I told yall i'd drop Vol.3 tonigh thinkin it was a week from today AND thinkin I'd be "ready" but I wasnt.

I been takin the train to school since I got to my new college and last year i never noticed.

This year, I look out the window and I noticed it, but we were always movin so fast I couldnt read it or i was jus not payin attention.

So finally one day, I look at the words on the roof of this big building and catch jus the last part of it.

I saw Philippians 4:6.7

So I told myself one day I'll look it up and see wha it says..

Time goes by and months later, I get in tonigh and I check it out. Perfect timing.

the passage reads:

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Since bout 2007 I been mad asshole-like to people that had to deal wit me for more than 5min. Mad frustrated for shxt that im waitin on and uncertainties in the life of brandUn DeShay. Needless to say, music was one of the biggest ones..

I read this and I feel a lot better bout my situation.

So I apologize for the ultra long wait for Vol. 3.

BUT!

if you think bout it, im still averagin out about.. well... average.

cuz i dropped Vol 1 in October of 08.

then Vol. 2 in March of this year.

the The Super D3Shay in April of this year.

thats 3 releases in 6months.. impressive.

problem is school and work takin up my time, so now that winter break is here, imma go in on producin and recordin more. im already thinkin bout my album, so some of the tracks i was gonna use on V3, im savin for the album.

i feel like Lupe, i dont like "wasting" music.

so wit the mixtape, yall will get a repeat of Vol. 2, but better features and better production. ha and most importantly..

BETTER SOUND QUALITY!!!
