In this 5 week series you will learn practices to energize and reduce feelings of depression and to calm and reduce feelings of anxiety.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;LifeForce Yoga is a practice of compassion. It helps us to become less ‘stuck’ in our moods and to cultivate a greater sense of self awareness and self acceptance. Through these simple yet profound techniques we will work to create the space within to feel our essence of connection and wholeness.  LifeForce Yoga is adapted to the student, so each individual can move into a balanced emotional, mental, and physical state of equanimity and well being.  This practice is perfect for beginners and for those who have done Yoga before.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

Understanding what the state of your hips are will lead to the ability to skillfully and effectively work with them leading to greater space, freedom and happiness in the body, as well a the mind.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #111111;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Where: On Top of Mt. Philo, Charlotte VT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #111111;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;When: Saturday, July 30th   8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.  (you can either walk up or park at the base, the walk takes about 30-45 min)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #111111;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;What: V.C.Y.P. invites yogis to join us for 108 sun salutations on top of Mt. Philo. You can choose to do all 108 salutations or gather your friends for a team. All are welcome regardless of Yoga experience. Many different sun salutation options will be led. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #111111;"&gt;Proceeds from this event will go towards bring mindfulness based yoga class to youth and under served members of our community.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #111111;"&gt;This years featured recipient is: &lt;a href="http://www.girlsmovemountains.org/home.html" target="_self"&gt;Girls Move Mountains &lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #111111;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Raise $500 or more and you will be entered into a raffle to win prizes such as a Yoga class card, massage, yoga clothing, and more.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

&lt;p&gt;In this six week series, Sofi and Lindsay will teach a variety of meditation techniques and help students to cultivate a home meditation practice.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;Whether you are brand new to meditation or have practiced before, you will benefit from this supportive, compassionate community environment and open discussions that this series will offer.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;Each class will include:&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;Gentle asana with a focus on mindful movement.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
