Blame The Wife for this one. She showed me this video. After watching that there was no question I was going to be drawing it eventually.

I mean come on. A blue tick hound AND an orangutan… gold.

A quick bonus Tuesday post for you today. A few months back my buddy Ross from The System comic asked me to collaborate with him on a t-shirt… well… that be it. If you are so inclined you can head over to his site and pre-order it if you’d like. Go on, you know you want to.

We can blame this one on a need to start working on some close ups and my friends sitting me down to watch Black Dynamite. Which, by the way, is a pretty darn entertaining movie.

Heard over my shoulder as I was finishing this one up over lunch: “Oooo, I’ll take one of those.”

I’ll be honest, the rest of this sketch was a mess. Once I got rid of the rest I really liked what I had left.

Seeing as the Oscars were last night I figured I should start the week off with a pretty dress.

While I definitely goofed in the anatomical department with this sketch I am really happy with most of the parts that went into it. It is just putting all those parts together as a whole that it becomes a bit lacking for me. I like the cat and the chair though. The wife actually wants to see if she can find one like that.
