I actually don't know how to describe this dress without over exaggerating- I'll try my best. To begin with, I think Style Staple's clothes are really amazing so when I checked out their new collection and saw this bustier dress (yes, it's a corset + skirt in one) I knew this dress was made for me. I actually wore it for Philippine Fashion Week after I walked for SM Girls Teen Wear (GTW). It just gives out that classy/chic vibe in an instant. Wearing the same colored dress and shoes is risky, but if you do it the proper way- you'd be surprised at the result. BMS.

When I was deciding what to wear for the Lady Gaga concert, all I thought of was to wear a comfy, fashionable dress so I can move around and a watch to know the time- that's it. I didn't bother wearing a huge necklace or crazy heels because I wanted to dance the entire night, which I did. Ironic, right? I really thought I was gonna dress up Gaga-style, but I chose to be comfy so I can enjoy the whole night. I love how I wore an all black outfit too- even my watch is black. You know, when I saw this Phosphor watch online, my heart stopped- especially when I found out it's a Swarovski digital watch with micro-magnetic mechanical digital technology. I'm not really a watch user, but I just had to get this one for myself. It's was so convenient too because it's so light- so when I wore it during the concert, my arm didn't hurt even if I was going crazy lifting my hands the entire night! And because the watch is oversized (which I totally love), it makes a statement.

I didn't even bother bringing my camera with me, I was that prepared to enjoy. Thank you Smart for the tickets, I had a blast! Sorry if I don't have pictures to show you guys, but you can check some PHOTOS out from my Instagram. BMS.

Whenever I look more dainty than my usual outfits- I usually have shoots for teen magazines. I had just finished one with Candy magazine and was assisted by the council of cool girls. When I saw them, I really remembered myself when I was 15. I was an intern for Candy and did exactly the same things they did- such a memorable experience! Anyway, I wore this LOVE dress because of its sheer and dramatic long tail. Also, it's so easy to remove when I'm changing into the clothes I have to wear for the shoot. Taking about convenience, I chose to wear these wedges because they're so comfortable and not as high as my other regular wedges. Gold accessories made it look extra classy too, don't you think? BMS.

The zipper detail of this clean, white top is so minimal; it's actually the total opposite of this Glam Fashion bib- that's why they look so good together. No need to excessorize too because this necklace stole the show. Now speaking of show stoppers, I think this necklace and my gold studded wedges are made for each other. They just both look so luxurious- definitely worth every single penny. And for the finale, I wore these bright floral shorts to incorporate the "glam-edgy" combination. BMS.

Do you know what I love about summer?

It's when you can wear shorts, tank tops, and preppy dresses not only because you want to show off your beautiful skin, but because you don't want the heat to kill you. Recently, whenever I dress up I always find myself revolving my look around prints, especially when they're as stunning and as outrageous as the pieces you see in these pictures:

My heart skipped a beat when I saw this neon printed silk top online- the colors/ prints in one piece is just jaw dropping. It never fails to make your look more fun and quirky. Bright pieces like this make you look fair, making you more radiant than usual. I actually have a lot of abstract tops like this now- perfect for summer!

Depending on the type of clothes you wear, some can actually make you look taller, thinner, etc. Some colors, on the other hand, can actually help make your skin look fairer, darker or lighter too. Because I'm wearing a bright orange top, my skin looks more radiant. Like in my outfit here, my pink wedges and red skirt highlighted my legs, making it look fairer and longer (aside from the fact that my wedges are 6 inches). You can also try wearing pleated short skirts to elongate your legs so you can show off your smooth skin.

I wear make up almost everyday for shoots and taping, so when I get a free day- I really don't want to put a lot of make up on. The trick to look presentable? Put eyebrow pencil, eyeliner and mascara. So I guess you can say I look like an American flag- it just so happened that I wanted to work my outfit around the colors blue, red, white- and neon. The stripes of this Mademoiselle top is just perfectly uneven- I love it. The zig zag effect of the top actually gave justice to my entire look. Red is such a strong color, don't you think? Anyway, going on about uneven stripes- my Romwe stockings took it to another level. I can't really tell you how I organized this look, because to be honest- I didn't.

This is what I wore to Cosmopolitan's 15th anniversary party. Like what my sister Liz would always say, "Dress according to the occasion." This outfit is definitely far from my look during the Candy Style Awards. When dressing up, even your hair and make up counts. Now, Cosmo girls always wear sweetheart cut bodycons so I decided to wear one with a twist, of course. The fabric and print of this Bqueen dress is just so unique and sexy. It doesn't look too sexy though because of the bright color combination. Also, the overlapping effect of the fabrics made it twice as attractive. Pairing it with just the right amount of accessories and gold pumps made my look young and sexy.

Ever since I was a kid, I used to be stick thin. I would never be conscious of my body or how people would think of me. Come high school, I started noticing that my body changed a bit, everyone (including me) started getting curvier. I started feeling like a girly girl, so I started dressing up more and more. Like everyone else's body, while you grow older, your body type changes. In college, while everyone else's were getting gradual changes, I remained flat chested. I've nothing against it during those times, but I just really felt like a guy because of my flat chest (and I didn't want to feel that). My best solution? Wacoal push up bras or extra padded bras. It gives that illusion that you actually have bigger fronts. This just goes to show how important undergarments are- like wearing a seamless undergarment under a bodycon dress (like me in this photo), or a high-waisted panty if you want to look thinner. Trust me, wearing Wacoal gives you more confidence and makes you feel sexier. Dressing your age is a must- even with undergarments.

I wore outfit this to a 40th wedding anniversary of my dad's friend last Sunday. Very angelic lang ang peg! I decided to wear something creamy and heavenly- and this dress from My Everyday Fashion was perfect. It's actually an all sheer lace-y dress (that gave me the extra challenge on how to style it differently) so I wore just a skirt with the same tone inside with a black bandeau to know that it's all sheer. This dress can be worn for debuts, proms, cocktail events, etc too. It's that elegant. I just chose these rings to add color to my outfit. I always say I'm an edgy girl, but occasions like this where you can't be wearing neons and black- it's actually nice to experiment and try something new. Like I always say, "never be afraid to experiment." BMS.

Like all the other girls out there, we all work hard everyday and when that day of the month comes (which is pay day)- all we want to do is relax and give ourselves some treat and pampering. Just so you know, I don't do this a lot- so I kind of went all out. Haha.

First stop, I went to The Bag Museum at Wilson st. (right on top of Ristras) and decided to check out their bags. A contact informed me that they sell designer goods at a cheaper price. When I arrived, I instantly fell in love with this Furla bag. I wore it the whole time whilst searching for other goods. Moments later I found out that their bags are actually priced 20-30% off the retail price.

They don't only sell handbags, in fact they have wallets, sunnies and accessories available too! And I just love the brands that they're handling- Tommy Hilfiger, Gucci, Kate Spade, Furla, Michael Kors, Tory Burch and many many more. Lunch time! Since Ristras was just below, we decided to check it out. I got the spicy beef burrito- yum. For an easier transaction, I used my Visa debit card. It looks like a credit card but it's actually an alternative to cash or checks. If you hate losing money, then this is perfect for you. A debit card is linked directly to you bank account (or how much you deposit to the card) so your money will just be in one card.

It's really my money in one card- so convenient. I love it!

Now- "hindi magpapakabog ang local stores." Seriously, I really love local stores, not only are they available but the designs are also breathtaking. Looks like I won't be shopping for awhile after this. BMS.

I forgot how much I love purple and green combination until I ordered these items from The Ramp online. Mullet tops are just so fabulous, especially when printed. The material isn't sheer too, so it's something new. What I love most about this top is the cut on the collar and sleeves- it's not the usual sleeveless or tank tops. The cut of the arm holes is an inverted V, making my shoulders look sexier. You might not see the entire details of my shorts, but they have two gold zippers with black details on opposite sides #justsharing. Haha. This outfit is so simple yet so chic.

Who needs a necklace if your collar is as sparkly as this? Really, the main reason why my outfit looks so chic is because of this top. I decided to revolve my outfit with three main colors: olive green, cream and gold. I went for the sophisticated look by tying my hair in a clean bun, wear classic earrings and tried socks over pumps. Actually, I saw both the top and shoes at Freedom Manila and instantly imagined so many outfits paired with them. The reason why I love this pair of pumps is because it has a gold lining making it look luxurious and can be worn with socks plain or printed for that extra oomph. You might be thinking, "too much prints in one outfit" but that's exactly how I want it to look. Oh, and congratulate me for wearing a headpiece. Yay! I love wearing cropped tops especially if there's only little skin showing- subtle but sexy. I wore these Price Tag harem pants to get that "hippie" vibe, but since the prints are upside-down hearts, it makes it more young and trendy. You won't have a hard time looking for your size too because there's a garter around the waist and a cute ribbon to tighten it. What I love about harem pants: you can move freely and it's very comfortable. For the accessories, I chose this Lunachic bangles because they really pop out.

By the way, please notice my cute nail art in this post and my last outfit post- aren't they the cutest? I'm so addicted to nail art right now. Thanks Beauty and Butter for always making my nails look pretty. BMS.

Okay, so the weather wasn't cooperating when I took these shots. It was drizzling and the wind was just uncontrollable- I guess you can tell with the photos. Anyway, I had a shoot this day for one of my favorite brands and since it was my first time meeting the client, I didn't to wear flats to prevent looking small. I still wanted to feel comfy and fashionable though, so I decided to wear these Tutum wedges. They're unbelievable comfy and I don't look as dressed because the heels aren't that high too. I worked my outfit around it by wearing a breezy floral top with paperbag shorts- both loose so I can move around like a free bird in our shoot. BMS.

Mint green and cyan- these are my summer colors. I just can't get enough of them, so when I saw this maxi dress from All Dolled Up, I know I just had to get it. It has another layer on top too, making it look like it's actually a separate top. I chose to wear a belt above it to show my waist. You know, this dress actually looks so chic that I didn't want to wear a lot of accessories just so I can keep the "classy vibe" going. BMS.

Black pieces for me are absolutely the easiest to wear- and this exaggerated mullet top from Depaige Manila is simply the best. I didn't need to exert the extra sweat to make my look gorgeous because this top already proved itself. Its tail is just a few inches above the floor, making it so dramatic that I just wore a bra and a pair of high wait shorts underneath. Effortless. I just combined sweet and edgy silver/gold accessories together to give it a cute combination- and voila! BMS.

What to wear on a morning event inside a mall? I decided to wear this cute sheer pastel top form Monkee Business. Its metal detail on the collar is so subtle but striking- and even more with the effect of the metal under my pearl necklace. I loved wearing this top because the color is so hard to find plus the fabric was unbelievably soft- making my day light and breezy. I didn't wear make up as well so I just threw on these cool pair of sunnies. I've been dying to find a pair of round glasses in Manila- good thing I found Romwe's website- such a life savior! The event I attended was the iButterfly launch. It's this cool application that makes you catch digital butterflies on your actual screen. Yes, it's like you open your camera application and seeing digital butterflies lurking around. Candy Style Awards

It was the first ever Candy Style Awards last week and I'm still in shock- thank you Candy Magazine for awarding me as one of the Style Stars. I started reading Candy when I was 14 and got my first feature at the age of 15. It was a tiny picture at the last page, wherein Candy fans can just send/email anything and the editors choose what to publish. I was extremely overwhelmed to see myself- and from then, I knew I wanted to be part of Candy- so I interned for them. They taught me how to write, style and even model! You can call me a proud Candy Girl.

I also got to meet my readers and chat with them for a bit- it was indeed a night full of fun and excitement. Here's what I wore to the event:

Baby Doll look. I really dressed girly for this event, I was even matching with their theme- pink! I just love how fluffy the bottom part of my dress was but to balance out the cuteness of my look, I wore these incredible bangles from House of Luxe. It's edgy but at the same time the colors still make it look chic. The spike bangles really made a huge effect, making my outfit more "me". BMS.
