<em>Ingredients: 2 burgers, 1 sweet onion, 100 ml cream, 200 ml stock, 75 grams grated cheese,</em></p>
<p>Number of persons: 2</p>
<p>Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake 2 burgers on both sides brown. Remove from the pan and place the burgers in an ovenproof dish. Bake in the remaining fat 1 chopped sweet onion until soft. Add 100 ml cream and 200 ml stock. Bring to the boil and let the sauce thicken slightly. Turn off the heat and stir in 50 grams of grated cheese. Let the cheese melt. Pour the sauce into the ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on the burgers. Place the ovenproof dish about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with a salad and baked potatoes. Enjoy!</p>

<p>Number of persons: 3</p>
<p>Fry on medium heat 1/2 chopped sweet onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 100 grams diced bacon until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams of risotto rice and stir until the risotto rice glistens. Add 100 ml white wine and let the wine evaporate while stirring. Gradually add 650 ml chicken stock (derived from 2 stock cubes), it takes about 20 minutes, stir a few times. Test whether the risotto is tender enough. Meanwhile bake 50 slices bacon crisp, scoop out the pan and keep aside. Bake 1 1/2 sliced sweet onions on medium heat until soft. Serve the risotto with sweet onions, bacon, rocket and grated cheese. Enjoy!</p>

<p>Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with some salt. Bake 3 sausages around brown in hot butter. Bake in another pan, 250 grams diced bacon with 1 finely chopped onion and sage (to taste) until the onion is soft. Add 1 jar of marrowfat peas, 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 tablespoon chili sauce. Bring to the boil and then let it simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat. Serve the spaghetti with peas and chorizo sausage. Enjoy!</p>

<p>Number of persons: 3</p>
<p>Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the chicken breasts over the length by half. Season with chicken spices. Place cheese slices on each piece of chicken and wrap with slices of raw ham. Place the chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish. Place the ovenproof dish about 20 minutes in the preheated oven.</p>
<p>Cook the tagliatelle al dente in boiling water with some salt. Bake in hot oil over medium heat 2 chopped onions with 1 minced garlic clove and some thyme until the onions are soft. Add 2 diced tomatoes and 3 chopped sundried tomatoes. Fry briefly. Add 150 ml cream with 1 tablespoon red pesto. Let simmer on low heat  for about 5 minutes.</p>
<p>Serve the tagliatelle with red pesto sauce and the chicken packets. Enjoy!</p>

<p>Number of persons: 2</p>
<p>Cook penne and 200 grams green beans in boiling salted water until the penne is al dente. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 150 grams sliced bacon and some thyme until the onion is soft. Meanwhile, mix 150 ml cream with 2 eggs, salt, pepper and 50 grams of grated cheese. Drain the penne and green beans off. Mix with the onion and bacon. Stir the sauce and warm through in a short time. Sprinkle some on your plate grated cheese over the dish. Enjoy!</p>

<p>Number of persons: 2</p>
<p>Tie the tail of the pork tenderloin down so it has everywhere the same thickness, cut in half. Sprinkle with salt and grease the pork tenderloin with mustard. Place the pork tenderloins in a sealable container. Pour in a bottle of Duvel beer. Let the pork tenderloins marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator. Cook the pork tenderloins around brown in hot butter. Add half the marinade on the pork tenderloins. Crumble a stock cube over and add 50 ml water and 50 ml of boiling cream. Let the sauce thicken slowly in 20 minutes. Serve pork with sauce. Serve with fries and a salad. Enjoy!</p>

<p>Number of persons: 2</p>
<p>Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Sprinkle 2 chicken breasts with chicken spices. Bake the chicken breasts on both sides brown in hot butter. Remove the chicken from the pan and place the chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish. Bake in the remaining fat 200 grams diced bacon with 1 finely chopped onion until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and stir fry briefly. Add 1 bottle dark beer, 100 ml chicken stock and 1 tablespoon apple spread. Bring to a boil and let the sauce thicken. Spoon the sauce over the chicken breasts. Place the baking dish about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with chips and salad. Enjoy!</p>

Add 3 thinly sliced pork fillets and fry the meat brown. Add 1 diced zucchini and 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are tender. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and 4 tablespoons chilli sauce and season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Drain the tortellini, and stir into the sauce. Serve with grated cheese. Bake in the remaining butter 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 150 grams sliced bacon. Fry until the onion is soft. Add a drained can of carrots and 1 can diced tomatoes. Crumble a stock cube above. Bring to the boil. Remove the sauce from the heat. Puree the sauce and spoon the sauce over the meatballs. Sprinkle pieces of mozzarella and grated cheese. Put the ovenproof dish for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with pasta for example. Enjoy!</p>

<p>Cook the ravioli in boiling salted water until al dente. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 100 grams sliced bacon and fry briefly. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and fry until the mushrooms are tender. Extinguish with a dash of red wine. Let the alcohol evaporate. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and a stock cube. Bring to the boil. Let it simmer 5 minutes. Serve it with ravioli and grated cheese. Enjoy!</p>

<p>Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling water with some salt. Fry 1 sliced leek with thyme and chopped oregano until the leek is soft. Add 200 grams green beans and stir fry for a few minutes. Add 250 ml cream and a chicken stock cube. Let the chicken stock cube dissolve in the cream. Leave to simmer for about 5 minutes. Add 1 diced smoked chicken and chopped basil. Warm well. Cut 2 chicken breast open and spread it with the herb butter. Fold the chicken and sprinkle chicken spices over it. Wrap with bacon. Place the chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish. <em>Ingredients: 150 ml Greek yoghurt, 1 small onion, 3 garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons paprika, 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 tablespoon garam masala, lemon juice, 2 chicken breasts, coriander</em></p>
<p>Number of persons: 2</p>
<p>Mix 150 ml Greek yogurt with 1 small onion,  3 finely chopped garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons paprika, 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 tablespoon garam masala and a dash of lemon juice. Cut 2 chicken breasts into cubes and stir it with freshly chopped coriander with the yogurt marinade. Cover the bowl well and let the chicken marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and fry the marinated chicken until cooked in about 20 minutes.</p>
<p><strong>Chicken Tikka Masala</strong><br />
<em>Ingredients: 1 onion, 1 teaspoon cardamom, 1 garlic clove, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar, 250 ml cream, 55 grams almond flakes, </em></p>
<p>Fry in hot oil 1 finely chopped onion with 1 teaspoon cardamom until the onion has browned. Add 1 finely chopped garlic clove and fry 1 minutes. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and let it thicken up to half. Add 1 tablespoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar, 250 ml cream, 55 grams almond flakes and the Chicken Tikka and heat 5 more minutes.</p>
<p>Serve with naan bread. Enjoy!</p>

<p>Number of persons: 2</p>
<p>Make a mixture of 1 small onion, 2 garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons chilli jam, 2 teaspoons ground coriander, 1 teaspoon turmeric, salt and pepper in a food processor or a mortar. Cut 500 grams beef into cubes. Mix the spiced mixture with the beef and let it marinate overnight. Put the marinated beef in hot oil, 250 ml coconut milk and lemon grass powder to taste. Bring to the boil. Leave to simmer for about 2 hours on low heat. Add a little more coconut milk when neccessary. Sprinkle with some fresly chopped coriander. Serve with white rice or nasi goreng. Enjoy!</p>

<p>Number of persons: 2</p>
<p>Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix 75 grams soft butter with 1 tablespoon cream, 1 chopped garlic clove, chopped basil, parsley and oregano. Remove the stems from 250 grams mushrooms. Fill the mushrooms with the garlic herb butter. Place the filled mushrooms in a baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese, white pepper and dried Italian herbs. Place the baking dish about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with a salad and French fries. Enjoy!</p>
