Thriving Thursdays! Recipe: A taste of Thai, raw food style!

Last night I made an incredible dinner! It turned out so well that Shone even had seconds. I LOVE flavors, and textures, and just yummy food that makes you do the happy dance. Oh man, I was having food gasms, mouth gasms, and later in the night orgasms….what an evening.

Raw foods are so invigorating! They give me so much energy. I don’t get the food coma the way meats and or pastas, etc. give me after I have consumed them. Oh no, a raw food meal rawks my world. It seriously makes me feel so alive!

I made Tangled Thai Salad. Although I had to make a few customizations due to available utensils and items I could find. When I experiment with different kinds of foods, spices, oils, etc. it makes me more confident to take on “making it work”.

Healthy Humping Wednesdays: Communication, Intimacy, and Love

I’ve been really dialing up the sexual energy around bohocrush. I am going to continue. It truly is something I have wanted to do for some time now. I realized shortly into this adventure that I personally wanted to develop more foundations in my personal communications and understandings, so that I could better serve as a sexual steward to our bohos. I’ve got some time in now, and I’m ready to engage and get more conversations and adventures going.

I have personally experienced and have personally observed how sexual energy can lead us out of control, and can destory love nests……I have also personally experienced and personally observed that with the proper considerations and communications, sexual energy can create a thriving and blissful love nest.

We’ve been having a great discussion about the Orgy post I released last week. Lot’s of honest sharings of concerns, fears, excitement etc. We are ready for an orgy, no doubt about that, so I am sharing the journey of how we are going about achieving it. The first step in sexual exploration I feel is the choice to go for it. Which we have. We have talked countless hours, and how we could truly enjoy ourselves and create a blissful and thriving intimate circle. We have our intentions in place.

Communication, Intimacy, and Love

What I would like to focus on for this Healthy Humping Wednesday post is communication and intimacy. I’m around a lot of people, have been all of my life, heck I am in some ways a therapist. As a bartender for let’s say around 15 years, I’ve listened to all kinds of situations. And I am thankful for what the perspectives of the things that work and the things that don’t work so well have taught me.

I came across this article from one of my favorite blogs, and it was the perfect dialogue that I was looking for to share a deeper understanding of connection and the level of intimacy I wish to inspire. I honestly feel that the repetition in considerations and thoughts are well received when well grounded resources are provided.
A few things my wisdom has taught me, is that without honest, and vulnerable communications with your partner, deeper levels of connection and pleasure are going to be missed. We as lovers are going to continue living life without ever really enjoyoing what is truly possible. Don’t let that happen!

We think it’s important to engage in this kind of communication early on. (If it’s something that you are truly open to and desire in your life.) I think it’s important to seek a partner that will grow and evolve with you. One of the best ways is to get it out from the beginning. This is not always the case, this just happens to be the experiences that connected Shone and I.

While we were friends getting to know each other, we would talk about all kinds of things. I was bartending then, and he a customer at my bar, it provided lots of opportunity for relaxed conversations. Open relationships, swinging, threesomes, quantum physics, love, health, biology, travel, nature, etc. were important qualifications for our match making.
Do I swallow or spit? It’s an important question. He was determining my level of sexual desires. I appreciated it so much, and it opened up conversations for us to share our sexual exploits without judgement, without fear of confessing our sins and the other person that we are interested in running away. Early on we knew what kind of sexual appetites we harnessed. It felt so great to have a conversation with a man, to be appreciated for my sexual desires, and to have him continue to treat me with so much respect, kindness, and affection. His sexual energy and openness thereof was something that I was craving in this world, but had yet never encountered. The level of this energy and love has only deepened and expanded beyond my wildest imagination over the past 7 years.

What I truly despise is cheating, lying, manipulating, and doing wrong to yours and others love nest. I’m standing up for couples, I’m standing up for LOVE. We need LOVE in this world, LOVE that is capable of creating any and every kind of adventure in our life. LOVE makes us and this world high on the ions that are released into the world and shared by all.
Each couple is unique, and perhaps a monogomous only relationship is desired. I think that is beautiful and I support them just as much as I do the love nests that desires explorations and more alternative adventures in their “bedrooms.”
Consider small steps, open up the door for more intimate communications with your lover. Again, I’m beginning a forum topic on this on bohocrush, so that bohos can continue the conversations, share in thoughts, concerns, fears, and experience without judgement. Let’s all nurture a place where we stand strong and supported to understand what it is in life we are truly desiring.

Remember, relationships require a lot of effort, time, unconditional support, and LOVE, regardless if the relationship is monogamous, swinger, poly, open, etc. It’s important to create and nurture space in your life for love. When you are single, enjoy it! Live it to the fullest, but remember, don’t get too set in your ways that you don’t allow room for considerations and desires from another persons viewpoint. Life is so much more spectacular when two or more people provide space for growth and explorations along the journey.

♥ It’s all right to be vulnerable, single or in a relationship.
♥ It’s all right to not be a perfect representation of yourself, let the love in. Love self and others unconditionally.
♥ Don’t forget to listen. It’s one of the most important qualifications. Become the most amazing listener ever!

This blog is my first line of connection with potential members, plus a way I keep our current members engaged in recent photo shoot releases, exchanging thoughts and conversations in our forum, up to date with boho adventures, and is quite honestly pure joy and love for me.

We are here to live and enjoy the journey. Sure we have our challenges, our outlets, our goals, and we have our dreams. Today and everyday however, is a day to be in the moment, to enjoy in the present, and to enjoy and exchange intentions with others.

We embrace in the inspiration and joy that comes when we choose to live and thrive in the best of moments. These moments continue to add up, they continue to provide strength and stamina in our lives. I share to encourage each and everyone of you, to embrace your journey, to reach out, to share, to connect. Humans need each other.

Okay, well now that I have that foundation shared, let’s get into our Technological Tuesdays. We LOVE technology, we LOVE tools. The point here is to express how much we embrace technology, for the connection and experiences it provides.

I will share technology that I feel will continue to enhance our connections via our online community and random worldly adventures. I want to make it as fun and informative as I possibly can. By the way, I always welcome comments, I want to learn and be informed by you all as well.

Starting on February 14th, yes Valentines Day, I am starting a photo challenge for our members. Any kind of camera will do, however you will need a way to place these photos on your computer so that you can upload to them to bohocrush so that we can all encourage and adore them!

*Notice I say computer and not phone. Due to limitations with adult friendly media, we are not as free to upload via our phones (yet). I have heard that android has some possible features that might make this so. If you know anything about the android policies, apps, etc. feel free to share. I’ll gift you a membership to bohocrush for your love.

Now I know that you are going to be tempted to want to share these photos that I am going to be here guiding you to take, and it’s important to understand when and where to share these kind of photos.

DO NOT HOST THESE PHOTOS VIA INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, GOOGLE +, TWITTER, MYSPACE, etc. YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED. TRUST ME, I’VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR YEARS.

It’s one of the reasons why we took a detour in our creative path to create an online community so that we all could express and thrive as the adults we want to be.

If you have a desire to share and express like a lot of us, you will be inclined to host your photos on your phone as well I’m sure. I get it!

a. I recommend that you put a lock code on your phone if you have it available. Look under your phone settings. If you can’t figure it out, google it. Learn how to find the answers you seek. The more we learn and understand our online sources the better we continue to explore the internet. Questions are always going to come up. If you can’t find the answer, start asking your smart geeky friends. But do us all a favor, and do try to find the answer first. Give it a really honest effort.

b. Get Photo Vault (its FREE) if you have an iphone. You get to set a lock code on it. This will ensure that anybody who might hijack your phone won’t have access to your private photos, including your children if you should have them.

c. Proper preparations result in elevated and intriguing adult experiences. Don’t let the excitement and high that is created via self expressions make you lose your composure. Okay, well it does happen to all of us, and I have learned a lot, so I am here to help guide you.

Recipe: Turkey Taco Cups

I have learned, there are those foods that we like, and there are those foods and lifestyles that just don’t interest us. I think it’s best in life to enjoy what we like, share what we love, and live the journey. Sometimes we need to alter our diets to accomodate the the kind of life we wish to live. Simple as that. With that being said, I love many meals that could be categorized as: Raw food, Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescetarian, Carnivore. I have over time started to realize that awareness of when and how much is key to my vitality. It’s really brought about an inner peace and new zest for food! I’m trying new recipes, and the house is loving it! I’m one super happy boho!

Tonight I made Turkey Taco Cups! I experimented with sizes of “cups” and have discovered that this can be created as a meal and as an appetizer. Enjoy. Find the recipe here.

I discovered this recipe via my pinterest. Follow My Recipe Collection. Many times I customize or experiment, and love to post my creations on this blog. I love visual sharings and stimulations. I’m always down for a great conversation, however the artist in me craves visual input. It rocks my world!

Let’s get this Orgy started!

A short while back, shone and I watched A Good Old Fashioned Orgy. A funny movie that actually brought up some great insights. I highly recommend the movie! I know we will be watching it again and soon. We were just talking about it while making coffee this afternoon.
