It seems like most of the phone companies including BrainTEL (<i>for their UK 0092 system</i>) are using mobile phone gateways to terminate calls to other landlines or Mobile numbers, so if that particular mobile numbers which is used as gateway has ran out of credit you will hear message for not enough credit. To check your BrainTEL number you should call like this 042210xxxx, one more thing you will have to use some other software’s to check if the Eyebeam is receiving call and not generating ringtone; easy way is to use Linksys VoIP adopter and check its system status page after making call to make sure it’s receiving call back. </font></font></div>

I checked the virtualphoneline service 2 months ago when the braintel was not working. The quality of voice was not good at that time as compared to braintel service. Customer support was very good with technical side.<br />

The bad thing with virtualphone they are not returing back the money once you if you wanted to close the account. I have some amount of money and when i requested to return back as i am not satisfied they declined and replied me to try other number. <br />
<br />
With virutalphoneline it can be charged throught moneybookers.come at that time.</div>

<font color="black"><font face="Verdana">As a general rule BrainTEL should have these settings on any VoIP hardware or software:</font></font><br />
 <br />
<font color="black"><font face="Verdana"><b>SIP server: chat.brain.net.pk</b></font></font><br />
<b><i><font color="black"><font face="Verdana">and if only numbers are allowed for SIP server</font></font></i></b><br />
<font color="black"><font face="Verdana"><b>SIP server: 83.138.185.146</b></font></font><br />

<font color="black"><font face="Verdana"><b><i>By default it will use port 5060, usage of port 8891 is optional and I am pretty sure with the present SIP server location it won't be required to add 8891 outside of Pakistan. </i></b></font></font><br />

as per my knowledge. they send two bills like on is with 210xxxx and the other 0044xxxxx. i can,t recevied 1001  bill this is just their internal settings for enable of both services . for incoming receive you just dial 210xxxx. or 0044xxxx.<br />
 <br />
their total linerent Local 150+21%tax= 182+150 without tax<br />
 <br />
Total linerent is Rs: 332 for both<br />
 <br />
