The BOHDS AGM will be held on Tuesday, October 20 in HSS314/5 at 5pm.  The positions that will be available is listed below (along with the roles of each position):

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Every year, the club is entitled to have an <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Annual General Meeting</strong></span> (AGM) with the main purpose of electing a new executive committee. <li><strong>Vice-President</strong>
<ul>
<li>to assist the President.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Secretary</strong>

<li>to keep the register of members;</li>
<li>to arrange general and Executive meetings;</li>
<li>to take minutes of all general and Executive meetings;</li>
<li>to be responsible for the inward and outward correspondence of the club, including regularly checking the club pigeon-hole in the CSO’s office.</li>
<li>to maintain up to date records of the club membership including contact details for members.</li>
<li>to arrange events, book facilities, equipment, transport etc.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Treasurer</strong>
<ul>
<li>to be responsible for all of the club’s money and to record all income received and payments made by the club;</li>
<li>to keep a register of all assets held by the club;</li>
<li>to prepare an annual budget for the club;</li>
<li>to present a financial report to each Executive meeting;</li>
<li>to present a financial report to the AGM for:
<ul>
<li>the last financial year, and</li>
<li>the period since the end of the 1st financial year; and</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>to keep the financial records of the club, in conjunction with the CSO.</li>
<li>to be a signatory for the club’s budget.</li>
<li>to keep the club’s committee and members informed of the club’s financial situation.</li>
</ul>

<p>Other positions that are available on the night include:</p>

<p>The Lunch &amp; Learn officer will be leading a sub-committee to help organise Lunch &amp; Learn sessions.  The year level representatives communicate decisions made by the committee and promote events.</p>
<p>We would like everyone to attend and vote for the person who you think would be best for each role.</p>
<p>Also, yearbooks are being handed out on the day, so be sure that you attend to get your yearbook.</p>

<p>As you may have heard, BOHDS has been busy creating a yearbook for you and would like to know if you would like one.</p>

<strong>Description: </strong>Theatre Sports is Impromptu acting in groups &#8211; no prior skill or preparation is needed.</p>
<p>We need teams of 4 to participate, preferably at least one team per year level and course. Of course, the more teams, the more fun!</p>
<p>We encourage all students to attend and watch their peers perform!</p>
<p>*Bonus points will be awarded for teams that dress up.*<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>No doubt many of you have heard of the yearbook that Henry is organising for all dentistry and oral health students. We would like everyone to have a profile in the yearbook. Therefore, we ask all students to send in a profile by <strong>August 14</strong>. There are many of you who have not sent in their profiles and we implore you to send in your profile as soon as possible (you can find what you need to send in the <a href="http://bohds.org/yearbook/">yearbook page</a>. If we have not received a profile by August 14, we will be placing a generic profile, with generic pictures of our choosing. If you are 1 of the 10 people (yes, only 10 people out of 145 have sent in their profiles) who have sent in your profile already, we apologise in advance for all the nagging we will be doing, and please help us by constantly reminding your friends to send in their profiles.</p>
