If someone DID steal something – it was probably only a pair of underwear or something else which I could go for long periods of time without noticing.

Personally, it’s not as much fun to steal underwear as it is to be “gifted” them. Because someone saying “that was fucking awesome – I want you to keep this and think about me” is a pretty hot concept in my book.

But hey, that’s just the way it goes.

Regardless, I’ve heard some horror stories in the past about guys (especially bar hookups) grabbing something on their way out or slipping some money out of a guys pocket when they’re getting dressed. It sucks – but it can be avoided if you get to know people before you get nekkid with them – but I know, I know – whats the fun in that, right?

That’s the part that always gets me when I see someone posting on Craigslist: “I’m in the bedroom on the bed, blindfolded/ass up, the door is unlocked, come fuck me.”

You’re begging to be robbed. I know people that it’s happened to. But that situation is a dangerous game anyway, considering you could get an STD or killed for that matter. There are some MESSED UP people out there on Internet.

So, overall – it’s better to be safe than sorry on every front.

Really, though – Mike pointed out that I hadn’t done a “chub-centric” comic in quite some time. I view MANY of my comics as being chub-centric considering that while the topics may not be about bouncing bellies – the art definitely leaves little to the imagination regarding what it is that I like.

But we were having a discussion and I was making him giggle when I was talking about getting the Sunday comics and transferring them to the underside of his belly so that the chasers would have something to read down there. And if it’s good enough for my man – then it’s good enough for you, my friends.

Only 2 more full days of work left and then Thursday morning comes and I await my train in the wee hours of the morning.

I always get a bit nervous before a trip and bear runs are DEFINITELY no different. In some ways – it’s like the first day of school. Sure – my friends will be there to make things easier, but at the same time there is always a lot of “unknown” that you have to deal with…

Like if I’m going to have a bunch of chasers trying to rub all over me during Nuts to Butts again. Grrr… Nothing worse then checking out a hot guy and trying to dance closer to him and being intercepted by someone who is 1. not your type, 2. has meth-mouth and cracked teeth, and 3. will not take “I’m not interested” for an answer.

Pray for me.

I hate the fact that I have to wait until this weekend to see it – but hey, if I’ve waited this long, I’m sure I can go a bit longer. Having Benedict Cumberbatch as the villain just tickles me in all the right places. I’ve been loving him in Sherlock and he’s just at that cusp of “exploding” over here.

Hehe… CUMberbatch… “exploding”…

Okay, I’m done. Regardless, for the boyfriend the new Star Trek movie is uber-sexy time, while I have to accept that there won’t be any eye-candy in it for me. It’s a shame, but something that I’ve come to expect with Hollywood.

But that’s a whole other tirade, I’m sure.

Regardless, I grew up with Star Trek TNG (the Next Generation, if you’re nasty) because, well, I’m young. Really, though – I remember staying up late and laying on the couch watching episodes from around midnight to 3am many nights… because I apparently had the same sleeping habits back then that I have today, eh?

Anyway – in a way, it was like Doctor Who. Everyone has “their” Doctor, who they feel truly embodied the show itself. In that same way – I think that everyone has their Captain when it comes to Star Trek. For me, it was ALWAYS and WILL ALWAYS be Jean-Luc Picard. In that sense, the “reboot” of the series with JJ Abrams doesn’t offend me in the least. Even with the original movies – I never really felt that bond to the original crew of the Enterprise. Kirk, Spock, McCoy, Scotty… EVEN SCOTTY.

Don’t get me wrong, there were many times when I was a kid that I found myself with pants around ankles watching James Doohan and imaging some fairly “kinky” scenarios involving him “giving me all he’s got”.

Mmmm…

Regardless, new cast and new timeline? Rock that shit out. It doesn’t offend me. And so far, I feel like they’ve done a solid job.

So, until I see it this weekend, keep your damn spoilers away from me.

Damn dirty spoilers.

Oh, and one week until Bear Pride. Just sayin’.

There are so many easy jokes to make when it comes to ramming a hot dog in a bun. The symbols just scream butt-sex… So I have to avoid those jokes, or find new places to take the jokes.

Sure, one day – I’ll run out of gags or quips. I will exhaust any zigs or zags. I will become predictable. There will just be strips with a single character shoddily drawn shouting the word “penis” over and over and over…

But let’s hope that day is a long, long time off.

For now, let’s talk about sausages and hot dogs in general. They can be some of my favorite foods or the least favorite I have. I remember going down to Tony Packo’s in Toledo, OH and being told “they used to talk about these on Mash! These hot dogs are amazing!” and after taking them? I learned that I have no idea what an “awesome” hot dog actually is.

It was like someone had teleported poop into my mouth, in a dimensional rift generated by hot dog matter. Just… gross.

But hey – not everything can taste amazing. It’s the things that I don’t like that make the things that I do like taste even better.

Now, though – what I’d really kill for is a good pizza. New York style by preference. Super greasy. Then add some chicken wings on there… some break sticks and ranch dressing… Mmmmm…

Fuck, I’m hungry. I need to find something to eat.

Things have been a bit busy lately at work, which has been good overall. It’s taken my mind off the wait as the days tick by before my trip.

There is some freedom in traveling when you don’t have to drive yourself. I love using public transportation – which is something that you really only hear people say when they come from cities that don’t HAVE any easy way of getting around.

It’s the little things that make me happy. And after a day like today, I can USE a bit of happy… but that is another story and shall be told another time.

Until next time…
