There are a whole lot of agents out there doing short sales incorrectly. Frankly, they are causing more problems than they are solving. By being the better agent when it comes to Short Sales, you can not only bask in the glow of being better, but in this case, being better also means you are going to sell more short sales!

This week we will talk about where my newest business has been coming from. I am not 100% sure frankly, but I have been more busy over the last few weeks than in the first 7 months of 2008. Whats more, I am averaging a new client every 2 weeks since July 1. That works for me, lets try and figure out how it all happened.

The bottom line is that the world pretty much knows that real estate agents suck. It is hard to fight years of folks getting screwed by one agent or another to not feel that way. This first show just begins to scratch the surface of how bad things are.
