧客，就給他一個機會。還是發現名不虛傳。兩個火鍋明明就還沒吃完，同一個服務生十分鐘之內來兩次問要不要收拾。每次都耐著性子告訴他還要，不到五分鐘又來了。這次跟他說『還要！』語氣雖然有稍微重一些，但竟然敢跟零北對『戚』。零北暗想：下次上門是不是該先把機絲傳吼便，準備幹架啊？那是說如果注死非不得已還有下次的話啦…… 零北是卡龜毛啦，可是連超有口德的鳳姐都說他們的服務『還好啦～』

他們的泰式酸辣鍋雖然還不錯吃，但要350大洋一鍋。零北到泰國店去買包湯塊，扔一塊進湯底，就可以到天饌吃到爆。

零北比較笨，還真看不出普羅旺斯的強項在哪裡？估計難度這麼高的問題，只有馬先生答得出來吧？難怪他有才調連任腫痛。

******** 本文純為個人經驗分享。作者並未收到『推薦』廠商的任何酬勞。********

零北在2009年在劈兮轟買了塊 16G Class 2 SanDisk microSDHC 放在手機裡。前幾天掛了印象中有不少記憶卡都是終身保固。於是先孤狗了一下關鍵字"sandisk 保固維修"。

發現sandisk 非國內代理商貨，維修全記錄一文，心就涼了半截。

目前結論: 買sandisk記憶卡，請購買國內代理商產品，並且，包裝千萬不能丟。

所謂的終身保固也是保固，問題是送修個記憶卡就能讓你一兩個月沒記憶卡可以用。

國內代理商規定 :

1. 增你強SANDISK公司貨於2009年起，將以小方貼為認明基準。

2. 若消費者購買的產品發生問題的時候，只要憑著原產品以及產品商標規章小方貼，或購買門市發票送回原門市尋求保固服務，由該產品售出門市自行做保固換貨動作或作待送修服務流程。

意思是說: 只認小貼紙，但大部份的人殼子都不會留著，這是什麼爛招。

下次用代理商保固貼紙加上原廠貨送修試試看好了，如果送修成功表示他們也沒有認序號，那各位鄉民只要留一份貼紙然後買原廠貨就好了(end)

零北還真的就沒保留包裝啊！雖然現在Class 4的在劈兮轟只要台幣488就有了，可是當年零北可是砸下近兩千二大洋敗的啊！只因為丟了張不環保的破紙，兩千二大洋就此打了水漂，這叫零北情何以堪啊！蒼天哪……

但想，要那張破紙，不過是為了購買證明。而在劈兮轟上買的東西全都有記錄，可以列印購買證明。於是就打算以此試試看國內的代理商好不好參詳。同時雙管齊下：

問劈兮轟：告訴他們東西壞了，如何保固？
經由SanDisk網站聯絡原廠，問他們在打狗是否有服務據點？

幸好零北運氣不算太差，而且還稍微有點幽默感，所以才沒被氣死。

劈兮轟的表現最爆笑。先是叫我等三天，號稱會『幫我』詢問廠商，如果零北不想等，可以打電話直接與廠商聯絡，並給零北一個天龍國的電話號碼。後來零北告訴劈兮轟說：那個電話無人接聽。劈兮轟回答：他們已經停止與那個廠商合作，而且零北買的記憶卡保固期只有一年，~~意思是叫零北摸鼻子甲賽？~~

SanDisk工程師的回答很迅速。告訴零北他們在臺灣沒有服務據點，叫我直接寄回總公司。這麼搞，不就是要勞民傷財兼耗時？還不如砸488買塊Class 4的算了。

德文資訊的工程師很專業，沒有要求貼紙、包裝。當我提及我有劈兮轟的購買證明時，他雖然有順便叫我帶過去，但到了現場，他也沒跟我要。結果是：只要帶記憶卡過去就可以了。不過他們也說，不負責維修水貨。至於是否是水貨，他們可以從產品序號分辨。也就是說，只要您買的不是水貨，就算不是跟德文、增你強買的，也可以送修。

週二晚送修，週六就手機通知取貨。嚴格說起來，只花了三個工作天。還將零北的Class 2免費升級成Class 4。零北龍心大悅，大推！

個人感受：

劈兮轟的服務給零北敷衍了事的感覺
SanDisk為產品負責，值得嘉許，但與旗下代理商的縱向聯繫不足，不知道自己的服務有多好。
增你強萬歲！德文資訊萬歲！臺灣萬歲！萬歲！萬萬歲！我愛臺灣！

Tricks and Tips/撇步:

The following picture instructing the insertion of the SIM card is wrong. If you follow this picture, your SIM card will be stuck, and difficult to get it out. After you open the back lid and remove the battery, there is a sticker showing the correct way to insert the SIM card.

上圖中SIM卡的方向錯誤。如果您依照上圖，您的SIM卡會被卡在手機裏。要再拿出來就爆麻煩了。當您拿掉電池後，可以看到放電池的地方貼了張貼紙，顯示插入SIM卡的正確方向。

It is difficult to remove the SIM card. Perhaps it was only my luck, I searched the web and could not find a good way for removing the SIM card. The way I do it is to pin a big needle on the plastic part of the SIM card. I dare not recommending the method.

要移除SIM卡很困難。我的做法是用根大針刺SIM卡上的塑膠部分。小孩子不要亂學，葛隔有練過。

When I tried to download the PC Companion, the size of the downloaded file is always zero. The installation of Media Go always failed due to failure of C++ component installation. My solution is, instead of downloading software packages from the web, install them from the phone using the USB core. My Windows computer prompted me from installation of PC Companion after I plug the core into the USB port. Then the installation ran smoothly, including Media Go.

零北從網站上下載的PC Companion安裝檔的大小永遠是零。Media Go的安裝永遠死在一些C++元件的安裝失敗。零北解決的方法是：用USB綫從電話直接安裝。零北將電話的USB綫插進暈倒死電腦後，暈倒死就問零北要不要裝PC Companion跟Media Go。這樣安裝就沒問題了。

The battery life is not amazing. About 30 minutes of video recording will turn the indicator red. Using the earphone defeats the purpose of water proof, as you need to open the lid to plug in the earphone. Although this problem can be easily solved by a blue tooth device, a mp3 player can do a better trick by helping on battery life.

電池沒想像中的跩。錄半小時的影，電壓指示就變紅。一用耳機，防水就廢了：因為得打開防水蓋才能插入耳機。這個問題雖然可以用藍牙耳機解決，但不如另外用個MP3，這樣才不會因為聽音樂而把電池聽掛。

User Experience:

I am very happy with this phone. The operation of GUI is smooth. My only complain is the weak Wi-Fi reception. The signal is half full when I am only two meter away from the wireless router. From five meters away, a wall blocks the signal to one dot. This does not happen on my three year old Nokia 5800 Xpress Music. Although PC Companion does not support Linux, the phone can still work nicely without it. File transfer is a bliss with FTP server apps.

I also like their design on water proof. Ports are reduced to the minimum: one for ear phone, the other for USB. The "cover" for ports are actually plugs attached by very short and strong robber band. When it comes to water proof, Nokia 5500 pale in comparison, whose ports are covered by a piece of plastic that needs to be bent each time and broke within two years.

Due to previous bad experience from customers, the dealer advised against operating this phone under water.

I also like the hollow in design of the camera lens. This design reduces the chance of finger print greatly.

使用者經驗：

除了Wi-Fi收訊弱之外，零北相當滿意。離無綫路由兩公尺時，訊號只半滿；五公尺外，一道牆就能把訊號砍到只剩一點。我那三年舊的Nokia 5800 XpressMusic都沒這麼慘。雖然PC Companion不支持Linux，可是不用它也還可以。用FTP伺服器的app，檔案傳輸就很爽。

零北很欣賞Xperia Active的防水設計。接口只有兩個。接口的蓋子除了密封性很好外，更具耐用性。蓋子跟背蓋之間另外用很短的橡皮連結。不像Nokia 5500，就是一片塑膠。除了密封性差之外，耐用性更是可笑：每次開關都要折彎，用不到兩年就斷了。

購買時，經銷商建議不要在水下使用，因為之前有客戶就是這樣毀掉新手機。

我還喜歡凹進去的鏡頭設計。這樣不容易誤觸鏡頭而留下指紋。

The Deciding Factor:

Before I made this purchase, I was also considering Motorola Defy. SE wins out for newer version of OS and better picture quality, according to information I gather from the net.

抉擇：

敗下這鍋之前，本來還有考慮沒得撈啦的Defy。最後新力以較新版的作業系統及攝影品質（根據網上論壇評價）勝出。

This place is so plain and simple that I would have never given it a shot hadn't had it been highly recommended. However, being plain and simple turns out to be their forte to be great. They claim they do not use MSG, but their broth is even tastier than those who do. Plain and simple, alright, but everything is done to its perfection.

這攤看來超平凡。如果不是魚夫大大的大力推薦，不識泰山的我一定不會給他機會。號稱不用味精的高湯竟然比用了味精的更甜美。把平平凡凡的每個細節都發揮到極致完美。

This joint is similar to Qianqian and No. 1. Both No. 1 and Qianqian has raised their everyday price to NT$180 already.

吃到飽160元。明年假日漲到180。跟芊芊、第一名同等級。各有所長。但芊芊與第一名已經漲到180元了，不分平、假日。

Although providing basil is a great idea, still I slightly prefer this restaurant is similar to No. 1 Hot Pot and Grill for the availability of Cortex Cerebri Sus and more selection of veggies. A major difference between these two joints is, No. 1 uses cooking paper, and Qianqian aluminum foil, for frying. At Qianqian, you can opt for hot pot only instead of hotpot and grill (frying).

廉價火烤兩吃吃到爆。跟第一名比較起來，我有點偏好芊芊。雖然第一名有九層塔，但芊芊的蔬菜種類比較多，還常有豬腦，不過芊芊沒有王子/科學麵。這兩個地方最大的差別是：第一名用烹飪紙，而芊芊用鋁箔。好像有聽說烹飪紙容易釋出有毒物質（塑化劑）？也好像聽說用鋁製餐具容易得老人癡呆？還有鋁箔遇酸易腐蝕，要加檸檬汁，最好等到烤好後夾到盤子裡再加。

奇怪了：蔡英文幹麽承認中華民國？

首先：中華民國的國旗是五色旗，車輪旗是山寨版的。

其次：自從中華人民共和國建國，消滅（山寨版）中華民國，已經下野的蔣介石復辟後，車輪旗更淪為流寇旗，跟海盜的骷髏旗同等級。

再說：民進黨雖然號稱台獨，但從沒阻擋過任何人拿車輪旗；反觀車輪黨：禁止、損壞車輪旗，更有員警號稱上司是中華人民共和國。

馬『先生』自己都不承認中華民國了，自己都不承認中華民國了，幹麽要別人承認？
