Hope everyone is having a great summer!  Can you believe it is time for cheer!!  I know all the girls are really excited and so are all the coaches!.  Here is some information on this weeks practice.  Please make sure you read over everything in this email.  We have lots to learn in a small amount of time.<br />

Monday, August 16th Bothell Day  Practice  Rookies, Cubs, Sophomores and Jr. Varsity 5:00pm-7:00pm, Varsity White and Varsity blue 5:00-7:30 @ Park Ridge Chapel<br />

this is what the girls need to wear<br />

Rookies/Cubs&#8211;Blue t-shirt with blue shorts<br />

Please make sure they wear tennis shoes and all the girls need to have there hair pulled back in a pony tail.  No earrings, no bracelets, no jewelery of any kind.<br />
Make sure the girls go to the bathroom before coming to practice,  please have them put on sun screen and they need to bring lots of water!!!<br />

We will have a few extra bags on hand but priority will be given to orders that have been entered on the website. <br />

<p>*** Please Read This Important Information *** 1. When selling coffee using the paper order form, please have customers make checks payable to: BCJFA 2. To ensure that customers get the freshest coffee, we will arrange a coffee pickup site every few weeks during the fundraiser. 3. The first coffee pickup will be the weekend of June 26 and 27. Location and times will be emailed to you one week in advance of the pickup date. 4. All coffee orders must be input into the web-based fundraising system for them to be included in the pickup. 5. The cutoff date to include your order for pickup is one week before the date of the pickup. For example, for an order to be picked up on the weekend of June 26, the order must be placed and in the system by June 20th. 6. When picking up your customers coffee, be sure to bring any cash or check payments for the specific orders you are picking up. 7. Website orders that are paid by credit card will be available at the pickup site. 8. The fundraiser is projected to run until August 15th, so there will be multiple opportunities to sell and pickup coffee.
