That is, while you store fat over your entire body, it’s probably most noticeable in certain areas, and it's from these areas in which we struggle most to lose fat. You know--the problem areas.

These problem areas are influenced heavily by your hormonal environment, and where you store that last bit of fat is determined by which of your hormones are most out of whack (and yes, sometimes it's quite a few of them).

Today I’m going to talk to you about belly fat specifically.

One of the things that has been talked about quite a bit in fitness media lately is the relationship between belly fat and a hormone called “cortisol.” To put it simply, the higher your cortisol levels, the more belly fat you’re likely to have.

By the same token, if you have a good deal of belly fat, it’s reasonable to assume that you have high cortisol.

Having high cortisol is detrimental for other reasons, but for our purposes, let’s focus on the fact that cortisol is keeping you not-so-little in the middle.

Rather than just suffer through this, the obvious solution is to try to lower cortisol levels and resultantly lower belly fat. And I'll tell you, lowering cortisol is a LOT trickier than you might think.

I’m sure you’ve seen the late night TV ads trying to sell you anti-cortisol pills. Even if they worked (they don’t), it’s a hormone like cortisol can’t be fooled by a little pill.

Besides, wouldn’t it be much more effective to find a solution without taking expensive pills? Something that is also going to help you burn fat overall?

Well, that’s actually possible.

You see, I’m big on using certain hormones to tame other hormones. Essentially, you CAN actually fight hormones WITH hormones. Clever, I know. It’s just a matter of finding which hormones work well against one another. When it comes to cortisol (and belly fat), you need look no further than Growth Hormone.

Also known as Human Growth Hormone or simply GH, growth hormones is produced in the pituitary gland and is responsible for growth (obviously) among other things. More specific to this writing, growth hormones is actually one of the most effective things in the world to offset cortisol.

Put simply, if you want less cortisol, just make more growth hormone.

Just tell you body to do it. Make a few calls.

Okay okay, it’s not that simple...but I have some really good news.

Did you know that there are certain types of training that are actually exceedingly effective at producing growth hormone?

It’s true--indirectly.

You see, growth hormone is normally produced and released in response to something, and in the case of training, GH is released as a response to the production of something called lactic acid. Lactic acid is a waste byproduct of some of the chemical and metabolic processes that happen during exercise.

So, if you do exercise in a specific way, you can produce MORE lactic acid, which will then produce tremendous amounts of growth hormone as a result. That growth hormone surge will also help to work against your high cortisol levels. And as we’ve established, that will absolutely assist you in getting rid of your stubborn belly fat.

Of course, you’re wondering: how to I do it!? It’s easy. While lactic acid is produced in most forms of intense exercise, there is an unusual style of exercise that can actually produce even MORE lactic acid than is generally possible with other types of exericse. Appropriately (and not-so-cleverly) called “lactic acid training,” this type of training uses slow lifting speeds and fast lowering speeds.

The reason for the structure is that lactic acid is primarily produced during the “concentric” or positive/lifting phase of an exercise, and not so much during the “eccentric” or negative/lowering phase. To take advantage of this and produce more lactic acid, we simply--with apologies to Bing Crosby--accentuate the positive and (almost but not quite) eliminate the negative of each rep on all of our exercises.

To quantify it a bit, for each rep, you’d lift it over a period of about 4 seconds, and lower the weight extremely quickly, but safely.

If you were squatting, you’d drop down to the bottom position relatively quickly, and push slowly back to the top. In an overhead press, you’d lower the dumbbells quickly but safely, and press them back over your head over a period of 4-6 seconds.

Performing exercises with these extended concentric movements is going to create a tremendous amount of lactic acid, which in turn is going to prompt your body to produce fantastic amounts of growth hormone. And that growth hormone is going to help you manage cortisol and fight belly fat.

And if all THAT wasn’t enough, lactic acid training is also just a great fat loss training methods, so you’ll lose fat overall.

If you want to fight your cortisol issues, you need growth hormone. And for that you need lactic acid training. Utilizing this method, you’re one step closer to fighting off your belly fat for good.

---------------------------------------------

Pretty cool, huh? John is a MASTER at pinning "good" hormones and specific exercise up against the "bad" hormones that cause regional fat storage.

And in his new program (which is available at a full 52% OFF until tomorrow), Final Phase Fat Loss, provides you with specific types of exercises and workouts to combat:

1. Estrogen, "man boobs" and lower-body fat (combatted with "Density" training and Testosterone)

2. Insulin, and your "love handles (combatted with "Dynamic" training and IGF-1)

3. And of course, Cortisol and belly fat (combatted with specific "Lactic Acid" training and Growth Hormone)

If you struggle with "problem area" fat storage, this is THE program to set you free. And right now, it's still 52% OFF (but not for much longer).

http://tryfinalphase.com <------- End Regional Fat Storage I hope you enjoyed today's article, and I hope you choose to invest in John's system before the Grand Opening Special closes tomorrow. Have a great day! -Curtis P.S. "Problem area" fat storage SUCKS. Get the "new" solution: http://tryfinalphase.com

###

(Nutrition aside, that combo costs $12—for raw ingredients that must cost Regal pennies.)
"Regal and AMC are our nominees for Best Supporting Actor in the Obesity Epidemic," said CSPI senior nutritionist Jayne Hurley. "Who expects about 1,500 calories and three days’ worth of heart-stopping fat in a popcorn and soda combo? That’s the saturated fat of a stick of butter and the calories of two sticks of butter. You might think you’re getting Bambi, but you’re really getting Godzilla."

A medium combo at Regal has 1,610 calories and 60 grams of saturated fat. That's roughly the saturated fat of a stick of butter and the calories of two sticks of butter.

Regal says that its medium popcorn has 720 calories and that its large has 960. But CSPI's lab tests found that those numbers were understated. Regal’s medium and large sizes each had 1,200 calories and, thanks to being popped in coconut oil, 60 grams of saturated fat. (The large size looks bigger, thanks to its titanic tub, but it costs a dollar more and comes with a free refill.) A "small" at Regal has 670 calories and 34 grams of saturated fat.

That’s about as many calories as a Pizza Hut Personal Pan Pepperoni Pizza—except the popcorn has three times the saturated fat. Even shared with another person, that size provides nearly an entire day’s worth of the kind of fat that clogs arteries and promotes heart disease. And every tablespoon of "buttery" oil topping adds another 130 calories. Asking for topping is like asking for oil on French fries or potato chips, according to CSPI.

AMC, the second largest theater chain, also pops in coconut oil but has smaller serving sizes.

Its large popcorn has 1,030 calories and 57 grams of saturated fat. That's like eating a pound of baby back ribs topped with a scoop of Häagen-Dazs ice cream—except that the popcorn has an additional day’s worth of saturated fat. A medium has 590 calories and 33 grams of saturated fat; and a small has 370 calories and a day’s worth—20 grams—of saturated fat. (Like Regal, AMC reports calorie counts lower than those returned in CSPI's lab tests.)

Third-largest Cinemark pops in heart-healthy canola oil. A large has 910 calories with 4 grams of saturated fat; a medium has 760 calories and 3 grams of saturated fat; and a small has 420 calories and 2 grams of saturated fat. Though popping in canola gives this chain’s popcorn far less saturated fat than its competitors, it's almost as high in calories and has the most sodium—about twice as much as Regal or AMC. With 1,500 milligrams of sodium—a day's worth of sodium for most people—a large popcorn without topping from Cinemark will be less likely to clog your arteries but more likely to elevate your blood pressure. And while Cinemark uses a "buttery" oil topping similar to the toppings used at Regal and AMC, at some outlets, particularly in the West, it uses a topping made with real butter. That version has 9 grams—half a day’s worth—of saturated fat per tablespoon.

CSPI also took a look at the sodas and candies sold at the movies.

A small non-diet soda ranges from 150 calories at Cinemark to 300 calories at Regal. Mediums have 300 calories at AMC and Cinemark and 400 calories at Regal. With 33 teaspoons of sugar in nearly 2 quarts—54 ounces—Regal has the most outsized large soda, with 500 empty calories.

Eating an 8-ounce bag of Reese's Pieces is like eating a 16-ounce T-bone steak and a buttered baked potato.

The oversized boxes and bags (four to five ounces) of candy sold at movie chains are universally high in calories. A 5-ounce bag of Twizzlers has 460 calories and 15 teaspoons of sugar. A 7-ounce box of Nerds has 790 calories and 46 teaspoons of sugar. Chocolate candies like Butterfinger Minis, Raisinets, Sno-Caps, or M&M's have between 400 and 500 calories and at least a half day’s worth of saturated fat. An 8-ounce bag of Reese's Pieces is just a cup of candy. But with 1,160 calories and 35 grams of saturated fat, it's like eating a 16-ounce T-bone steak plus a buttered baked potato.

"Sitting through a two-hour movie isn't exactly like climbing Mt. Everest," Hurley said. It dissects more than 75 popular restaurants and provides you with a detailed list of meals that help you control hormonal response and burn fat while eating on the go.

Remember, the entire system, including all of the other bonuses is 52% off until Thursday night.

http://cheatyourwayslim.com

To explain how strategic over eating can actually help you get leaner and burn more fat, Joel asked me to share this article with you:

==================================================

Why "Dieting" CAN'T Work
By Joel Marion, CISSN, NSCA-CPT

"Arghhhhhhh!"

Ever feel this way? Or maybe a better question is:
Ever been on a diet?

Why is dieting so psychologically draining?

Well, for one, it requires change in a major area
of our lives--the way we eat--and for most of us,
change is a very uncomfortable thing.

Fact is, changing old habits and forming new ones
is never an easy task; however, with dieting, it
becomes exceedingly difficult given all of the
physical adaptations that occur (which we will soon discuss).

Consider what happens in your mind when you go on a diet.

Almost immediately you are faced with an array of cravings.
Just the sight or smell of food mentally adds to your
already present hunger pangs. You find yourself craving
foods that normally you have no desire to eat.

Every time you come in contact with an "off-limits"
food item--whether it be on a television commercial,
in a magazine, or physically right in front of
you--the battle begins.

Do you give into the temptation to experience immediate
pleasure, only to be swarmed by overwhelming guilt shortly
soon after? Or do you stick it out and allow the anxiety
to increase with every day?

It seems like a lose-lose situation--and it is.

And what if you're not making as much progress as you
had hoped? What if you're seemingly doing everything
right and the scale just isn't moving?

Feelings of frustration, discouragement, and even
depression emerge, making you even more inclined
to break your diet.

I mean, who wants to sacrifice without being
rewarded? At least when you bite into a chocolate
chip cookie, the taste is satisfying. But working
hard to reap no return on investment?

Well that, that just flat out sucks.

There has to be a better way--and fortunately,
there is.

The simple truth is this: "diets" can't work.

If you tried 'em and failed, you're just like
99% of the rest of the world, myself included:
normal.

You see, any time you restrict calories, you literally
"program" your body to fight against your every effort
to lose weight.

Not quite making sense?

Time for a little history lesson.

Think back for just a minute to the time in which
our ancestors roamed the earth. You know, the hunter
and gather, feast and famine type days.

For those individuals, survival was king, and in order
to survive, they had to do the whole "eating" thing
just like us.

Unfortunately, things weren't quite as easy for
this group as they are today. No supermarkets.
No drive-through meal deals. Instead, when our
primitive ancestors wanted a nice steak,
they had to go find it.

This inevitably meant that there were plenty of
instances in which our yester-year counterparts
went without food for days at a time. And at other
times, namely during the winter months, their
bodies were forced to get by on very little
daily food and calories.

And the reason why they didn't die?
There's only one--the body's natural defense
against starvation.

Don't get enough calories for an extended
period of time? No problem, the body simply
causes "bad" hormones, fat storage enzymes,
and hunger to all increase while "good" hormones,
metabolism, and fat burning enzymes all take a dive.

Enter "starvation mode".

Friend to our ancestors; anything but to the dieter.

You see, dieting, although planned, is nothing more
than a lesser degree of premeditated starvation.

Go on a diet--any diet--and it wont be long until
the body begins fighting for every ounce of your
body fat. You want to lose it; it wants to keep it.
And guess what? It wins every time.

Sad scenario, I know.

But what if there was some way to "trick" your body
into thinking you aren't dieting when you actually are?

What if you could essentially "block" the body from
entering starvation mode, keeping fat burning at
its highest point, week after week?

Well, you can.

And even better news--you can do it by strategically
"cheating" on your diet with all your favorite foods.

Is it apple pie that you crave? Chocolate chip
cookies (like me)? Or maybe just the freedom to order
whatever you want from your favorite restaurant's menu?
Whatever it is, believe it or not, you can actually use
those foods to help you lose fat faster.

But it needs to be very strategic, and with Cheat Your Way
Thin, that's exactly what I teach you how to do.

"So how does strategic cheating override the
starvation protection mechanism?"

That's a good question, and one I'm more than happy to answer.

You see, it takes the body about one week of calorie
restriction to substantially trigger "starvation mode"
and perpetuate the negative adaptations we discussed
previously (decreased metabolism, slowed/stalled fat loss, etc).

On the other hand, it takes a much shorter period of
time to reverse these trends via strategic practices
of "overfeeding" or dietary "cheating".

Essentially, by incorporating bursts of strategic
cheating like I teach in my program, you
can literally turn your metabolism into your fat
burning slave by ensuring you always have an internal
environment primed for burning fat--and you do it
with your favorite foods.

Oh, and did I mention just how HUGE that is psychologically?

Thinking back, I can remember when I used to "cheat"
only to quickly be overwhelmed by feelings of guilt
and failure. Never again. Now when I cheat, it's planned.
And each time I do, I walk away knowing that I just
accelerated my progress.

Frankly, it doesn't get much better than knowing that
you just USED your Thanksgiving Dinner AND dessert to
speed along fat loss.

Anxiety? Nope. When cravings arise, there is major comfort
in knowing that you'll be able to enjoy that very food
in just a few short days when your next cheat session rolls around.

Feelings of discouragement and decreased motivation?
Definitely with other diets, but with CYWT, you'll actually
be excited to step on the scale week after week to view the
consistent, steady progress that regular, strategic cheating yields.

Simply put, strategic cheating solves the dietary
dilemma by providing you with powerful metabolic
benefits and perhaps even more powerful psychological ones.

Finally, a diet that actually WORKS.

-------------------------------------------------------

Pretty convincing (and insightful) if I do say so myself!

If you want to cheat your way through the
holidays this year, and actually LOSE a massive amount
of body fat (while everyone else is stuck gaining it),
then be sure to pick up the full "blueprint" while it's
still less than half price:

http://cheatyourwayslim.com <== Ends Soon

And get ready for your first BIG Cheat Day tomorrow
Thanksgiving Day!

To a happier, fuller, leaner you this holiday season ;)

Have a grateful day and a GREAT FULL DAY!

Vince just used Joel's exact program to drop down to an all time low 5% body fat for an upcoming photo shoot in the Dominican (while eating WHATEVER he wanted every 5th day), and both he and Joel will be hosting a 90-minute Q&A call exclusive to those who order today, and today ONLY.

Bonus #2: A 20-page PDF of a recent (never published) interview that author Tom Venuto conducted with Joel, *grilling* him with his toughest questions, causing Joel to dig deeper into the science behind the program than he ever has before, revealing a slew of new, powerful, never-before-seen information.

It's called "The Leptin Chronicles" and if you're serious about dropping body fat FAST this holiday season, you're going to want to get access to this interview by acting today.

http://CheatYourWaySlim.com <<<=========== Get Both Bonuses (Today ONLY) Now, in case you've missed out on the ridiculous buzz that literally everyone all over the internet has been talking about for the past two weeks, Joel's program, based on 6 years of his own research, SHOWS you exactly how you can use your favorite foods to "trick" your body into losing fat faster.

And that's NO joke.

Just click on the "research" tab at the site and you'll see that there's enough medical research to back up this program 100 times over (actually, it's 308 studies worth).

==> http://CheatYourWaySlim.com

And if that's not enough to convince you to act today, he's also including a KILLER bonus for the holidays (and this is *really* cool):

The Strategic Holiday Cheat Calendar - With this calendar, Joel has mapped out every single day of the next 6 weeks (from Thanksgiving through the first week of January) with each and every holiday reserved as a Cheat Day.

And then he shows you exactly how to structure the rest of the program around each holiday cheat to maximize fat loss more than you ever could by "dieting" or depriving yourself.

Essentially, it's a complete blueprint for you to lose up to 21 lbs of blubber this holiday season (while everyone else GAINS those same pounds) without ever missing out on a single holiday meal, party, or dessert!

Oh, and did I mention that the program starts with your first BIG Cheat Day - Thanksgiving!

http://CheatYourWaySlim.com <======= Go Now!

If you're ready to cheat your way through the holidays this year while being AHEAD of the game (with the easiest, most effective, and fun method possible) come Jan 1st, then you need to get over to the site and reserve your copy of the full Cheat Your Way Thin system (and the holiday bonuses) today.

Remember, both fast action bonuses are for individuals who invest in the system today ONLY.

Don't miss out (and please, DON'T get stuck paying full price)

http://CheatYourWaySlim.com

Have a GREAT FULL DAY and a grateful day!

Your friend,

Curtis Joel Ludlow
(714) 414-9942

P.S.
