Transitioning from investor and strategic advisor to Chief Operating Officer, he helped architect and execute a national scale-up strategy that expanded the company to over 10,000 employees and a market capitalization exceeding $250 million. The company emerged as a leading digital disruptor to the legacy Yellow Pages industry and achieved Top 100 U.S. website traffic rankings.

President — NewOrleans.com

Around 2010, Bo invested in and led the transformation of NewOrleans.com into a vertically integrated e-commerce travel platform, consolidating hotels, tours, dining, and entertainment into a single, transaction-enabled ecosystem. By aligning content, commerce, and user experience, he positioned the platform as a central digital hub for New Orleans tourism, culminating in its successful acquisition by the New Orleans Convention and Tourism Board.

Co-Founder & CEO — Innovative Health

Bo co-founded Innovative Health, an early pioneer in online medical records, developing a platform designed to digitize and streamline disability claims processing for state programs. The solution replaced legacy, paper-based workflows with a scalable digital infrastructure, ultimately leading to the successful acquisition of the technology by the State of Louisiana.
