Lisle, Illinois - August 4, 2005 - BluePay Inc., a leader in payment processing solutions, and AmbironTrustWave, a Qualified Data Security Company (QDSC) providing service to more than 30,000 clients, have entered into a partnership agreement allowing BluePay and AmbironTrustWave to jointly offer CISP/PCI compliance services to all levels of merchants.

In order to ensure that cardholder information is at the forefront of each merchant's security policies, VISA USA and others have instituted required protocols that all merchants must adhere to. CISP/PCI compliance rules from VISA are currently in effect and all merchants are expected to be compliant by certain dates. VISA states that, "A key component of success is merchant and service provider compliance. When PCI Data Security Standard requirements are enforced, they can provide a well-aimed defense against data exposure and compromise."
