Bill Harris seems too salesy for me. And clearly, Genpo
tried to
send us all a signal. (a forgive me for selling out signal;) He did so cleverly by wanting us to imagine ourselves as a
company, with employees, and a product that sells. (That's a big uhhum-holosync)

He then went on to ask us to consider what would happen if everything
in the company changed: the CEO, the product, the employees...etc. In the end, company
or no company, product or no product, voices or no voices, ego or no ego, these are all just agreed upon concepts of who we are (what we are trying to sell) There
is nothing really... but IT, the unknowable, with no
shape, no form, no color, It is always there/here, not graspable, not a
fixed thing, not just about me, God? Maybe.

So, of course, you
do not REALLY need to buy Holosync as much as Bill Harris wants to sell
it to you by pulling random strings
which somehow managed to bring together some of the most admired and
most questioned human "thinkers" for this "FREE" course. Is it really for our transformations AND for their bank accounts?? Quite possibly, it is both.

In my opinion, It should ALL be free. But I guess I get "stuck" on the other side too
often, the one which does not exist in space and time. (though, I too,
have to eat. Argh!) And they should have included Tolle. Like I said before, it is not like he is a dead man walking.

Anyway, Shortly after the whole company:self analogy, Bill seemed to
cut Roshi off by showering him with words of appreciation and blah blah
Tolle admiring nonsense.

I am
sure his response to inquiries questioning his true intentions would
present us with fragments he has picked up by speaking to Genpo Roshi
and the other "Masters" he has studied with. He will say
something like..."Well, I was just doing what they (his teachers) taught me. I am not getting
stuck on one side of the triangle, or stagnant at one viewpoint up the mountain. I am free to jump from one rail to
the other, back and forth from worldy to Empty Joyfully. A "mature" narcissist indeed. But not clearly; Sneakily.
Seems sneaky everybody. But Who AM I to judge?

Wonder what Wilber will
say next week.

(I don't know if I can keep up with all of this. I'd rather just sit in a park and stay out of it.)

I am about to begin listening while reading through the transcript now.

3 seconds in: Seems like they ARE using Eckhart Tolle and Oprah's phenomenal success. They ARE riding along the same wave. But maybe, and hopefully the effort here is really to push much farther than Tolle and Oprah could ever stand. Especially in their mainstream. Maybe they are ALL in on this. For the mass awakening. Ha. Funny me.

The conversation should reach beyond what the typical American television watcher imagines. If not, then this whole Centerpointe Free Online Course mumbo jumbo will be ridiculously scrutinized and shredded apart. I do not think the people in the "line up" would put themselves in a position like this. But we will have to wait/see/listen/think. I have only heard about ten seconds now and so far no plugs for HoloSync.

P.S. Obvious to die hard Integral thinkers: The site is Orange. They are not really trying to hide anything. Oh the way we should see things. Hmmm. Really? ;)

Presented by Bill Harris and Centerpointe Research Institute.

From my email:

Dear Integral Member,

We’d
like to tell you about a free online course that we’re participating
in. So many people have heard Eckhart Tolle’s story of spontaneous
awakening to a super-conscious state—a timeless, transcendental state.
Mystics maintain that this “pure now” moment is the doorway to
liberation, and the mystics are right. But have you wondered…

•	How does The Power of Now jive with an integral model?
• Can other world-renowned spiritual leaders offer something in
addition to Tolle’s recommendations to accelerate my spiritual growth
and stabilize my awareness in “the now?”
If you’re already interested click here: www.masteringthepowerofnow.com/?=ILP

This
free online course (which you can share with anyone) features
world-renowned spiritual teachers, many that you are already familiar
with if you’re an Integral fan:

•	Ken Wilber, philosopher, author, spiritual teacher, and founder of Integral Institute, Integral Life, and the Integral Spiritual Center…
•	Zen Master Genpo Roshi,
creator of the Big Mind process, a method that facilitates an
experience of transcendent states of awareness (what Tolle calls
Presence), and an Integral Spiritual Center (ISC) Teacher
•	Sensei Diane Hamilton, a Sensei dedicated to Integral Zen, and an ISC teacher
•	Sally Kempton,
Yoga Journal columnist ISC Teacher and one of today’s most insightful
and experienced teachers of meditation and spiritual growth
•	Saniel Bonder and Linda Groves-Bonder founders of “Waking Down in Mutuality”, and ISC Teachers.
• Byron Katie, spiritual teacher, best-selling author, workshop leader, and creator of The Work…
•	Bill Harris, fonder of Holosync, known for its capacity to train states of mind.

Here are some of the things you’ll learn from the discussions with these teachers:

•	A map that makes sense of “the now,” of spirituality, and spiritual practice in general
•	Shadow aspects of your self that pull you out of “now”
•	The stages of self-actualization
•	Practices for all aspects of the self: spirit and mind and body, and shadow
•	Integrating your realization into your everyday life.

This
free class is made up of seven weekly 60 to 90 minute audio lessons,
one each week for seven weeks. Each lesson is an unedited and
spontaneous conversation between Bill Harris and spiritual teachers who
embody and teach the awakened spiritual awareness Eckhart Tolle
discusses in his best-selling books, The Power of Now and A New Earth,
and in his online lessons with Oprah Winfrey.

You’ll also receive a transcript of each lesson making it easier to review and master the information it contains.

To enroll—at no charge whatsoever, no secret hidden fees, it’s just a gift to you—click here: www.masteringthepowerofnow.com/?=ILP

Thanks from all of us at Integral Life.

I think this is great. I need a
little discipline. By that I mean, I will sign up, listen, and take
notes when the lectures are made available. Hopefully. :)
It brought back memories of working in the record store before it got shut down when I was a teen. I love music. Hearing it, Loving it, Sharing it, Making it. I even went out and bought a Bad Religion and Smashing Pumpkins tee. They were on sale. Cheap. Black and wearable and I will wear them out. My damn 26th birthday is July 10th. Goodness. I feel young again.

P.S. I think my favorite song on this album is: Are You Ten Years Ago.

The Con

I listened in,
Yes, I'm guilty of this, you should know this.
I broke down and wrote you back,
Before you had a chance to.
Forget forgotten, I am moving past this,
Giving notice.
I have to go,
Yes, I know that feeling, know you're leaving.

Calm down, I'm calling you to say,
I'm capsized, staring on the edge of safe.
Calm down, I'm calling back to say,
I'm home now and coming around, coming around.
Nobody likes to,
But I really like to cry.
Nobody likes me,
Maybe if I cry.

Spelled out your name and list the reasons.
Faint of heart, don't call me back.
I imagine you and I was distant, not existent.
I followed suit and laid out on my back,
Imagine that.
A million hours left to think of you and think of that.

Calm down, I'm calling you to say,
I'm capsized, staring on the edge of safe.
Calm down, I'm calling back to say,
I'm home now and coming around, coming around.
Nobody likes to,
But I really like to cry.
Nobody likes me,
Maybe if I cry.

Encircle me,
I need to be taken down.
Encircle me,
I need to be taken down.
Encircle me,
I need to be taken down.
Encircle me,
I need to be taken down.

Nobody likes to,
But I really like to cry.
Nobody likes me,
Maybe if I cry.

Nobody, nobody, nobody,
Nobody, nobody, nobody,
Nobody, nobody, nobody.

Encircle me,
I need to be taken down.
Encircle me,
I need to be taken down.
Encircle me,
I need to be taken down.

I believe in being
I believe in the spectrum
of beta days and gamma people.
I believe in sunshine.
in windmills and waterfalls,
tricycles and rocking chairs.
And I believe that seeds grow into sprouts.
And sprouts grow into trees.
I believe in the magic of the hands.
And in the wisdom of the eyes.
I believe in rain and tears.
And in the blood of infinity.

I believe in life.
And I have seen the death parade
march through the torso of the earth
sculpting mud bodies in its path.
I have seen the destruction of the daylight
and seen bloodthirsty maggots pray to and saluted.

I have seen the kind become the blind
and the blind become the bind
in one easy lesson.
I have walked on cut glass.
I have eaten crow and blunder bread
and breathed the breath of indifference.

I have been locked by the lawless.
Handcuffed by the haters.
Gagged by the greedy.
And, if I know anything at all,
it's that a wall is just a wall
and nothing more at all.
It can be broken down.

I believe in living.
I believe in birth.
I believe in the sweat of love
and in the fire of truth.

And I believe that a lost ship
steered by tired, seasick sailors
can still be guided home to port.

They are large. They are swampy. They are stunning. We discovered his work at The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston on Thursday night. Entering his mind, you realize that you understand completely (you always have) how fucked up this all can be. It's all around us. How the abuse of money, power, sex, religion, politics, and the wearing of masks are quite similar things. You should visit his website to see more of his art. It's interesting how his work has evolved over the years. And he is from Texas too!

Anyway, I read a comment today that I'd like to point out. It was posted by an anonymous "fuzzytruthseeker" on an article entitled "Rome Food Crisis Summit Ducks Crucial Issues".

"This is not just a globalization age or an information age; this is the age of a cognitive revolution. We have to re-think not just markets and grand geo-strategy, war and peace and diplomacy and multipolarity: we have to even re-think life, morality, human relations, wars and disease and euthanasia and what constitutes the good life. Hunger and food shortage and famines are a very emotive and disturbing aspect of global dysfunction, but they are only a very small part of it".
