The Austin-based company achieved a 379 percentage growth rate from 2006 to 2009, generating more than $31 million in revenue in 2009.</p>
<p>To qualify for the Inc. 5000, companies had to be based in the U.S., privately held and independent — not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies. Companies must also have had at least $100,000 in revenue in 2006 and $2 million in 2009.</p>

The funds will enable the branded merchandise distributor to support its rapid growth and expand its technology platform.</p>
<p>The financing is from existing investors Austin Ventures and Silverton Partners. Boundless Network has raised a total of $13 million in funding to date.</p>
