Today also marks one year smoke-free. <br /> <br /> For those of you interested in such things, one year after quitting, my blood pressure has regulated, my carbon monoxide levels have normalized, my circulation has improved, my chance of heart attack has decreased by half, and my lung function has increased by about 50%. <br /> <br /> Not too shabby for a year's work.<br /> <br /> Thank you to everyone who posted comments, sent emails, and offered kind words and encouragement along the way. I likely wouldn't have made it without your support (and patience).<br /> <br /> Now that this behemoth of a project has wrapped, I'm going to rest for a bit.
