This is a link to a Colorado government site that defines what a guide dog, hearing dog, assistance dog, and service dog is. The site explains that service dogs are pretty much allowed anywhere and employers and landlords can't deny access to service dogs. Most of the same rights apply to trainers, with the exception of housing and employers.

Puppies under four months old need to attend a meeting every week. Older puppies need to attend two meetings a month. The leaders try to arrange one field trip each month and at least one training meeting. Most meetings fall into one of two categories: field trips and training. Read more about what's a meeting like.
