Today, I photographed about forty children at a local ballet school!
I had such a fun time seeing the girls (and the directors kids) for the fourth year in a row! I just had to post a few images and I realize that it is always the eyes in portraits that capture my attention!

Today, Heather and Matt were married in Hiram, GA on one of our first rather hot days here in Georgia. Despite the warm weather these two love birds did not mind hiking into the woods to get to this lovely bamboo garden area. Their wedding was a wonderful celebration with many family and friends. It was such a joy to document their wedding. Here is a sneak peak from their wedding! More to come soon. Have a great time in Mexico guys! Congratulations!

Bear’s Best AtlantaI had the honor of photographing my first celebrity golf tournament with True Colors Theatre Company this past saturday. The tournament and gala (pictures coming soon) is held each year to raise funds to support youth educational programs, like the August Wilson Monologue Competition, at True Colors Theatre Company.

I had the honor of serving as the second photographer for Mira and Josh’s Wedding. It was great to work with my friend and fellow photographer, Kate Byars.
Mira and Josh’s Wedding was at the Atlanta History Center and we were able to have multiple times during the day to capture wonderful portraits of Mira and Josh at the History Center and Swan House, both amazing venues. Mira and Josh were the most relaxed bride and groom I have ever seen, it was a stress free day full of celebration with family and friends.

Great news!
I am back in the world photography!
I took a much needed break and hence the neglect of the blog!

But I AM BACK and ever more excited to be back to creating portraits for my clients/friends!

Today had two wonderful portrait sessions – an engagement and senior portraits!
