We are glad to announce that we have added another payment option for our customers. Now you can have BookingFlow online real time booking form on your website without paying an advance subscription fee. If you feel that paying 3% from total amount of bookings made via BookingFlow would be a better option, you can choose it instead of paying monthly, yearly or half year fee.

We feel that this payment option would be a great benefit for our potential customers not knowing how many bookings are going to be made on their website using BookingFlow online booking form.

Now it is a Minimum Stay feature.

Now you can set a minimum of how many nights guest has to stay in a particular room category. This is very useful for villas or holiday houses that are rented for a minimum period of week, but, of course, not only for them. That is your choice how to use this new cool feature.

Also you can set a minimum stay for the room price. That means, for example, you can have a regular price for the room, but if guests book the room for starting from five nights, you give them a discount. Just create a new price and set a minimum stay to 5 nights, and – it works!

Now it is possible to name room categories and additional services in length of 100 characters. So it is quite a space, now you can describe them quite well. However we strongly recommend to be short as possible to have a nice look of the room description in a booking form. The longer description may fits well in the Description field.

That is all for now. Next change will be a minimum stay feature. You will be able to specify the minimum stay for room categories and also room prices. This is coming next week, we have to test the feature well!

That means you can have your online booking form in any of these languages, and that means more of your guests can book a stay in their native language.

As we are improving the system, we are planning to add many more languages in nearest future.

Update: German interface will be improved. We found there are lots of corrections needed, so we would suggest to wait some days before using it. Stay tuned, we will let you know here when it is ready.
