<p>Every year Homecoming comes to Monticello.  This year Anthony Kinley (Beth Bollwitt&#8217;s son) really got into the school spirit. <p>From midnight of August 25th to the last drops at around 4:30 P.M. on the 27th, Monticello along with a lot of the surrounding areas got over 10 inches of rain.  Because the ground was already saturated from previous rains, the river that runs through the lower east side of our town overflowed with a lot of ditches and streets filling up as well that were a long way from the river.   The
