Call of Duty: World at War is a great first-person shooter. I have played many first-person shooting games over the years and this game is easily 1 of my top 2 for this category. When you play this game you feel like in your in a different world. Actually you feel like you are on the battlefield which makes the game so much more enjoyable. For a first-person shooter game to be successful, it must make you feel like you are inside of it and this is what COD  5 does.

Pros

• Very realistic
• Sound effects are outstanding
• They really develop the characters in this game well. What I mean by character development is when they die you actually get a little sad because you actually liked this character.
• Non-stop enemies. The men who charge you with bayonets creates a great uniqueness to the game
• Very creative scenery
• When you shoot someone with a bigger gun there is lots of blood and it blows them to pieces!
• Explosions going on around you 24/7. Keeps the game up tempo.
• 4 different difficulty levels to choose from.
• Nazi Zombies is intense and is a good way to challenge your friends to see who can survive longer.

Cons

• Graphics were o.k but could have been a little bit better.
• They missed tiny details like being able to shoot a wine bottle off the table and seeing it smash, shooting a light and  it stays the same etc.
• Grenade indicator very hard to see. In COD 4 it was perfect butit is like they had dimmed the grenade indicator in COD5.
• Not many weapons to choose from. When I played the campaign I only played with about 8 different weapons.
• Campaign was ridiculously short. You could beat it in a day. However, I do beleive there are some map packages you can download.
• I had some trouble with saving my game. It turns out you have to complete the missions on the same level of difficulty on solo player to unlock the missions in co-op.
• This is just me but I find it frustrating that you must complete the campaign before you play Nazi Zombies.

Thats right Starcraft fans! Blizzard is coming out with a Starcraft 2! There are 3 seperate games for Starcraft 2. They have 1 for Terran, 1 for Zerg and 1 for Protoss.  They maybe have done this just to make more money but I am hoping they throw in a few extra campaigns and missions in there! Above I have gave you the best trailers out there just to make you more pumped for them to come out! The terran campaign ( Wings of Liberty) will come out first followed by Zerg and Protoss!

Overall, this game has excellent graphics but is a bit unrealistic on the passing game. I tend to throw 2-4 interceptions a game!

9. Killzone 2- PS3

Looks better than the first! Zombies look way more realistic and scary. Although, I think they should have stuck with the same characters.

7. Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2- Ps3

This game looks fun in its own way. Many different creatures to fight. A little difficult to play.

6.Dragon Age: Origins- Ps3

This game has great graphics. The fights are very intense. Although, it gets repetitive after awhile of playing.

3.Demons Souls-Ps3

One of the toughest games ever! However, the gameplay is amazing. Best fantasy adventure game that came out this year.

2.Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2- Ps3

Just like all the other Call of Duty games this one is action packed! Very intense online play. Unfortunately, the single campaign is very short. You could beat it in approxiametly 7- 10 hours!

1.Assassin’s Creed 2- Ps3

The big cheese! I rated this game #1 because it is so different from any other action game. You do not have a gun and kill everyone in your path. You have a sword. You sneak around and assassinate people. The graphics are outstanding! There is a beautiful world to explore! A large variety of new stealth techniques and weapons. The one thing that they could have made better is make the enemies harder to kill.

Pros

• Great boss fights. Very intense.
• Interesting music keeps the game upbeat.
• Great graphics.
• Nice scenery.

Cons

• Looks like they have made Diablo 3 like World of Warcraft.
• When all of your team is casting spells looks a bit cluttered. You may have trouble finding your character!

Overall, I am very excited to play Diablo 3 and will give you a actual review as soon as possible!

Hello readers! In this post I will be doing a review on the newest campaign on Left 4 Dead Crash Course.

In the update the most exciting part was the new camapign Crash Course. I was very excited when I found this out except the update took like 20 minutes.

Pros

• Since it is pretty much all outdoors it is great for Versus mode. You have to be alert all the time.
• Always two tanks in each level.
• Variety of guns in different places. You may find a hunting rifle here and a auto shotgun there. Not all 3 are together very often.
• Lots of car alarms to set off. Great for smokers!
• Lots of unexpected corners. Great for boomers!

Cons

• There are only 2 levels in this new campaign Crash Course.
• The levels are too long.
• Not many places for high damage pounces.
• Not enough health throughout the maps.

Overall, I am dissappointed thath this map is only 2 levels long. It is very spacious but to hard to complete a level as they are to long!

Pros

• Very cool boss at the end. Although very frustrating to fight him as he appears and reappears every 5 seconds, very fun.
• You get to use anti-air and turrets to fight enemies quite a bit.
• Lots of enemies to fight.
• A huge amount of award achievements in this game. At least 10 achievements.
• Good length of campaign

Cons

• Like Resistance the enemy guns are better than yours.
• In Killzone 2 there is a laser gun that is the best weapon into the game and you only get to use it once. I really wish I could have had this gun in the final boss level.

• In the boss level there is not enough save points. I had to play the same part over and over again as it did not save enough.

Personally, I would give this game a 7.5 out of 10 because I did not find it unique from any other first person shooters.
