Two Oklahoma basketball players have been cited for allegedly shoplifting at a Sooner Mall department store in Norman.Police spokeswoman Jennifer Newell says Andrew Fitzgerald and Steven Pledger were ticketed for petty larceny Saturday night and released.

Newell said Monday the citation was written by a security officer in Dillard’s. She says according to the ticket, the security officer reported seeing Fitzgerald and Pledger about 8:50 p.m. concealing shirts inside a blue, plastic bag.

Pledger, a 6-4 freshman guard, played 24 minutes and scored nine points in Oklahoma’s 80-71 upset victory over No. 9 Texas on Saturday. Fitzgerald started the game, played 19 minutes and scored three points.

Damn. How in the world did these big a*s 6′ 4″ cats think no one would see them shoving 3XL shirts into a plastic bag…a blue one at that?? They’re young, so hopefully they’ll learn from this.

Dr. Conrad Murray, who is accused of acting ‘unlawfully and without malice’, could be jailed for 4 years:

Michael Jackson’s doctor has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the death of the pop star, capping an exhaustive investigation into the pop star’s stunning death last summer and setting up the prospect of another sensational celebrity courtroom drama.

Dr. Conrad Murray, a cardiologist who was with Jackson when he died June 25 at his rented Los Angeles mansion, entered his plea Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court just hours after he was charged. He is accused of the single felony count in a five-page complaint, which states Murray “did unlawfully, and without malice, kill Michael Joseph Jackson” by acting “without due caution and circumspection.”

The complaint contains no details on Jackson’s death but authorities have said the singer died after Murray administered a powerful general anesthetic and other drugs to help Jackson rest. Murray has said he did nothing that should have caused Jackson to die. If convicted, he faces up to four years in prison.

Soon after the charge was filed, several members of Jackson’s family, including his mother and father; his brothers Jermaine, Randy, and Tito Jackson; and his sister LaToya Jackson arrived in a fleet of Cadillac Escalades at the courthouse adjacent to Los Angeles International Airport, where hundreds of reporters and Jackson fans were gathered outside. “Looking for justice,” was all Jackson’s father, Joe Jackson, said as he walked past a crowd of reporters and into the courthouse. Murray arrived about an hour later and also walked past the crowd into the courthouse as one person was heard to shout “murderer.”

The charge was expected, and Murray’s attorney, Ed Chernoff, had said he would surrender to authorities at the courthouse. “We’ll make bail, we’ll plead not guilty and we’ll fight like hell,” Chernoff said before the charge was filed

Former G-Unit artist Olivia is back on the scene with a new album and a new attitude.  BOSSIP sat down for a quick interview with Olivia to clear up those 50 Cent rumors and see what the hell she’s been doing during her downtime. Check it out under the hood.

All in all it seems like Olivia may be off to a good start although we couldn’t help but ask for her to clear up the rumor that 50 Cent said he wasted 2 million on her and she said off camera:

I was on G-Unit over 4 years.  Over that time, I had songs with all of G-Unit and especial with Fif.  I was on and wrote 2 of his biggest songs, Candi Shop and Best Friend.  So lets add it up, numerous years on a label, numerous videos, countless photo shoots, countless appearances, countless tv performances, and we toured the world a few times and I never dropped my own single or released an album how was he supposed to recoup. Everywhere Fif went, he wanted us there.  I never asked to ring up a huge bill.  Come on, if I had it my way, that $2 million would have been in my pocket.

She cleared up most of our questions, but we think she could’ve got a lot more burn if she stuck with her and Missy being a couple.
